We have indane gas cylinder at home. Since my mother was out of station we are not using the cylinder much. If we are not buying cylinder for more than 6 months gap , will our registration of our indane gas be cut???? The agency says that they will cancel our cylinder permanently. Kindly clarify this.

my self ambrish raj jadeja from bhavnagar, i jus shifted to bhavnagar from gandhidham, i dont get the bottle of my gas coz dealer dont have that agency name in his computer system, in gandhidham agency name is m/s.aditya indane.in bhavnagar i had gone to meet your agency here m/s.yogikrupa gas agency.that people was also not giving me proper guide.now what can i do plz provide me a my gas connection.i was suffering so bad with your service. i have my family every day i want to go outside to take our launch n dinner.i came here on 18th of january .till i didnt get my gas connection.plz favour me as soon as possible. my e mail:[protected]@yahoo.in.my cell no:[protected]

    Dear sir,
    I Booked a cylinder on 10.12.2011, twenty two days after the earlier delivery with Indane Gas Agency ZIRAKPUR.My consumer No. is 10314.Till date supply has not been made, despite repeated requests and enquiries.Today on 25.01.2011 when again enquired the attendent at gas agency told that the cylinder will be delivered today as its delivery slip has been issued.But the same has not been delivered up to 6.06P.M. I fear that the gas cylinder has been sold else where.I therefor request you to intervene and get the cylinder delivered today itself.Delay is causing mental agony.

      My consumer ID is UG 2705, Last all most one year I noticed that delay in supply domestic gas more than one month.According to the dealer's(Unique Gas)rule, they don't accept new booking within 15 days of last booking & supply the gas after 20 days of booking.So it results that we get the next supply 35 days after the last supply.
      Having double cylinder is meaningless & wastage of money. It remains empty years after year. Over & above delivery men's dishonesty. So its a terrible situation.Hopping to draw authority's notice.

      Indane Domestic Gas — indefinite delay in supplying cylinders

      Dear Sir,
      I am a customer of Cantonment Gas Supply, 38A/6, J.N.Tiwari Road, Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata - 700028 & my customer no. is 00607T. Every month for some reason or other the agency is not supplying cylinders within a fortnight after booking through SMS system. This month I have booked a Cylinder on the 21st of December'12, but till now even after a lapse of 27days they have not supplied any cylinder to me. They do not have any control over the supply & distribution of cylinders to consumers. Please look into the matter urgently & ensure supply within schedule time.

        Indane Gas Station — Stealing Petrol

        Hi
        I am an IT employee. I fill petrol in my bike on daily basis or alternate days and whenever i go to this petrol pump and ask them to fill petrol of Rs 50, they give petrol of Rs 49.49 paise. They are stealing 51 paise petrol on almost all customers that come to the station, although they have the facility of filling petrol using digital metres, but they prefer not. On demanding also, they force not to fill complete amount petrol. As the petrol prices are going high, these people are earning so much by stealing 50 paise or odd from each customer that comes to their pump. This is not lawful and they are earning this illegally.
        This petrol pump is near shaikpet nala, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, India.
        Please forward this complaint to assigned authorities.

        sir, recently all the consumers from Bharath Traders, Dindigul to Mohan Agencies, Athoor, Dindigul without our knowledge. In this connection, i am very sorry to inform that the Mohan Agencies, Athoor is unable to satisfy the requirements in time. Even after 25 days after registration they took another one month to supply cylinders. They are not attending any calls. They advised to get the cylinder in person. We the people are from Gandhigram Dindigul Dt. nearly 30 kms. from our place. This is very often delaying the supply. Kindly look into this or change the dealership. Please treat this as very urgent.

          I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my agent is M/s Natraj Agencies, Yelahanka Satellite Town. My consumer no. is 5821 in the name of my husband R.V.Narasimhachar. We have two cylinders and the whole idea of having double cylinder facility was to have a continuous service. Now, according to the latest rules, we cannot book a refill until 30 days from the date of supply of a cylinder. This rule is very inconvenient because sometimes when due to high consumption, we exhaust a cylinder within 20-25 days, we end up using the second cylinder for nearly 15 days thereafter, until we can book a refill and then get the supply, as after booking the agency takes nearly 7-10 days for supplying. Recently, we had a wedding in the family and we have exhausted both the cylinders thus and the agency supplied one cylinder after seven days that is on 13th January, against our booking on 5th. We could not book before 5th because of the above rule. We are unable to book the second cylinder until 13th Feb. now. Once again, we may end up exhausting both the cylinders at a time. We are small time domestic consumers and from our track record you can see we are not doing any business or black deals. Why enforce such a rule on us and put us into this difficulty? Because we use gas, we are not given any kerosene supply too. What are we to do in such circumstances? I request you to kindly change this rule at least for domestic users as otherwise, the whole purpose of double cylinder facility will be defeated and consumers will be put to untold misery. These days, electric supply too is not dependable. What should families where both the spouses go out to work do without fuel to cook early in the morning? My attempts to get through the Customer Service Centre of IOC failed. I ended up wasting nearly 2 hours trying those nos.

          Yes I am absolutly agree with this . I am pradeep nayak, i am having connection in Vikas distributor New town kolkata vide my consumer no 19740.

          Last 25th september i have requested for refilling the cylinder through on line system . in this regards i have complained through online vide reference no 198005.on 10/10 2011. but still now i have not get any cylinder from Vikas distributor. when i enquiry about this just simply get replied, your request not come to us. burt i am getting mail that your request has been send to distributor.

          second incidence i have booked DBC on the above gas agency . although i have summitted all paper and deposited money but still now I am not receiving any 2nd cylinder from distributor.
          sever day i have the visit to the Distributor and asked about that, simple get answer this has been not updated in your system

          i cant understand these are the necessary comodity for day to day life . and if the distributors are harrasing in this manner then what acommon peole can do.

          Request to take necessary action against Distributors.

            Dear Sir,

            I had booked Domestic Gas filled cylinder(Consumer no.16191) from Indane gas agency, Rudrapur on 04.01.11 but delivery has not been made till date 4.01.11. No response is received at their phone no.16191. They have system to get the gas booked after 21 days of delivery which is strictly followed by them but they fail in their commintment of delivery within 01 week drastically. I can desperately hope for resolution of my issue out of hopeless distribution system.

            my name is shan i belong to district badaun which is in up my complaint is that singh distributer is supplyin gas directly to non authorised people.and they are hiring much money than cost from customers .they have the agency of indane.please take some action .it is really big problem for all the people of pur city.

                sir i am a paramilitary force member. i have availed gas connection in 2000 through our department. i am using it in past 11 years. but gas agency nearer to my house refused to continue connection, actually i am living with my father, i am not seperated from my father house, but i and my wife cooking food separately, my father has also a gas connection . gas agency told that two connection are not permitted in a house. but my family and my father are cooking food seperately, as a jawan it created several problem to my wife. how can i complaint about it to district level ioc officer, kannur. please give suggestionin this regard .what can i do to continue my connection.

                  I had booked refil gas with M/s pattammal gas agencies,Mudichur road tambaram,chennai on 27/12/2010 my consumer No. is 51360.The same is not delivered to me till date.when i phoned and enquare about the delay with the gas agencies,the give the phone no of the delivery man and asked to condact him .when i ask him he dosent respose me.The same thing reapeted in every booking for last 1year.please look in to the above matter

                    hi i am old customer of indane gas and recently i have shifted to new home which lies under different gas dealer and i have transferred my gas connection from jamshedpur gas agency at telco to marangburu enterprises at gobindpur in the same district. i have submitted all the concerend document but since last 20 day has been over and he is not releasing me the paper and every time he makes excuses that there is shortage of paper from indane due to which he is not able to give me the connection please help me on that.

                      The Nabarun Gas Service (453, Burnpur road, Asansol-713304, Ph[protected], an INDANE distributor is involved in various types of malpractices. While complaining to them, they are very much aggressive and odacious in their response. They always keep their phone engaged during their office hour, so that nobody can book the gas cylinder by telephone. The deliver period has been gradually increased from two weeks to more than one month. Inspite of repeated complaints, they have failed to mend their ways. We request the IOC authority to look into the matter so that we, the customers of Indane ( attached to the above distributor) get trouble free service.

                        amman gas agencies, elampillai of indane gas had a dealer called chinna thambi. he bought emply cylinder ,gas book and 400 rs from us saying that he will give gas cylinder next day.. but one month left.. no response from him. we want all our things back. take immediate action. or i will have to book a case in court.
                        his wife has a number [protected]. we want empty cylinder and 400 rs within 2 days.

                          sir,
                          i am a indane LPG consumer in Adarsh Nagar, Delhi and the agent of indane LPG is Angad Enterprises. we have the following complaints agaist the agent.

                          1. whenever we book a refill cylinder through sms then most of the time the same is not booked by the agent, who says that we have not received any sms.
                          2. the agent/ dealer does not book the cylinder before atleast 25 days of the delivery of the last refill cylinder. on query the dealer says that as per rules we can not book a cylinder before 25 days.
                          3. most of the time the gas in the refilled cylinder is 3-4 kg less.

No.1260 if I give myDistributors Landfline No. i.e. 28547346 of Trimurti Gas Agencies, Vikaspuri, the reply I am getting is "Sorry, No such no is found." But I am sure that this is the number in which I have booked last time also, but now I am not aware as to what has happened to our agent. Our Agent's code is 107315 and our Consumer No. is T.740.

                            we are gone to book gas calender after 23 days to our gas outlet goniana gas service but they asked if you are from local town u are given gas after 23 days and i[censored] are form village u are given gas after 30 days and they miss behave us and asked go to anybody to complaint when we complaint to their sale officer and he also asked to complaint any body and we complaint to their complaint toll free no.                               I am a army person and posted at highly counter insurgency area and my family is staying alone at my home town at Vill- Bhairabpur, Post- Amarkanan, Dist- Bankura, WB-722133, India. I had transfered my Indane LPG connection from my old duty station Pune to my home town i.e. Chandra Indane Gas Agency, Macantala, Bankura, WB-722101, India. Forteen month has been gone but they are harressing me as well as mt family and not giving us the connection. I have allready contact to the Customer Support Officer at Durgapur Area Office, but no sollution has been done. Waiting for a sollution................

                                Every time i am having problem in reaching my GAS distributor vendor Gurukrupa

                                I tried to reach their numbers from 3 days every day making more than 100 calls.
                                either it is engaged or if it rings not picking up.
                                I feel they place receiver out and make in engage mode.
                                If we try to communicate they are very harsh.
                                I had made complaints in sevral forums but no improvements.
                                This is every month's refilling booking issue.

                                  I am a consumer of Indane Gas under Captain Gas Service Pvt. Ltd., Pratap Vihar, Sector-11, Ghaziabad. Previously upto 03.12.2010 my connection No.4416 was with Khwaja Gas Service, Saveri Gaon, Ghaziabad. Suddenly, without informing me my gas connection was transferred to Captain Gas Service on 04.12.2010. On inquiry on 13.12.2010, the Manager, Khwaja Gas Service told that your connection has been transferred to Captain Gas Service despite of booking gas on 30.11.2010.

                                  I had received last delivery of gas on 16.10.2010, since then, I am making efforts but not result. The owner of Captain Gast said that you will get a letter within 3 days after fulfilling all the formilities (the formilities were completed on 07.01.2011) but nothing has been heard from the agency. Further, it was inquired on 12.01.2011, 14.01.2011 & 17.01.2011, same reply, staff is not available, we will make entry, then you will get the letter at your residence. More than three months have been passed but neither the agency has completed formility whatsoever nor booked the cylendar. How can a common man handle the situation with one cylendar for three months, can be imagine.

                                  It is requested that my complaint may be registered and necessary direction be issued to the GAS AGENCY OWNER to complete the formilities and release the gas cylendar.

                                    SIR,

                                    INDANE LPG gas cylinder supplied are of less weight (while they supply in door to door service). Previously it would continue about minimmum 30 days but recently, it is seen that it finishes 15 to 20 days though there is no additional uses of the cylinders. pls help us by checking this audacity. Recently we caught a delivery man with a less weight cylender but unfortunately he ran away. Sir pls help us. As we are facing it for last three months.

                                      I am a customer of Indane gas service since 1988.

                                      One more no is on the blue book which is mentioned as Termination Voucher No: [protected]
                                      Customer Name: Braj Kishore pathak

                                      I am a Jharkhand Govt. Employee. As my job is transferable I have been transferred from Nirsa to Dhanbad & so I require to transfer my Indane gas connection from Nirsa (Maa Shakti Indane Gas Srevice, Near Cooperative bank campus, Nirsa Dhanbad) to Dhanbad( Indane Vighnesh Agency, Housing Colony, Bartand, Dhanbad).

                                      But Your franchisee Vighnesh Agency is not cooperating in transfer.
                                      He is demanding the following documents:
                                      1) Affidavit(He has given a format of declaration)
                                      2)Pan Card
                                      3)2 Photographs.

                                      I can provide the Pan Card & photo.
                                      In Dhanbad, Now-a-days Revenue stamp is not easily available so I am unable to make an Affidavit.
                                      As I am very old customer of Indane Gas, why Vighnesh Services treating me as a new customer?

                                      Kindly help me in transferring my connection.
                                      I will be very greatful to you for your cooperation.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have been holding Gas Connection thriugh Maruti Gas Agency, Manjalpur, Vadodara. Since Last one year, I have been facing issue of delay in gas refill. Earlier delay was upto 15 days but since last two months, it has become around 20 days.

                                        Could not understand reason behind this?

                                        How come only particuler dealer faces supply problem within a city?

                                        Hope this problem of delay solves as sson as possible and somebody really looking in this matter.
