am a regular Tax Payer under the PAN No. ADHPT9996J. Due to my late declaration / submission of Savings during Assessment Year[protected] I had to make excess payment of Income Tax of Rs. 13.170.00 and pending for refund since then. My father has visited number of times to concern Assessing Officer of Ward No. 34(3) at I.T.O, Delhi and every time he has been promisied to get settlement within very short period, as the Central Processing Unit is processing the assessment.

All the time he has been assured to wait for some more time but all promises has gone in vain. Now it is alomost 3 years is going to be over and I do not know the status of my assessment and refund for assessement year[protected].

Should I forget to get refund or I may please be informed what I should do?

While enquiry from NSDL it was found that the status regarding PAN card showing that it ha been deleted /de-activatedby I.T deptt. His uncle(Father of his wife) deposit 2 to 3 crores to his son(Salem or Yercaud) deposit panni irukkar. he is also non tax payer. he is earn monthly 25L. all the deatails are avail in his home and mills(under ground) in salem.

Recently he was escaped in TMB bank problem. he is having upto 30L in TMB bank locker. GOVT blocked all the account holders. But he is spend more money to manager and release the details and amount of 30L.

May be totally his family worth is more than 50Crores. But no one can pay the tax.

I am resident of Nishkam Appartment, Nasirpur, Dwarka phase-1, New Delhi -110045.
I am here to notify Income- Tax dept about a Non tax payer. There are few shop keepers at this area who server all near-by appartment and each of them having more than 300 regular customers. As there are 10 appartment and each of them having 70 -80 families which totalls of 800 families. Who totally depands on two shops as details below.

Both of them have a huge turn-over/ day which is not bad, but both of them dont serve any reciepts. I myself depend on these shops and purchase commodities of almost Rs[protected]/- per month. Which makes around Rs 1500000/- per month which can be considered as minimum expense of any families here staying in these appartment. which minimum make these shopkeeper liable to pay 2-3 Lakhs Tax a month.

You will get loan on ur new pan, enjoy, nothing to worry

It's might be bit difficult yo get a Home Loan on new PAN Number because you have filled you ITR on the previous PAN Number. Pl take care and inform to IT deptt as well to avoid 10k penalty.
