Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been issued a Pan card No. ASPPP1574P where my Date of Birth mentioned is 07/03/1963 which is wrong. The correct Date of Birth is 07/03/1964. I have sent the pan card to you a year back along with a letter and fresh application for changing the date of birth but till today I have not received any intimation from your side.
Kindly send me the new pan card at the earliest as I am unable to make any investments with out a pan card.

Hi,
My self Nitin Taware applied last year for PAN CARD. When I checked the status I got my Pan no. AFOPT4231K. Also as per your information it has been delivered on my address. But I had not got so I fill the change/correction form of same PAN no(AFOPT4231K) through KARVY FINANCIAL POLICIES BARAMATI. in Jan 08.
When I checked on your site it says the same has been dispatched on 2 Feb 08. But till date it has been not received on my address.
Please help me.

My name is Karuppiah.I applied Pan card. In 1st oct they dispatach my pan card from Mumbai PAN card office. My native place place is Kilakarai near by Ramanathapuram. On 7th oct i recived call from courier delivery boy. He said tell your address i will drop the courier. I replied can you forward to my place because am working in chennai but my parents are in native. suddely he said sure pls tell your adress. And also i gave my chennai address. He said tomorrow morning you will recive your courier. Two back i called through phone to Ramanathapuram office still i didn't recive my courier. At the time they don't know the staus of the courier. I gave so may call to courier office to know my staus. At that time their response is very bad. After 2hr i called again cooly they replied your pan card is return to Mumbai. From Karaikudi branch. I asked with out my knowledge how can you send? They said we won't forward the courier to any address. I replied your satment is ok. And also i asked why didn't tell that information to me. They cooly replied sorry we forgot it. Pls talk to Mubai office tell them to return to your office. They didn't care about it. I call to mumbai office and said my issue. They said sorry sir with out any information we won't do that. Again i call to Ramanathapuram office pls tell my issue to mubai office. suddenly they disconnect my phone call. At the time you may understand my situation. Again again call to both Ramanathapuram and Karikudi branch they replied every time the concern person is not available. Their lazyness i miss to get personal loan for my sister marriage its very very urgent. Still i didn't recive the card. I can show every document to all. So i need Pan card and also cash. If its any fail happen i can go to Consumer court and Human Right in chennai. I hope you may solve the problem. Thank YOU!!

Sir, I had applied for PAn card and I got the same in time but the surname appered on PAN card wrong so please guide me what to do in this matter.

Hi,

When I wrote my Mother's Name on my PAN application form, my form was rejected and I was asked to write only my Father's name. Though I had showed them the Supreme Court judgement copy of Gita Hariharan Vs RBI, where the Apex court ruled that Mother's Name also should be accepted, my PAN application was still rejected.

I have filed a case against them in Hyderabad High Court last year but the case is still pending.

Request you to kindly look into this and help me.

I have allotted a PAN No.(BSEPS3617N) in the month of feb.2008, but there is major mistake that is my Father Name is PARSURAM KUMAR SHARMA but in aloted PAN CARD there it written as PASURAM KUMAR SHARMA.

He replied that today my staff has gone to Aurangabad to deliver the letter of Aurangabad, if your address will be in the market then he will give you otherwise person will not go for home delivery. After that I asked him that please give me his mob no so that I may contact him to deliver my pan card to my office which is in the civil court campus situated in the heart of the town, But he told that I can not give you his Mob No. If he comes back without delivering your letter then we will send it back to Mumbai after that they will send you by post, so do not waste my time. After that he cut his phone.
There fore please tell me that what I can do, so that I get my Pan card on time.
