I got my PAN Card after 2 months that also with wrong Date of Birth. See how careless they are entered wrong DOB into database instead of right DOB.

A person waits for 2 months for his PAN Card and after 2 months also he gets card with wrong info.

In 2007 I have applied for PAN card and after a long follow up finally have received it, but my date of birth on PAN Card is wrongly mentioned. Can anyone suggest what should I do to get it correct.
If I have to submit a new form again with required charges why should we suffer and pay for the mistakes done by PAN Card issuing authority.

My tenant whom I know since her childhood who is just 4-5 years younger to me has furnished her age as 42 years which is 22 years less than my age as per her PAN Card.
Is it not an offence as the PAN/Adhaar card are the proof of their age. On the Adhaar it is clearly mentioned that the Adhaar card has been issued based on the oral information/ self declaration without proof for Birth date.
Pl let me know whether it is a cognizable offence. and how to deal with it further.

this is for your kind information that one of the engineering college chairman named Dr. S. Arunachalam, Thiruvalluvar collge of engineering and technology, ponnur hills, vandavasi - 604 505 is spoiling our country's economical growth by collecting lskhs of donations from the students and hiding it in his income. who intelligently got this donations without bill from the students for the past ten years and the college trust account also fakely audited. By this who have got ecomomical benefits more and more and he is trying to start a third engineering college named balamani arunachalam group of insititutions laterly named as g.j college of enngineering owned by his family members in which he has given lakhs of money to the aicte inspection committee members for the approval of this institution. And he has decided the same for the anna university inspection committee members upto 25 lakhs of corruption for the affiliation because he has submitted all the details of faculties and euipments for the laboratories are fake and they are from his first engg college named thiruvalluvar college of enng and tech, vandavasi - 604 505. I can able to prove this that the details submitted to the aicte members for his third g.j college where all the instuments for labs are seconds and the books for the library are stamped as thiruvalluvar college of enng and tech in which the aicte members demanded more money and got and also after the aicte inspection most of the shown recently appointed staff members are gone for valuation on behalf of thiruvalluvar engg college where they truly serve.

this is for your kind request as a student of thiruvalluvar engg college me and other students suffers very much and the college had given false documents and they had get some other college staff help and shown that they are working in thiruvalluvar college like that during aicte or anna university inspections. Badly most of the inspection committe members are compromised themselves for money.

Taken that g.j engg college matter except the building all others including faculties are shown fakely for inspection from the thiruvalluvar engg college, vandavasi. If you want to proven that pls inspect both the colleges on the same day including staff attendance both teaching and non-teaching you will get clear about even for tcet students strength the staff members are very very low and the fraud of our cruel minded chairman of this college. Where we have got no proper food and toilet and water facillities in tcet.

Moreover, he and his family members are earned much more money of crores and crores without income tax by cheating the government in the name of various educational trusts as did before for his second engg college named a.r.m college of engineering which is also at near by his third engg college g.j near maraimalai nagar, chennai.

I[censored] take true action against him and some of the staffs named k.Poyyadappan, M. Prabakaran, G.Jothinathan, M. My dob is 19/12/1989 whereas on pan card its mentioned 15/12/1990 and even my signature is not proper. I hope you will consider my case and take immediate action to make the rectification and send me the new card as soon as possible.

I am filling IT return regularly. But I am not getting my refund since last 3 years.
While checking the status of my refund online, I am getting the following message.

Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.

I just wonder who is that assessing officer. Is he getting his salary in time or not ? If yes why delay in work ?

Finally I received the cheque for the refund amount from income Tax department.
I have depositted it in my saving a/c and the cheque is cleared.
