To The Sales Officer, Customer Care Sale (LPG), 2, Gariahat Road (South), Indian Oil Bhavan, Kolkata-700029. Kind Attention : Deputy manager /Consumer section Sub : Misbehaviour and harassment made by the staff of Gobind Gas power suplly, burdwan, LPG distributor of Indian Oil Co. Ltd. Dear Sir, I am Consumer of Govind gas power supply, Burdwan, west bengal for more than a decade.For the last one year the service as well as the behaviour of the staffs are day day by day detroiting.Presently they behave as if they are giving free service. After more than 35 days covering they are not delivering the cylinder.when we are enquiring they are communication is"cylinder will be send at proper time, we can't tell a definite date" Now we have to stand in line from morning 4am and coming to serial by 50 in number they will provide cupon at 10am and after that they will give cylinder after 12:00pm. Apart from this they are also issuing new connections every day. Now my questions are: 1.Is it the way for a service man to invest a whole day taking leave in his office every month for a cylinder? 2.If not able to provide cylinder to old customers then why issuing new connection evryday? 3.What is the sake of having double cylinder connection/is the money of acylinder has no value of the consumer? I personelly fully agree with your conmment regarding the misbehaviour and worst service of Gobind Gas Power Supply, Burdwan, west bengal. They dont care about the customer and specially the lady sitting in the front desk is so careless and rough in nature that most of the customer became afraid to approach for getting any suggestion / enquary . Also their delivery pattern is very worst that the other private gas agencies . Most of the time they deliver after 35 days of issueing a new gas cylinder, and because of this one has to be hungry after 28/30 days as the cylender beocmes empty .In a single word the autherity should take a proper step to this agency to serve the proper service tyo the customer . Shame to this Gobind Gas Power Supply Agency, Burdwan

I have also faced the same problem.Their dealings and behavior with customers are just unpalatable and intolerable.Within this year i have taken 2 gases, on my last booking that was on[protected], i did not receive any gas till date from dealer.When i went to his place and inquired about this delay they told very sarcastically that my gas connection is moved to another dealer without any reason.
Their way of interacting consumer is very worst and i personally feel that a serious action should be taken on this Gobind Gas Power Supply, Burdwan, west bengal.

Same thing happened to me. The staffs are misbehaving as well as not giving proper service. Why should we suffer???? We are paying for it...they are not giving free service to us. The rules they are making by their own are totally illogical. Please take strict action against the service provider as soon as possible.
