I booked for supply of Gas on 18th June 2009, even after 16 days, the gas cylinder was not supplied to me. Hence, on 4th July, I called up the Agency and reminded them and I was told that the cylinder will be supplied on 4th itself. However, the cylnder did not reach us till Monday morning (6/7/09). Hence, I called up Prathana's office and to my surprise, I was told that the delivery man had come to my house on 4th (Saturday) and he found the house locked and therefore, the order has been cancelled. I was very much annoyed and lodged a complained with IOC's regional office. The person who took the complaint promissed me that the gas cylinder will be delivered on Monday (6th June). But, the supply did not take place untill the evening 6pm.

This is not the first time, the delivery boy of the Prathana always create problem and nuisance. Once, the delivery boy supplied a cylinder and 2 days later came to our place and said that 4 days before he delivered the cylinder, somebody had already supplied one cylinder and therefore, we should return the cylinder that he gave us. Truly speeking we did not receive any more cylinder. He was urguing for long time and when I told him that I will lodge a complaint in the police station, he left the place.

I would request IOC to take appropriate action against Prathana Gas Agency to regularize the supply and instruct them to appoint proper personnel for delivery of gas cylinder.

prathana gas — not supplied cylinder

Booked cylinder before 25 not supplied yet, if we phone not responding properly, if we go to the company telling that will come today and they told 3 times like this and moreover the customer is an old lady and she is staying alone

Indane Gas — Prathana Gas

Prathna gas agency is insisting on verification of original booking voucher for booking a refill cylinder. There is a LONG 'Q' at the counters and one has to wait in the hot Sun to get the verification done and book a refill.

This harassment of consumers can be avoided and if there are any administrative issues with Prathana gas this should be handled by IOC separately.

Request IOC officials to take note and set this right.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a resident member of Jaipur, India. I have tried to get a New LPG connection for my home. So I visited the nearest LPG distributor of INDANE Gas . I have visited
    Pandit Gas Agency in Jaipur & Hawa Mahal Gas . I have visited several times every times they were telling me that the form is not available for new LPG connection it will be distributed next month. I don't know wheather the Govt . of India is aware of the fact or not If the agency is there then where the problem arise to give the new connection. They actually harass the innocent citizen every time. If you have the backing or you will have to get it by paying the bribe so I think then you will get that. If India is thinking to give the competion to be a devlop nation the dream will never be fulfilled if certain kind o[censored]nregulated agency exists.

      Hello Sir

      This is one of the worst experinces I ever had with this company.I have booked gas 10 days ago in indian gas agency AGNI DHWAJ located at Chintalmet, hyderabad.the contact nubers they give to contact them are 24012896/24013742 I understand that these lines would be busy as customers would eb calling but not to an extent that I called continously for 90 minutes but the busy tone was teh only answer for me.In fact I tried whole day the response I got is the same.Not only me I have a seen lady coming to public both and trying for these numbers evry one hour and almost broke into tears for the same response.I suspect the employees here are irresponsible and put the receiver in busy mode.and this is worst cudtomer service.,

      Sir, I have booked for the refilling of gas in M/s.Visvanath Indane gas Agency on 27/11/2009, but so far I couldn't the refilled cylendar. My consumer ID No.30128. All most all the peoples are facing the same problem in Bsk 3rd Stage, Bangalore.

      I kindly request you to take necessary action to send the refilled Cylendar as soon as Possible. I hope you will consider my request.
      Sir, I have booked for the refilling of gas in M/s..JAMNA GAS SERVICE 106, OUT SIDE SAIYAR GATE JHANSI on 17/11/2011, but so far I couldn't the refilled cylendar. My consumer ID No.2595. All most all the peoples are facing the same problemIN jhansi.

      I kindly request you to take necessary action to send the refilled Cylendar as soon as Possible. I hope you will consider my request.

        dear sir,

        I want to say that i consumer Indane gas no. 1986. Bhagwan Swarup Gupta, Sarai Kutub, Oppisite Temple, Aligarh, but unfortunetly I always receive very low weight cylinder minimum low 1 to 2.5 kg. hawker say do you want full weight you go agency. so please look into matter sympathetically.

          Dear Respected Sir,

          Ref: My Consumer No. AN/9678

          I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I have booked for Refill of my gas cylinder on 03/07/2009 to M/s. The Annapurna, Indane Distributor, Apcar Garden,
          Asansol-713304. West Bengal. Code No.39010551

          At the time of booking, they assured us that gas cylinder will be available within 7 days so I can collect after 7 days.

          I feel sorry to inform you that neither the said dealer is giving any response to my call nor they are entertaining the customer at their counter.

          Phones of agency are either hung or no body is responding. Sometimes they pick the phone then immediately they hang the phone for unknown reasons.

          I have visited the agency several times but they always assured with surety that I can collect tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes. I was arrogantly told that it will come tomorrow but the gas never turned up. When I went there myself,
          Already 12 have passed but I never get any proper satisfactory response from them.

          I would like to ask the said dealer through you:

          1) Why they are always late in delivery?

          2) What benefit they get by not entertaining the customers’?

          3) Is there any time barred by the company to book the cylinder after getting the refilled cylinder?

          Please intervene in the matter and solve the issue.

          I would be grateful if you given special attention on my problem.

          It will be good for all customers if IOC can salvage something and not let its distributors do whatever they like.

          I am a customer of Indane . My distributer is Jai Jawan agencies in Dwarka ( near Ram phal Chowk), new Delhi and my customer no is 44439. I have booked for refill about 10 days ago but till date I have not received the refill.

          Refill is freely available if you are willing to pay Rs. 50 extra in black market but not available thru normal channel.

          Phones of ageny are either hung or no body is responding.

          You are requested to look into the matter.

            I am Santimoy Chakraborty & my consumer's number is 11385 in Indane Gas. I am 85 years old. I had booked my LPG on 29/05/'09 by booking number 17898. Our dealer is m/s Baruipur Gas Service Ukilpara, Kulpi Road, Kolkata 700144. The gas dealer initially could not locate my booking but assured me a delivery of LPG cylinder on the next day when ever contacted. For that last 10 days I am running pillar to post but the dealer has not delivered the LPG till day although I had contacted m/s Baruipur Gas service regularly.

            I am Anjali Dey, C/o, Sri Jayanta Kumar Dey a Sr. Citizen my Consumer No. 7361 for Indane Gas registered under the dealer FAIR DEAL GAS CORNER, of 16/1A, CREEK ROW, KOLKATA-700014 had booked for a supply a cylinder vide ducat no. 203994 dated 04.07.2011 but unfortunately after waiting for a long period when gas was not supplied I had again booked on your online service and the ducat no. was 208703 dated 04.08.2011, but the result was same. Then I had sent my daughter for enquiry in the dealer’s showroom, the dealer intimated that due to wrong procedure of booking the delivery could not be made. However, my daughter once again had booked on your online service and the ducat no. provided to me is 210266 dated 17.08.2011, after the said booking from your office a confirmation sms have been received by me with your assurance of supplying the cylinder soon. Despite again waiting a long period my daughter visited the dealer’s shop and when she had enquired about the delay the dealer misbehaved with my daughter and failed to assure the probable date of delivery of the gas cylinder. Please note myself is an old lady with my husband in very critical lying in the bed. Now suffering for cooking our foods. Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter sympathetically and arrange for immediate delivery of the gas cylinder and oblige.
            Further to the above please also note that this type of behavior and irregular supplies had become a regular feature of the said dealer. For your more knowledge in the matter you can enquire with the customers of the said dealer and gate my complaint confirmed.
            Hope, you will take necessary action in the matter promptly with intimation to me.

            i have booked for refilling of my cylinder on 15.03.12 having booking no.293717. on checking it was found that my cash memo no.9885, but the gas cylinder is yet to be received. my distributor krishna kishore completed the distribution up to 05.04.12. then why i did not get my cylinder in time?

As I am a senior citizen so its very difficult to move every time to dealer end.

              Hardships in getting a New Indane Gas Connection


              I have requested for a new Gas Connection to the Indian Oil Corporation dealer Venkatasai Gas Agencies, PT No. 68, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad under the following details of registration (Running Sl. No. 5395; New Connection – Registration [protected] dt 24/06/2009). As told by Mr. Bhaskar (Staff of Venkatasai Gas Agencies; Mobile: [protected]), I did receive a communication via post and I approached him in office on 6th July 2009, for getting the New supply of Gas . It was acknowledged and said when you buy new Gas Stove from them, they will effect the delivery of the cylinder and other accessories immediately”. I politely declined the offer as we already have a working Prestige Gas stove with ISI mark and requested to supply a Gas Cylinder, regulator and tube alone. Then Mr. Bhaskar said that he will come to my residence on 11th July 2009, for inspection of the Gas stove and based on that he will be able to give new Gas Connection to my registration. I said ok. On 11th July, all our family members were anxiously awaiting his presence for inspection foregoing all our outside important work. But nobody came to my residence for inspection on that day. While I phoned up to him for the absence, I was replied that he couldn’t attend because of his multifarious other work. But anyhow he will attend on 12th July ( Sunday). I too believed him and waited on the whole Sunday but in vain. Even on 12th July 2009, our calls to him proved futile. We even tried on 13th July 2009 (Monday). Again improper response from him without any service motive.

              All such happenings made us think that just because we didn’t agree to purchase a new Gas stove from the above Indane dealer, we were taken for a ride. This being the case, Indane could have made it compulsory to buy the Gas stove for New Gas Connection though it is legally incorrect.

              I really wonder, how come such awful dealers are being appointed and maintained by Indian Oil corporation which deteriorates the brand equity of INDANE. I urge the authorities concerned to look into the matter at the earliest and serve the needy in a much reasonable way.

                To: Concerned Authority,

                Due to the recent change/decision of automatic booking after 30 days has turned into a problem of delivery. I am consumer of Indane Gas being dealt with the agency ASAL Durg Entt., Gandhi Path, Chitrakoot, Jaipur. The last delivery given to me was on 22nd May-2006 and the delivery person came to me with cylinder on 6th July which means after 15 days of delivery. I asked to come back becaue I do not have the empty cylinder to take the delivery. If delivery man comes after 30/35 days, I would have option to receive the delivery. I made a complaint on this with Agency and the lady assured me to give delivery again after 30 days. But even after 45 days I did not receive the delivery even after making another complaint. Now I understood that my booking was cancelled twice and asked me to book it again. I think it is a case suspecious and the ageny is getting flexibility to black marketing and the genuine consumer is facing serious problem. Now, I am unable to fire my stove without gas leading to problem in feeding/ending my school going children.

                I want an explanation and quick delivery.

                  Sir,
                  I am permanent combatant member of Indian Air Force. I wanted to transfer my indane gas connection from Shillong to Kotkasim, Disst- Alwar, Rajasthan (Bharat gas agency).When I approached to (Alwar gases, ramgang Alwar, Bharat gas destributer) with transfer voucher, they told that it is not possible to transfer the connection from Indane to Bharat gas . Where as in my home town there is no destributer of Indane gas.

                    BAD COUSTOMER SERVICES
                    Dear Sir,

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am your customer with Gas-O-Indane, 36, 37, Tagore Centre Dawa Bazar, Indore (M.P). having Customer No. Gas-O-Indane23805. I have Gas-O-Indane tel. nos. 2702500, 2702400 as printed on their cash memo. Whenever situation arises for booking for refilling of cylinder I used to contact Gas-O-Indane sevral Time and there Booking No. 1742 on 3-4.07.2009 on their telephone numbers . We have called 40 to 50 times but till date we had not received Gas so, we can get the Cylender on excess amount for Rs, 60.00
                    The rate of Gas cylender is Rs. 346.60 but they want 350.00 so we get the cylender of Rs. 350.00 plus telephone charged Rs. 50.00 or more. For the last many days I was also trying to contact them on their telephone numbers but their lines are most of the time engaged.

                    Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to Gas-O-Indane office for booking for refilling cylinder in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest.

                    Sir, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and get my grievance redressed at the earliest possible and take stringent action against the erring responsible persons in this regard.

                    A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                    indian oil indane/lpg gas — bad service

                    i am a widow staying alone in alwarpet chennai having a indane gas (single cylinder)supply consumer no.00010921.at SREE JAYAM Indane GAS AGENCY addressed new no.9 Mariappa Naicken Street, Teynampet.Chennai-600 018. On 06.01.2009 i had booked for a refill and on repeated request i did not receive any. On 10.01.2009 i was informed that that the billing was done and a refill was already given to the delivery person and that i will receive the refill the same day, but i did not receive it till 21.01.2009 even after several requests everyday.
                    Hence i had sent a person on 22.01.2009 to the agency in person to know the problem and they had informed that a bill was made in my name on 10.01.2009 and handed over to the supply staff and their responsibility ended there, they cannot help further. They informed that the only way is that we have to collect the refill from their office in person immediatly without making any issue.Hence we collected the refill at our own task and transport from them. On receiving the payment they had issued the receipt dated 10.01.2009. to cover their fault they stamped their office seal several times on the space where the bill date was printed. The person i had sent had written the details on counter bill before signing.
                    This is not the first problem with them, i had already complained to indane customer cell several times over phone.One among them is delivery staff coming fully drunk(alcohol) and creating problem. Till date no action has been taken for the old issues and further new problem of not compling the refill in time has agonised us very much. so i request you to do the needful as early as possible. my contact no. is [protected].

                      my gas connection no is 26328, everytime i have booked my gas, i have to give atleast 5-6 reminders after the date they allot to me. i usually ask for connection after 2 months and i am harassed they tell me that the connection is already given less than 20 days prior, i don't understand, that who is using gas in my name ...then after much harassment and phone calls i am delivered gas after atleast 10 days or so, each time...

                      I booked my cylinder dated 07/07/10, my consumer no. is 20852 on nipro gas Agency Munirka New Delhi-110067.I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency, but still I have not received cylinder after 5 days. It is not first time, I am facing same type of problem last one year. Every time service provider said next time we will provide the cylinder on same day when you required.

                      I have booked for refilling cylender of consumer no 03141 on[protected] with NRIPRO Gas Agency at 67 D/1, Laxmi Market, Munirka, but i did not receive the gas till today i.e on[protected]. They mostly deliver the gas on 10 day or after it, and only taking booking after 21 days of delivery. it is very disturbing duration. Please do the necessary to get the cylender delivered today.

                        in referance to above subject i had applied for transfer for the my domestic connection from baroda to surat and submitted all documents and 2 nos. gas cylinder and regulator as per dealer's requirement he also issue a transfer letter but not refund me my deposit amount and for that i had contact three-four times to his office even though he had not paid my deposit money, but on the otherhand the owner mr. suresh rajput mis-behave with me and my wife by using cheap leanguage.

                        mean while i had submitted my transfer letter to surat dealer which has issued by the baroda dealer "hari om gas service". the surat dealer sent it for varification but now still after 45 days we do not get any progress in such matter.

                        so, kindly do the needful so that i can get new connection and gas cylinders in surat city which is necessary requirement for my whole family.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I have applied for a new domestic gas connection (Indane) with M/s. Rajesh Gas agency, No. 1, Roja Nagar, Madhavaram, Chennai - 60, Distributor code 117524. I have collected the order form from them after 2 months of booking i.e., on 20.05.09 by regd. post. Since then I personally went there 5-6 times with all the documents required by them, but every time they refused to give the connection due to typical reasons like "regulator not available", "voucher not available", "no power supply" etc. Today I experienced misbehaviour from the staff as well. As I am an employee I cannot afford going like this everyday in duty time / working day which is having professional, personal as well as financial implications. My new connection registration no is [protected] dtd. 16.03.09. My mob no is +[protected].

                          Kindly do needful to enable me to get my new connection as early as possible.

                          All ready oneweeks ago from the booking date, but still I did't recive refilled one, for the same I m not able to get staus also through the above contact numbers,

                          I was having the connection in Adyar Gas agency, Adyar and shifted my residence to K.K.Nagar last month. I requested the adyar gas agency to transfer my connection to Prema Agencies, K.K.Nagar, Chennai-78, they honoured my request and transfer order issued. Then, I approached the Prema agencies, K.K.Nagar, for acceptance and further supply. They literaly refused to give the connection, as there is one more connection in the same address. My wife is having the connection in the same address with single cylinder and that is not sufficient for us. Mine is double cylinders. kindly clarify whether i am eligible for transfer or not

                          This is with reference to the above, I have one gas connection. It gives us
                          normally 45 days. Our family only 3 members (Husband, Wife & 1 kid). My
                          Distributor Agency Name is : Dev Agency, 80, Feet Road, Saligramam,
                          Chennai. Normally, I will book only after 30th day of every month.
                          So, I can get before 45 days regularly for the past 15 years. (So they will take
                          at least 10-12 days).

                          Now, for the past 6 months, there is lot of misusing by the Dealer or
                          their staff, every 20 days, somebody is booked in my name and took
                          my gas and sold to somebody or commercial places. During the last
                          3 times, I booked whenever I called the distributor, we have been informed that
                          we have already delivered and recently you have booked just 2 days back.
                          This has happened for the last 6 months. Coming to your knowledge and
                          more over due to shortage of gas, somebody is misusing and sold to
                          somebody to get more renumeration from Tea Shop, etc.

                          Now, I want to make complaint that this habit is very bad and more over
                          it will affects other consumers also. I heard lot people are saying the
                          same answer that the dealer/staff/deliverman is misusing.

                          Please take suitable remedy for such things and make avoid
                          misusing of gas.

                            I am a consumer in Hangsa gas agency and my consumer no is 1477. I had booked a cylinder on 19/6/09. I sent my driver to collect the same. After a long wait, when he was about to make payment and take the receipt, the man in the counter said that home delivery would be made against my cylinder. I waited the next date. On enquiry, I was told that the delivery man had already taken my cylinder for delivey and I would recieve it by evening. I waited the whole day, but I did not recive it. This had happen many times. Whenever, I go to take the cylinder, they tell me that home delivery will be made. But i do not receive them at all. Leaving me with no alternative, I have to buy cylinders from the black market, paying huge sum of money. Yesterday, i.e 9/07/09, it was the same case. I am totally shattered by such behaviour of the concerned gas agency.

                            I am repeatidily facing problem in getting timely home delivery. Cylinder refills are booked aftr 21 days.
                            Refilled non delivered after 7 days days as committed.
                            While enquiry on phone, they informed cancellation of booking because of lock at house. It is false.
                            Again booked the refill, but inspite of delivery of refill, they are regularly giving false asurance, asking delivering today. I am regularly waiting for four days.

                            With ref. to my above consumer No. I would like to introduce myself as I am Swapan Kumar Pal, residing at 248, SC.M. ROAD, KUMARPARA, BAIDYABATI, HOOGHLY - 712222.

                            I Have booked one gas cylinder of Indian oil on 08/05/10, & it was commited
                            by booking officials of Serampore that it should be delivered within a max time of 8-10 days from the date of booking; But it is a regretting & unfortunate fact that inspite of my several enquiry over tel, .it has not delivered so far, & as a matter of fact I am not having double cylinder connection; So, I am facing a tremendous problem & just exhausted at the worst service & behaviour from your booking officials as they are just unable to give any proper feed back about this discrepancy.

                            In this circumstances, I am very much in suspect that some fowl play is increasing day by day & we, general consumer are suffering at regular basis due to this; So, my dear sir/officer, pls. direct me right way which I should go ahead.

                            I, Virendra Prasad Srivastava from Gorakhpur (UP) having connection NO HGS 2787(Himanshu Gas Service, Gorakhpur(UP) booked Gas through SMS on 14.11.2012 with booking No229175. on 16th November cash memo No.5111 generated as per sms received from 544111. On 25.11.12 I received SMS regarding delivery of the cylinder but note with dissatisfaction that the Cylinder has not been supplied so far despite reminders .The agency people said that the hawkers have been withdrawn and get a fresh booking and collect the cylinder on your own. I could collect the cylinder on 7th Dec against a fresh booking No2936, Cash memo 2310.The fate of delivery against my booking No229175 (Cash memo 5111) of November is not yet known and no one is there at Agency to furnish the correct in formations. The booking has been accounted for in my name while no cylinder has been supplied to me against the booking in question.

                              Sir, with due respect I the under signed regret to inform you that "SONARPUR GAS" denied to book my Domestic Gas booking request on 08/7/09, vide my Consumer No.2452, though my last booking date was 20/04/09 vide No.8240 and delivered on 24/04/09 i.e. a gap of 02(two)months 14(fourteen) days . I am in afraid of that the said "Sonarpur Gas" might misuse my alloted monthly quota to other consumers for to earn extra in illegal manner. Inspite of my earnest request to book in f/o me as I am facing acute cooking Gas crisis, the counter staff denied to book in most arrogance manner and told me to come after 10th July'09.

                              I therefore earnestly requesting to make a necessary enquiry why they have turndowned my booking request. Pray for your kind help to teach those arrogant "Sonarpur Gas", so that they cann't do such non- coopeation to their customers in near future.

                                I had intimated them by an application one and half years back.
                                They didnot take any action on it.
                                Neither had they updated this information.
                                Each time on delivery i used to face immense problem.
                                On 5.5.09 i again by an application intimated them about the change of address.
                                I had booked for a refill on 20.6.09.
                                As i didnot receive the gas cylinder i called them up repeatedly.
                                They have again come up with the same complaint that my change of address is not registered as yet.
                                Who do you think is responsible for not upgrading my change of address after so many reminders?
                                They are a set of very rude people.
                                We the customers expect good behaviour.
                                They are just an agency selling your product.
                                They have no right to misbehave with your customers.
                                I have taken a indane connetion based on the goodwill of your company.
                                Few unscrupulous ill behaved people are spoiling that goodwill.
                                I am registering a complaint against this agency.
                                Please take note of this complaint and help me out.

                                  I am a customer of Indane Gas cylinder thru M.M. Enterprises, Bangalore. When i contacted them to book for a cylinder, they are telling that it is mandatory to replace the existing Green colour gas tube to Orange colour tube (Rs. 200.00) + other charges. Without replacing the tube they are not going to supply cylinders. On this connection i asked them to give a letter on this.

                                  Is there any rule from concerned government departments on above?

                                  If it is there, then why this gas agency is not ready to give any letters..

                                  Please clarify.

                                    We have submitted an application to M/S. Chopra Filling Station, 31, mile stone, Kundli, Disstt. Sonepat, Haryana on subject "XTRAPOWER Application no. DLSO-PMCDO___dt.19/06/09 for one no. smart cars to be issued to us to purchase HSD in our factory add:Plot no.185, HSIDC Ind. Estate, Kundli, Disstt. Sonepat, Haryana to run D.G. Set of 125KVA
                                    & 75 KVA. But till date we have not received any card.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Today i went to Indane gas agency dealer Alwar M/S Ambesh gas service, Alwar (Raj.)-301001 for new connection and DBC connection .
                                      Sir i asked them for new connection but they told me that “it is compulsory to take new gas stove for new gas connection & wearing kit for DBC connection. It is compulsory from Indane Gas Compony.”
                                      Sir, I want to know that whether is it compulsory to take new gas stove & wearing kit with a new connection & DBC OR they were telling me lie.
                                      the charge me for DBC 1850+250=2100Rs. but i the other agencies is charging Rs.1650/- for same service without any compulsory condition ( New stove & Wearing kit)

                                      Indane Gas — Not getting DBC conection

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My consumer no. is 32550. I have single domestic connection & still trying for DBC. From June 08 i am waiting for it. Now i havetransfaerd from Satna to Ujjain & the distributor Mahakal Indane Service is treating me like a new consumer. He told me wait for 6 month more for DBC apply. Kindly suggest how can i get it, because always i would transfer after 1 yr.

                                      In this regard i am requesting pls treat me as a old consumer not new.I am already taking service from IOC since June 08 so how can your distributor tell me New consumer. I am not cunsumer of Mahankal Indane service Ujjain, i am a consumer of IOC.

                                      Also i request to you that pls aske to your distributor for polite talk with consumer, there is also a issue of misbehavior.

                                      Indane Gas — Not receiving DBC connection from dealer.

                                      Dear sir, This is informing to you that i'm deepak sharma,son of Shriniwas sharma here.My father has got a DBC connection from V.I.P. quata From chairman of Rajya sabha,New delhi.But unfortunately the dealer is not providing that connection to us soon.I have submitted my connection letter to the dealer but he is not taking any initiative to provide that connection to us.He is making we people fool all the time and not considering the VIP letter.He's just making pretend only for us that i don't have the enough cylender with us.So i request u kindly do the needful for us.We are so much of trouble because of it.I just got the VIP connection of Indane Priority connection with DBC.The letter reference no of the latter is AG/LPG/1079 for marketing devision Agra office to senior area manager.The recomandation for connection for us is giving by the Mr. Naresh kumar,Private Secretary of Deputy chairman,Rajya Sabha,New Delhi.The letter vide ref. is D.O.No. PS(N)/HDC/RS/VIP/2009-741 date 30.07.09.This letter is for the name of Shri Sriniwas,S/o Mr. Raghunandan lal sharma, Mohalla Ramsinghpura,kachla gate,soron, Distt: Kashiram Nagar, U.p. And the nearest Indane dealer is M/s Balaji Indane Gas Service, Soron. So i request u people to do some needful to me and just the get back to that dealer for this mishappening.
