Refund not recieved for AY 2008 - 09

Dear Sir,
I have been a regular tax payer and I filed my returns for the Assessment year 2008 - 09 on 9ti1 September 2008 wide receipt NO.[protected]. refund of RS.15130.00 was due to me and this is still pending.

For the Assessment year 2009-10 I filed my returns on 3rd July 3009 wide receipt NO.[protected] and a refund of RS.3610.00 was due to me and this has already been credited to my account on 6th November 2009....

have two pan cards

hi
three years back i have taken one PAN card,unfortunately i lost my card and card number too......
after some days,i have applied for new pan card.and they have given me a new number of PAN.
my concern is that,i have filed one IT retuns with previous pan and now i am going to file IT with new pan,will it be give any kind of problem for me.

and also i am planning to apply for home loan.so please treat...

spelling mistake in name of card holder

Sr /madam
Myself Jashwant kumar Chouhan states that I got my PAN card having no.ANAPC9554A recently.But i found that in the spelling of my name it is written as JASWANT which should be JASHWANT.My date of birth is 05th February 1983.So I want my name to be corrected in which I have two querries
(1) whether the no.of the PAN card ANAPC9554A will remain same after the spelling correction or not?

on[protected] but till date [[protected]] not be sent to Income tax department for allotment of PAN NO.

Income Tax Refund not recieved for Assessment year 2008-09

I have filed the IT return for AY 2008-09 on 5th July 2008. E-filing acknowledgement number is [protected].

I have got the IT return Ack from income tax department also.But still i have not received the refund in my account. I have contached my accessing office in Amritsar. My sister MERIL MARY THOMAS has applied a PAN CARD.She got the pan card after two months,but there was two mistakes(date of birth & fathers name).First time i paid Rs134/-.Then i applied for a correction and paid the same amount.There was no response till now.The pan card which contains mistake is in my hand.I applied the pan card in KARVY STOCK BROKING in punalur, kollam(dist)-kerala.Now I'm thinking of applying again....
