I have register a complaint about Gas Cylinder leakage on 29-Dec-2010. No response from the supplier. I think this type of complaint should be taken as urgent issues as it is very dangerous to use a leak cylinder. In case of any accident who will be responsible for this.

Dear Sir/Mam
To whom so it may concern
There was a offer announced by IOCL that 'CAR IN A TANK'.We have took part in that offer and the period was from oct 31st to jan 15th.Since it said the winner will be announced in the month of feb 1st week.But since we have not get any information.the petrol filled by us should buy bill for the filling and this bill no should be sended to IOCL to No 56161.We have sended this no and each sms cost RS 3/- per msg.If this offer is fake we want our money back.
So i request you to kindly pay attention to this complaint

    Dear Sir,
    My Name is Radhey Shyam Sharma My Consumer No. 30036 I have booked for a gas cylinder refill on[protected] with M/s Apna Bazar Gas Agency, Ajmer, dist-Ajmer , Rajasthan. I did not get my refill from Indane dealer M/s Apna Bazar Gas Agency, Ajmer till date. I contact to booking clerk he say the gas delivered to you on dt 21.12.10 by Gas boy reporting & then i contact to Mr Bhati Ji but no responce by him he tell me we cant help you give complain in writing.
    Please look into the matter. An immediate action is requested.

    Need your attention to look into the matter. Please note that it’s a regular problem with this gas supply man ( Mr Shambu ji ) .

    I have consumer no. T 753 of Trimurti Gas Distributer in Vikas Puri booked for refill cylinder on 20.5..11 record showed to deliver on 30.5.11 with cash memo no. and all not got cylinder yet booked refill cylinder on no. [protected] .
    My consumer no 35407 single cylinder consutomer, my supplier name is M/s.Rose Gas Agencies, adambakkam, chennai 88, refill booking no is 322459 cash memo no is 7088 message received on 16/12/2011. still iam not yet received my cylinder, even iam trying my agent through phone no responce. pls make a necessory provision to make a complinet through [protected] it self.

      Dear Sir,

      Whenever I call the gas agency, it is a normal situation that either the phone is busy or the phone continues to ring and nobody picks up the call. My call is always made within their working timings. This is the matter which is faced everytime I need to book a cylinder.

      This time again, on 21st December (tuesday) I was calling the Farid Gas Agency, SCF-213, Mani Majra, Chandigarh.Phone Number [protected], [protected]. I called up several times but the line was either busy or nobody picked the call. Out of frustration and need for gas, I went to the Farid Gas Agency myself. The booking clerk took my order but noted it down on the register and didn't update it on the computer. The booking clerk confirmed that the I will get the gas by 24th December.
      I have been waiting for gas delivery since then till 28th December. Lastly, I went to the Gas agency again and this time the Booking Clerk told me that the computer is getting updated and gas will be delivered to you within a day or two.
      I waited on 29th Dec also for the gas and called up at the agency to check the status. And this time I was told that they are running short of gas and hence, gas will be delivered in 1st week of January.

      This is the kind of harassment they practice with the consumer. There is no kind of reliability by the service provider. I have been waiting for the gas from the last 10 days and I feel house arrested since I can't go out to do my work.

      Please look into the matter as this is the situation I face everytime I need to book gas.

      Indane Gas Cylinder — Harassment in booking cylinder

      Roorkee Gas Agency ( Civil Lines , Roorkee) donot respond over phone and a person is forced to take a day's leave just to book a cylinder. The problem may be verified by calling over their landline no.[protected]. They just donot pick the phone or simply keep it engaged.. delivery of cylinder is always delayed till a person donot get aggressive. Customers are always harassed & not treated with due respect. Interevention is sought.
      i am a consumer of indane gas.(golden gas agency, palam vyapar, palam vihar)these ppl donot respond over phone and a person is forced to take a day's leave just to book a cylinder.         My LPG (Gas) Connection Consumer No. is 303666 and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor M/s Blueflame Agency, Zoo Road, Guwahati (Assam)

        I am applying for LPG Cylinder Refilling on 06th December'2010.
        But Till date (28th Dec'2010) i am not Receive The LPG.

        When I take the LPG connection, then the agency takes us additional one thousand Rupees.

        when we take the gas, then additional fifty Rupees charged. But still does not get Gas.

        So please look into the matter & solve my problem Immediately.

        My LPG (Gas) Connection Consumer No. is 13217 which is in the name of my father Mr Jogen Ch Das and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor M/s Blueflame Agency, Zoo Road, Guwahati (Assam)

        I have booked for cylinder refilling on 2/4/12 against booking no 23. But till date (24/4/12) I have not received it.I have tried to call them many times.But everytime I found their phone busy or out of service.Today (24/4/12) I got their phone line and asked about the refilling delivery.But they replied that it will take another 2-3 days to deliver.Every month they delayed in delivering refilling cylinder.every month we have to call them many times to deliver the cylinder.Whereas as they must deliver a refilling cylinder within one week of booking date.

        Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

          Dear Sir,
          I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Avadi, chennai and my consumer number is 9559. I have booked for a refile on 15th October 2007 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 29th oct 07.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

          I am a customer of Indane gas. Recently I was transferred from Jamshedpur to Ranchi. Therefore I got transferred my gas also from Jamshedpur to Ranchi. At present I am in NIFFT Hatia Ranchi. The following is the name and address of my present dealer.

          I want to register my grievances against the above mentioned dealer. Before leaving Jamshedpur I deposited my cylinders to the dealer at Jamshedpur and got it transferred to Ranchi. When I produced the paper to Vaisnavi they took a long time (about one month) to provide me gas connection. They also forced me to purchase a new gas pipe of Rs 170.00. After the consumption of the gas I booked for the cylinder on[protected]. I requested them several times on telephone to deliver gas but they did not deliver me the cylinder. When my brother (who is in police) asked them to deliver the cylinder then they delivered it on[protected]after one month). At the time of the delivery I was not present at my residence. The person who delivered the cylinder forced my wife to pay Rs 310.00 (which is certainly higher than the actual price). When she insisted for receipt he told that we were not giving any receipt. My consumer no is VI 15361.
          Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and insure the harassment free service to the customers.

          Dear SIr ,

          My job was transferrd from Gurgaon to Noida , so i transferred my gas connection from Gurgaon, immediately after transfer , i was posted on deputation to punjab for 1.5 month. so i didnot get time to get the transfer resumed in Noida, now after 1.5 month when i contacted Noida Agency , they are saying that its too late now, so its not possible for them to give us the connection , we need to meet company professional for this,
          they said that company person use to come to their agency on Thrusday , i waited till thrusday (8th Nov 07) but they didnot turned up .

          Now my cylinder is empty , so its really difficult to cope with this situation and wait for one thrusday after other.
          Pls give me some solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Firstly the agent refused to take booking and told me that u will have to show your documents as someone is also been showing on ur account so i have shown them the documents as copy and Recommendation which had given by Late and EX MP Smt.Sukhbans Kaur Bhinder(Gurdaspur-Punjab) order letter. They are not assure that, when they could deliver our request. This is the think not only happen for me but all Vijay gas agency consumers. Please take necessary & Swift action in this regard.

          I am a indane gas costumer bearing no-13874. M/s Guru gas agency is the distributor for Chittapur, Karnataka. I have booked for refill 12 days ago but unfortunately still yet to receive the re-fill.

          I am a customer of Indane LPG gas with Raghu Gas Agency, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon. My registration no. is 37222.I want to register my complain against this distributor. Throughout my life, I have never seen such a corrupt Indane Gas Agency like this. These people never supply gas cylinder before atleast ten days. It would be your good luck if you receive cylinder within ten days. Another thing, these guys have no system of registering your request for a cylinder via telephone. There numbers are always busy. I have to personaly go to these people to book a cylinder. I registered a cylinder on 16th Dec,2007 and got it on 4th Jan, 2008. Thats only after i had visited their office three times. I am a software engineer. You can yourself imagine how much tight shedule i already have. Still i had to visit hteir office threee times. It was like a great mental and physical harrasment. when i asked these guys for the complain book, they say that we did not have and changed the subject by saying that you wouldreceive the cylinder next day. This agency is also notoriously famous for selling cylinders in black market in this area. Please take some necessary actions in this regard

          Dear Sir,

          Recently I posted at Gurgaon from Delhi. I have no gas connection here in Gurgaon so I purchased an Indance Gas Cylender from a Hawker in black for Rs. 600/- which was containing about 5 Kg. of water.
          I request that such type of blackmailing should not be committed and measures should be taken for preventing it so that such a reputed and esteemed Agency like you could not be blamed in the society.

          This is in reference to my gas connection with the Chandani Gas agency in Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi They have got the worst customer service cell, whenever we call them up for registration they don't pick the phone and neither the number provided by Indane itself works ....ie they don't pick the phone or the phone is busy ....this is heights...if this continues trust me i'm gonna go and sue them in the court because i don't have the time to be on the phone for 24 hours. I called them up yesterday for 2 hours and trust me there was no response either there phone was busy[protected] or they did'nt pick the phone when it was ringing and same goes for their hotline number 1260 and also the another number 23411282. Not only this i tried all sets of number from their emergency phone no to their distributer no...nothing worked out.......This is heights.....I now beleive to personally visit their and fire them up right there.....Please look into the matter as this is the worst customer service
          I have gas connection in my name with Ranie Enterprises, Chennai (Consumer No.37631). Whenever we are trying to book on phone, they are not picking up at all. I have to personally visit the Agency to book the refill delivery. I am also facing delay in deliveries even more than 20 days from the date of booking.

          I request authorities to look into the matter immediately and instruct Agency to take the order on phone and no delays in deliveries.

          I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Pardeep Gas Agency , 3, Behind Ford Tractors , By Pass Road , Faridabad -121007 and my consumer number is PT -2801. I have booked for a refile on fifteen day ago by personal visit .. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. On[protected] , when delivery man came to home for delivery he ask for domestic gas customer card due non availability of my wife ,so above card is not shown to delivery man. Then delivery refused to give the cylinder . so I went on[protected] to pardeep gas agency for refile , concerned clerk is said your booking is canceled , and you have to book your refile again and we can not give you cylinder today .When we ask for complaints register they provide me Indian oil officer number and owner of that gas agency , both the person holding these numbers are not picking their phones. I think this not happen to me but all pardeep gas agency consumers .

          My name is D. Krishnamurthy and my consumer no is 36110. The Ranie Enterprises who is one of the distributor never picks up the phone or removes the receiver so that it is always busy. You need to make a suprprize visit at their office or try to call their number. The response is very poor. As a senior citizen it will be very difficult for me to go to their office each time to book a refill. Request you to look into this issue and pull the culprits up so that the consumers are at comfort.

          My Name is sunil kumar, my consumer no. is 29091 and my agency name is K-2 International, sarita vihar, New-Delhi. i booked my cylinder 13 days back[protected] and till date[protected] i haven't received any cylinder from the agency, when i went there and asks regarding the delay. they are saying me that from last two days strike is going on in LPG plant, is it right, if not, please take the necessary action against this information and please say them to issue my booked cylinder.my cylinder is empty now, what i will do, how i will make my food, please do the surprise visit also, their behaviour is also not good.

          I have been trying my gas distributor (JAGAN NATH TERPRISES ) located in 1181 GRD FLR GALI 36 D D A FLATS MADANGIR, New Delhi- 110062 for the last Ten days and they dont bother picking up the phone. I have been suffering a lot...
          agency comes across as a very poor service provider. The contact numbers are consistently busy (we haven't been able to check on the status since last 10 days as the numbers are not reachable)

          With due respect I beg to say that I am customer of Indane gas agency of my town named Rajrajeshwari gas service Talgram, Distt.Kannauj(u.p.).My customer card no. is RR 1019.
          sir there is very corruption in this agency.When I went to agency to refill cylinder the worker of agency said to me that you can refill next cylinder after 50 days and never come in this agency before 50 days.Sir There is no booking and delivery service in this agency.Sir I am very sad on behaviour of dealer and workers of agency.Sir please solve my problem immidiately and take an action.I am highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.

          My gas number is:30566 and supreme gas service is located at vivek vihar, and I have booked my gas on the following dates:
          22nd september 08,
          27th september 08,
          30th september 08
          But I have not been provided the gas till now and no one responds to the calls. I have to book the gas after every 12days but with your delay in service I am facing a big problem. Being such a reputed company if Indane gas cannot provide the satisfied service to its customers the company should be closed.

          LPG Gas — booked gas on 1260 on 16th sep 08. but no service till date

          I booked gas non 16th of september .But still i did not get my cyllender.Nobody even responds at that number. Iam from sindhu agencies dilshad gaden .Actually no one at the sindhu gas agency also lifts the phone.I even booked a gas leakage complaint at 1260. But there is no response.Kindly attend to my need.

          Dear sir, My consumer no.22791 .The distributor not dustributing the filled cylinder even after the booking of the same on dated 02/11/08 booking reference no.24733 from Reshmi Gas agency.They ask us to book the cylinder from the date of delivery after 30 days.And due to their problems they will delivery the cylinder after 15 to 20 days is this the correct way of booking please i want to know and is this the mandatory.

          sir, i above said would like to bring to your kind notice that lotus gas agency situated in metgahalli mysore is not giving proper service to the customers daily their will be one or two fights forany one or the other reasons. the owner will be not available in the shop or on mobile line anything asked in the shop the boys will tell to contact the owner, but it will not result any result .their is no any display of any rules and regulations displayed for booking and delviery of cylinder. so please instruct to do all necessary things regarding the said matter.
          This is to inform you sir that the agency Vimalgas, Palluruthy, Kochi - 6, Kerala is doing very bad service to their customer even there was protest among them by customers. they are keeping phone engaged and not attending calls from customers. pls do the needful from ur side

          This is regarding the delay of supply of LPG . We are your customer holding the account in Avadi region (Ragavendra Agency ) . In around the cricle of Pattbiram cholan Nagar most of the area people holding the account in the ragevendra agency. We are facing a big problem in supply of LPG. Some of the complaints faced by our area peolpe are mentioned below. Kindly set right the same to service the peole in better way. It is my humbke request.

          1. Non receipt of LPG supply in the commited day.

          2. Telephone lines always busy.

          3. To give a correct info of LPG supply date.

          4. To treat the customer in good way.

          NOTE: Even we too are working for a PVT LPG sector, we too understand the position of truck in the period of strike but it happens always in the above mentioned agency.

          I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with SRINIVASA Gas agency, THIRUNINRAUVR, chennai and my consumer number is 3155. I have booked for a refile on 23th january 2009 over phone.and they have registered. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But again 11th FEB-2009 when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days.TILL DATE cylinders are not distribute. my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad.This is the think not only happen for me but to all SRINIVASA Gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action regarding this complaint.

          The gas agency at Ashiananagar, Patna, Bihar M/S Dipganga has given two telephone nos.one land line 2583917 and one mobile [protected].However while booking for gas, it either show busy or no response even after ring.This happens for days and ultimately i go to dealer for booking thus creating unnecessary hardship to me.During this communication age, i could not understand this .I also suggest gas booking by internet .
          I took the connection from an Authorised Agency of Indane Gas " Jaiswal Gas Service" in Golmuri. Later after some time the agency got Black Listed and the party was absconding. After some years it was reopened by the same agency and they are not accepting my Gas service Book. I dont understand as to why? Is it really the authorised agency or is it fake/fraud? Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Am also seeking a Legal Advise for the same. If it is possible kindly regularise my connection.

          Indane Gas — Terrible Service

          The Indane Gas Agency "Sri Rama Agency" in C. V. Raman Nagar, Bangalore is hopeless. The service is despicable and the behaviour of the staff is also rude. The Agency is incapable of servicing such a large area. I am sure there is some underhand business going on in this area, as no other Agency is allowed to operate in this area inspite of the area being so large. By the way, what is this new rule that new connections would given only to ration card holder??? Is this a free country or what? I think we are restricticting free movement even within the country. It is apalling
          I have been trying to book for GAS cylinder for last four days, I get always busy on [protected], yes even if it rings they don't lift the phone.
          2nd issue is delivery boys ask for TIP, if I say NO they stare at me. It became pain on every delivery to deal those delivery boys. I don't know where to complaint so writing here, earlier there was a no# where on bill to complaint, no that does not exist.

They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 21th July 09.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Captain Gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

          I have a gas connection no. 3968 with Dee pee enterprises green park. i had booked a gas on 15.01.2010, they have told the gas will be deliver by tuesday 19.01.2010, but still not recd. the cylinder. We are both working & i told them to deliver the cylinder before 10.AM, but still not responce. My. Cylinder is finished in 15 days & they told me to book the cylinder after fifteen days from date of receipt.           I am having double cylinder for the benefit of smooth running, which always empty due to the irregular supply of gas by M/S, Jyoti Jwala, Baniahir, Bhaga, Dist. Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 828301. It is of no meaning when my both the cylinders are always empty. The distributor often does not book by putting 21 days rule but they don't care about the timely delivery. Normally it will take 10-15 days for supply the gas after its booking. In the meantime my both the cylinders become empty. In this situation I am forced to face this serious issue.

          My earnest request is that you kindly look the matter seriously and instruct the distributor accordingly in order to avoid the irregularity. I will appreciate if you could kindly make the smooth supply of gas.

          This is regarding problem in supplying the GAS cylinder. We are the customer of KALPANA GAS(Indane gas) Vijayanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka holding 2 cylinder gas.

          I had booked cylinder on 16th Jan 2010 at 3:45 PM. The IVRS booked reference no is 28. But till now i didn't get supply of cylinder and i tried to contact through the telephone numbers which are given in the previous bill(8 phone nos). In those phone numbers 4 numbers does not exists, 2 numbers will be always busy and for 2 numbers no response.

          When i contacted the customer care they said we'll checkout and after contacting many times finally after few days i got a cylinder with out bill. Even the response was very bad from the customer care people.
          "Especilly very importent matter is that when i intimated for the gas leakage they didn't respond properly and till now they didn't even contact us, some phone numbers out of 4 numbers are not working. This is very serious matter."
          I contacted the area manager Mr. Peter ([protected]) he refered me some other person Mr. Kaneel kumar ([protected]) even though after i contacted him he said we'll take care of this but till now they didn't.

          Indane Gas — worse service

          Sundar shyam service located at janakpuri in new delhi doesn't fullfill his committment as whenever I booked cylender its delivered by more than 10 days while receipt is made on booking day. My consumer no. is 31334. Last I have booked gas on 12/02/10 but didn't yet delivered.

          This is regarding very bad service as well as no response from the staff dealing with customer of BSFC gas agency,Hinoo ,ranchi,jharkhand. I booked gas cylinder on 9/3/2010 ,my booking number is 1101.but till date gas cylinder is not delivered.I tried to talk on phone,but response was very poor.Lastly I visited the office at Hinoo Ranchi at least three time. All times I was assured that the gas would be delivered, But infact after lapse of 23 days the agency didnot deliver the gas.
          I was tried to get information about greivance cell and officer's number to registered a complaint,but went invain. There is no Board or details containing contact no for registering complaint or other greivances,if any. It seems that it is a violation of direction issued by central vigilance commission of INDIA.Even it indicates that the managerial staff of Indian oil limited (responsible for timely inspection) did not perform their duties in accordance with rules .
          Therefore,lastly I have to register complaint againt not only BSFC gas agency ,Hinoo,Ranchi ,but the Officer of Indian oil responsible to make inspection of the agency.

          My self is a consumer of indane gas. My gas connection no. is 17608 in karnal ( Mohan Gas Agency. Any time we call to book a cylinder the phone is kept engaged and if at all is rings it is not being lifted and on enquiry the person sitting is talking in such a bad woeding which can not be explained. Yesterday 0n 16.08.2010 calls made from 10 A.M. to 4 pm near about 35 times lastly 4 pm the phone was lifted by Ms. Sapna and she also talked very badly. on asking consumer complaint phone no. of indane gas she refused to tell the number. I have certain questionsabout gas service.

          1. After how many days we can book a cylinder. at Mohan Gas Agency we are being told to book cylinder after 21 days of cylinder delivery.

          2. When we are taking delivery from agency godown we are being charged same amount as being charged for home delivery.
          3. Delivery mens are not carriying weighing scale. Are they suppose to carry it or not.
          4. delivery men are not checking the cylinders before delivery. Shoiuld they check it or not.
          5.Delivery men are asking for money extra for delivery.

Last month the new gas cyclender has finished within 12 days normally one gas cyclinde will finish 25 days, then I thought it may be over used. This month gas cyclinder has finished within two days then I checked the weight of the cyclinder it has 26 kg. I don;t know what is inside the cyclinder, its 12 kg of water or gas inside? Gas is not coming. When the new cylinder issued it was 29 kg. now its 26 kg after 2 days.

          There is no telephone for complaining becos now all booking thru 1260 online only. Pls do the needful and help us.

          When gas come to our house that time senior citizen in house that time gas man return . After when we enquired about the gas the agency told that today we will send after one day i ask they we already send they gas one day before, Now we can't give gas to u so wait for week's time.

If this is the case, how can you book the cylinder whether they know or doesn't is a big question.

          When telling them in person about the non-functioning of phones they say "Yes sir some 3 - 4 weeks the problem exist". Then why can't they change or make repair of the phones? Only they have 4 numbers for booking the cylinder, today 06.11.2010 when calling all the numbers it was a rude shock to me. Everything says This telephone is temporarily out of service!! very very shame of Vijayakumar Agency's service.

          In west Kochi gas dealers agencies will stolen gas on cylinders and supply the consumers without the seal broken. Paper report will be also publish the news paper. but not action taken. Please take the appropriate action.

Being such a reputed company if Indane gas cannot provide the satisfied service to its customers the company should be closed.

          I am a indane gas with veena gas agency in new delhi and my consumer number is 30691. The veena gas agency last time provide an one likage cylinder when i was trying to make a complaint to veena agency regarding likage cylinder that time agency phone not working.veena is one of the distributor never picks up the phone or removes the receiver so that it is always busy durin working time phone number is[protected] and[protected].MY second complaint regading cylinder distribution they havnt proper and timely distributed cylinder I have to personaly go to these people to book a cylinder. I registered a cylinder and when i got Thats only after i had visited their office three times.Today i had faced same problem again i hav booked a cylinder on 10th FEB-2011.I visit second time to them they told me it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days.TILL DATE cylinders are not distribute My two cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay.

They replied that they will Distribute with in a week.           Tirupati Gas Service — Worst and Horrible Service

          Consumer number 9075 registered on the name of my mother Mrs Bani Chakravarty. Refill Cylinder was booked on 21/3/11, not yet delivered. Their
          computer says booking was registered on 26/3/11. We have been facing this problem every month. Every time whenever we do the booking we are told that we will get the cylinder within 4 days, but we get it after 20 days. My mother is aged
          (70 yrs). Called the office this afternoon and spoke to Mr. Parmar :- Very Arrogant
          and Short Tempered person. I asked him for the number of his senior :- first he said
          that his senior has gone out and has taken the mobile with him. When I insisted,
          he gave me the number of Mr. Shravan :- [protected] :- Stupid,Arrogant and Rude
          person. He blankly told me to come to the Office and speak as he does not like speaking and listening to customer queries on the phone. If the cylinder is not delivered on time, is HE or Tirupati Gas Service going to feed my aged mother.

          As a suggestion :- Tirupati Gas Service should sack all its employees and shut
          the Office.

The agency is for away from my place and I'm 68yrs old and it is very difficult for me to visit every time to the agency.

          So as a senoir citizen I request you to ask thee agency to set right the issue and provide me a peaceful supply of cylinder on booking to lead my lonely life.

          Indane gas agency of phoolpur sucks there is no professionalism in employees they are not bothered to attend customers call. I called them more 40times but only 4calls has been answered but there was no response from other end which is kind of harassment to me. I called on different cell number which on the website but even he didnt help me and not even given his name to me after asking several time.

          I want higher authority of Indane gas agency should take appropriet action for customer service and delivery. Or else it will force me to sue the agency and its owner to the court.

            Indian Oil / Gas Cylinder — harassing by gas cylinder agency

            Dear Sir,
            very unfortunate and painful for me. Even after complaining to Shri Giridhar, managar, delhi, i could not get any reply of my complaint.
            Now i m expecting a positive reply from ur side at the earliest. this is regarding the poor services provided by Hari Singh Gas Service, Prem Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi. The customers are facing a lot. i want ur personal invervention in this matter. the problems are as follows:
            1. Gas cylinders was not delivered by the agency even after 15 days. recently i had booked cylinder on 3.09.2008 but still i m waiting for my cylinder. My Consumer no. is HS-116642. They dont provide the customer's cylinder booking number.
            2.Queues are very long in the agency.
            3. Alway phone line engaged.
            4. behaviours of the employees are not good. i m looking some favourable and very quick action in this matter.

              Last time, I have told him to borrow the weighing machine with him as he had not borrow that with him. And the seal of the cylinder was opened. when i asked about the seal he said"SEAL TO PICHE SE HI KHULI AATI HAI APKO LENA HAI TO LO WRNA WAPAS KR DO ".
              So, i have returned that cylinder to him & demand for locked seal cylinder to him with weighing machine.
              I hope you take action on my complaint as soon as possible and deliver my cylinder at proper time.

                  I am planning for new gas agency near Vijayanagar !
                  I am having Indane Gas Connection No SGC-8805 from Sharma Gas Company at Shop A-1, SSD Mandir Market, H-Block Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The given telephone Nos. to the clients, no body is picking up the phones. Therefore, I had booked my request to Customer Control Centre No 2561_1260 on 13-01-09. I working with the office of IOCL and presently posted at PNGRB, WTC. My employee Number is 705551. Till date gas has not been delivered to us.

                  Pl. ask concerned gas agency arrange to deliver cylinder in time with full weight of Cylinder and also must pick up his agency land line phones at the time of pass on our request for booking gas.

                    When frequency of cylinder booking exceeds 3 or 6 months period, the agency refuse to take the booking — calls for undue procedures, site visit and adds charges in the name of 'checking and servicing.'

                    On approaching IOC officials, the agency takes the booking and delivers after inordinate delay, after sufficiently traumatising the customer.

                    When a customer uses less no. of cylinders — the reason, explained to the agency and the IOC officials; has not provided any relief or the process made easy to the customer. Every time, for the booking the IOC officials intervention is sought, before taking delivery of a cylinder.

But due of Inconvienance problem i had to get transfer from local registerd address to 56 A.C.Banerjee Road Kolkata-700057.But after transering that address My name is upload incorrect that is Instead of Banamali Bahera they upload (BANAMATI BEHERA). As informing them so many time against their mistake they neither register any complain nor they rectify their mistake. And now i am again transfer another address which is know 1,Bachaspati Para Ariadha Kolkata-700076 and recently my cunsumer number is :NS9845.And know they are saying that when i will their area and go some other distributor the name will automactically rectify.                         I just got a new Indane gas connection through Revathy Indane Gas Agency, Medavakkam. In the agency it is written that you dont have to take the gas stove along with the gas connection. I have a gas stove which meets the requirements set by Indian Oil Corporation (IOC). I told them that i have a gas stove and would not like to buy one more. They said that it is mandatory to buy the gas stove along with the new connection and asking me totally Rs 4500 for one cylinder connection. When i look in IOC website it says that it is not mandatory to by gas stove. There should be some action against them and Please let me know what to do? if i pay the amount only i will get connection seems...

                            I had booked for a cylinder refill at Kunnamangalam Gas Agency on November 20, 2008. My consumer number is 9825 . Inspite of various phone calls to the agency i have not got the cylinder. I had booked complaints a couple of times before too on the same grounds here .To my utter dismay the Area Manager, Calicut too did not react, inspite of telling him for the last 10 days. Please do the needful. I am a working woman and find it very difficult to cope up with, without gas.

Untill today ididn't get the refilled cylinder.I called there several times . On that time they told me that "we will deliver it tomarrow itself ".After that i went to their office at mattannur with the empty cylinder on 3/2/2010. At that time they inform that they will supply the cylinder only through their own vehicles.But they didnt gave the cylinder yet.So please take necessary steps to get my refilled cylinder as soon as possible .

                              I'm a LPG consumer with M/S Shivneel Gas Sales, No 1 &2, R.K. Complex, Shariff Street, Chikmaglur...The Company has given the following land line nos. 232422 / 234606 / 234608 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 5 - 6 days. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no as well as the helpline nos are also not responding.The agent who takes the booking is very rude on the call... Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.
                              It is their rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice ,we book accordningly.It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days.Some times they have delivered after 45 days or more…I do not know how a family can manage its cooking by a cylinder for 45 or more days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
                              If Indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do something about issues least I request them to educate their staff on how they need to address the customer problems.

                              I hope company will take immediate action in this regard, so that customer will not face such problem
                              in future…

                              lindane — problem in contacting the agent

                              Dear sir,

                              I am having indane gas connection with M/s. Saba Gas, Guindy, Chennai. My consumer number is 4858. I am trying to book for refilling my cylinder for the past one month. Whenever I try their phone number, recorded voice says that the number is busy. In the last two days itself i have tried hundred of times.

                              lindane — Non delivery at customer's site.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am a 68 years old widow staying with my son at Perumbavoor, Cochin. Our house is located along the state highway (Alwaye- Munnar Road), only 5Km from the gas agency. The complaint is that the agency's van will pass through our road only 2 times in a month and I have to be there in front of my gate with my empty cylinder, waiting indefinitely to get a refill. They will not come and deliver the refill as done by other agencies. Several times I missed the vehicle by few minutes.

                              Please make arrangements for delivering the refill at my premises, since it is not always possible for me to wait for long durations due to poor health condition. All other Indane customers in our locality are having the same complaint, but they are afraid to complain, fearing of any adverse reaction from the agency people.

                              Please find a solution to this complaint.

I tried ahmedabad reg office but those persons are not giving proper answer. i am doing this compaint third time but no one take any action against, so i kindly request to you to change my connection from indane to bharat.

                                Indance Cylinder — Regualrly irrgular in Delivery

                                Have booked cylinder on 06th Nov. Delivery was scheduled 8 days after booking. However till date there is no delivery.

                                Now the Delivery Station says I have to collect the cylinder myself as the vehicle driver is not on duty.


                                This is a state of Tarabai Park Kolhapur delivery station. Always poor in quality, lackluster conduct in customer service.

                                Now do we call you an Indian Company with Careless Cusotmer Service OR GOOD FOR NOTHING.

                                Indane Gas / Cylinder — delay in the refilling the cylinder

                                Iam a L P G consumer with Shankar krupa gas enterprises, no 157/A, L272/A, Hamasaraja lane, Halladekeri Main Road, Mahaveernagar, Mysore, Karnataka. My customer number is 25854 (Syed Tanveer Ahmed). i book gas every month on time (25 days after the delivery of the refilled cylinder)
                                the agency supplies the cylinder only after 10 to 12 days where as they are suppose to issue within a week. this month (january 2010) the agency did not supply the gas for 13 days and on the 14th day the delivery boy brings the cylinder with out the receipt, on demand for it he takes excuse by saying that he was informed to deliver the cylinder on phone by the agency and he had come directly from the godown and on a stressful demand for the receipt he threatens to take back the cylinder. this is the case almost every month which is causing us a great inconvenience. we request you to look in to the matterand take a effective action against the agency and do the needful.

                                to my nearest branch. When ever i contact to our nearest branch they told me your cyclider will be delievred with in 2 days but still not delivered. I have no complaint for your indian gas services but your workers are not working properly.

                                Every delievred person doing froud with all customers. I want that please take action with your branch manager who hadnling all the delivered boys. If you take any action i am really gratefull to you.

                                i am to make a complaint regarding booking of cylinder through net. i have book my cylinder on 04.08.2011 at 07.50 P.M through net. Reference no. is 9964139 booking date was 06.08.2011. booking no. 3964. But today morning at about 09.50 A.M. i checked my status. i was surprise to see that it shows that my cylinder was delivered on 12.08.2011. but in fact till today that is 16.08.2011 at 11.55 A.M. i have not been delivered the cylinder. I have approach to my area Nodal Officer Mr. Malik at about 9.50 A.M. then he has assured me that please call me after half an hour. when after half an hour i approach to him he again told me that call me after half an hour. again After half an hour i am approaching to him, now he is not lifting the phone. i also want to inform you that last to last month i.e. on 03.06.2011 when delivery boy came to home to deliver the cylinder. after weighing the cylinder i found that 1.700 Kg was less then i have already written with red ink on the receipt of mine which was to be handed over to the Sheharawat Gas Agency, Sangam Vihar. But this nodal officer has done nothing.
                                Now, i think that there is mutual understanding with the Nodal Officer and the Gas Agency.

                                From 15days my only duty in morning is calling Indane gas to replace the cylinder. First they supplied a LPG cylinder which didnt have vacher/rubber to get inserted with regulator and it started to leak, on complaining they replaced it after 5days giving some or other reason where we managed to eat food for 5days from outside and got effect on health. And last weekend they have replaced our empty extra cylinder and wonder to see that it is also leaking and though informed and calling from last 3days they are not replacing it. I see no effect complaining about it to Indance gas agency. There is no answer for the question I asked them, who will be responsible in case of any fire accident at my home for their negligence. Please take some action against such buggers and punish well to teach them good lesson.

                                      We have received a expired cylinder against order number [protected]. My family is unaware of interpreting expiry dates and started using it. It is marked with A 16 which indicated expired in first quater of 2016.
                                      Please replace it or I will register a complaint in consumer forum and claim a big amount againt this complaint.
