I am holding a PAN Card No. AGXPP4411H for the past 10 years and I have been submitting my Income Tax Returns on this PAN No.

I got a letter dated 15/09/2006 from the Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Range 12, Hyderabad stating that I have been alloted more than one PAN No. The PAN numbers allotted are

My Friend has been applied for PAN Card before 5 months ago on 20 JAN 2009.

After three weeks of application i have not received the PAN card but on line the PAN no allocated AROPR8827M, DEL/W/66/4.
If it was returned from the correspondence address as mentioned then it can be retransmitted to new address then obliged.
