Non receipt of IT refund AY -2009-10

I have submitted my incometax return wherein I have claimed IT refund of Rs.10223/ for the F.Y.[protected] and A.Y.[protected] vide Receipt No. [protected] dt.14th July, 2009 at Ward No. 1(4) ITO office, Seminary hills, Nagpur. I haven't received the refund till date. please advise me in this regard.

Income Tax Department — Non receipt of Income tax refund for AY 2009-10
Dear Sir,I have filed my IT return for the AY-2009-10 through consultant and I was eligible for getting the refund of Rs. 12310.00. Meanwhile I transferred from Loharinag-Pala Hydro Power Project (Uttarkshi) to JHANOR (GUJARAT). Till date I have not received the refund amount from IT deptt. and I don't know how to approch to IT deptt. for getting refund. My PAN no. is AFDPS2329L.
Please help me to getting refund.
