this is for your kind information that one of the engineering college chairman named Dr. S. Arunachalam, Thiruvalluvar collge of engineering and technology, ponnur hills, vandavasi - 604 505 is spoiling our country's economical growth by collecting lskhs of donations from the students and hiding it in his income. who intelligently got this donations without bill from the students for the past ten years and the college trust account also fakely audited. By this who have got ecomomical benefits more and more and he is trying to start a third engineering college named balamani arunachalam group of insititutions laterly named as g.j college of enngineering owned by his family members in which he has given lakhs of money to the aicte inspection committee members for the approval of this institution. And he has decided the same for the anna university inspection committee members upto 25 lakhs of corruption for the affiliation because he has submitted all the details of faculties and euipments for the laboratories are fake and they are from his first engg college named thiruvalluvar college of enng and tech, vandavasi - 604 505. I can able to prove this that the details submitted to the aicte members for his third g.j college where all the instuments for labs are seconds and the books for the library are stamped as thiruvalluvar college of enng and tech in which the aicte members demanded more money and got and also after the aicte inspection most of the shown recently appointed staff members are gone for valuation on behalf of thiruvalluvar engg college where they truly serve.

this is for your kind request as a student of thiruvalluvar engg college me and other students suffers very much and the college had given false documents and they had get some other college staff help and shown that they are working in thiruvalluvar college like that during aicte or anna university inspections. Badly most of the inspection committe members are compromised themselves for money.

Taken that g.j engg college matter except the building all others including faculties are shown fakely for inspection from the thiruvalluvar engg college, vandavasi. If you want to proven that pls inspect both the colleges on the same day including staff attendance both teaching and non-teaching you will get clear about even for tcet students strength the staff members are very very low and the fraud of our cruel minded chairman of this college. Where we have got no proper food and toilet and water facillities in tcet.

Moreover, he and his family members are earned much more money of crores and crores without income tax by cheating the government in the name of various educational trusts as did before for his second engg college named a.r.m college of engineering which is also at near by his third engg college g.j near maraimalai nagar, chennai.

I[censored] take true action against him and some of the staffs named k.Poyyadappan, M. Prabakaran, G.Jothinathan, M. Thirumurugan of tcet and his family members you will reveal the fraud to the world and our govt will get economically sound because he (our chairman )bought more assets for crores of crores by showing lesser values and even anna univ if taken proper action this kind of merchants of education like i felt he is using prostitution lord saraswathi will be punished.

Hope u all will do the best for our country and students welfare because here we are all feared about the management and the four staffs named earlier.

I paid tax of around rs.22000, instead of around rs. 12000 for the year 2007 -08. So, i applied for refund of rs 10000. I Submitted ITR V form. But i got the letter from income tax department to pay rs.[protected] + 6000(interest)). I don't know what to do now???

I have submitted my income tax return for AY[protected] on[protected] Ack.No.[protected] Bndl.No.684 Range 13 in Incometax Dept. Hyderabad. My PAN No.APGPS7128G. Even after lapse of more than 2 years I have not received the income tax refund of Rs.10, 262/- . I have approached more than 10 times till now. But no result. Now I am 63 years. I am in financial difficulty.

My name is Sricharan Monigari, I have not got any Income tax refund from the Income Tax department for the FY[protected] return being filed in May 2009. I have to get more than 18000/- but i have not got that money till date. please help me to recieve the refund. My Pan No. is APZPM0183Q.

When I check the online status in https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TaxRefundStatus, it is showing

1. Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
2. If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.

Please help me on how to get the Tax Refund as soon as possible.
