Income Tax Department Jammu, Delay in INCOME TAX Return = Delay in Income Tax return By Jammu income tax office I had filed my Income Tax Return for the year 2008-09 under receipt no.[protected]dated[protected] at jammu office. But till date I have not received my refund of Rs.11612/- (Rupees eleven thousand six hundred twelve only ) which has been deducted by the Avion systems Pvt Ltd ,Mumbai from my salary. When ever I enquired from income tax office , Jammu they said website is not supporting the office who deducted your income Tax & they are trying to approach. I also put a Grievances request to income tax officerJammu four month ago, that I required money for my young children education.
