[Resolved]  Indane Gas — GAS Delivery

i was booking my gas refilling last month[protected] bust he is not give me refilled cyliendre and his oprater said i[censored] want to harry so plz purchase cyliendre to any other medium or effort extra money and not booking again and not prividing cyliendr

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Captain gas agency Pratap Vihar Vijay nagar Ghaziabad, U.P and my consumer number is CTV 3173. I have booked for a refile on 15th july 2009 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 21th July 09.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Captain Gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

Dear sir,

I have been suffering with gas supply for long time.When ever I call them generally they do not pick up phone and if they pick up they
talk so rudely you can not imagine.Every time they do not give us gas booking number and and say that their computer is not working.They never give booking number over phone and delivery man wont give you gas with out that no.
But if you go the shop and book then i will take more than 1 month get a gas.If you ask them they say change your distributor.
Please help me on this matter

in the name of Satheesh.C.P.Now the Gas agency could not deliver the gas in time.They are telling that the company could not send the load in time,So that they are helpless.So you may kind me and esquire about their delivery and do needful in favor of me.

sir, this is faiz uddin and custmer of divolia indane gas, i want to inform you this is the agency of village 'nadiganv' but gas distribuit in konch, and they never deliver gas at home, insteed of it we have to go to angecy for gas, and they distribuit gas on main road (konch to jalaun).
i hope you will take action fast.

I have book[protected] for refilling of my cylinder. My consumer no. is 39707resiter with ref no. 528765.
it is painful to inform you that i have not got my cylinder please note my complain and please guide to deliver my cylinder.

Really? if i will put complain here, somebody will take action against gas dealer?...need at least reply from this department.

my consumer number is 39523...No any Complains about Dealer, Bookings, Sms service but Delivery Boys refuses to delver my Refill at my home...its on third floor, no lift. is there any rule for number of floors to deliver?
