SIR, THERE IS HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BILLING AND SUPPLYING THE GAS CYLINDER TO US.THE BILLING DATE IS 03/11/2011 BUT THE SUPPLY DATE WAS 17/11/2011. THIS IS HAPPENING EVERY MONTH.WHEN I ASK THE M/S BALGAN GAS AGENCIESMTHE WILL MAKE THE BILL BUT THEY CAN SUPPLY ACCORDING TO RSCIVING OF CYLINDER.HERE MY DOUBT WAS WHY IT IS SO WHY NOT BILLING THE DAY THEY RECIVED THE STOCKS.KIMDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.I NEED ONE MORE CLARIFICATION FROM INDANE GAS COMPANY THAT NORMALLY HOW MANY DAYS TAKING PLACE TO SUPPLY ONE CYLINDER TO THE CUSTOMERS.

    My consumer gas no is 57533. The Indane refill agency (ph no 24529991 in shastri nagar adyar) has been delaying my refill cylinder for the last 25 days. After repeated reminder during the last 3 days they are now saying that we have to call the delivery boy and check with him. Understand that lot of cylinders are sold in the black market which is why this is happening. Can something be done to rectify this situation

    Indane Gas — Delay in getting refill cylinder

    My connection no.is 14720 with Jo gas agency, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur (Dist), Kerala.
    I have booked for the refill on 18-02-09. Till date[protected] I did't get the refill. More than two monts over. They are saying this week - next week like. Can I get a support from u to speed up the delivery process

    Indane Gas — delay in getting refill

    I have lodged a grievance in the customer cell of indane. Ageny Ashok Gas, Trivandrum.My feed back no. 6539. As per the reply the indane assured that they are trying to advance supply of refill. But till date indane unable to fulfill the assurance given by them. I have applied for a refill on 4th May, 2009. Till date no supply. Agency says that they can bill only after 30 days of completion of previous supply. I do not know whether indane have instructed suppliers on this lines. Indane customer cell do not work. The toll free number do not respond. Addres and phone number of higher authorities not provided.

      I am Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, Sahibabad customer. All its phones are always busy, be it landline, SMS and mobile. It is a hard task to get connect with them and book yr cylinder. Instead the services NEI Technologies are offering, are being not honoured by them. Dont know how to fix this problem once for all. Always wasting my quality time for this purpose and yielding nothing at the end of a day. IOCL authorities are requrested to look into this and intoduce a simler solution to this problem being faced by many of its customers. Hope to receive rejoinder in this..... Thanks... Pratibha

      Indian Oil Corporation Ltd — Late Delivery of LPG Cylinder

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      My LPG Connection with Hari Singh Gas Service, Nangloi, Delhi & my Consumer No.HS38435 and I was booked my LPG Cylender refil and waiting from last fifteen days do delivery. At agency 4 telephone numbers but nobody pickups the phone up to hours of waiting.

      But If you want a cylender in cash you can get outside agency from Rs.500-550. You not need a consumer no. or booking no. for this.

      I am a bank officer .It is very painfull than no one is listening to us when we go to Airtel office in bathinda

      My LPG Connection with RADHIKA GAS AGENCY, R.V.DESAI ROAD, OPP. NAVAPURA POLICE STATION, NR.JAYRATNA BUILDING, BARODA - PH.NO :[protected] & my Consumer No. is - 17520 and I was booked my LPG Cylender on[protected], BOOKING NO.3879 and I AM waiting from last FOURTEEN days do delivery. At agency I have contacted through telepone more than 10 times & they give us excuses all times for another 3-4 days, but till date, I have not give any refilled gas cyliner.

      Now I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and realise the customer feelings of not available the cooking gas in timely & facing lot of problems.

CT-93, the employee from captain gas agency in gzb provide regulator by replacing the old regulator and also taken charge of rs. 300/- In my knowledge there will be replacement if regulator will be free whenever connection exists...

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      My name is Arnab Bose and I live in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. The Indane Gas supplier in Palam Vihar is Golden Gas Service address is 233, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar Gurgaon-122 017. My Customer ID is 854027 and I have a double Barrel connection. I had booked a cylinder with Golden Gas Service on 05/ 04/ 2014 and till date have not received gas cylinder, despite repeated reminders. This state of affairs has been going on regularly and when we approach them to find out the position get very rude replies.
      May I request you to kindly look into this complaint and instruct Golden Gas service to improve their delivery system.
      In this connection I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is an HP Gas outlet in Palam Vihar, who are very prompt in their gas supply. How is it possible that HP a Govt Agency can supply gas cylinders within a week where as Indane (IOL) takes more than a month to supply a gas cylinder? One wonders why!!!

      I am a consumer of Indane (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd).
      My consumer number is CX14427634 and Nearest Indane distributor from my residence is Alpha Indane which is the distributor I am getting LPG refill from.
      There are problems with the distributor – They do not deliver LPG refill cylinder at home. This is consumer’s duty to find the delivery vehicle and get refill cylinder.
      If we cannot find their vehicle they cancel LPG refill booking without any reason.
      If we find them and get the cylinder, the delivery boy charges rupees twenty five to thirty extra. For example in the month of March 2017 we have received the cylinder on 26/03/2017, the delivery boy asked for Rs. 830/- (Eight Hundred Thirty) and we have given him the same amount because the delivery boy never brings cash memo.
      If the distributor would follow the slandered procedure of refill cylinder distribution they would deliver the cylinder according to bookings and would send cash memo along with cylinder against specified consumer’s booking and we would not pay extra money to the delivery boy.
      If we book cylinder through on line banking then the delivery boy ask for evidence of prepaid booking because he never carries cash memo.
      Earlier I complained to Ranchi office of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. then Cylinder delivery to my residence was improved for time being but again the situation is worse.
      This time I have booked refill cylinder through net banking on 06/05/2017 and expected delivery time was 02 days but till 15/05/2017 after 08 days delivery of cylinder has not been done.
      Respected sir I am submitting my problem in my own but this is problem of whole Tupudana locality. Kindly fix the problem for ever and also see which individual officer of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD. is responsible for proper distribution of refill cylinder according to rules and regulation, who is not performing his duties and what is reason that he is not performing his duties.

        I am a consumer of Indian oil corp.My customer no:1371968,agency name is Agnee gas agency,13 sukhram chambers, opp. khodiyar nagar,highway no 8,bapunagar,Ahmedabad 24,ph no[protected],
        65131782,22701504.
        After the delivery of cylinder we are allowed to book after 22 days.
        After booking they are delaying for delivery from 15 to 20 days,above this the delivering man is also delaying for delivery.I got my cylinder today 17/11/2010,
        my booking date was 1/11/2010 and my booking no is 109.All above this, they have given the bill to the deliverying man on 15/11/2010,but gas was delivered on 17/11/2010.When we asked him about this he said that they want two days for delivery.Only this agency has such typeof rules and regulations other agency of Indane are delivering time to time,they are not taking more than two days for delivery after booking.What to do ?.Maximum a cylinder is used 25 days, the agency is taking 40 days how could we adjust this 15 days?. What is the problem with this agency?

          I had booked the cylinder one month back, the Poornima Gas Agency, Parakode not delivering the cylinder for the last 20 days, When i phoned them they replied that today will send to you or next week sure, this is happening for the last many days now. The truck passes, they are not stopping and will action that not for you. The delivery system of poornima gas agency was good at the time of their first agency time. Afterthat it is too bad. In the absence of Adoor agency they have an ego to the cutomers, Or what we dont know what, I have Old parents back home, please help, I dont know what to do.This is real torture even the basic thing for an individual is not being given.

          Kindly do some thing, so as this is not repeated time & again.

            But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected] &[protected] remains busy and not answering, The gas has not been booked..

            As it is there is an inherent delay for getting the gas for Indane, which we've got used to now. Pls make sure at least we have the facility to book the gas thru' the phone.

            Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.

              This is Sachin Goswami from Jahangirabad. There is a single gas agency in this area Jahangirabad (Bulandshahr) 202394.
              So all Worker is own high perform. They misbehaves with customer and not full support them.
              Dear Team now a new system has been launch in there agency that gas cylender will be booked by internet only, not booked on agency. Before few days it was possible on phone. But now a days also it is not possible. Jahangirabad is not a big city there is a town and some person is not so rich that he can afford net charge for gas booking every time. All customer is suffer during this.
              So i request you please resolve this problem as you can do that all customer can booked own cylender on Gas agency or Phone and take own delivery on time.

AS THEY HAVE CLOSED THEIR DEALERSHIP, WE HAVE BEEN SHIFTED TO ROSE GAS AGENCIES, 73 MEDAVAKKAM MAIN ROAD, ADAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI 600 088. WHENEVER WE WANT TO BOOK THE CYLINDER, WE HAVE TO GO TO THE COMPANY IN PERSON AND DO IT. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR WORKING PERSONS LIKE US. EVEN AFTER WE DO THE REGISTRATION, NO SPECIFIC DATE IS COMMITTED FOR DELIVERY OF CYLINDERS. FOR WORKING PERSONS LIKE US, IT IS REQUESTED THAT A SPECIAL PERMISSION SHALL BE GRANTED TO DELIVER THE CYLINDERS EITHER AFTER 5 P.M DURING WEEK DAYS ON DURING HOLIDAYS, I.E., SUNDAYS.

                  This is to inform you that I booked my Gas cylinder against Number 3728 (Vasu Ram Nagpal ) in November 2009 and enquired in Dec.2009 ,The gas agency had not given me cylinder and said that your cylinder is not booked and then I again booked my cylinder before One and a half month in December 2009. But I have not received till today after forty days. The distributer is Blackmarketing the Gas Cylinders . It is not possible for me to get it from black market.
                  Kindly take the necessary action against Raghu Gas Agency Khandsa Road Gurgaon (HR)and Oblige.

                  Indane Gas — GAS Blackmarketing by Raghu gas Gurgaon

                  Sir,

                  I am resident of Gurgaon and have a gas connection with Raghu Gas Agency Gurgaon.Its a very bitter experience for me & my type of hundreds consumers who are totally fed up due to behaviour of this agency.

                  this agency never deliver gas before 1 month after booking and then taking next booking after 21 days of delivery. Does'n matter its summer or winter ,Overall we are getting gas after 60days in a cycle.

                  In my family there are 7members , how could we survive with this type of attitude of this gas agency.

                  Please help me. what i have to do?

                  I am also an unlucky consumer of that Great Raghu Gas. I had booked a cylinder on 28th Jan. It has 47 days been passed but not yet received the cylinder. Is there any consumer court in Gurgaon. If we complaint in consumer court what compenstion can we get? Every alternative month we were forced to buy cylinder from black market.

                  the delivery boy don't show me the cash memo each & every delivery. so my request to you to deliver the cylinder with a proper cash memo.

                    I am LPG indane gas customer with Lakhvir enterprises SCF NO 19 GTB market Khanna Punjab and my consumer no.17099. I went to gas agency to enquiry about gas booking then agency`s man/ women said me that your gas booking after one month but I have booked for refile on 30oct.2010 and they replied that they will distribute with in a week but after two weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in one or two days again due to gas problem in companybut till date, no gas deliver to me. Pl. sir/ madam suggest me about howmany days gas booked and after booking gas howmany days delivered me.

                      Sir,

                      I have booked my refill gas on 1260 of Indane Gas on 28.10.10 with the booking Number 1. but till today we have not received the refill. My confumer number is 43466 of Spoorty Gas Agency, Alwal, Secunderabad. When I contacted the GAs agency on 13.11.10 the dealer was telling that there is no booking. How is that possible. When 1260 phone booking is not working, how do we know that it is booked or not. After 15 days of booking if we come to know there is no booking from the dealer, what is the solution.

                      Kindly give the explaination for the above delay in getting my refill.

                          I had booked for an LPG on November 2, 2010 with Poppat Jamal & Sons, Egmore. They ahd informed me that it would take 10 days, when I had called them on Nov 13, they said it would be delivered on Monday Nov 15, but when I had called them today they say it would take another 10 days. I am really exhausted about this. When enquired they say the loads have not come and there is a demand. My previous refill was done on Sep13 2010. I had enquired with Indian Oil Head Office they said that I should have received it. Please advise.

                          I had booked for an LPG on October 27, 2010 vide booking no 8015 with AZAD GAS AGENCY HABOWAL KALAN LUDHIANA (PB). They had informed me that it would take 10 days, when I had called them on Nov 7, they said it would be delivered on Monday Nov 15, but when I had called Monday them they say it would take another 5 days.it is matter of great concern that I booked cyclinder after 21 dayes and can not get refill after 23 days means 21+23=44 days.We are without gas since 10 dayes and badly
                          suffer without cooking food.You are requested to do the needful and take action against AZAD GAS AGENCY to samooth supply of gas.

                            dear sir/madam i am a cosumer of INDANE GAS, my customer no.is B 24078. This connection is transfer from RAM KRISHNA INDANE GAS SERVICE ALLAHABAD, TO M. BADALAPUR INDANE GAS SERVICE, BADALAPUR, JAUNPUR U. P. After 60 days M.BADALAPUR, said to us that if you wants transfer cylender then you paid 1910/Rs.390/rs office charge, 170/rs gas paipe 347/rs reiffiling, 1000/rs is securities money.only two person is always present ther.they are very unmannered and talk with abussed every costemer.becouse the place is very backword and they are innosent law of consumer and also feeling if task this matter the gas master are never give the gas so any body is not try any discous. kindly, i wants thats solved this problem and produse a fearless socites.

                              I am an indane gas consumer in ernakulam district at alwaye. Consumer No 1409 . Our gas agency is Bindu gas agencies, Alua. I have booked a gas through online booking number 1260 , 2 months back. But bindu gas agencies have failed to supply gas till date. I have two cylinders , but they are not refilling after a lapse of 2 months.hence 2 cylinders are empty for the last 2 months, Bindu gas supply gas at an intervel of more than 2 months. hence I have to suffer a lot.

                                we want to draw your attention to the service provide with your dealer in our city is not proper...management as well as basic needs for proper security is also absent on the sight...
                                some management problem are as follows-

                                1-construction is not proper
                                2-services are very poor regarding to the petrol products
                                3-availability of only extra mile petrol
                                4-absence of safety precaution
                                5-basic need such as drinking water ,air checking ,toilet and lights.are not provided and accessories such as generators are also not available....

                                so we hope you will take some action so your service will be more reliable to the consumer....HOPE FOR POSITIVE RESPONSE....

                                    It is impractical to book a gas cyclinder with SHREE CHELLA AGENCIES,Muthalamman Koil St,Selaiyur,Chennai-600073.The telephones are not answered generally.When we go directly and book,they do not accept the booking and ask us to book after 20 days.Even after twenty days,the same story is repeated.Only after around 45 days the cylinder is delivered.However we see that they are distributing the domestic 19Kg cylinders to all tea shops and road side fast food joints regularly and infact,they store the distribution cylinders in such places on road side and tying with a chain against theft.Its a shame that IOC issuing false statements in news papers stating that there is no LPG shortage and no need for wait 25 days.Why IOC is promoting their product by false prpoganda as -24x7 days booking etc etc?First of all they should publish their complaint cell no and the address of the officer who is suppose to readdressal(The Name and Phone no. displayed in the distripution pont is always rubbed off or disfigured)
                                    I agree entirely with the complaint.Many a time it had happened and still happening.The authorities should cancel such agencies and hand over the work to un political people.CHELLA GAS, SELAIYUR IS NOTORIOUS AND DO NOT RESPECT CONSUMERS.Hope the concerned authorities notice these complaints as they do not seem to have a plateform of their own to redress the consumer complaints-pity!

                                      I booked my gas cylinder on 22.10.2010, after 26 days of my previous cylinder received. Today 14.11.2010 till the time I had not received the LPG Gas Cylinder. It means after 24 days from the date of booking ,the Gas Cylinder still not Supplied. Whenever I am asking, the answer is delay due to heavy load. So there is a minimum gap of supply of Cylinder is almost 45 days to 50 days. (The previous cylinder we received on 26.09.2010, and after 50 days we waiting for our next Cylinder). We do not know what we have to do.
                                      So we are requesting please take an immediate action regarding this matter.

                                      I booked my gas cylinder on 08.11.2010, Today 27.11.2010 till the time I had not received the LPG Gas Cylinder. It means after 21 days from the date of booking, the Gas Cylinder still not Supplied. Whenever I am asking, the answer is delay due to heavy load. So there is a minimum gap of supply of Cylinder is almost 45 days to 50 days. We do not know what we have to do.


                                      I have visited 5 to 6 times in ageny but in vain and m sugar patientand they had openly said that you may collect cyclinder in black from any our Rehri wala.

                                        The Indane Outlet called 'Sai Seva Enterprises' in Vasant Kunj B1, New Delhi is full of monkeys.

                                        1. They always keep their phones off the hook and one always needs to go and personally book a LPG cylinder.
                                        2. They are rude and unhelpful, especially the 2 ladies sitting in their office.
                                        3. They have a facility called 'for working couples the delivery is available beween 4 to 6pm' but they still refuse to deliver LPG cylinder after 5pm even in the next Block B2.
                                        4. They never offer instant help regarding LPG refilling
                                        5. They are lazy and dont entertain their customers properly.

                                        This must certainly be the worse Indane Outlet in Delhi offering such poor services and they are certainly tarnishing the image of IndianOil company.

                                        I hundred percent agree. Sai Sewa Enterprises is inaccessible on phone and no amount of complaint makes a difference. I am fed up. I recommend the agency agreement should be terminated by IOC.
