WE ASKED FOR GAS CONNECTION FROM THE DEALER (INDANE GAS DEALER ALANGULAM TIRUNELVELI DT, TAMIL NADU PIN 627851) THEY TOLD THAT WE WILL GIVE YOU THE CONNECTION.
AFTER THREE DAYS WE GOT A LETTER FROM THE DEALER. AFTER LETTER CAME I GO TO THE OFFICE AND THE DEALER TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY A GAS STOVE AND COOKER FOR THE GAS CONNECTION WORTH Rs. 4500/- IF YOU BUY THE A GAS STOVE AND COOKER YOU WILL GET THE CONNECTION OTHER WISE YOU WILL NOT GET THE CONNECTION. WE HAVE A NEW BRANDED BUTTERFLY STOVE AND COOKER FROM THE GIFT. WE DON'T NEED THE STOVE OR A COOKER THEY ARE TELLING THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE THE CONNECTION TO US

Indane Gas — ASKING FOR EXTRA CHARGE FOR CONNECTION

I APPLIED FOR CONNECTION BEFORE TWO MONTH NOW I HAVE GOT A LETTER FROM INDANE.IN LETTER THERE IS CLEARLY INTIMATED THAT INTIAL DEPOSIT IS 1850 RS BUT WHEN I GO TO THE DEALER HE IS SAYING ME TO PAY 3600RS, 1800 RS MORE FOR STOVE.BUT I HAVE ALREDY A STOVE WITH ISI MARK.
BUT HE IS THAT IT IS MUST WITHOUT PURCHASIN STOVE WE CAN NOT GIVE UYOU CONNECTION.
SO, CAN YOU CLEAR ME THAT FOR A GAS CONNECTION IT IS THAT WE PURCHASE A STOVE FROM THAT DEALER WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED.

    dear sir :

    consumer number : 4353 / TUCS, ALANDUR, CHENNAI

    We are holding gas connection of indane with above mentioned cunsumer number ( 4353). last week we had received one cylinder which is having high pressure ( pipe line is comes out when cylinder is on ). i have registered complant with agency yesterday and today morning and no response from their end . just 10 minutes i have complaint with mr. velu of service cell of indian oil corp .

    kindly interfer and replace the cylinder at the earliest .

    Dear sir,
    I like to bring your kind attention that I am a single celender connection holder under " Sonar Bangla Gas Service". Propietor of the said distributor is Mr Subir Sengupta, mobile no-[protected], office telephone no[protected]. The distributor use to supply refilled cylender after 10/14 days later of booking and use to misbeihave with every consumer. I applied for double cylender 2 yaers ago, but till now I don't get the same. Thus they creat a great problem with me.
    Please look into the matter and help me, who is looking fer your kind cooperation.

      I'M USUALLY FUELING MY BIKE AT IOCL -COCO AT NO.60 L.B.ROAD, ADYAR, CHENNAI-20. USUALLY THEY GIVE A SYSTEM GENERATED BILL, IF DEMANDED. I REQUIRE THE BILL FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM EMPLOYER ONCE IN A MONTH. I NEED TO COLLECT N PRESERVE THE BILLS FOR A MONTH. THE SYSTEM GENERATED BILL GETS ERASED IN 2 OR 3 DAYS BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF STATIONERY AND PRINT. ON 25.7.09 AT 17:38:26 HRS IN PUMP 13 - NOZZLE 1 I HAVE FUELED MY VEHICLE 2.06 OF LTRS FOR RS.100/-. WHEN I DEMANDED A MANUAL RECEIPT FOR THE ABOVE REASONS THE PUMP FILLER STAFF IT CANNOT BE GIVEN - U CAN CONTACT THE OFFICE ROOM. I WENT TO THE OFFICE ROOM AND CONTACTED ONE MAN. HE TOLD ME THAT OTHER THAN SYTEM GENERATED BILL THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO ISSUE MANUAL BILL. BUT IN FACT THEY MAINTAIN A MANUAL BOOK AND GIVE A MANUAL RECEIPT WHEN DEMANDED, OF COURSE, WITH HATRED FEELINGS. THIS TIME ALSO HE INFORMED ME TO TAKE XEROX COPY OF THE SYSTEM GENERATED BILL. I TOLD HIM IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO SPEND A RUPEE FOR XEROX EVERY TIME. HE DIRECTED ME IMPATIENTLY TO TAKE XEROX AFTER COLLECTING 4 BILLS. WHEN IOC DIRECTED LIKE THAT WHY DO YOU MAINTAIN MANUAL RECEIPT BOOK HERE - I ASKED. HE GAVE ME A MANUAL RECEIPT BY NOT TOLERATING MY QUESTIONS AND BY IMPOLITE WAY OF RESPONSE. I ASKED HIM TO FURNISH HIS NAME AND THE NEXT SUPERIOR AVAILABLE AT THAT OFFICE. THEN HE TOLD ME ONE IN 4000 OR 5000 ONLY DEMAND RECEIPT LIKE THIS. YOU CAN GO COMPLAINT WITH ANYONE. HE HAS NOT EVEN REVEALED HIS NAME. HE IS NOT WEARING HIS ID CARD/NAME PLATE TO NOTE DOWN. SOMEBODY AT THAT OFFICE TOLD ME THAT HE IS V.SUNDARARAJAN, SUPERVISOR/MANAGER OF THE DEPOT. PLS TREAT THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUS AND ADVISE THE STAFF IN GENERAL AND THE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR-IN-CHARGE OF THE OUTLET IN PARTICULAR TO BE POLITE AND RESPONSIBLE.

      PLEASE ARRANGE TO SUPPLY THE SYSTEM GENERATED BILL WHICH SHOULD BE LEGIBLE AND UNERACEABLE ALWAYS.

        This is second time in 6 months of period, we found supplied Indane gas cylinders from Gurudatta Indane Gas Agency doesn't have rubber vacher fixed properly. My 'Indane Gas Customer Number 22090'. We found that the mistake was taken place at "Cherlapally Indane Gas Company'. Because of poor/neglicted 'Pre Delivery Inspection' before sealing cylinders and sending them to the local dealers to supply for consumers.

        Usually we fixed gas regulator to the cylinder for regular use and left home for shopping. We received a phone call from neighbor flat owner that, they are getting lpg gas smell from our flat. When we rushed home, we found that total flat was filled with lpg gas and called service person for gas leakage.

        The service person was kind enough to visit our flat at night about 9:30 PM and traced that the cylinder was not having proper rubber vacher, which will prevent gas leakage. This is the second incident in 6 months span.

        Its creating a terror in our family to use 'Indane gas' cylinders which were not taken any basic precautions like cheaking up gas leakage and proper fitments of 'Vachers' at Cherlapally 'Indane Gas Company' cylinder filling station before delivering to the dealers to supply to the customers.

        We also found 'water was accumulating around the cylinder' and service person asked us to keep cylinder outside in the balcony and promised to replace new cylinder next day.

        This incident created so much mental tension for few hours in whole family & if we would have not aware of the precautions during gas leakage, our total family might have been a victims of Gas cylinders blasting.

        If 'Indane Gas Company' don't take any basic precautions like this, we would like to approach Consumer forum for necessary justice.

        Indane Gas Cylinder — Non issue of Lpg cyliner

        Sir,

        I have registered for one domestic gas cylinder on 14.2.2008 with the following Indane Distributor:-

        Sudarsans Indane Services

        Kerala

        But, so far the distributor has not issued Gas cylinder to me. Hence for the last 10 months I am using commercial gas cylinder for demestic purposes, which is costly and not affordable for us. It is also informed that I am an employee of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. I request your kind attention in this issue.

          My gas agency has NEVER give me home delivery till date. Not even the first delivery. Of late I last booked my no. on 28/6/2009. But today is 26/7/2009 and I have not received my refill cylinder inspite of me reminding them over and over again. My gas has finished since 19/07/2009. I had even personally gone to the agency but my work was never done.
          This agency harasses other consumers too. They once had even charged me Rs.20 extra for giving me a cylinder from the office itself.
          Shall I leave this agency or wait for your action to be taken to give a relief to the harassed consumers. KINDLY HELP.

          Anand Gas — Late delivery of domestic gas

          We have booked domestic gas cylinder on 7th March 2012.At the time of booking , we were informed that the gas will be shipped after 25 days. But still there is no proper response . Today(10.4.20112) we enquired about the delaying of delivering gases. They replied to wait for 25 days more.Then we asked them to book the second cylinder but they are forcing us to wait till the first cylinder is delivered.We have no kerosene option in ration card.Then how can we manage daily fuel needs.????Kindly guide what can we do.

            2 End Cylinder Booking

            i have one cylender of indane, i am staying at T.N.H.B Avadi ( Near Chennai ) i m always asking to your franchiese of indane regarding the 2nd cylender the contect number of 37146 (MV Enterprises), here i m always getting the answer that voucher not available if we go on 25 th of the month they say come after 5 th the booking period will be only 5 th to 24 th of the month, i m always getting the same answer since last 2 Months....

            Dear sir/mam

            We have a connection of Indane Gas Service (Consumer No-15658) through M/s Vasant Kunj Gas Services, Khasra No-809, Chattarpur Extn, Main Road, New Delhi-74.

            we booked the cylinder.Delivery boy Arvind came and brought the leak cylinder on 21-07-09 arround 1 pm.The main issue is that Arvind comes wth leak cylindereverytime.Whn we ask him to check the cylinder he told lie everytime that its perfect..He came last at my home on 17-02-09.On that day he took the 305rs instead of 280rs.When we saw the receipt it was 280 because rates had been down by the govt.We asked them but unfortuntly he has gone.Next time he came on 21-07-09.My mom told him abt that incident bt he denied.We took the cylinder.Bt he was quarrelling wth my mom over that incident.I came out and resolved the issue.He didnt check the cylinder now cylinder is leaking.I' ve called the agency people bt noone is coming to change cylinder.This is clearly shows that agencies persons are involved in this type of theft. Without agencies people how delivery boy can do the same.Today is fourth day without any action.At this time anything can happen with cylinder.He told us(25 ki jagha 500 rs ka fatka lagaunga..shart laga lo).He use that kind of language with the ladies.

            Waiting response from your side at the earliest.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            We have a connection of Indane Gas Service (Consumer No-16369) through SREE RANGANATHA GAS SERVICE, Lower Hutha, Bhadravathi-577301.

            Delivery person demands delivery charges of Rs. 50 each time while delivering cylinder and I raised complaint with gas agency through call but they also told to give money without any bill.

            If I denied to give delivery charges, he won't deliver cylinder near to home and misbehaving like not stopping vehicle, rolling full cylinder from road itself.

            From last 5 deliveries, I am facing very difficult to receive cylinder.

            Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

              Dear Manager,

              I am a customer of Indane LPG through Govila Enterprises, Samad Road, Aligarh. I am trying to get their phone numbers (three numbers; 2 at their godown and 1 at their office) for last one week to book the gas cylinder, but nobody is picking up the phone numbers: [protected] (Office); [protected] & [protected] (godown).

              Kindly help in booking gas at Consumer No. G/ 46792.

              INDANE LPG Cylinder — not picking up the phone

              sir,
              i have been trying to contact the agency , at greater noida,UP, to book a cylinder,for past 10 days but no body is picking up the phone. plz look into the matter and help us.

              LPG Cylinder — Not picking up phone

              I have tried calling the Ranjan Gas Agency at Sector-26, NOIDA, where i have a connection for the past 3 days for atleast 100 times. They are not picking up the phone. In fact, its not even ringing, a pre-recorded message says, "the number you are trying to call is busy, please try later." If you reach the address to get a cylinder, they will just say that you have not placed the order in advance.

              Even when they give the cylinder, atleast 1kg gas is missing.

D.K Puri R/O I-30 D, Dilshad Garden, delhi-110095 Consumer No-11137, Have change my address from I-30 d, dilshad Garden to I-29 B Dilshad garden, and on asking why they have changed the address, they said (Sindhu Gas Agency, Between B & D Pkt Dilshad Garden) we have this address only, but we are residing at the above address for last 18 Years. On asking to check there records, they said we dont have any papers you check your record.

                So, i request you to Kindly change the address immediately.

                My LPG connection no.8893-B, I am subscribed to Indian gas distributor shri krishna sai gas service kanpur u.p.I booked the cylinder many time. Last 5 menthes office man give the commitment cylinder will reach with in 6 days. But till now no any cylinder are reach at my house. Every time I will Tray to Call Phone No. Engage. Or they shut their receiver down
                When I Personally go to agency then agency told us our gas agency provide you regularly gas. We will not give you any. do anything which you have in your mind. I don’t care. please take need full action.

I have also requested them earlier to change my address but till date my address has not been changed by the agency and I am facing a lot of problem.

                It is therefore requested to instruct the above said gas agency for updating my new address.

                  Indane LPG Gas — Cylender not recieved

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  I booked the cylender on 22 December & they said that I will get cylender in 7 days but not recieved so called beack on 2nd Jan 09 but they said that my cylender has not being booked so at that time itself I again booked & they said in 4-5 days I will get.

                  After that continously on a regular basis I am calling them but I am unable to get cylender.

                  Lpg Gas Cylinder — NON RECEIVED BOOKED CYLINDER IN TIME,

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  I have a LPG Gas connection with you from long days, my customer number is T/11577, from GAS & GADGETS, Manton Super Mkt, Shop No- 34, Behala Manton, Kolkata- 700 034, favour of Rama Ganguly.

                  On 19/05/2009 I have booked a cylender over telephone to directly Indian Oil Booking Center, and my booking number is 3983. At the time of booking they assured me that within 3-4 days they can deliver the cylender. But till today I have not received the same.

                  Regarding the above today I made a quary to my distributer ( M/s Gas & Gadgets) over telephone, and I am surpried that they checked and told me that already they deliverd that gas cylender to my address, where as till today I have not received the same.

                  So, I think that the delivery person of M/s Gas & Gadgets already delivered my cylender or sale out to other person for his own interest.

                  You are requsted to do something as early from your end .

                  Indane Gas — Not received second LPG gas

                  Hi,

                  Its been more than 6 months after we have taken new connection of Indane cylinder and yet (18th Aug 2010) we have not receieved second cylinder for which all indians are eligible.

                  Everytime we go and talk to indane agency, they just give us some or other run away ideas and voice like, we dont have stock and all....
                  Since 4 months continously we are going to aganecy and listening the same.
                  This is the height now.

                  Let me know the solution or please take appropriate action.

                          Indane Gas — last subscription voucher

                          i have xerox copy of subscriptor vocher is there.It is registered in B.R.Gas service, chanda nagar, Lingampally. Cust No.: BR35048. I want to shift to Kukatpally. I need to do. They are not ready to help. If you last we couldn't do anything they are saying. I have all proof of document xerox.

                          मैंने RIDDHI INDANE SERVICE HARI NAGAR, ०३.०३.२०११ को सिलेंडर नेट के माध्यम से बुक कराया था जिसका बुकिंग नम्बर - ९ है . और ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हो रहा है मेरे साथ (दुसरो का मुझे नहीं पता ) हमेशा ऐसा ही होता है जिस कारण मुझे बड़ी दिक्कत होती है कृपया आप हमारी सहायता करे, मेरे पडोसी के यहाँ भारत गैस है और उन्हें २ से ३ दिनों के अन्दर सिलेंडर मिल जाता है.

                                Sir,

                                We are paying more than Rs.20/- extra for delivery of Indane Domestic Gas Cylinder, supplied by Ravindra Gas Agency, Anayady, Soornad 690530, Kerala (Distributor's Code 4544935). Now his rate is Rs.350/ for a Domestic Gas Cylinder and no Bill is given. He charges extra Rs.20/- towards delivery, at the nearest place of his convenience, and it can not be called 'Home Delivery'.

                                This agency covers thousands of consumers. Consumers have no choice and they are at his mercy. Neither anybody dares to ask for the bill nor make any complaints of the extra charges he collects from the consumers.

                                Kindly look into the matter and help us to come out of this situation. We feel unfortunate that the IOC have handed over vast areas of thousands of Consumers to this Agency and helped him to maintain Monopoly. As a result the consumers are exploited financially and at the same time, strictly not maintaining 'home delivery' of the Gas Cylinder, as the Ladies and Children have to wait on the Main Road side, hours together, awaiting his truck to arrive.

                                  I recently shifted my family in Bareilly (U.P) from Budaun. In Budaun I was consumer of Bharat Gas but in Bareilly Rohilkhand Gas Service (Agency of Indane Gas) is just near my house. When I contacted at agency regarding connection agaist Termination Voucher issued by Bharat Gas Agency, Budaun, they denied to issue connection against this and said to me that this connection will be issued by Bharat Gas Agency only. When I pressed them to issue connection they said to me that they will issue connection if I produce N.O.C. from Office of Bharat Gas. Please advise me that whether it is compulsory to produce N.O.C. to take change provider of service.

                                    The Indian oil petrol bunk opposite to Virtusa at Ekattuthangal, Chennai uses a different petrol gun cum monitor. They are perfect frauds, who are cheating consumers by turning the petrol gun away while not completing the actual level at the end of every fueling.They steal 150 to 250 ml of petrol in every automobiles and more than litres in every four wheelers.At the end of every single day they must be cheating and stealing almost 100s of litres of petrol from common people.So peoples do not fuel there in that bunk.
                                    one can refuel at the Shell which is just few meters away from that bunk, where the service and standard is just too good.

                                    Indian oil petrol bunk — Petrol Robbery - Injustice to the consumers

                                    Hi,

                                    This is to bring to your notice that, fuel scam is happening at
                                    Indian Oil Petrol Bunk,
                                    near E.K Retail shop
                                    Bilekhalli,
                                    Bannerghatta
                                    Bangalore.

                                    As soon as a customer ask to refill bike tank with fuel, the guy will set the reading to the correct denomination asked and during operation, the cashier will immediatly divert your attention by asking "Do u need a bill". As soon as customer turns his face to talk to the cashier and once he turns back to see the fuel reading, its already switched off !!!!.

                                    This is really a cheap tactics played..
                                    Now am in search of different outlet for filling fuel.

                                    Hope some action is taken against this ...
                                    Wish to see some action taken against this and stop this illegal thing

                                      I know that you are one of the big domestic gas distributer in india. There are many agency all over the india and millions of customer. Also I hope that you also have satisfied customer.But,

                                      I am heartily write you that we are suffering to much for the bad behavior of your delar employee. Sir I have booking my for gas on 2/07/2009 employee say within 20 days we deliver the bottle of gas, but today my second bottle is also empty but the first booking also not deliver, after two days at my home there is occasion of angangment what I will do??????????

                                      Sir when I am talking about my booking then the delar has no answer for that why I don't know. Sir it is
                                      unbelievable that agency have no gas from the company.Sir even I am not requesting to the employee because of those very bad behavior and no proper answer.

                                      Says delivery in 8 to 10 days, but always gives in 15 to 20 days.All other agencies give delivery within 3/4 days.
                                      I am hereby with uncomfortable by your Agency Services (Satyam Gas Services).I am residing in Ahmedabad

                                      and my consumer number is 10778 and On the Name of Shaikh Fatmabibi Ikramuddin.
                                      This is the Problem which I have ever to face. Now a days this is being taken too much and now I cant bear

                                      this ridiculous from your agency services. We have two cylinders but I never to use the advantages of

                                      having two, it seems that only I have one.But the major problem is Delay in Delivery and Poor response.As i

                                      have booked on 15th October and also make the command to arrange as soon as they can. because at that

                                      time, the duration for cylinder was going to be completed. as now and then I have been without cylinder

                                      and completing the routine life by purchasing from outside since 4 days.And on today I visited to your

                                      Agency named - SATYAM GAS SERVICE- at Delhi Gate in Ahmedabad.Just on Inquiry that when the delivery would

                                      be in.They just come up with mannerless reply that it would take 10 days more and originally it had taken

                                      almost 12 days.and also I have mention my condition, they just reply with what to do .I think they sells

                                      the cylinder in Black and earns a illegal money.
                                      You know this is the way how to treat to their customer and shouting on the customer. If this will happen

                                      you will lost many of customers and when I visited to their office their were many of people who were

                                      having row between your agency with having same problem.
