My name is Pamela Anand. I filled name change form after marriage. I submitted the application in my organization and person at pan card desk in informed me that my new pan card with new name will come to our office address with in couple of days.
My pan card no is AKFRR7155L and filled the form on 25-Feb 2008. Now it’s month of June still have not received my new updated pan card. When I tried to check it on UTISL PAN CARD website it shows the status as Null, the person in the office says that need to file the complain.

This person and his son do not have any Income source, as he is a retired person and senior citizen and his son is unemployed, do not have a job and any other source of Income. They are in a process of buying a flat costing 40 lacks in Pune and want to buy it by paying 30 lacks as a black money and 10 lacks as white money. They are unable to disclose their sources of income. I want to know how he arranged so much of money in a very short span of time that is in 8 days. I have a strong doubt that they are involved in some illegal activities and I strongly feel that they and the people around them are a fraudulent. I would like to appeal to the Income Tax Department that you try to assess/raid their house and try to find out the exact sources of their income, the sources of his current properties that they have bought and money they have collected in the past at Narayan Gaon Pune by checking all the transactions that he had done regarding his existing properties in the past and try to find out whether he has paid all his Income Tax dues and liabilities. I am damn sure that you will get the exact picture if you take an action against them. I hope and Trust that you will do the needful. Being a citizen of India I feel that it is my duty to inform you about the fraudulent people.

You need not cancel your pan card, because you are not earning at the moment. It is your proof of identity and when in future you start earning, you can use to to file your returns.

So do not worry, and do not cancel your PAN Card.

Student — Cancellation of First PAN Card

Sir I was Apply for a PAN Card in 2008. But I never got any Ack.No. or any Status of my PAN Card. So in 2010 I again apply for PAN Card. Then I got a Ack.No. on my mobile. I check it on site and status showing its processing. After somtime i again got A message that your PAN Card Dispatched. I got that PAN Card that i was apply in 2010.

Since my PAN Card was lost, I applied online for reprint of the PAN card.

Corect DOB is must because in future you are gonna use this as a dob proof.

They cannnot allow refunds to all who make wrong entries themselves. Because it'll encourage mistakes and they'll have to handle huge inflow of refund requests which will push the processing cost of pan further upwards.

Instead, let it remain a very low processing fee of 98 rupees and should fill our names and dob carefully.

Since my Pan Card was lost, i have online applied for Reprint of the Card to NSDL. I have paid relevant amount and relevant all papers submitted by mail & courier services .But till date i have not received PAN Card.NSDL/ INCOM TAX Dept said to me that your documents are ok but your Card is deleted & being not showing in the System .So please do needful and provide me the PAN Card.
