Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have applied for PAN Card in 2000-01 whicle I worked in Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Centre (HBCSE) TIFR, Mankhurd, Mumbai.
After 2001, I left HBCSE, Mumbai and joined in Gujarat Council of Science City in Ahmedabad.
In the meantime, I got a letter from the Income Tax Department which was forwarded by HBCSE to me mentioning the my PAN Card No. AQRPS1975M. In that letter, there was a mention that the PAN Card will be issued shortly.
Immediately, I sent a request letter to Income Tax department, Mumbai mentioning my change in address and request them to dispatch the card in my new address. However, since then, I have been waiting for the card and till date I don't have the PAN Card except the PAN card no.
Please do the needful so that i can get my Pan Card immediately and oblige.

dear sir dis is s.arokia mary i've lost my pan card 2 months ago whereas i've PAN no itz BHAPM0227M i kindly request u 2 issue a new PAN card with same PAN no plz itz very uegent...
I had sent in my PAN card for address update NSDL and it is pending with them since the past three months as of this January 2009. On coontactting them, they do not even have a reason on why is it taking this long and when will it be issued.
I would appreciate if someone can help me escalate and expedite this matter on priority.

For the year 2007-08, following are the details of IT return filed:
1. PAN No. BDDPS2343P
2. Year of Assesment : 2007-08
3. Acknowledgement Number : [protected]
4. IT Refund Expected : 7089
5. Date of filing the return : 31/07/2008
6. Return filing city : Bangalore
My IT Refund has not been received till date. Please look into this matter.
This is regarding Tax Refund. I yet not received Refund of below mentioned period. So this is my humble request to you, kindly do the needfull for the same.

I have given a request of new pan card on 22nd of November 2008 my application no.[protected] coupan no.[protected] on the name of Meetali Bhatia but i have not received my pan card or neither i received any corospondance from your side than i visited you laxmi nagar office and enquired about my pan request than they said system are not working from last 2 days i have requested than to give there contact no.so that i can ask the status on phone they have given me no.[protected] and i have tried this no. 100 time but this no. is always engaged so i m not able to understand what should i do and where should i contact about my pan card request or i have wasted my 67 rs on this request.
kindly guide me and help me for getting my pan card.

I have given a request of my pan card on 22 Nov 2008 but till now i have not received my pan card even than no information is being given about any discrepancy on my form kindly check that what is the status about my pan card
i have not yet received my Pan-Card as i have applied for it 3months ago i dont know what is the status also as the agent had not given me any acknowledgement for it

I have not yet received my Pan-Card as i have applied for it NOVEMBER, 200. my Pan No.-AQBPG5704G has alloted on November, 2008. Asper record pan card has despatched on 28th, november, 2008 on my address which I provided in the time of application but I still not received it yet. It is now very essentia by this time.
