When we check our refund status through the site https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html it shows "Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker" for long period. However the contact detail for the relevent assessing officer is not avaiable any where. Even when I have raise a query for the contact details to Income Tax department, they have shown the concern that they are unable to get the information for the assesing officer.

It should be avaible on site and should be responsible for update in time.

I received a SMS from SMSCaster.com on 13th may 2009: do u want a pan card in 300rs. please contact [protected]. I contact that person to get the PAN card for my wife. I gave 300 rs. and required document to the guy in 3rd week of may who came to my house named Venkat. I aksed for the address of the place from where he came. He gave me below address for communication.

Whenever I call to both numbers they are closed. I think I am cheated by those people. When I checked on the govt site for Pan card my wife application not even filed by those guys. Can I launch a police case in hyderabad on above details?

ON DATED 07.08.09 I CHECKED PAN CARD STATUS AND FOUND THAT MY PANCARD NO-AZXPM8255H HAS ALREADY DESPATCHED ON DATED 06.08.09 BY SPEED POST BUT TILL NOW ON 18.08.09 I COULD NOT RECEIVED MY PANCARD. While applying for new PAN card using http://www.tin-nsdl.com/, I entered wrong my name and my fathers name, according to the wrong name I got the PAN, but now I need to correct that, The problem is I don't have any supporting document for wrong my name and my fathers name, as it was filled by mistake.

Please help, How can this be fixed.

I am supposed to get a Tax refund of Rs. 24, 179/- for the assesement year 2007-08, but i have not receieved yet till date.

While working at CMC, Hyderabad as IT Engineer, I filed tax return for the above period at Addl.Commissioner of Income Tax, Range 2, Varadarajanagar, Tirupati which is my native place and in the previous year also I filed there to get refund of Rs. 2000/-. The office acknowledged filing of return on 08.08.2005 bearing No. 16242.

The refund amount as per return stood at Rs. 7453.00. The tax papers were sent to the Income Tax Officer, Ward 1, Salary Wing, ITAT Officer, Shapoor House, Adarsha Nagar, Near OLD MLA quarters Hyderabad vide EMS Speed Post receipt bearing No. EE[protected] on 16.02.2006 with the reason that the jurisdiction were with their office at Hyderabad.

Despite many requests and request along with a set of xerox papers filed was sent by registered post on 14.06.2006 bearing Registered Post Receipt No. 789.

Nothing has been heard so far nor refund of Rs. 7453.00. Please look into the matter.

I am trying to create an naccout to fill my returns online.
When i try to create a login account, i can see my correct residential address once i type in my PAN card number but im getting a problem saying "Surname does not match with records"
"Middle Name does not match with records" "Last name does not match with records".
I giving all the details as it appear on my PAN card.

So i would like to know my PAN card details.
Please help me on this.
