I have booked indane refill cylinder through indane customer booking system
on [protected] on11.06.2011(cnsumer no.D-9170,at M/s Deep Ganga,Ashiana Nagar,Patna).My booking no. is 214618 dt.11.06.2011.An SMS has been received
on 21.06.2011 that your Cash memo no.is4751dt.21.06.2011 has been issued and cylinder has been delivered.But no cylinder yet been delivered to me.Then Ihave complained on toll free no.[protected] on22.06.2011 and attending official gave me complain no.132193dt.22.06.2011.After that Ihave reminded more than ten times on toll free no.but invein.They are very rude people and they have no manner how to talk with cnosumer, they cut the line without listening my grivance.After lot of frustations Ihave to the Local Telephone No.[protected] on24.06.2011and attending official assured me that same will delivered tomorrow but still cylinder has not been delivered.Today on 28.06.2011 Ihave again complained to the local no and result is awaited.Hence it requested to look into the matter andsystem of Indian oil Corporation for customer redrasal has been totally colapsed.Local Agency are telling Idont know complain to the tollfree no.Iam delivering cylinder today for booking of16.06.2011 of your area.VenderTalking that your cash memo not handed overme the agency office.

    Sir,
    It is very clear that the gas prices have been hiked by Rs 50/- from mid night 24June 2011, However the gas agencies which are suppose to deliver the gas have been making a foul play.
    I have booked the gas on 14 June 2011 Delivery Chelan is made on 24 June 2011 and delivered on 27 June 2011 with the increased rate by altering the price by hand. I would like to know from your good office that the price noted is accounted to the company or not.
    Kindly look into the miss-appropriations. Intimate Please?

    consumer No: 5124 name Rasiya U S. connection in Gas agency thalapilly wadakanchry. on 13 June 2011. when gas supply came my home area but any one present in my home so return back my cylinder. when came in my home neighbor inform to me your gas cylinder came and return back. so i called to gas agency and informed. gas agency told me you will get cylinder when coming next supply in your area. but many times came supply not get me when call in gas agency wadakanchery always told next time.but not yet get my cylinder please take action against gas agency. and other problem when get cylinder collecting extra Rs: 20.00 for door to door delivery. but after collect money supply through cylinder on road side please consider and necessary action please

      i have booked for reffiling through indian oil centralised system on 31/5/2011 & my booking no was 200237,cash memo no. 559. now i only receive the massage from them that the cylender has already been delivered on 21/6/2011, but the same has not been received by me till today i.e 27/6/2011 from the distributer & the distributer is not responding my phones.

      Kindly advice m/s. Pattammal Gas Agency of West Tambaram, Chennai to deliver the gas cylinder to consumer No: 34955 booked on 14th November 2007 at m/s. Sree Graha Gas Agency of East Tambaram which is recently closed by Indane gas company.
      My self G. Rajiv , an Indane Gas customer since 1983, We are residing in Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. My customer Number is 3222 and it is in my father’s name Mr. K. Gangadharan. Our agency is Shri Mahaganapathy Gas Agency. With deep regret i inform you that , Since 6 months they are behaving in a very brutal manner, and their service is extremely poor.
      Their condition is that to book the cylinder after 25 days of delivery, and if we book so they are taking a minimum period of 25 to 30 days to deliver, the same case for additional cylinder too. Earlier we had 2 additional cylinders, therefore we are managing, but now they have cancelled one .
      Is it possible to maintain a family of 4 members with one cylinder for a period of 55 to 60 days.
      We are unable to borrow the cylinder from our neighbours too because the same case exist for them.
      How many days we should undergo these kind of trauma and torture from the agency.
      I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as still we haven’t lose out good faith in Indane Gas, and organise for us to get the cylinder atleast within 7 days of booking.

      My consumer No. 12213 Agency is Necolian Enterprises, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-15 Twenty days back I tried to book cylinder on their two telephone numbers but I could not get their numbers so I booked gas on telephone number 1260 which is for 24 hours booking which booked gas and gave me booking number 4. after seven days I personally went there when the booking person told me your gas has not been booked so she booked it fresh and said you will get the cylinder after seven days and seven days are over and still I have not received cylinder. When booking on telephone no. 1260 is of no use why it is printed on their receipt?

      Indian Gas ( Indane) — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder

      I booked for a Cylender on 4th January 2008 with the above mentioned Gas Agency but they have not delivered till date do necessary action to deliver immediately.

      As per company's rule anybody can get refill bottle after 10 days of booking. And you can book your refill after 7 days of receiving new bottle. But in our town, from Gas agency, MONALISA GAS AGENCY, we are not able to have above mentioned decipline for booking and refilling. We have already talk to agency and talk on telephone to area office ( Mr. Khandare Mo: [protected] ) regarding this problem. But till date problem is not solved and we are facing acute shortage of gas for domestic use.
      You are kindly requested to attend my complaint possitively and do the needful immediately.

      I have been suffering poosr Service of Indiane Gas Agency, KASANA INDIANE GAS SERVICE, SHOP # AHS, 16 ALPHA - II, GREATER- NOIDA.
      Complaints are as follows:-

      1) They Book Only After 1 month and above wereas according Rule 21 days is the right process
      2) Gas Cylinder is always Pinned that means Gas is made short atleast by 2 to 3 kgs before delivery.
      3) Poor Customer Service- Lady picks up the call from the Number[protected] and tals to us rudely and also says that please pick it from Godown as it pinned from Godown it self.
      ( My Latest Booking is on 16 th may 2008 which i haven't recieved yet)

      Dear Sir,

      I am a consumer of Indane Gas at Gayatri Gas agency, Risali, Bhilai, C.G. My Consumer no. is 2222.

      I booked gas for home delivery telephonically approx. on 13.07.08 and it was told that within 15 days gas cyl. will be delivered. As I didn't receive the gas even after 15 days telephonic reminders were given (not less than 10) and it was always assured by the concerned person of the agency that gas will be delivered today but till date i.e.[protected] it has not been delivered.

      I would like to bring into your notice that this have become a regular practice of the said agency, the person who book the gas on later date get the cylinder much earlier, the reason is unknown to us.

      Earlier we had our connection at different agency of the same company for years but we had never faced such type of problem. Due to locational division we were bound to get the services from
      Gayatri agency and since then we have been in trouble.

      Further, I would like to inform you that almost all the customers are facing the same problem.

      I know that today or tomorrow gas will be delivered to me. However, to have a permanent solution, it is requested to take necessary action against owner of Gas Agency after verifying the facts as brought out above.
      I have booked my gas refill on 19th Aug 08 in our Gas Agency name Avon Gas Agency Ghansa Stand Najafagarh New Delhi but no one delivered the gas reiffil till date . our customer code no is 25330

      I have booked a refill gas cylender on 23rd September 2008 at NIRANJAN GAS AGENCY, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan).
      They did not deliver it till 11th October 2008, despite the verbal assurance by the agency person on my personal visit on 7th October that the cylender will be delivered on 8th oct.
      The ordinary consumer suffers and one can see the deliverymens selling the refilled cylenders to the Restaurants and hotels in black.
      CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

      Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S CONFED, YAMUNANAGAR 135001 HARYANA. My consumer number is 13868. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

      Please consider on my problem, I can't purchase it form Black.

      I, Ram karan swami, booked the gas cylendar on 18/05/2009 at RAJ FLAME SHOP NO. 11 SHANTI MARKET, RAMA PARK, MOHAN GARDEN, NEW DELHI-110059, CODE NO.-9107266. I also visited to the agency for many times but my complaint not solved and I have complained to INDANE custumer care center many times at [protected], [protected]. my booking no is 7739/[protected] and my consumer no is 11968
      Dear sir, i am from madurai. Our registration / customer no is 11860. Your dealer is premier gas agency, pudur, madurai. The previously mentioned dealer not doing gas supply properly for our gas connection for the past three months. We need proper gas supply from you. I requested more time, but they are not giving response. Now also i informed before 3 weeks by phone call. But till now they are not supply the gas. So kindly take a necessary action and avoid this kind of customer complaints in future. It will affect your brand name. Thanking you.
      Sir, My consumer no is 9440. I booked gas cylinder on 03.08.2009 over telephonic message. But till date gas cylinder has not been delivered. I also made complaint to the Sh. Rajat Juneja via E-Mail. What is the reason for non delivery of gas cylinder. Action may be taken against the official who have not delivered the gas cylinder in time. Action taken may be intimated to me as early as possible.

TSV 1684. we have booked our cylinder on 17th jan. 2010. but until now(6/10/2009) they havent delieaverd it. this is the 3rd time of complain agains about irregularity of suply services. i've inqure in this matter from its office but they give us negetive respone and sold the cylinders in black marketing. this is the last time we have complain you otherwise i 've took this matter to court.

I told that Ground floor was closed yesterday, I am staying in PLOT NO-99/17A,IST FLOORE,ROAD NO-10, MAHAVIR NAGAR, SAMANTARAPUR,BHUBANESWAR,kindly send a new cylinder tomorrow.But BHUBANESWAR GAS denied me .kindly consider my case ,

      Indane Gas Cylinder — Non-delivery of Gas Cylinder

      I booked for filling up of my Indane gas cylinder on 9.3.2010 and my booking number provded was 71. My consumer numbder is23226(C. Lal tele no.[protected] Now as on today (15.3.2010) I tried to know the status then I was provided a fresh booking number. Kindly do the needful urgently.

      Our Destributor for Indane M/S Amar Jyothi Indane services ,Kothamangalam is reluctant to supply gas cylinder on time in our premises even after making several visits to their office.My customer no is 1458 and we have booked gas on 3rd march 2010 vide booking no 384 .Last delivery of gas was on 9th feb 2010.Even after a lapse of 42 days gas cylinder is not supplied.On enquiry at their office they have stated that our booking is billed on 17/03/10 and the same will be delivered on that day itself.Yet gas is not supplied so far.
      Hence please look in to the matter and make arragements to supply the booked gas with out further delays.

      I have booked gas cylinder with Arjun Enterprises, Munirka, New Delhi through tomogas booking system on 09 July 2010. My consumer no. is 15007. Even today, gas cylinder has not been delivered to me. During this period, i have called Arjun Enterprises[protected] two times reminding them of my booking, whereby they promised that the cylinder will be delivered within the day itself. Even after 24 days after booking, they have not fulfilled it. I called them again today at around 11 in the morning. To my surprise they told me that i didnt make any booking with them.
      This is not the first time i am facing such a situation. i can recall that in the last delivery too, i received the cylinder only after nearly 20 days after booking, that too after repeated reminders to them through their no. 26108954.
      I kindly request you to look into the matter.

      Indane Gas — Booked gas on 7th of Sept and still not delivered

      We booked a gas on 7/09/2010 from M/s Kandharfi Gas A-63/00, Sec 02 (32mt) Rohini, Delhi -1100855 Ph 27519710, 65155303 (Indian Gas Agency) and today is 14/09/2010 ansd still we havent receive the cylinder yet. The consumer number is KH 43069 . We are facing a lot of problem we have to hire gas from ohter agency at higher rates. They have lot of gas cylinder in stock but the common people are suffering. So, I want to highlight this prolem and necessary actions to be taken against them.
      I am a consumer of Indane Gas Ltd, distributor name Gauri Enterprises , Raj nagar , palam new delhi with consumer no 18036.
      they not delivered gas cylinder at my home for the last two bookings. Earlier booking has lapsed as whole 21 days hadpased without delivery then i booked again on 02/ 09/2010 but till date cylinder has deliverd. Either hteydont pickup the phone or simply say , it will be delivered inin day or two.
      Whom should i approach ? what should i do/

Road,Khardah,24 Pgs(N),Distributor's Code:99012919,Ph;25533455/25530419.I have booked for 1 no. cylinder with Abhijit Enterprise as on 10.09.2010.After a gap of approximate one month when I contacted them why my cylinder has not been delivered they told that my supplying distributor has been changed and they dont't bother to inform it to me earlier and suggested to contact the new changed distributor. Whatever, when I contacted the new supplying distributor ,M/S Sharmila Indane Service,Address:24/1,B.T. Road,Agarpara,Tatultala,Code No. 217177,Ph.25838207/25838207,and asked why my cylinder has not been delivered they argued and told to contact to old distributor.When I contacted old distributor again they told they have sent all the documents to Sharmila Enterprise and they have no responsiblity regarding supplying of cylinder. The very next day,i.e,09.10.2010 I went to Sharmila Enterprise with all original documents Of Indane Gas ,and they put their seal and consider me as their customer.As I requested them that without cylinder I'm in miserable position they promised orally that they will definitely send the cylinder within 4-5 days. Again on 13.10.2010 when I went there as no cylinder was delivered and asked them the reason they cann't give any and again promised me that my cylinder will be delivered on that day itself but my waiting was all in vain.I am a 67 years old person and my wife is a patient of Cancer(Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Left Nasal Cavity).So it is impossible for me to run after wild goose for having a cylinder which is my genuine right to have.Please help

      Sir, My consumer No is 16291212. I have booked for a refill gas for home delivery on 04 Oct 2010 and their booking No is 1952 but till today 01 Nov 2010 at 1100hrs not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative phone No[protected] & 2622170 several times, each time they used to say tomorrow or booked vehicle is not reach. I request your good honour to do the needful in this regard of non delivery of refill gas cylinder.

      I am the customer of Indane Gas Service and my Account is with M/s. GEM GAS SERVICE, Kharar (Mohali, Punjab and my Account No. is G-08883 in the name of Sanjeev Kumar s/o Sh. I have booked the gas cylinder with above dealer on 03/11/2010 but till date the cylinder has not been delivered to me. After request on phone in the office, they said in very rude manner that they have no auto-driver to deliver the gas. Every month I am facing the problem. I am getting the gas supply 10-15 days late after the date of booking. Sometimes they said that they have no stock with them so from where they can make supply to you. Sir, please look into the matter & do the needful.

      They are not giving delivery after booking withing a week will take 15days to give delivey and saying after 25days of delivery they will book again my question is that how 1nos bottle can run for 50 to 55 days. THey are selling them in black and creating scracity for the registered customers. Also lodgged complaint at surat office but they are also not giving the response. Please take some serious actions or guide me what can be done to bring them on to the right track. pls revert me on [protected]@essar.com

      Despite booking of gas cylinder on 21st jan 2011, our Gas Supplier (M/s Golden Gas Service, PVK, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon) has still not delivered gas cylinder (Consumer no. 8849). They keep on deferring delivery and now we are told that it will take 2 more days to deliver. It is with this view, that I, as harrassed customer wish to register my complaint against the agency. Please intruct them to deliver gas immediately.

        I would like to bring to attention the fraudulent practices in gas refill booking by the agency M/s. Chella Agencies of Selaiyur, Tambaram. I reside in Rajakilpakkam, East Tamabram and my area is served by this agency. Generally , i get the refills once in four months or so as the consumption rate is very low. About thirty days back, one day the delivery boy from the agency brought a refill to my house, even though I had not booked for a refill. I refused the cylinder and complained to the agency, they said someone has booked in my number. My phone number is also registered with the agency, how was it possible for some one else to book in my name from a different phone. They could not explain. When I booked for a refill after ten days, I was told that it was not possible, as it was within the minimum period of 21 days after my last booking ( which was not done by me). When I protested, they arranged to deliver cylinder with lot of apologies but did not give a bill. Obviously, they have booked in someone else’s account. Yesterday I was shocked when I received a message in my cell phone that gas refill has been booked in my account, even though I have not done it and I am away from Chennai. This definitely is the handiwork of the Chella Sgenices, as nobody else would know my consumer number and he agency should not accept booking from any number other than my cell phone number. I tried to complain to Indian Oil in the number given by them for registering the complaints. There was no response. I also could not reach M/s. Chella Agencies yesterday and today they are closed. I want M/s. Indian Oil Corporation to take note of such corrupt practices by the agencies and take stringent action so that consumers like me are not put to hardships.
        Moreover whenever Itry the iocl toll free number or any officials numbers either they never answer are itts engaged.I tried booking an online complaint which also doesnt work.Kindly help me out

          Dear Sir,
          I am customer of Shahi Automobiles Gas, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt. My consumer no is 44251. I had booked a gas cylinder through SMS on 20 Jun 11 against order no 9214. On 23 Jun 11, I had received sms that my cylinder will be delivered shortly against delivery memo 9220 dated 20 Jun 11. But no delivery was purposely made till 25 Jun 11 by the gas agency who was knowing that prices would be increasing soon. Now the computer generated delivery slip has Rs 345.35 printed on it but the agency has simply put a rubber stamp for price Rs 395.40 and has therefore overcharged. There is no justification to charge new rate when the memowas generated before price revision and amounts to cheating. Kindly look into the matter and take corrective action.

          On 24.06.2011 at 9:45 A.M. I have booked my cylinder through telephone no.[protected]M/s Puneet Gas Services, Plot No.-132, Pocket F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi.). The lady answered my call rudely informed me that refill will be provided in four to five days. On that time LPG rate was Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs. But the delivery boy delivered the same on next day 25.06.2011 & asking me for Rs. 395.35 as the amount re-stamped Rs. 395.35, hence the price was increased on 25.06.2011.Why the dealer agency holder charges extra Rs. 395.35 when the price was Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs. when I booked this.

            It is very clear that the gas prices have been hiked by Rs 50/- from mid night 24June 2011, However the gas agencies which are suppose to deliver the gas have been making a foul play.
            I have booked the gas on 15 June 2011 Delivery Chelan is made on 20 June 2011 and delivered on 25 June 2011 with the increased rate by altering the price by hand. The agency is not giving the proper reply for the complaint. I would like to know from your good office that the price noted is accounted to the company or not.
            I have a case of Supreet Gas Agency Dharwad doing the same. They have delivered the cylinders on 25th which are booked even earlier
            Kindly look into the miss-appropriations. Intimate Please?

            Puneet Gas Agency, Sector 16, Rohini — Forcible selling of gas pipe.

            I am a consumer of Puneet Gas Agency, Sector - 16, Rohini, Delhi. Yesterday a mechanic came from the Gas Agency and damaged my gas supply pipe. The pipe was in very good working condition and its expiry date was still one year away. He had some blunt object with him with which first he damaged my pipe and then he forcibly sold the pipe he had brought with him saying that my pipe had developed some fault. I want stern action may be taken against him and the Gas Agency.

THOUGH 3 DAYS HAVE ALEARDY BEEN PASSED THERE NO RESPONCE FROM THEIR SIDE BUT ALWAYS WITH A COMMITMENT THAT OUR MAN IS REACHING AT U.
            1. I am costumer of you esteemed organisation through agency named M/s Puneet Gas Services, Plot No.-132, Pocket F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi. My Customer No. is PG-26658.

            2. On 24.06.2011 at 9:30 A.M. while trying new automatic gas booking no. [protected] for requisition of refill L.P.G. Cylinder, I faced a lot of difficulty answering automatic computerized telephone answering machine no. [protected].

            3. Firstly the machine refused to accept both no. 27856431, 27872552 along with STD code as printed on cash memo of M/s Puneet Gas Services.

            4. The response of the machine was that the above mentioned numbers do not belong to any of M/s Indian Oil Gas agency.

            5. Thereafter at about at 9:45 A.M. I again telephone at no. 27856431. This time a lady answered my call and shoutingly asked about my problem & enquired my consumer number. She very rudely informed me that the complaint / request and has been registered & refill will be provided in four to five days.

            6. On that time LPG rate was Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs. But the delivery boy delivered the same on 25.06.2011 & asking me for Rs. 395.35 as the amount re-stamped Rs. 395.35, hence the price was increased on 25.06.2011.

            7. My specific complaint is that the lady attending the phone was rude & unsympathtic to the needs of civilized society. Her very comment that “ I was free to report to higher authorities regarding not accepting the above mentioned agency’s telephone no. by the automatic computerized refill booking machine. And Why the dealer agency holder charges extra Rs. 395.35 when the price was Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs.,

            8. My grudge is the gas refill cylinder delivery is very poor. Moreover the person attending the agency’s phone invariably asks to hold the line for long periods

The Price should be 370+[protected]=404. Please take him into task why he has taken Rs.427 with rough behavior. Please do not send such person in future.

                  Dear Sir,

                  My complaint is about the late delivery of more than 2 months for the delivery of Indane Gas Agency at Thalikulam, Thrissur, Kerala, India, even after booking. Many of the customers are not worried because everybody have thier own other facilities like Kerosene Stove, local fire cholas at their home. The reason as per the gas agency are : We will not be able to supply the before 2 months, if anybody have some problem, they can go for another private gas agencies. Non-availability of gas to them etc etc.

                  As this is the only one gas agency in that coastal area, everybody is depending on them and if anybody go beyond the rules and regulations, they make mark on their customer number register and trying to harras the customer.

                  During office timings they are not attending the telephone nos. privided in their books or i the shop.

                  It is very difficult to get the transferred connection from other places. The reason they deliver is not understandable to a common man.

                  I am staying at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. There the agency is delivering the gas within max. 1 week. I am unable understand why the said agency is harrasing its customers.

                  Please attend for the smooth delilvery of the gas cylinders.

                  Also let me know the actions taken by you through my mobile or my email address.

                    We have asked to fill 1000 Rs. Petrol in our Hundai Santro Car(GJ-10-AP-6120) at about 1:30 am at your station. The person get the money from us started filling petrol without doing zero though we have asked and started it from digit showing 300 in disply. We have argued him that you have cheated and also asked for bill, though he said not to give it and do what we can do and get lost from there. we would like to go with consumer protection.

                      i am resident of Phase 11 Mohali H.NO. 214 1st floor. i applied the LPG gas Connection from M/S High Flame Gas Agency Phase 9 Mohali. they given me the format to type that on Affidavit on stamp paper and also instructed me to maintain all the required document and they have taken rs. 200 for visting fee and rs. 40 for the register post and also confirmed me that we will send our person at your home to inspect the matter. after 20 days no one come moreover they have demanded for the 5000 extra apart from the actual cost. when i refused to give bribe they refused to issue new connection.

                            I am the Indane Gas for my domestic use with the cust number 40254.The distributor is Ranee Enterprises of 44,Perumal Nagar,2nd street,Madipakkam,Nanganallur 600061 of Kancheepuram dist. The Indane gas is leaking everytime when we switch on the gas.I had tried to complaint to the distributor right from 3.30 PM but the phones are not lifted.After repeated failure to access the distributor i tried to contact the emergency telephone numbers given in the gas receipt on the back side .But to our agony the land phone is kept engaged and the mobile is switched off.The numbers are land :[protected] and Mob : [protected]..If in case these numbers are wrong it should have been updated..What is the remedy for such emegencies are not known to public.

                              Hi!

                              I have booked for refill for LPG on 3/06/11 and have not yet got it (today being 20/6/11)
                              Tried to get the status from the IVR but it said that the booking was done on the 3rd of June and all deliveries have been cleared till 11/6/2011, but I have not got any delivery. Tried to make new refill request but the system is not allowing.
                              In the mean time tried calling up the distributer - Ananth Gas Agency the entire day yesterday but the number is either busy or someone there picks the receiver and keeps it back.

                              Also tried to complain on Indane Gas Toll Free number at [protected]. but when after hours of attempts got connected. The person on the other end without listening to the complain said said "No problem!! You call after some time as there is no power here" How can Indane Gas set up a Toll Free number and IVR without even having a 24 hour power backup!!

                              Anyhow I find the earlier system of calling up the delivery boy more effective. with this IVR there is no way to even have a platform to lodge a complain if something goes wrong.

                                LPG Gas — VERY LATE DELIVERY OF GAS

                                I booked gas (Consumer No. 11251) for home delivery on 01.08.08 but till today 28.08.08 not deliver.

                                I can not share the pathetic situation I'm facing. I'm working with a MNC and my working hours are quite large, usually I reach home after 8.30 pm. After reaching home I took my family to near by Dhaba to have dinner to manage the day .

                                Gas Agency staff are so negligent that even they never bother to pick the phone, it keeps ringing long time.

                                Situation is really pathetic, unable to understand what to do with such sort of services.

                                My booking number given was 103-572 after a long time ringing he has given the booking number i dont know whether the booking number is correct or not. In now days the company should tell us whether the company's md or any other people can live without gas at her home. In the competitive market the company is providing these type to services to the customer. Its very very shame full SHAME LESS SERVICES BY COMPANY. How the dealer are working. I think this doesn't matter to the company. If they pick the phone of the customer they put the call on hold they are least bothered that customer is on hold for 1-2hrs on phone can is expect that company should deliver the gas at home and the reburisment bill of the phone also. There is no shortage of gas all other suppliers are suppling the gas in the same area then why should this dealer is not suppling. Is there any responsible person who should question the dealer for these type of services.

                                  I booked a refill couple of days back and today i got a message today stating the cylinder has been delivered against my refill. I have not received the cylinder yet and when i dial [protected] to enquire no one answers it.

                                  Sometimes the IVR says, "Sorry your call cannot be processed". I don't understand what is the number for?

                                  Please let me know if you have any alternate number to get to a customer care executive.

                                    hello this is deepak from warasigude studying btech final year .the indian gas delivery boys are supposed to give my new refilled cylinder and take the old once but he is demanding to bring the empty cylinder to other street and said to take the new once .when i asked him about. and told him that this is your duty to collect the empty gas cylinder and install the new once he ignored my words and said to collect the gas from gas station.and the behavior of the delivery boys are very rude.plz take a serious action.

WHEN I TRIED TO REGISTER MY CONNECTION WITH IOC;S AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION IVP FACILITY, I AM NOT A BLE TO DO SO B ECAUSE OF INHERENT PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM. A SUGGESTION BY THE SYSTEM IS THAT "IF THERE IS ANY ALPHABET BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR CONSUMER NUMBER PRESS 2" HOWEVER, WHENEVER I PRESSED 2 IN ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION, THE SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNISE MY RESPONSE WITH THE RESULT I AM UNABLE TO REGISTER UNDER THE AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION FACILITY. THE SNAG IN THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. I AM SURE EVERY CONSUMER WITH NUMBERS PRECEDED OR FOLLOWED BY ALPHABETS FACE THE SAME PROBLEM.

                                        I am an officer in Bank of India and presently posted at Head Office, Mumbai.

                                        Upon my transfer from Hazaribagh to Mumbai, I have decided to shift my family at Muzaffarpur. Accordingly, I got my connection no-9153 transferred from Janta Gas Agency,Hazaribagh to Pranati Indane Gas Service, Muzaffarpur. I went to the agency at Maithi counter on 31.05.2011 to complete the formalities and collect my connection but gentleman seating over the counter advised me to come after a few days as the same has to be verified into the system. I expressed my inability that since my journey ticket was of 01.06.2011, I could not be able to collect and complete the formalities in person. The gentleman advised to authorise some other one on your behalf. Accordingly, I have authorised my wife for the same. I also expressed that since my wife is living alone there, she is unable to collect the same from the office at Maithi as the place is 20km (approx.) away from the township and no regular mode of conveyance is available from Muzaffarpur. The gentleman assured to arrange the delivery from their extension counter, Akharaghat.

                                        On inquiring on 14.06.2011from the gentleman, he said that they are not able to deliver the cylinders etc. through their extension counter situated at Akharaghat even after commitment. Pl. look into the matter as my wife is living alone who is authorised by me to accept the goods. The very purpose of opening extension counter is defeated if this type of service is not available from extn. counter. Travel to the office at Maithi is very difficult as it is 20 km away from the township. The mobile number-[protected] of the person dealing with the affairs of the agency is not reasonable and having no manner to talk with their customers as they are saying that "he do not have any time to talk over the phone, it is the headache of the customer, how they will collect there goods and complete the formalities."

                                        I think this type of the behavior will not be appreciated for a service sector.

                                        Please look into the matter. I am waiting for your early response.

                                        hi all consumers I am a serving Air force personnel. I read the case and want this kind of representative to be handed over directly to public. This kind of person not aware the relation between a customer and a represetative.there are tons of complaint pending but no one take action. hope IOC will go through and resolve
