Sub.: 1. Extend "refund banker" scheme to Jaipur also; 2. Non-receipt of Income tax refunds for AY 2008-09 & 2009-10.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Income tax refunds: amounting Rs. 12568/- for AY 2008-09 & Rs. 16710/- for AY 2009-10; is pending with the Income tax deptt. My PAN is AHNPA4180F. It is again requested to get the same expedited immediately. I've already provided my bank account details in both my above ITR's for direct credit of refund amount to my bank account through the mode of ECS. Therefore kindly take action as per the foregoing & confirm me the same, at the earliest. It is to inform you further that I'm about to file my ITR for AY 2010-11 shortly.

Secondly, it is also requested that to please extend "Refund Banker" scheme to Jaipur also, like other major/big metropolitan centers/cities of India to which the "Refund Banker" Scheme has already been extended to.

My pan card depatch UTI as on 04/06/2010, But i have not recived till 01/07/2010 .
UTI said card will dispatch, but courier services can create the delevery problem .We go courier office, i see many of people have same complain, please see the matter against about Courier services kolkata .

I have applied for PAN CARD in October-2008 but I didn't get it.My acknowledgement number is [protected], courier bill number is [protected](got from net) and PAN CARD number is APXPD1531P. The courier man didn't find my address and send it back to Kolkata. Kolkata office told that they have sent it to Mumbai Office on November 10, 2008 but Mumbai Office told that they didn't get it.I have already complained through "[protected]@nsdl.co.in"this email(dated:31.01.2009) but not yet received any reply.So please send my PAN CARD to the following address:-

I Amritpal Singh Thind applied for PAN card from Income tax PAN service centre Kapurthala code 4PN7048 on 11th JUNE 2010.Today when i checked my status of PAN card I have seen that my name is appearing wrongly as AMARITPAL SINGH THIND instead of AMRITPAL SINGH THIND . As this is very important thing for one . So its my humble request to correct the spellings of my name as AMRITPAL SINGH THIND on the PAN CARD to be delivered.

Dear Madam,
I am holder of PAN No. AJCPB4323N and a regular tax paying citizen from Nasik.

I had received a letter from Income Tax (Mlg/DCIT,
CIR3/REC/2008-09/459) asking for recovery o[censored]npaid dues Rs.56, 963/-
(inclusive of interest & penalty Rs 11,643/-)

The dues were pending because In the mid of year 2007, I had changed
my employer and hence had filed the returns for the year using the
form 60 received from my new employer. I was not aware that I need to
contact the old emloyer and ask for a form 60 and then file returns.

As a responsible citizen, I Immediately made the said payment. I did
not skip this tax intentionally and I was never pre-informed that I
have a due before charging the interest & penalty, as also the
assessment was delayed from the IT department.

Hence I wrote a letter to Mr. Mr. G.S. Souryawanshi Dy Commissioner of
Income Tax for refund of Rs.11,643/- (Penalty & interest)

However I have not heard anything from them neither I have received the refund.
Request you to kindly check and help me get the refund of 11,643
charged as penalty & interest.

I have applied for a pancard for my sister and Brother on 21st April. We have been told that we will recieve the pancard in 3 weeks. My brother has recieved the pancard after a month. But my sister's pancard is still not recieved. Also I tried checking the status online. But Its not available.

I applied for another (or duplicate) PAN card. The PAN CARD issuer found some problem in my FATHER's Name and wrote me a letter. I provided with the Correct name of My father. However, now when I check the status of my application online I find that the application is under PPC Objection. I don't know what should be done now? How to get the PAN CARD.

I have filed income tax return for the year[protected] on 24th July 2008 at Pune Dy commissioner's office Income Tax Circle 10, Akurdi, Pune. Acknowledgement receipt no is [protected].

Regret to say I have not received the refund till date nor do I have any communication.


Further the tax return for the year[protected] was filed on 28th July 2009 bearing acknowledgement RR no. [protected]. This refund is also overdue.

May I request concerned IT authorities to look into and issue the refund with interest at the earliest ?

My pan card # is AWRPK7460R. I have lost my PAN card in Jan 2009. Since then I have made applied 3 times for the PAN application( for same PAN card (Change request)).

My first pan card was rejected because I have ticked all the boxes in change request form. ( I had to tick only 1 for Address), in 2009
My second request was rejected because "Name as appeared in card " is not correct. (Acknowledgement no. [protected]) in Jan 2010

After that I called to TIN call center, I was told that you re-apply the PAN card and write an application along with that stating that payment for new application is to be adjusted with old form

3. I have applied 3rd time. I cross checked all the details, attached all the documents and send the application (Acknowledgement no.[protected] I did not get any response till 20 days, I called TIN call center they told me that they have received the documents along with identity proof (Driving Licence), certificate of employment (Address proof). but they did not receive application regarding adjustment of payment nor did they receive any other acknowledgement letter ([protected] my previous acknowledgement # attached with the same document). I was asked to send the all the documents again)

On May 20th I got the mail that my application (Acknowledgement no. [protected]) is rejected due to non payment of fees.
On May 21st I got the mail that my application (Acknowledgement no. [protected]) is rejected due to error in "Name as appeared in card " is not correct.

I again called the TIN call center on May 22, 3:40 PM , Mr. Varun ( TIN Call center executive ), first told me that the since I have raised a new request ([protected]) I need to pay again, He put me on hold and consulted with his supervisor and confirmed again that payment cannot be adjusted against any previous application.

When I gave him the acknowledgement for my previous form ([protected]). He told me that the payment can be adjusted but I have to send the application AGAIN.

My PAN is ADYPK9564C. I have not yet received the IT refund for the Assessment Year 2009-10, after having filed the return electronically. My E filing acknowledgment No is [protected].

I have been following with the Income Tax, Bangalore for refund for last 3 months. I have been told that the refund will come before 31st March 2010. When ever I call the Income tax dept I get a new phone to talk to get the latest status. I had filled the return to WARD 14(4), when called today, I get the message its transfer to WARD (2). Request help to reslove this.

i have submitted yearly income tax return for financial year 2008-09 ( A y[protected] on date 20th may 2009 and my acknowledgement no [protected] and at Add. Commissioner of I T Bhavnagar range - 1 Bhavnagar WARD 1-(4)....still more then one year has been passed but still i have not received my tax refund which are RS.11810 + interest...if anyone can help me pl do needful...i am retired pensioner and in need of money...Rs.11810 is big amout for me..hoping some prompt action and thanks in advance. vinod dave

One person in our area is having more assets than income. he has one banglow,one flat and others black incomes and not filling any return files. Can you please take actions against him.
We have doubt that, he is earning in illegal ways.

Sir,I am working as Private Secretary to Judge GHigh Court of Allahabad , Lucknow Bench Lucknow.My PAN No. is AOTPSO 760A and the tax is deducted at source from my salary.For several years excess tax was deducted but its refund has not been paid to me till now.
Following is the detail of the same
For the year[protected] Rs. 1268 excess tax was deducted
For the year[protected]Rs. 109/ excess tax was deducted
For the year[protected] Rs. 2544 excess tax was deducted
Several complaints have been made but all went in vain. It is pertinent to mention her that for the years mentioned above, my address has not been changed and still I am living in same accommodation

My card No [protected]. My card was long time free card. Every year you are charging annual fee for main and additional card. Calling your and you are reversing. This year also charged for annaul fee for both. since one month i am trying your customer care centre, till now i am unable to get connection.

So, please check and rectify the issue. Take cae next time not charging the annual fees.

In march month i paid without annual fee. But it is generated in aprial month also.
