Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to say that i am a consumer of Indane Gas from Sonepat. AS I am suffering from bad services from my distributor "Arvind GAs Agency (Indane LPG Distributor)" Kabirpur, Sonepat.
I book my gas cylinder on !-12-2010. But there is no response from their side till[protected]. There is npbody to attend my call. All Ph Nos. is Switch off
Please look into the matter as i am sick of this service.

    Expired cylinder and misbehavior

    My consumer no.71554 and I am a resident of T1, Shri Balaji Apartments, 7/9, Sanakarapuram First Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 94 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Bashyam Gas Service, Kodambakkam, Chennai (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. I have booked for a cylinder 25 days ago. At that time they told me within 15days it will come. Today (22/12/2010) one guy came with an expired cylinder (It was marked as C10, means already expired). When my wife told him to change the cylinder, he is not willing to change and he is compelling my wife to take the expired cylinder. Since it is an expired cylinder she denied to take the cylinder. He started scolding and went off with the cylinder. When I am trying to contact Bashyam Gas to complaint about this they are not picking up the phone.

    Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to give a valid cylinder, and have some system to ensure only valid cylinders are distributed to end users.

    Indane Gas — corruption & misbehaviour

    Dear Sir,

    I have a lpg connection in "Indian Gas Services Shukla Ganj Unnao".

    Sir here are 1st day give the stamp in consumer book in after 6 days

    after 6 days in agency a large number of people stand in 6:00 am to take parchi

    after takeing parchi agency man told to me that cylender delivery will be in after 2 days


    in all process peoples loss there three days work, stamping in consumer book people stand in 7:00 am
    then 10 or 10:30 he get stamp, and the date of takeing parchi go agency in 6:00am staff come in 9:30 or 9:45 there are standing a large nos. of people but person who take the 50 or 70 Rs. Extra sold the cylender in retail dirictly enter in office and deposit the 10 or 12 books and normal person stand in line
    and tolerate office staff missbehave . Normal person take parchi in 12:30 pm .

    and the day of takeing cylender the truck load come at 8:45 A.M. but the distribution staff come at 10 AM and the person who take 50 Rs. extra go directly and take 3-4 cylender once a time and normal person see them but nothing do i stand 292 cylender back the first load fully empty and i forward only 30 cylender . i stand there 7:30 am and i got cylender 12:30 am.

    so i request to you please see the matter & change the some rules

      Hi ,

      This is to report that i was cheated by the Petrol Bunk staff in IOC petrol bunk located between Kudlu Gate and Hosa Road junction. I paid a sum of Rs-200 for filling up petrol and while tendering the money the Staff quickly pulled out the nozzle saying that petrol was indeed filled for Rs200.

      I am quite sure that they have not not even dispensed Petrol for Rs100.
      However i was short of evidence and hence i am resorting to this complaint. I am quite sure that my complaint won't reimburse my money. I only wish action is taken to curtail such mailpractices in future si that the common man is devoid of being fooled again.

      Hope there will be some action on the erring staff.

      Petrol — cheating

      On 16.02.09, I had tried to fill petrol in Sugan Service Station, J C Nagar, Bangalore 560006. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted petrol for Rs.100. As a man was filling the petrol, the cashier came and stated to talk about petrol card. I told him I was not interested. This took about 2-3 seconds. And I noticed that the man filling the petrol had filled the petrol and brought the meter to zero and the man moved awat. I asked the cashier how much petrol was put, he said for Rs.100. I was surprised. When I saw the fuel guage, only one liter of petrol was filled. When I told the cashier that only around 1 litre of petrol was filled, he called the other man and he said he had put only 1 liter of petrol and volunteered to put another liter of petrol. I went to their office to talk to the manager, but manager was not available and the cashier said that the manager will come next day only. I asked for the bill and was given a bill for Rs.49/-. when I said why this was so when ordinary petrol was put, he said sorry and gave me back Rs.3 and the gave me a bill for 46.28. Bill no. 11220 dt. 16.02.09. I have been trying to contact them over phone to talk to the manager on phone nos mentioned in the bill 2338869 and 23632678, but no one picks up the phone. I would like the right authority to take action against the petrol bunk owners and the employees who must be cheating public to the tune of thousands of rupees everyday. If this is not the right forum to make a complaint, can you post the right forum in your website please. I do not want the public to be cheated by these people.

        We have registered with Balaji gas ambattur(Indane) for refill on 08th dec 2010 and waiting list no;3773. consumer no:36681. Till today (21st dec 2010) we have not received the gas.
        They are ensuring that the phone is always engaged from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm.
        If cell phone and SMS booking and reminding is introduced with all the Gas distributors, then everything can be recorded. and erring agencies, can be get caught easily and taken to task. will the Gas division of IOC do something on this?...Rkumaraswamy consumer

        We have registered with Rajesh gas Madhavaram(Indane) for refill on 19th July 2011. Consumer no:35249/Ranjan & No.14005/Somu. Till today (4th August 2011) we have not received the gas.
        They are ensuring that the phone is always engaged from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm.
        If cell phone and SMS booking and reminding is introduced with all the Gas distributors, then everything can be recorded. and erring agencies, can be get caught easily and taken to task. will the Gas division of IOC do something on this?...Every month same problem going on. Please take necessary action needful in this matter is very urgent. We have the baby's we can not able to give food in time due to cylinder. We are the police family.

        We are registered with Muthu Gan Agency, Velachery during the month of Feb 1st week, and i have received the sms confirmation that i will be getting the cylinder in a day or two. BUT WHEN WE ARE ENQUIRED WITH THE AGENCY (ONE MS.DEEPA), THEIR WON'T BE ANY LOAD IS AVAILABLE AND NO CYLINDER WILL BE PROVIDED - like that they are replying. Is this the way to working people/answering people, can you do something on this?

        Since [protected] is not registering the booking of refill, we booked refill by mail with IOC (consumer No:39093 S. Jayalakshmi) on 5.3.14 and sent a reminder on 12.3.14 after the dealer informed us that no booking is seen done. So I called IOC office Anna Salai, Chennai who in turn asked me to contact 24339236 and I am not at all getting that number and it is always engaged(dont know whether it is actually continuously engaged or there is any foul play) So I again sent a complaint to IOC online on 13.3.2014 and still I await reply. Who will help us if the cylinder now in use is exhausted? I am really puzzled to know that no channel provided by the company to show that they extend excellent customer service is working and what about the fate of middle class people like us. Better to leave the things with God, the Almighty.

          I mr. Mukta Ranjan Ghosh consumer No.5565 customer of Indane gas distributor of M S Factory co operative credit stores 96130031 booked my gas cylilinder on 26/11/10 , bu the delivery still pending. I have a complaint in this site two days ago, but still they did'nt response us. is their any solution of this monopoly. no one providing me any response , either from their booking office or make a complaint in consumer forum. please help me , I am in trouble from last 25 days. because this delay process forcing us to buy a cylinder from outside at over-rate, and thus the black market is spreading.

          we have booked a gas cylinder on first week of jan 12 but till date we didn't reced. when i take the followup from Prabhat Gas agency they told us we didn't booked any gas cylinder, how can its possible, we two small baby in the house they depend on milk, we are unable to serve the milk

            There is no system of delivery of LPG cylinder.After booking the cylinder we always inform them about maturity date.They do not give responce even after 3 -4 recalls.recently we booked our cylinder on 26.10.10 ( cosumer no.- 23662 / Vivek Pandit)and we waited up to 14.12.10 but we did not get the cylinder.Then we recalled them 5 times but till today( 20.12.10 / 0730 pm ) result is same.I am in a private job and it is very difficult for me to do this repeatedly. so please do needful.

            Indane LPG Gas — Delay in LPG cylinder delivery

            I m Resident of Dwarka ,New Delhi and customer of Indane.The Distributor is Dwarka Gas Agency .Mu Consumer no is 3716 I booked Gas almost a week back & Even after regular follow ups they have not supplied the cylinder till date. Even thier response is too rude over phone & in these days of crisis their phone ([protected]) also are not reachable or they get it engaged intentionally . Im in trouble as both cylinders are empty and Please help.

            Our consumer no is 24146. We have booked the gas on 8/1/08. But even after 2 week when we could not get gas, we asked the company and got reply that there is no booking.We again booked the gas on 22/1/08, but still there is no delivery. No one is picking up the phones...[protected]/35/36, 2895768 and [protected].

            why they want the customer, if they can't served them ?
            i am trying for last 20days, no body ready to pickup the phone / attend the call. i dont know the way to get my cyclinder to be booked.

            i am a consumer of the indane since 1992 of consumer no:00005953 of the amarjyothy indane services, college road, kothamangalam, kerala.
            nowadays i am ill treated by those authorities & the lpg i booked had not reached even after the 43rd day of last supply.the last supply also lagged for abt 40 days.
            it was not only my problem but also my neighbours also suffer the same
            so please kindly cancel their agency and handover the agency to a responsible authorities or should give them a last warning so it willnot happen again.the details of the agency follows.

            Indane LPG non-supply — Intentional delay in supply

            Am dr. S.K.Rajeswari Amma, Sreemoolam, Sreemoolanagaram, Aluva, a consumer of LPG Indane, with consumer No:5951, SV No:326499, I am a subscriber of your esteemed agency, Angamaly Cooperative Consumer's Society Ltd from 1996. My last supply of the cylinder was on 8/9/08. After 21 days as stipulated by I have booked for a cylinder on 29th September on phone. Again I reminded on 35th day, ie: on 13/10/08. The person in charge informed that the cylinder would be supplied on 18th. Again, I called on 17th. Replied to have supply on next day. As nobody came here, I again called on 28th October. Then your good agency told that it will be supplied same day. But nobody came here. So, I contacted on 31st, then they refused me of all previous bookings, but on 28th October. Its a talk of the town that your agency people do sell cylinder in 'BLACK' for Rs.500/. If I offered Rs. 500/ I would have got many cylinders by this time. Its a pity that genuine customers are harassed like this. Repeated reminders are always a story of your agency for normal supply. Sir, give us an idea as to what can be the normal route to get justice from your agency in Angamaly. Am a practising doctor in a suburban area, and such unhealthy practices do affect my professional work to a large extent. please help me and give me a reply as to what should be done.             Indane Gas Services — Poor Treatment to the customers

            Sir

            I am Subrmaniam .M from Tirupur. This is to bring to your kind notice the poor and unbearable service offered to me at Revathy Gas Agency, Medavakkam, Chennai. I had transferred my gas connection from tirupur to medavakkam (Owing to my medical treatment i have to reside at chennai ) after my medical things, I am shifting to tirupur, I came from tiurpur for getting my Gas connection transferred.

            Unfortunately No one at Revathy gas agency knew how to treat the customers . Considering the age and medical issues i was asked by the clerks to bring so many documents and made me unbearable with running behind notaries and xerox shops and stamp vendors and some of the doc i am not even aware of ( I didnt understand whther i need to pay any bribe for the same ? )
            I have ringed to the agency the day morning and asked for the doucment which i need to carry alosng with my pass book and cylinders . They replied Nothing required except the passbook and the cylinders.

            Still unable to hold what i have to do to make my connection transferred? do i have to play hte same MUNNA BHAI film scene to them ?

            i am a customer of indane with customer no. 15275 and have been registed with of gas agency K-2 International Sarita Vihar delhi (telephone no[protected] and[protected], i am trying to book the gas since friday 02/01/2009 but no one delivered the gas and they did'nt book the cylinder.

            DEAR SIR / MADAM,

            I HAVE BOOKED GAS CYLINDER FOR REFILL ON 12 JAN 2009 TIME : 17:31 HRS FROM 24 HOURS BOOKING DIAL NO. 1260. I REACHED TO MY GAS AGENCY M/S SHALIMAR GAS, SITE No.1, BEHIND GOVT. MIDDLE SCHOOL, BLOCK-B-F, SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI-88 TO GET THE STATUS OF BOOKING ON 17.1.09. THEY SAID THAT WE HAVE NO INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR GAS BOOKING. AGAIN THEY REBOOKED GAS ON 17.1.2009. THEN I DIALED MANY TIMES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE CELL TEL.Nos.23411282, 23411654. BUT I COULD NOT CONNECT AND GET A MESSAGE " OUT OF SERVICE" EVERY TIMES. I DID NOT GET FILLED GAS CYLINDER TO TILL DATE (21.1.2009). SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND FIND OUT WHERE IS PROBLEM AND DO NEEDFUL TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

            The employees of Revathy gas agencies do not register gas requests on time and make the customer wait for a month or longer for a cylinder of gas. They also give wrong information and that too do not wait to listen to what the customers have to say. THEY ARE EXTREMELY BAD AND VERY VERY RUDE to the customers. This is not the kind of way they should treat their customers. They expect the customers to arrange a vehicle and collect the gas directly from the godown or the agency if they require the gas on time. How can an elderly person do that? Will they ask their own wife, sister, mother or daughter to do this?

            There have been so many complaints but there is absolutely no action taken till now and that's why the problem is still continuing.

            Indane Gas — Regarding the delay services of the company

            Repeatedly for last 6 months I have not been getting my gas cylinder in proper time limit. This gas agency:SWATANTRA GAS AGENCY, 15/249 'B' CIVIL LINES KANPUR. has not been able to send the gas cylinder in allotted time. This has lead to a real harassment as its really difficult for a middle class family to survive for long time period without a gas cylinder.
            Its very easy to resolve all your issues within 30 days, please file RTI application (first call them saying that i am going to file RTI, if he challenge then definetly file RTI, once you file it he will die, Pls update me and also help to others, its your responsibility to aware other and get this country corruption free.), for more detail visit this site.             Indane Gas Services — Not get gas cylinder in time

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            This is for your kind information that I am consumer of Indane gas service, service by ASHA gas services, Deoria for several years. From last few months I am facing great problem in getting gas cylinder in time, when complaint for 2 - 3 times then after I got gas cylinder. Gas available at ASHA gas services anytime in Rs. 550 to 600/- per cylinder (i.e, in black) but for normal customer their is crises of gas from Indane Gas Services. Time between one filled cylinder to another filled cylinder is near about 2 month. Do Indane gas services think for a customer to manage 2 month in one cylinder. When asked to Hawker for delay in gas, he reply "asked from ASHA gas owner". Kindly do the needful action against this agency or I have to take help from customer forum services.

            indan LPG — delay delivery cylinder

            Hello
            We are living in mahalaxmi nagar Area of maheshwar.
            We have gas connection agent called dhamnod indane Agency from Indane LPG for house hold.
            We have one connection for the family of 3 adults and 2 minors.
            We book the cylinder every 21st day after we get the filled cylinder at home.
            Now, after booking the cylinder the delivery is made after 15 days or longer.
            I believe the delivery should be made within 7 days of booking.
            So we are very very upset with the service.
            Please help.

            LPG INDANE GAS CYLINDER — Delay Delivery of refill of Cylinder

            I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 17145, the supply of refill of cylinder through Modern Gas Agency, Tansen Road, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. I booked gas on[protected] but cylinder has not yet been delivered. whenever I personally approach on[protected], it is assured that the cylinder will be deivered yesterday, but the cylinder has not yet been delivered. Such situation exists for the last six months. I am trying to many times of Agency but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy THIS HAPPEND ALWAYS THATS WHY I AM LOT OF TROUBLE DUE TO bad SERVICE OF INDANE.

            Indane Gas — Delay in booking & delivering of LPG cylinder

            One of your Star Distributor M/s Mahabir Gas Agency, Main Road, Saraidhela, Dhanbad, Jharkhand is Booking gas cylinder after 20 days of delivery of the cylinder. And there is no rule that when u will get cylinder after booking of the gas.
            Recently I booked cylinder on 29.09.2009 after 20 days of getting last cylinder but got delivery of the cylinder on 15.10.2009, that too after much persuasion over telephone. But surprisingly though I got the delivery on 15.10.2009, the money receipt date is 01.10.2009. Date of delivery of the cylinder is mentioned no where.

            Indane Gas — DELAYING OF DELIVERY OF NEW CYLINDER

            The Agency is TAKING MORE THAN 1 MONTH to DELIVER CYLINDERS...I HAV EXPERIENCED THIS MANY TIMES.
            This complaint is against SANKAR GAS AGENCIES.They take more than 1 MONTH to deliver gas.THIS HAS become a MAJOR problem, NEWS has come against this agency SEVERAL TIMES BUT there IS NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST

            indane-LPG cylinder — Delayed delivery

            I am a customer of Indane for past 20 years and my consumer no is 11347. The ageny supplying gas for my domestic use is 'M/s:Gosaka Gas Agencies, Neyveli Township, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu'. I have got 2 gas cylinders.
            My problem is that my cylinder lasts for 26 to 30 days only as we are a 6 member family with aged parents living with me. My agency says that
            1. New registration for a fresh clinder can be done only after 21 days of delivery of previous cylinder.
            2. More or less, it takes anything from 7 to 12 days to get a refill from the date of registration for fresh cylinder.
            3. The agency claims that billing time between two cylinders is 25 days, which is in built in hte billing system as per IOC rules.
            4. Between date of billing and delivery of cylinder, by and large there is a gap of 4 to 5 days.

            Can I get hte followimg details

            1. Is there is any limitation on number of LPG bottles to be issued to a customer in a month if it is purely for domestic use only?
            2. Is there is minimum billing time between two cylinders?
            3. Minimum 21 days booking time-Between 2 bookingsw or from date of delivery?
            4. Can I get a third cylinder for domestic use only?
            5. Can I get a nother connection say of HPCL or any other Oil PSU?
            6. If neither 3rd cylindr is permitted nor another connection, can my wife get a new connection in hte same address?
            Please give an answer to above questions and look in to the complaint of delayed supplies.

            My name is Rajesh kumar i wish to inform you that my Indane gas connection no. is 12548 and my residence address is H No. 461/19, shanti Vihar ,Near Shadipur Village Sonipat Haryana. In this regards kindly note that i have booked my indan gas cylinder on dt. 01.11.2009 over mobile phone and my booking no 113 was provided by the agency ,we made lot off calls at Arvind gas services (5, Kabiorpur road , Model town , sonipat 131001, Haryana) on their telephone phone no.[protected] but every time simply says "kal bheg denge" .However, after passing 15 days we could not delivered.

            I personally request you to kindly look in to this matter on priority. Reply the same.

            Dear Sir,
            We are facing the problem in case of delivery of home LPG gas cycliner.Our gas agency is sarvatra gas agency, Brahm nagar, Kanpur.I have booked a gas on dated 21/01/2011 but till now i have not received a cyclinder, i have visited the gas agency office several times but every time they says that tomorrow you will get and some time they start missbehaving.Due to this gas agency i am thinking that it is horrible to get the basic need in our country.Please take the serious action against the mentioned gas agency otherwise one day a normal man can get succide to fullfil a basic need and you people will be responsible for that.

            I residence of B 2/508 Himsagar Appartment (consumer no 21997) is facing this problem from past few months, that their is a delay in the delevery of LPG cyclender, i receved my last cuclender about 40-45 days back and have booked new appro 17-20 dyasback and waiting for it till date. And above all your helpline no is such a usless no either that is busy or if ringing nobody is is going to pick that.

                Sir,

                I am residing at Medavakkam, Chennai - 100. Oflate I am facing lot of problems with the gas agency, supplying cylinder for domestic purpose. My Costumer ID is 41350. The supplier is Rose Gas Agencies (Indane Distributors), 73, Medavakkam Main Road, Adambakkam, Chennai - 600 088.

                After 9-9-2010, I had booked cylinder on[protected] over phone for which they had alloted waiting list No.5542 and informed that the cylinder will be supllied within 20 days. But again when I enquired on[protected] and followed up with them continuously on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], they gave the same type of reply stating that the cylinder will be supplied within 2 days. Finally, I received the cylinder only on[protected].

                For your information, there was a gap of nearly 3 and half months between the supply of cylinder i.e. the last one was supplied on 9-9-2010 and now the cylinder was supplied on[protected] which is more than 3 months. How do you expect the consumer to lead his family?

                At the first instance, all the phone number of Rose Gas Agencies are always lying dead. Even if we get the line once in blue moon, proper response is not given by the agency. Though I have lodged the booking on[protected] the date mentioned in the bill was[protected]. I don't understand the logic behind it.

                On the one hand Indian Oil Corporation is boasting that consumer need not wait for 21 days to book the cylinder but on the other hand people have to wait for months together which is quite atrocious. We deserve reply from the Corporation for this. Kindly initiate remedial action and avoid inordinate delay in supply of gas agencies. Also I request you to instruct the gas agencies to behave in a responsible manner with the costumers.

                IOC — Inordinate delay in suppy of gas

                Consumer No 11796 presently being servised by Coastal Gas.
                I had telephoned for a gas refill, on 23rd April 09.
                Had not received the refill, till date.
                When I called Coastal Gas, they have come up with several excuses.
                I had to take leave, and go to the gas agency personally, and only on
                insisting on getting the gas, they have given the cylinder to me.
                this has put me to lot of hardship, and expense, including a day's
                leave.
                Pls look into the matter and advise Coastal Gas agency they are a
                Service company, not a money making racket.

                      I am an Indane customer with SHANKER GAS SERVICES,PARBATTI CHOWK,BHAGALPUR-853204.BIHAR.The cylinder that has beet delivered to my place has expired back in 2008.Its been 3 yrs that the cylinder is been expired and is still in circulation.This is exactly like a bomb being delivered and you never know when will it explode.When we tell the delivery boy that this is an expired cylinder they reply that i dont know about this you complain to the agency. When im trying to make complaint no one is receiving the phone or disconnecting it.Since in our country there is lack of awarness people dont know how to check expiry date and they take expired cylinders.This is the utmost duty of the agencies to check expiry date and then deliver.They cannot risk the life of people.I kindly request that an immediate action should be taken and our cylinder should be immediately replaced.Even care should be taken that such cylinders that are expired should be removed from circulation.My consumer no is - S22815.

                      I am bonafied cosumer of indane gas. my registration in CIRCULAR AGENCY, which is authorised distributor for indane gas, whose address is 49/5/H/148, CIRCULAR GARDEN REACH ROAD, KOLKATA-700023.my CUSTOMER NO- 26012. I am booked a gas on 01/06/09, after that agency supplied a cyllinder to my home, in which D-08 is written.I have repeatediy told the agency to change my cyllinder, because from the newspaper i came to know that, the cyllinder have already expired on december 2008, but the said agency can"t change my cyllinder. i am requesting them many more times.I am govt. employe, in my house my older widow mother lived.                           I have an connection of INDANE GAS in the name of my wife whose consumer no is 21518.

                          The connection is with M/S Anubha gas agency D 18 Pandav Nagar Delhi 92 , my connection is of single cylinder. On 25/Nov/2010 my wife has applied for double cylinder.Anubha gas agency asked her to deposit one Registered letter by which they inform her for release of double cylinder.

                          My wife submitted Registered letter with the agency . The agency said they sent released letter through registered post vide RLA 4577 dated 29/11/2010 regarding release of second cylinder.
                          Unfortunately that registered letter not yet received by my wife till date .

                          My wife approached the agency they said so rudely that confirm from post office we will not issue cylinder without letter though they have duplicate /office letter copy with them but clearly refused to issue the cylinder. It is not out fault the mis-happening may be at post office end .

                          I request you to direct M/S Anubha gas agency to issue second cylinder and teach them to behave the customer politely instead of rudely.

                          Indane gas — delay of getting double cylinder

                          I am Prakasan,Parayaruparambath, kakkodi. My consumer No. is 9918450. On[protected] I applied for double cylinder.My register no is 1410. I havent yet got it. On my enquiry my dealer said that I will get it later. I would like to know when i get it because i have to wait minimum 15 days for getting a refill.

                          Indane Gas — Delay in providing double cylinder for my gas connection

                          I had applied for double cylinder for my connection in the month of November 2009. They said I will be getting a letter at my residential address. However, I have not received any letter till date. and in between when I tried to enquire about the status. They simply denied telling that I will be getting the letter and then only I have to come to them.

                          Indane Gas — Fraud to customers

                          I just wanna say that here we are not getting cylinders after a month of booking coz the managment is not correct due to which the hawkers are selling the cylinder on high price to the shops. This is increasing day by day, if nothing will be done then the repo of INDANE GAS will do down ultimately.

                          we sent message to this ([protected]) number for gas cylinder at 2 times (Apr 6th & Apr 10th). however they are saying it is not received it yet.

Though it is done for customers who booked gas after 08TH NOVEMBER. This has happened in between 08th and 16th december 2010. I have approached gas agency 6 times in this period...

                            Indane Domestic Gas — irregularities

                            This complaint is to bring to your notice the irregularities at the -joti gas service,ropar.
                            1)my husband retired from army,we had 2 transfer vouchers but were given only 1 connection.reson given one couple one connection
                            2) we can only book for a cyl 25 days from the day we recieve one.as one cyl lasts for 1520 days .WHAT TO DO .
                            3) the other gas service centres have no such rules.
                            kindly look into the matter and advise me what to do.

                            Indane Domestic Gas — addition of water in cylinder

                            For the past few months the Yadu Gas Agency (Sahibabad, U.P.)of Indian Oil (Indane) are supplying gas cylinders but that is not upto the mark. Although they show on the time of delivery that the quantity is as per the supply rule but it seems that they take out gas (approx. 50%) and fill water in place of gas. Earlier our family consumption was one cylinder per 40-45 days, now it is only 15 days. No one from gas agency is ready to hear, even i dialled to complain officer MR. R.K. Sinha at [protected] but he didn't pick the phone. My address is 1-b, takshila apartment, abhay khand-111, indirapuram (Ghaziabad, u.p.) and customer id is 30346.
                            sir, my gas suply agency name is SHIVANIKA INTERPRISES IN east Delhi VIvek Vihar, Suplyer Ph: No. Is 22153099 / 22146911.

                            I m facing suply problem since i got connection from this agency since 6 years, i made somany complained to coserned department
                            But no avail.
                            this agency is allways getting delay in suply more then a week after booking. the person on telephone also very roodly speaks.

                            DEAR SIR, I AM RESIDENT OF KAITHAL ( HARYANA ) 136027 AND CONSUMER OF NEELAM GAS AGENCY. THE COMPLAINT IS THE DEALER IS NOT PROVIDING THE FACILITY OF HOME DELIEVERY AND PHONE BOOKING. THEY PUT PHONE ON BUSY. THEY BOOK THE REFILL ON 21ST DAY WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER AND SELL TO ANOTHER ONE. ON BOOKING OF CUSTOMER THEY ARE PROVIDING OF BOOKING SLIP OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THE SALES MAN DOES NOT PAY BALANCE ON DELIEVERY OF REFILL AND DEMAND OF CHANGE OR NOT PAY THE BALANCE...THE REFILL IS NOT PROVIDING EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS BOOKING...PLEASE PAY YOUR KIND RESPONCE AND OBLIGE.

                              My name is Krishan Singh Shekhawat and My Consumer No. is 19935, M/s Niranjan Gas agency is not deliver the gas at time , also many time they show their records that they has deliver the Gas , You Know very well that Cylinder Boy can’t deliver the Gas without Entry in Dairy and get the Refill Voucher , I have check with gas agency many time’s when Gas not delivered to me but they show in their system that gas has deliver , I think that they are doing Black marketing of LPG ,

                              Also from last 2nd December I Try to Call their office , but nobody was pick up the call and no Response from their side ,even their Manager Mr. Durga Singh (As per Staff they are the Manager) [protected] also not Pick up my call ,

                              We had booked for a refill but when the supply was made to our area, we were out and could not avail. On contacting M/s. Abhilash Gas Agencies, North paravur, Ernakulam Dist., Kerala, they told us to wait till the next supply. We requested, whether we can personally go and collect from their depot but in turn, they regretted and told us to wait till next supply. Is this system followed in Indian Oil Corpn.                                 Kindly note that we had placed an order for a refill 45 days ago and till date it has not been delivered.
                                Its extremely difficult to get the Agency on the telephone because they do not pick up the telephone and if we manage to get them on the line by sheer luck, they respond very rudely that they will send the refill.

                                The staff and the Manager think its their birth right to be rude to customers.

                                The Agency is very popular in selling the gas cylinders in the black market and abviously they are not interested in serving the customers for whom they have been appointed as Distributors.

                                I would request you to send in your vigilence team to check their logs and registers.

                                Kindly look into this complaint on an urgent basis.

                                Is there no end to this harrassment as this must be happening daily to thousands of consumers? Cant IOCL manage and control its Distributors ?

                                  Hi, I have been filling fuel at the Indianoil Petrol Bunk at Kodihalli, Old Airport Road, Bangalore for the last few years. I have had instances where they have cheated me and I got to know later. But I still go there as I know that they cannot cheat with the measurement equipments. But today was the limit. I went there at 8.10 am today - 16DEC2010. I asked the guy to fill normal petrol for Rs.1000. He instructed the boy who was helping him to fill 15.09 litres, which means he was planning to charge Rs.66.26 per litre. When I asked him how much the premium petrol was, he said he did not know, which was ridiculous. I questioned him again on the petrol price but he did not have a proper explanation or price. I then asked him not to fill and left the bunk.
                                  On an earlier occasion, they diverted my attention to the tyre of my car and filled in petrol only for Rs.1108 when I had paid them Rs.1500. Records of this should exist in the bunk. Luckily for me, my friend, who is an Inspector with Central Excise was inside the car observing this and the bunk guys could not see him. He pointed this out and they immediately filled in petrol for Rs.392. Then I realised that I had been cheated on many occasions earlier, as they guy who usually filled petrol for my car used to engage me in conversation everytime and thus, he used to fill much lesser than what I paid for, and as a result, my mileage was drastically low. I trusted that fellow since I used to see him everytime.
                                  You can check this out by just visiting the bunk and acting like a customer who wants to fill fuel. Please try all the 3 dispensers.
                                  Kindly take action against these fraudsters.

                                    I booked a gas cyender from Caption Gas Agency, Sector 12, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad (Connection No 89723) on 3rd Dec 2010 and the same is not yet delivered i.e. till today 15th Dec 2010. After enquiring about it I came to know that it will take 3-4 days more. This is normal pracitce adapted by the agency with every one that they will not deliver the cylender before 15 days from the date of booking and also the next booking they do not register before 3 weeks from the delivery date. So effectively it take 35-40 days to get the next cylender. We all are facing a big problem. Please try to eradicate it.

                                    This is regret to inform you that I have booded my gas cylinder on 23rd June 2011 vide booking no.[protected] on 23.06.11 from Kasna Gas Agency, Greater Noida (Connection No 1657), In this regards I would like to inform you that the gas cylinder yet not delivered i.e. till today 06th July 2011. i hv requested to booked the gas cylinder in twice time, previous booking was cancelled by the gas agency, Last two months i hvn't get any gas from the gas agency. Now today I had called to agency people they don't have give any conclusion against this matter. I am facing a great problem due to non having the gas cylinder. This is normal pracitce adapted by the agency with every one that they will not deliver the cylender before 20-25 days from the date of booking and also the next booking they do not register before 3 weeks from the delivery date. So effectively it take 35-40 days to get the next cylender. Every person (consumer) is facing like this big problem, as this agency have maladminstration, and neither they don't picksup the phone nor they are willing to give proper reply.
                                    pls request you to expediate this matter urgent.

                                        In my town there is always shortage of Gas Cylinders. Black Marketing of same is on higher side. Gas Agency owner is not suppling the cylinders to the consumers in time. It is always 2 to 3 months late. From 1 cylinder it is very difficult to run the kitchen. Agency always cry for shortage of money. Please do the needful for consumer need, you may warn the dealer or cease his dealership and allot this to anyone else.

                                        He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
                                        But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy.
