dear sir,
i booked a cylender on[protected] but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer on dated 25/11/2010. i booked my cylender at Mrityunjay Gas Service, distibuter of indian oil corporation ltd., 255/385, Kundari Rakab Ganj, Lucknow.226004. My consumer no. is 15151. Dealer never given me cylender on time since 1 year.please take action on it either i will go to consumerfourm.

Indian Oil — CYLINDER NOT GIVEN BY DEALER AFTER BOOKING

I booked a cylinder on 16-Jul-10 vide order no 2521but till now the cylinder is not given by the dealer on dated[protected]. I booked my cylinder at M/s Yadu Indane Gas Servises, D-33, Site-4, Shahibabad Indl. Area, Shahibabad, My consumer no. is 56220.
When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 8 days) over phone continuously for status the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 2896032, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036, 2895768) remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been delivered. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Dealer never given me cylinder on time since 1 year.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.
Please take action on it.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Thamil Selvan from Avadi, Chennai. We have gas connection from Indane gas, dealer is MV Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai. My Consumer No is 23635, I have booked a refill gas on 22nd Oct'2010. I have not received the gas cylinder yet, I have spoken with all the people in MV Enterprises (including Manager), but no proper response. The delivery man for my home is Ravi ( Mob: [protected]), he is using abusive language when I called him this morning. Agency had given the bill to Ravi, last week, till date he has not delivered the gas cylinder. Moreover, Ravi and the other delivery men in MV Enterprises are selling the gas cylinders for higher price ( Up to Rs. 700 ), thereby not delivery the gas Cylinders to their customers on time.

    Today is 36th day, i'm still waiting for the gas cylinder. MV Enterprises had committed us, 10 days for delivering the gas cylinder, today is 36th day. I really dont know what is happening, PLEASE take proper action against the delivery man RAVI for abusing the customers like me.

    I have some queries, please answer them.
    1. How to escalate this case to higher authority in Indane Gas.
    2. Is there a way to fine the agency.

    Indane Gas — worst customer service

    My last booking bill no.D067904 DT.30.10.07 Bill Amount 288.05/-
    Cylinder delivered today (10.11.07)
    With reference to the above i would like to inform you that the delivery boy Mr. Ramesh insisted & harassed the cash amount of Rs.300/- for the above delivery my mother told that these things happens regularly during delivery and also he refused to check the cylinder for any leak at our permises.

    Kindly take immediate action on the above matter.

    Dear Sir,

    I am residing in Noida sec-51, taken connection from Agnihotri Services Sec-37.I have been facing issue reagrding the quantitiy of gas filled in gas from last 2 months, we are only 2 consumers at home and the gas gets empty in mere 15 days, although the weight of the gas is enough, I have logged the complaint to the service center, but still no body has bothered to come and check it. Kindly help, the service of Agnihotri guys are worst.

    m.v.enterprises-indian gas — late delivery

    The indian gas agency "M.V.ENTERPRISES", does not provide the customers their gas cylinders at proper time.there is a delay of atmost 20 days and above..also they do not respond properly on enquiry.i make almost 10 calls to this agency daily but still there is not even a single response ..even this month the gas cylinder booked on nov 12 was not received by me till now(8.1.2009). even the street in which i live does not receive gas cylinders at proper time and there is insufficiency of gas always...it seems that the agency is selling cylinders illegally.please take necessary and immediate action at highest priority on the agency"M.V.ENTERPRISES", N.M.Road, avadi, chennai-54, ph:26556515, 26555865, 26551554.

    Indane Gas — Worst customer care and Late bookings

    I am From RR Nagar Bangalore,my customer No. is 37182 from mysore Road Branch of Indane Gas....
    My complaint is that the dealer provide the gas after 1 week on booking the gas,
    and they give the reason load is not available, but they sell the gas for hotels triple the money of actual price....
    If we tell that we complaint to higher authorities they don't care......
    So, Please take care of the above as soon as possible, this problem is not only from
    me, almost all the customer from this agent getting the same problem.

    sir we are not able to connect these numbers even though after so many days of trying, if they are not will to lift the phone why they have given those numbers., The way they behave with the customer is ruthless., There are so many incedence can`t explain in mails, and also the service is bad. Please kindly check with the distributour and if the problem is geniune and also take the feedback of other customers take action against them.

    Not only Mr.Murthy, but every one is facing the problem with this agency. This Gas agency is not at all give response to the customer calls. If someone can provide the IOCL official User Ids, we can place complaint.

      I bear a consumer no.24799 have booked a Indane gas cylinder on[protected] with my vendor M/S Mahabir Gas Agency, Saraidhela, Dhanbad . But even after expiry of more than one month the cylinder is not supplied to my residence due to reasons unknown to me. After inquiry, i came to know that the cylinder booked by me has been delivered to some one else who has not booked the same. Despite of my repeated requests the agency is neither bothered to supply of my booked cylinder nor he is agreed for a fresh booking. I am suffering from acute shortage of LPG gas due to neglegence of my vendor.

        My Consumer Number is E-16461, H.No.134 , Guru Gobind Singh Nagar, Post Office Model Town, Jalandhar and my connection on name of Mohinder Pal Kaul S/o Sh. Ramji Dass Kaul having indian oil gas connection. I have purchase the new connection from Local agency :- Ekta Gas Agency, Deol Nagar, Jalandhar. I get only one (1) cylinder with conenction. Now i am facing the problem of empty cylinder. Many times i went to Ekta Gas agency , but every time they given me new date of getting new cylinder. Please ask your distributor if they have no cylinder , how they manage the proper supply. If you are not understanding the problem of family , its not good for your business and nobody wants to be again your customer. If You give proper response then its good for you and for us. Please look into the matter and issue me new cylinder on above said number(16461).

          I had booked a cyllinder on18-11-10 with M/S Mithala gas, Sector-19, Noida. My consumer number is 2650. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I call him, he told me there is no time limit for cylender delevery. i am facing much problems cause of that. i want to know from ur side what is tha criteriaa(time limit) for cylinder delevery. and plaese do need full, if i am facing same problem again i will defenetaly cancel my indane connection and complaint in consumer forum. i am very frustrated by facing this type of problem again and again.

          Dear sir,
          I had booked a gas cylinder with MUGHAL GAS SERVICES, HARI PARVAT, AGRA on 19th Feb. 2011 and my Gas connection consumer number is TSV-4218 .Now 20 days have passed but the gas agency has not delivered the LPG gas. Despite making constant visits to them they always assured that they will deliver the gas within 2-3 days but they had failed to deliver the gas till date.
          We have come to know that the price of the LPG is going to increase in the near future. I hope that may be the reason why the dealer "MUGHAL GAS SERVICES" is postponing deliveries when they can charge increased rates on old stock.
          It is my request to the concerned authority to kindly look into this matter and take prompt action as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir,

          I Sudha Bhalchandra Joshi (Age_76) having consumer no. 356 in MKB INDANE (Earlier Name – Venketash Gas Agency – Adhoc) facing problem in delay of delivery by agency.

          As per ur rule for booking of cylinder is 21 days from previous delivery date. Cylinders book after 21 days but agency deliver the cylinder more than 12-15 days.

          But not deliver cylinder itself, I have to pay several visit their with folded hands to deliver my cylinder, their answer i[censored] required cylinder urgent take the cylinder from here as we are not delivery man on duty.

          To deliver the cylinder on my address their delivery man demands Rs. 25-40-50. If we argue he always late the next delivery.

          In Right To Information Act question asked for delivery in Nagpur, Indane itself given answer that cylinder should be deliver withing two days.

          To visit gas agency We to bear auto charges, telephone charges, delivery mans demands charges.

          Is it India’s freedom, or we are slave of this gas agencies? They have power therefore we should keep our mouth shut and just watch what is going on.

          It is requested to please inform the agency to deliver the cylinder within time to avoid any legal action.

          I have booked cylinder on 14th March'15. But I have don't received my cylinder till date. Why how much day delay my delivery. I ask distributor side, but not respond my call after all the so much time dial the call picked one of agency employee asked your CASH memo not generated till date. When I call the customer care for complaint they are not registered the complaint and they asked " your booking not complete the 7 business days. This will compete 24th of March 21, 2015.

            I am having indane gas connection from M/s siddhi vinayak indane gas service,jwalapur, haridwar. I want to book the refilling for my gas cylinder since last 15 days by telephone. They have given two telephone no i.e.[protected] & [protected] but unfortunately or intentionally both are unavailable. If they don't want to do booking, the company should inform us accordingly. I am also surprised by the fact that IOC is not taking any action against such agencies where their customers are suffering due to the agencies unethical behaviour.

              Respected Sir, I have India Gas Connection (No:-3375) on my Father's Name Saleem Bhai Dawood Bhai Memon at Akkalkuwa, Distributor's code (123881), here from last 6 to 8 month we faced more problem with cylender booking and delieveries, I'm trouble from Akkalkuwa taluka indian gas distributor, Because Firstly he has suspend so here gas cylender provided by Dondiacha's distributor, and they havn't any palace for distribute it Some Time it distribute from near petrol pump ans Some Time from Gantha Gujrat Boarder, , second thing this agency billing & distribute gas cylender without any original bill, they never delievered gas cylender at our home , this month i book my cylender on 16/11/2010, Yesterday gas cylender container come at Gantha Road , my brother was goan for take it on 7am at earlly morning and come back on 2 pm with empty cylender, bcz they distribute it first to their nearest and contact persons, and say my brother that we will give u on Thursday, it is not occur first time but we faced this problem again and again & it is not only my problem but here most of people faced this problem , I have so much complaint against Akkalkuwa Taluka Gas agency, Please help us we not have any other source for cook , i hope u understand our problems, So , please take some neccessory action againts it & help us!

                We are based in Indranagar, Bangalore and have a Indane Gas connection from dealer named Vasath Enterprises (near CMH road). Their service is pathetic. When I got a second cylinder (all payment and formalities done) I had to call them atleast for a month continously to get my cylinder. Again now when our gas cylinder is about to get over we have been calling them from atleast last 2 weeks and everyday they give us the same reply that it will be delivered today. I am not sure whether they listen to the consumer number and note down the request over phone. So much of our time gets wasted on a daily basis because either the phone will be busy for hours or it will keep on ringing.
                This is my sincere request, please take some strict action against such culprits.

                i went to dealer n they told me that any spare cylinders r given to the existing customers n contact 6moths later from there. i request u to provide a spare cylinder as soon as posible for household purpose.

                    I am, Gopal Krishna Pandey residing at Chaubepur Kanpur Nagar. I am really sorry to say that am fed up with the service provided by your Agent “VESHAL INDANE GAS SERVICE” located at SHIVALI KANPUR DEHAT, UP.

                    I would like to share some of the main problems faced by me all your consumers for a very long time

                    1. As per the policy of your company the refill time should be 21 Days but he Book our gas after 25 days from delivery of previous booking and provide gas as after 10 to 15 days after booking.

                    2. After receipt of sale he gives the delivery only after 10 to 15 days at Go down not door delivery and also charge delivery chargers Rs.30/- which is a very big problem for us.
                    3. Delear to be very bad Sarvies So all time dilevery place in 4km Chaubepur polic Station so it very difficult for ladies member to go to the polic Station and take gas by rickshaw or any other vehicles.

                    4. If you want to take delivery for of your Gas you have to reach 20 km go down between 5AM to 6AM, which is not at all fair. Moreover if we reach after 6 AM they do not listen to us at all.

                    5. They are also selling refill cylinders in black which ultimately affect our requirement.

                    5. What is the charge for New Connection, here they charge Rs. 4500/-.

                    I request you to kindly look at the following problems faced by me as well as others who are in that particular region. I feel completely helpless and I don't have any other option that's why I am sending this mail.

                      My gas connection no. is T-1703. Sir my gas regulator is not working properly, I went to the Agency for changing the regulator but he refuse and demanding Rs. 250/-.                         GAS. SIR LAST FEW MONTHS THE DELIVERED LPG CYLINDERS HAVE VERY SERIOUS
                        PROBLEM OF LEAKAGE. WE POSTED THE PROBLEM TO THE AGENCY OWNER BUT THEY
                        PAID NO ATTENTION. IF THE PROBLEM OCCURS ON IRREGULAR TERMS WE DONT
                        SAY BUT IT USUALLY OCCURS ON EVERY 4 OUT OF 5 DELIVERD CYLINDERS. SIR
                        IN THIS REGION THE BLACK MARKETING IS ON FULL SWING. EVEN THE
                        CONDITIONS ARE BECOMING VERY TRAGIC BECOUSE THEY DO IT DIRECTLY FROM
                        AGENCY GODOWN. AND THE BLACK MARKETING IS BEING DONE FOR PETRO LPG
                        CARS WHICH HAVE A BIG MARKET IN KANPUR DEHAT. AND THEY USE CYLINDERS
                        VERY BADLY BY THAT CAUSE CYLINDER'S PIN BECOME LOOSE. SIR IF ALL OF
                        YOU AUTHORTIES LET NOT BE AWAKED VERY SOON, THE DANGEROUS ACCIDENTAL
                        SCENE WILL EXIST VERY SOON BECAUSE THEY( AGENCY) DONT KNOW WHAT THEY
                        DO. AND THE COMPANY WILL FACE THE TRAGIC OF AGENCY HOLDERS FAULT AND

                          I would like to inform you about the Pragyan Indane Gas Services Kumbhia Patti Pratapgarh U.P. I had booked a cylinder dated 08/10/2010 till the date the same is not delivered to me when I went to the agency to agency to enquiry about it the staff had used filthy language against me. It is worth mentioning that the Pragyan Indane Gas Services Patti, services are very poor the delivery of cylinders till than had taken much longer time. It is sad note and record that there was no proper distribution of cylinders given to the customers this is not only my concern. For all the delay, inadequate and poor services quality and it is requested you take a serious note against agency. I request you to please look into the issue I am facing A lot of problem regarding this they never give delivery on time and I am family person. my cust ID-1330

                          pratapgarh gas service — delay in delivery

                          sir,
                          myself sadashiv kumawat from pratapgarh, rajasthan and my customer no. is 2494.
                          my complaint is that here in pratapgarh gas service agency,
                          1) they are not booking the cylinders before 20 days, and
                          2) after booking the cylinders they are delivering the cylinders after 1 month.
                          we are not satisfied with this things, so please do the things as better as u can. it's a village and we are facing more problems.

                            Dear Sir, I want to complaint regarding Indane Gas which was delivered by Chirag Indane Gas Agencies my Consumer N0 is 4806 of Lucknow. Last day i.e. 18th November 2010, a delivery boy delivered the cylinder at our Home, My old mother ask him you are not that boy who delivers regularly at our home, he told as you registered a complaint against him he was hacked out from agency, but Today i.e. 19th November 2010 the regular delivery boy come to deliver the cylinder, my wife told a boy delivered cylinder last day. He told you have taken a fake cylinder. I immediatally contact Mr. Naresh Gera on his Mobile [protected], He told me to contact after 3 pm. then I rush to the Gas agency to lodge written complaint, they refuse to recieve the complaint but they told if you require other cylinder we can deliver on Payment. I am in delema how to get justice. pl do a favore and advice how it is possible to get right cylinder. Thanks

                              I changed my refill of LPG tonight, only to find the leakage continuously going on. I switched off the knob, and tried calling all the emergencies no. given on the refill slip. The nos. are 23841235, 23846548, cell no. [protected]. Non of these nos. are functional. I even tried calling customer care, but it was of no help either, Just in case, if accident would had happened, then who would be held responsible for it? How can I claim compensation for the above flaw in lack of essential services by Indane?

                              LPG Gas — NOt responding my call

                              Please respond the call or book my cylinder refill for a/C no24409 with madhavi Gas agency, shikpet, hyderabad.

                              Indane Gas LPG — Not resposed the telephone calls

                              Rohini Enterprises, dealer of Indane Gas , not attended the telephone calls, we have to go to book for refilling the celenders.

                                respected sir,
                                i umesh narain having a gas connection of indane from urs dealer (azad gas agency).i m shifted from deep nagar to chander nagar,in october.i shifted gas connection from amrit gas agency to azad gas service,thats my first mistake ,i have no problem from last dealer,but that dealer giving lots problem.
                                1.theres employees cant pick any call.
                                2.the phones are always busy
                                3.cylinder delivery not intime,they tell us shortage in stock and delivery within 12 days .
                                4.employees cant having sence how to talk with customer.
                                5.they eretate customer with arguments.
                                6.they cant give us owner number and address.
                                7.in year i cant take cylinder on time.
                                sir i m bussiness man and my wife is a teacher,we have no time to waste these stupid dealer.our children are too small to go ageny for booking cylinder
                                sir kindly do nessasery action against dealer or replace our dealers.this gas agency down the image of indane and people can go for bharat petrolium.
                                this is not my problem ,they can do with everyone whos the customer of indane

                                  I am writing this mail with respect to a malpractice which I have observed at Indian Oil Petrol Pump outlet in Bangalore. This is specifically for the Petrol Pump on Old Airport Raod, Kodihalli, close to Dimond District.
                                  I fill petrol quite frequently at this station and I have noticed that most of the times the my fuel meter does not change after the refill. I am sure that the meters at this station have been tempered.
                                  This has not happened any where with any other stations and I have even got my fule meter checked and it is in good woking condition.
                                  Apart from this the people working at this station try to cheat the customers by distracting them through talks while filling the petrol. While you are distracted in their talks they will fill half the fule and reset the meter immediately.
                                  I have once personally cought a employ at this pump doing this to one of the customers.

                                  Request you to take a quick and strong action against the malpractice at this station.

                                    SIR, THERE IS HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BILLING AND SUPPLYING THE GAS CYLINDER TO US.THE BILLING DATE IS 03/11/2011 BUT THE SUPPLY DATE WAS 17/11/2011. THIS IS HAPPENING EVERY MONTH.WHEN I ASK THE M/S BALGAN GAS AGENCIESMTHE WILL MAKE THE BILL BUT THEY CAN SUPPLY ACCORDING TO RSCIVING OF CYLINDER.HERE MY DOUBT WAS WHY IT IS SO WHY NOT BILLING THE DAY THEY RECIVED THE STOCKS.KIMDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.I NEED ONE MORE CLARIFICATION FROM INDANE GAS COMPANY THAT NORMALLY HOW MANY DAYS TAKING PLACE TO SUPPLY ONE CYLINDER TO THE CUSTOMERS.

                                      My consumer gas no is 57533. The Indane refill agency (ph no 24529991 in shastri nagar adyar) has been delaying my refill cylinder for the last 25 days. After repeated reminder during the last 3 days they are now saying that we have to call the delivery boy and check with him. Understand that lot of cylinders are sold in the black market which is why this is happening. Can something be done to rectify this situation

                                      Indane Gas — delay in getting refill

                                      I have lodged a grievance in the customer cell of indane. Ageny Ashok Gas, Trivandrum.My feed back no. 6539. As per the reply the indane assured that they are trying to advance supply of refill. But till date indane unable to fulfill the assurance given by them. I have applied for a refill on 4th May, 2009. Till date no supply. Agency says that they can bill only after 30 days of completion of previous supply. I do not know whether indane have instructed suppliers on this lines. Indane customer cell do not work. The toll free number do not respond. Addres and phone number of higher authorities not provided.

                                        I am Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, Sahibabad customer. All its phones are always busy, be it landline, SMS and mobile. It is a hard task to get connect with them and book yr cylinder. Instead the services NEI Technologies are offering, are being not honoured by them. Dont know how to fix this problem once for all. Always wasting my quality time for this purpose and yielding nothing at the end of a day. IOCL authorities are requrested to look into this and intoduce a simler solution to this problem being faced by many of its customers. Hope to receive rejoinder in this..... Thanks... Pratibha

                                        Indian Oil Corporation Ltd — Late Delivery of LPG Cylinder

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        My LPG Connection with Hari Singh Gas Service, Nangloi, Delhi & my Consumer No.HS38435 and I was booked my LPG Cylender refil and waiting from last fifteen days do delivery. At agency 4 telephone numbers but nobody pickups the phone up to hours of waiting.

                                        But If you want a cylender in cash you can get outside agency from Rs.500-550. You not need a consumer no. or booking no. for this.

NAVAPURA POLICE STATION, NR.JAYRATNA BUILDING, BARODA - PH.NO :[protected] & my Consumer No. is - 17520 and I was booked my LPG Cylender on[protected], BOOKING NO.3879 and I AM waiting from last FOURTEEN days do delivery. At agency I have contacted through telepone more than 10 times & they give us excuses all times for another 3-4 days, but till date, I have not give any refilled gas cyliner.

                                        Now I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and realise the customer feelings of not available the cooking gas in timely & facing lot of problems.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        My name is Arnab Bose and I live in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. The Indane Gas supplier in Palam Vihar is Golden Gas Service address is 233, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar Gurgaon-122 017. My Customer ID is 854027 and I have a double Barrel connection. I had booked a cylinder with Golden Gas Service on 05/ 04/ 2014 and till date have not received gas cylinder, despite repeated reminders. This state of affairs has been going on regularly and when we approach them to find out the position get very rude replies.
                                        May I request you to kindly look into this complaint and instruct Golden Gas service to improve their delivery system.
                                        In this connection I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is an HP Gas outlet in Palam Vihar, who are very prompt in their gas supply. How is it possible that HP a Govt Agency can supply gas cylinders within a week where as Indane (IOL) takes more than a month to supply a gas cylinder? One wonders why!!!

                                        I am a consumer of Indane (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd).
                                        My consumer number is CX14427634 and Nearest Indane distributor from my residence is Alpha Indane which is the distributor I am getting LPG refill from.
                                        There are problems with the distributor – They do not deliver LPG refill cylinder at home. This is consumer’s duty to find the delivery vehicle and get refill cylinder.
                                        If we cannot find their vehicle they cancel LPG refill booking without any reason.
                                        If we find them and get the cylinder, the delivery boy charges rupees twenty five to thirty extra. For example in the month of March 2017 we have received the cylinder on 26/03/2017, the delivery boy asked for Rs. 830/- (Eight Hundred Thirty) and we have given him the same amount because the delivery boy never brings cash memo.
                                        If the distributor would follow the slandered procedure of refill cylinder distribution they would deliver the cylinder according to bookings and would send cash memo along with cylinder against specified consumer’s booking and we would not pay extra money to the delivery boy.
                                        If we book cylinder through on line banking then the delivery boy ask for evidence of prepaid booking because he never carries cash memo.
                                        Earlier I complained to Ranchi office of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. then Cylinder delivery to my residence was improved for time being but again the situation is worse.
                                        This time I have booked refill cylinder through net banking on 06/05/2017 and expected delivery time was 02 days but till 15/05/2017 after 08 days delivery of cylinder has not been done.
                                        Respected sir I am submitting my problem in my own but this is problem of whole Tupudana locality. Kindly fix the problem for ever and also see which individual officer of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD. is responsible for proper distribution of refill cylinder according to rules and regulation, who is not performing his duties and what is reason that he is not performing his duties.
