[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Phone not responding

I am a Indane gas subscriber at Dikshit Gas Agency, Khichripur, Delhi 110091 but I am never able to book the gas because they never pick the phone.
please book my gas as soon as posible my conection no is DG-41342.

I am a Indane gas subscriber at Sehrawat gas Agency, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi-62. but i am never able to book the gas because they never pick the phone.
And Quantity of gas in the cyclinder is not adequate.

new delhi, i am unable to book the gas because they never pick phone most of the time.
if by mistake they pick the phone, they do not suply gas in time and take several days.
please reply whether we can book gas by e-mail.and what should be the dilevery time.

I am customer of Maruti Gas Agencies AGRA for INDANE LPG.
the office contact no.[protected] never respond during office hrs. & Gas amount during home delivery is not correct.
Pl. take some initiative in company favour.

It is a usual practice being adopted by most of the gas agencies "a not picking tactics of phone" which creates wastage of time, sometimes after continously calling for one or more than one hours. I would comment and suggest that a particular person is enaged for this work so that subscriber can easily book the gas cylinder. This need to be viewed seriously as I am facing similar problem.

Indane Gas — not response on phone when booking

My Cust No. RF-8346 At Raj Flame Mohan Garden, New Delhi-59
At this time I am present at Raj Gas office I am try these office Gas Booking No. I see the phone receiver is disconnected.This is regular basis I am try several time phone call at Booking Phone No.[protected]/[protected].One Phone is temepeory out of service and the second phone number is always show busy.I am suffering problem for last few months.

Indane Gas — Never Book Gas on phone

This is to inform you that Narela Gas Agency never book the Gas from Phone . We has to wait long time to book the gas from Phone . They shows us that they are bussy . But when we go there to Book the gas the Phone is on hold mode to show that they are bussy . And we have to take leave from the office to book the gas . you are requested to take necessory action for such type of complaind

indine gas — not responding on telephone

we have calling last three days but your distributor M/s Sunder Syam Gas Agency is not picking the telephon.

Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .

In November 13, 2009, I was visit to my gas agency for gas booking, he was said, ur gas booked, and staped on our gas card, 3 or 4 days gas will be delivered. But not delivered.
Again I visit 25 Nov. 2009, than he said ur gas not book till date
and again he booked our gas, But till 1st December 2009 I have not receive our gas. I[censored] have not faith u can try our gas agency ph no [protected], [protected]

sir i am apply to new connection for indane gas for me ,so 2-3 months no respond please you contact to the global indane in bbsr

DEAR SIR,
to whom ever it is concerned.

I am from Hyderabad, Malkajgiri. The Indane gas enterprises which is located near R.K.Nagar, Malkajgiri is really worst. they don't pick the call and do not respond when we walk into their premises, and they just say all cock and bull stories if we ask them that why you people are not lifting the call and so on.
The management is really irresponsible and very much dull in their work and there is no online booking for certain places including this enterprise.
the people just say that go and book your gas online but, they don't even know that they are aware of online booking.
finally, its my humble request to change the management or the whole enterprise with a well equipped technology so that the consumers are not effected as gas is one of the major useful aspect in everyone's life.
There are many people who are interested in taking the indane gas agencies. As i myself interested in taking and developing the gas agency.

Mostly Never Receives a Call, it always putted on engage mode, putted at a side,
and if it rings it gets no reply, on one receives that.
If it is our need to book for a gas cylinder, we have to try for 2,3 days for a continuous calling.
and then after get cylinder after minimum 8 days...
