i made a gas bookin on fone on 9th dec 2010 for my connection no. 9438. but aftr dat Tapeshwari gas agency as stoppd recievin calls and constant reminders in person hv hd no avail upto now. they hv nt gvn the bookin slip or no. till date. kindly do the needful.

    My customer no is 308936.

    My agency Agarwal Indane services not taking any booking before 21 days and after 21 days he is supplying the gas after 15 days.
    In blcak any body can take the gas to pay extra of 450 any time.What is going on.
    If supply lets us supply more or make the free market.

    Any way correct the method.

      Dear Sir,

      I am a customer of Indian Oil Corporation for their Domestic Gas Supply Services. I am geting the gas from M/s Ganesh Gas Services, Medicare Center, Bunts Hostel, Mangalore since July 2009.

      My consumer No is 13924. Since last two months we are facing problems because of abnormal delay in gas supply. We have booked gas on 21st December 2010 and till date we have not received the gas supply. We often call to the Gas Agency and we are getting the dame reply that there is no supply of gas load from the company.
      Please look into the matter and see that there should not be any abnormal delay in gas supply to the domestic gas customers.
      Hope the Company will understand our problem and appreciate our concern in this regards.

      my consumer no JT 8624.my dealer is JYOTI KALASH GAI GHAT PATNA.MY COMPLAIN IS THAT JYOTI KALASH IS NEVER SUPPLYING GAS ON TIME.AFTER BOOKING THEY SUPPLY GAS AFTER ONE MONTH OR MORE.THIS IS THE COMPLAIN OF ALL THE CUSTOMER.THE VENDOR IS OPENLY BLACKING THE GAS IN 700 RS.THE DEALER STAFF IS SAYING THAT AADMI KA KAM CHAL HI JAATA HAI.I REQUEST AUTHORITIES TO TAKE THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND TAKE ACTION ON THE ERRING DEALER
      My name is Debabrata santra. The gas is booked in my father's name. our consumer no is UN15533.On 12th october I recieved an sms saying thatagainst my booking 256035 cash memo 2064 has been generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly but now one week is over and we had yet not recieved the cylinder. This happens on every booking.Kindly look into this matter as we are facing great problem due to this type of delivery

        I will share my bad experience with Indane gas delievery boy .His name is Naveen ( contact numbers are [protected] & [protected] ) , whenever he used to come to deliver the gas cylinder , he asked for Rs 20-25 extra . If we trying to show the slip where Indane mentioned " No tip please " he start urge with us .
        The way he used the lanugage is very annoye .

        Same i discuss with my friends also , they also complained about delivery tip .

        Someone has to take action to avoid this kind of customer harassment.

          Sub: Malpractice at Petrol Pump

          Sir,

          This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated many times, at Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Kallumkadavu, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala. (Indian Oil Dealer, Pathanamthitta Road turning, at Kallumkadavu)

          The Indicator on the filling station is incorrect at most of the time. It shows approximately Rs 99.84 when you pay Rs 100/- for petrol. I have placed complaint with the Filling booth manager, and they don’t care about the complaint. It happened many times and now I don’t go to that petrol pump. I know many vehicle owners (Autoricksha & Taxis) complaint about them.

          But again when I went to that PetrolPump recently, the same thing was repeated.

          This time too I noticed the same is repeated. I have complained to person at the counter
          But no action is taken and I think they are not worried about. I very embarassed with this whole episode. I would like you to take some strict action against them and I would for sure will never visit that Indian Oil Petrol Pump anymore.

            Our consumer no. with Naveen Agency is 2920. Our connection was shifted without our consent or prior notification to this agency in CIT nagar while we reside in West Mambalam. Ever since, we have been facing delayed supply of refiil cylinder. The agency had two dates on the invoices which showed the same date typed out but delivery used to be at least four days later. When questioned about the matter, the delivery boy asked us to contact the outlet official who was always evasive.
            OUR LATEST COMPLAINT IS THAT WE BOOKED FOR THE REFILL ON 23/12/2010 and were told that delivery would take 10 days. Yesterday, we called up to remind the refill was due and were promised that IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY. At 4pm when we called up again we were told that the cylinder has been despatched but till now we have not received it. Please try ringing up from a public booth to book a refill and you will get first hand idea of the poor response.
            While travelling in the bus I heard two men talking about these agencies giving the cylinders to roadside teashops at a premium on day-to-day basis.
            Please do the needful at the earliest.

            Indane Gas — Undue delay in delivering of gas cylinders

            My consumer number is 64922 held with BP gas agency, Kowiar, Trivandrum with telephone number[protected]. I had booked a gas cylinder on 15.09.2008 with booking priority number 3727. Till date that is on 06.10.2008 we are yet to get the refill cylinder, and the latest excuse given is that their supply to our area is only day after tomorrow the 08.10.2008 which happens to be a holiday, you will get the idea of their fooling of customers. Kindly check whether the agency is misappropriating the booking priority and delivering out of turn which is what is suspected. This has been happening over the last three months only prior to which they were keeping up delivery schedules. Kindly look into the matter and revert by return mail failing which I will have to use the RTI act to get the required information.

            gas — undue delay in delivery

            I had booked the gas on 5 sep and delivert was made on 20-9-08 and they were not allowing booking unless 26 days are completed from the date of delivery and the next supply is made 10 days after the boooking date.

            Whereas other agency are allowing booking after 26 days from the date of previous delivery but they deliver in two days from the date of booking. I my agency thereis delay in delivery by more than 10 days and also the next booking can be made after 26 days . They do corrupt practices like selling domestic cylinders to commercials instituion at double the price and delay supply to domestic customers

            I wish to change the agency inone place to another ageny in the same place which they are not allowing kindly advice When there is better service availiable why should i suffer with this agency and more over he deamands around 20 to 30 rs on delivery of cylinder whereas others charge only Rs5

            Indane Gas — No response and supplying gas with a premium amount

            Dear all
            It is very reticulous, the Govt. says they are giving Gas with a subsidy Rs. 50/- and they stamped in that recept, Rs. 50/- subsidy given on supply of cylinder. There is no use for subsidy of Rs. 50/- Till today i was not received Gas after booking of 45 days. Eventhough they are selling in block ie. Rs. 610/- No body will take care about all, and Govt. themself encouraging them to sell in block. Middle income group ladies facing so many problems. There is no any supervision on Gas dealers. Particulary every Gas agency behind some Political leaders support also there. In Madhapur Indian Gas Agencies M/s. Venkata Sai Gas Agencies, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur.
            Daily we are calling them on Phone No.[protected]/[protected] one Mr. Ashok Rao is not responding even 45 days also. But they are using Truck strike even they are having stock also. Hence there is no Govt. supervision on this. The entire episode Indian Gas officials are also there i[censored] call their office in Himayatnagar no body respond against complaints, even they will not lift their phone also. This is the indication of the irregulorities. May please save the peoples My dear Govt. officials and Indian Gas Officials. This is my humble request to those who are involved in this scalms. Definately you will be in soup. Some body will come for all and punish you who are doing all scalms.

            Indane Gas — UNDUE DELAY IN SUPPLY OF REFILL GAS CYLINDER

            Sir,
            I am mailing this complaint as Vice President of our association. I wish to bring to your knowledge the undue delay made by M/S Raghavendra Gas Agencies Avadi Chennai 600054.
            The refill cylinder is issued by the agency after 20 to 25 days of booking of the cylinder and in some cases the cylinder is issued only after 30 days, which is creating lot of hardship to consumers in our organisation. The owner of the agency when contacted in person for the same she abused the consumer and threatned that refill cylinder will only be given after 35 days, which is highly irregular.
            In this regard has Vice President of our association, I request your kind intervention in this matter.

            1. I am watching delay delivery against lpg booking of Sharma Gas Agency (Tel No[protected]/67/68) since last three month. Their attitude of service seems to be clear black marketing.

            2. They never denying their service but alsways making us fool

            My Consumer no. 34215....Indane gas (P L Gas Agency) was booked on[protected] and am yet to get delivery. Phones don't get picked up, and the distance to the Gas Agency is great, and it is not possible to visit there just to query.
            Something needs to be done so that these dealers are more consumer friendly.

              The petrol bunk at madhapur hyderbad always cheats public. You will pay for a liter petrol and get around 700ml. They are cheating people.

              petrol bunk cheating — petrolbunks cheating

              Hi,
              Recently i observed that many petrol bunks are cheating people by pouring only 800ml for 1litre petrol.

              Eg : Chaitanya puri's petrol bunk in Hyderabad are cheating people by pouring 800ml of petrol ( though the meter shows reading as 1ltr the actual amount that come out is only 800ml )
              If people get the bottle they pour the petrol from different pump. they dont pour the petrol from same pump as they do for bikes/cars.

              Please take necessary action for cheating the people in this way.

              The best place to find thieves is the petrol bunks. I have had several times bad experience at Ganesh Service Station, Nh9, Main Road, Hydernagar, Kukatpally. But I am writing for the first time because they are cheating so badly and worst these days compare to past. They are cheating by about 25% of your money. So if you fill 100 rs petrol you hardly get 70 rs worth of petrol. This 25 rs is clearly being stolen and distributed among the petrol bunk manager and the thieves standing on dress holding the dipenser pipe. I got cheated by about 300 Rs yesterday. I gave 1000 Rupees to fill petrol in my car on December 18 with and the receipt number is 11213. I got cheated openly. I was clearly watching the meter reading for the amount. Suddenly the guy distracted me by showing an a new hoarding of Indian oil about some offer when the meter reading for amount was 700, I turned to see the hoarding for just 2 seconds and the reading changed to 1000 in 2 seconds. Though it took more than a minute to reach 700. When I asked the guy, Did he fill the petrol for 1000, he said, yes I filled complete 1000, and he ran away to show his busyness with other customers. There are 3 guys involved in that cheating, the first one was the fat guy who collects money holding a bag, second one was a fair color thin guy who hold the pipe to dispense the petrol and the third one was an average health black guy standing on the other side of the machine, looking invisible and changing the meter reading quickly using the button panel on the left side of the machine. There is a need to catch these thieves first because these are more dangerous than those professional one's work on night.
              ya even i experienced the same thing every day ... but i am very cautious ii will scold if some one distracts me in the middle but how long this system continues there must be some end

                i had booked a gas refill on 10/01/2012 and was confirmed to get it in 15 days time but still waiting for it. on asking the agency they denied of any booking. and asked me to go for online booking. previously on 25/01/2012 they had confirmed of delivery the next day. the agency is Aman Gas Enterprise.                       I was filling petrol for Rs 1000 in IOCL petrol bunk near Udhayam theatre.
                      When the meter was around Rs 850 one of the attendance distracted me by telling about a dicount scheme.
                      before I could turn back the meter was set to Zero . Iwas cheated around Rs 150.
                      This happened at 6.30 pm on Monday 03/01/11.
                      Can you tell me to whom to complain.

                      This happens in all the states of India.. Usually one of the attenders try to divert your attention ( at the begenning or at the end ) and either start without resetting to 0 or shut the meter before the complete delivery.There is no solution for this .. Whom would you complain to ???
                      We had a family business of a petrol bunk... Below listed are the true facts...

                      (1) Fuel delivery trucks steal around 60 liters on every delivery of 12000 liters of fuel ( This was a honest confession of a driver and before emptying, he informed that he had stolen 60 liters and he informed that there is no way the petrol bunk owners can measure or trace about it )

                      (2) To check on that we called the IOC ( Indian oil corp ) technician, ... The Indian oil technician advised that in order to cover up the loss, we should replace the meter wheel which has less number of teeth and hence the delivery to all customers would be 10 ml less for every 5 liter delivery ..Also we need to pay the IOC tech Rs 2 per every excess gained fuel...

                      (3) The petrol pump attendents steal fuel as you have narrated.

                      (4) The IOC sales manager comes to check the delivery and if descripency, would demand[protected] rupees to turn a blind eye on the descripency.

                      DUE TO ALL THIS WE GAVE OFF OUR FUEL STATION!!!

                      (5) Above all the petroleum ministers are corrupt. If you check in Karnataka, when Devegowda came to power, there were 100 petrol stations owned by him...

                      Now with all the top most to the attenders are into stealing business, whom can we complain to...

                        hi,

                        I am resident of Indirapuram Ghaziabad and i am really frustrated now of Indane Gas Service facility provided here from gas stations Jhandapur Gzb.

                        90% of time i try Gas booking number to book my gas it remain busy and sometime it rings and suddenly after that become busy for hours [like someone delibrately kept it busy] , i could not get time to go and book my cylinder. Reason why month to month i am facing this issue and numerous time i have to purchase cyclider at very high cost because no other option left.

                        Please sort this out at-least provide the other way of doing gas booking may via SMS i could not find the number to use. Doing that in delhi much easier as compared to ghaziabd

                        Dear Sir,

                        I, Anthony D'Cruz is Resident of Munirka is having Gas Cylinder Consumer No.6302. I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by M/s.Arjun Enterprises-Munirka. Mr.Mukesh one of the staff members talk in such rude manner to the Customer that is is un-tolerable. In the month of November'2011 I had booked the Gas Cylinder. It took almost 10 days to supply me the cylinder. On 26th December'2011 I had booked for Gas Cylinder and till 02.01.12 I did not get the cylinder and I was told 30.12.11 and 31.12.11 that it has already been sent but till 31.12.11 evening 6.00 the delivery boy did not turn up. Since two days they were giving us the wrong information to us. on 02.01.12 I called up and Mr.Mukesh picked up the phone and I asked him why you people are giving us the wrong information. He was very much rude with me and asked me when you have got two cylinder you should always keep one cylinder re-filled in stock instead of troubling us. You kept calling us three days that is why the wrong information is given. Then I said it my headache your job is to supply the cylinder when it is booked. Then he said no we cannot do like this. More the November'2011 cylinder got finished with in 20 days of re-filling. I am very much confident that, the delivery boy are mixing water in the cylinder. Serious action should be taken with the Agency Staff members and the Delivery Boys. First of all they should be taught how to talk, handle and behave with the customer.

                        I hope serious action will be taken against M/s.Arjun Enterprises for late supplying the Cylinder and mis-behaving with the customer. More over proper check should made with the delivery boy that, how they mixing water in the cylinder.

                          We are having a gas connection with the distributer M/S Deepjyoti Gas Agency ( Adabari Tinali Area, Maligon ,Guwahati ; Consumer Id-D075). We are constantly facing cylinder delivery problem for many years . On the last occasion we had booking on 17.11.2010 ; till now we have got the delivery of the cylinder inspite of repeated requests and reminders. In the rise of present situation we have to face utmost problem due to unavailability of gas. It is my kind request to you to look into the matter and take necessary action to align the process so as to help us get rid of such kind .

                          I am a consumer of LPG vide Consumer No. PK - 02942 at M/s. Padmaja Gas Service, Lichit Nagar, Ulubari, G. S. Road, Guwahati - 781 007.

                          Being a member of a very noble profession (ie Chartered Accountant) I always remain tense and worried about getting delivery of my clyinder due to followings.

                          i) The LPG is not booked before 15 (fiftten) days after delivery of previous cylinder.

                          ii) After booking, the delivery is never made in time, even after 20/25 days of booking. For example, LPG booked on 06/01/2011 vide Serial No. 1913 not delivered till date (ie 24/01/2011). On telephone the Agency informed for probable delivery by 29/01/2011 only.

                          I tried to contact the Area Manager's Office of this area over phone no.[protected]/2520518 but no one received the call being "NO REPLY".

                          In the above situation, please take suitable measures so that ever present grievance & tension for LPG is subsided & I may be allowed to work pecce fully.

                          I HAVE BOOKED FOR RE FILLING OF LPG CYLINDERS ON 05/09/2011 FOR SELF DOMESTIC USE FOR MY RESIDENCE # JR.166 WHICH IS SITUATED IN LOCAL TOWNSHIP COLONY.
                          BUT TILL DATE I DO NOT RECEIVE THE RE FILLED CYLINDER. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE VENDOR THEY ALWAYS USE TO SAY FOR NON AVAILABILITY OF LPG OR YOUR TURN HAS YET TO COME. ALSO WE DO NOT RECEVE ANY CONCREAT ANSWER FROM THE AGENCY PERSON THAT WHEN THE SAME CAN BE AVAILABLE.
                          NOW A DAYS IT BECOMES A DIFICULT TASK FOR US TO GET LPG CYLINDERS RE FILLED.

                          PLEASE LOOK IN IT AND DO SOME NEEDFUL ACTION.

                            There was a offer announced by IOCL that 'CAR IN A TANK'.We have took part in that offer and the period was from oct 31st to jan 15th.Since it said the winner will be announced in the month of feb 1st week.But since we have not get any information.the petrol filled by us should buy bill for the filling and this bill no should be sended to IOCL to No 56161.We have sended this no and each sms cost RS 3/- per msg.If this offer is fake we want our money back.

                              I have consumer no. T 753 of Trimurti Gas Distributer in Vikas Puri booked for refill cylinder on 20.5..11 record showed to deliver on 30.5.11 with cash memo no. and all not got cylinder yet booked refill cylinder on no. [protected] .

                                Dear Sir,

                                Whenever I call the gas agency, it is a normal situation that either the phone is busy or the phone continues to ring and nobody picks up the call. My call is always made within their working timings. This is the matter which is faced everytime I need to book a cylinder.

                                This time again, on 21st December (tuesday) I was calling the Farid Gas Agency, SCF-213, Mani Majra, Chandigarh.Phone Number [protected], [protected]. I called up several times but the line was either busy or nobody picked the call. Out of frustration and need for gas, I went to the Farid Gas Agency myself. The booking clerk took my order but noted it down on the register and didn't update it on the computer. The booking clerk confirmed that the I will get the gas by 24th December.
                                I have been waiting for gas delivery since then till 28th December. Lastly, I went to the Gas agency again and this time the Booking Clerk told me that the computer is getting updated and gas will be delivered to you within a day or two.
                                I waited on 29th Dec also for the gas and called up at the agency to check the status. And this time I was told that they are running short of gas and hence, gas will be delivered in 1st week of January.

                                This is the kind of harassment they practice with the consumer. There is no kind of reliability by the service provider. I have been waiting for the gas from the last 10 days and I feel house arrested since I can't go out to do my work.

                                Please look into the matter as this is the situation I face everytime I need to book gas.

                                Indane Gas Cylinder — Harassment in booking cylinder

                                Roorkee Gas Agency ( Civil Lines , Roorkee) donot respond over phone and a person is forced to take a day's leave just to book a cylinder. The problem may be verified by calling over their landline no.[protected]. They just donot pick the phone or simply keep it engaged.. delivery of cylinder is always delayed till a person donot get aggressive. Customers are always harassed & not treated with due respect. Interevention is sought.

                                  I am applying for LPG Cylinder Refilling on 06th December'2010.
                                  But Till date (28th Dec'2010) i am not Receive The LPG.

                                  When I take the LPG connection, then the agency takes us additional one thousand Rupees.

                                  when we take the gas, then additional fifty Rupees charged. But still does not get Gas.

                                  My LPG (Gas) Connection Consumer No. is 13217 which is in the name of my father Mr Jogen Ch Das and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor M/s Blueflame Agency, Zoo Road, Guwahati (Assam)

                                  I have booked for cylinder refilling on 2/4/12 against booking no 23. But till date (24/4/12) I have not received it.I have tried to call them many times.But everytime I found their phone busy or out of service.Today (24/4/12) I got their phone line and asked about the refilling delivery.But they replied that it will take another 2-3 days to deliver.Every month they delayed in delivering refilling cylinder.every month we have to call them many times to deliver the cylinder.Whereas as they must deliver a refilling cylinder within one week of booking date.

                                  Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

                                    I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Avadi, chennai and my consumer number is 9559. I have booked for a refile on 15th October 2007 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 29th oct 07.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                                    I am a customer of Indane gas. Recently I was transferred from Jamshedpur to Ranchi. Therefore I got transferred my gas also from Jamshedpur to Ranchi. At present I am in NIFFT Hatia Ranchi. The following is the name and address of my present dealer.

                                    I want to register my grievances against the above mentioned dealer. Before leaving Jamshedpur I deposited my cylinders to the dealer at Jamshedpur and got it transferred to Ranchi. When I produced the paper to Vaisnavi they took a long time (about one month) to provide me gas connection. They also forced me to purchase a new gas pipe of Rs 170.00. After the consumption of the gas I booked for the cylinder on[protected]. I requested them several times on telephone to deliver gas but they did not deliver me the cylinder. When my brother (who is in police) asked them to deliver the cylinder then they delivered it on[protected]after one month). At the time of the delivery I was not present at my residence. The person who delivered the cylinder forced my wife to pay Rs 310.00 (which is certainly higher than the actual price). When she insisted for receipt he told that we were not giving any receipt. My consumer no is VI 15361.
                                    Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and insure the harassment free service to the customers.

                                    My job was transferrd from Gurgaon to Noida , so i transferred my gas connection from Gurgaon, immediately after transfer , i was posted on deputation to punjab for 1.5 month. so i didnot get time to get the transfer resumed in Noida, now after 1.5 month when i contacted Noida Agency , they are saying that its too late now, so its not possible for them to give us the connection , we need to meet company professional for this,
                                    they said that company person use to come to their agency on Thrusday , i waited till thrusday (8th Nov 07) but they didnot turned up .

                                    Now my cylinder is empty , so its really difficult to cope with this situation and wait for one thrusday after other.

My registration no. is 37222.I want to register my complain against this distributor. Throughout my life, I have never seen such a corrupt Indane Gas Agency like this. These people never supply gas cylinder before atleast ten days. It would be your good luck if you receive cylinder within ten days. Another thing, these guys have no system of registering your request for a cylinder via telephone. There numbers are always busy. I have to personaly go to these people to book a cylinder. I registered a cylinder on 16th Dec,2007 and got it on 4th Jan, 2008. Thats only after i had visited their office three times. I am a software engineer. You can yourself imagine how much tight shedule i already have. Still i had to visit hteir office threee times. It was like a great mental and physical harrasment. when i asked these guys for the complain book, they say that we did not have and changed the subject by saying that you wouldreceive the cylinder next day. This agency is also notoriously famous for selling cylinders in black market in this area. Please take some necessary actions in this regard

                                    This is in reference to my gas connection with the Chandani Gas agency in Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi They have got the worst customer service cell, whenever we call them up for registration they don't pick the phone and neither the number provided by Indane itself works ....ie they don't pick the phone or the phone is busy ....this is heights...if this continues trust me i'm gonna go and sue them in the court because i don't have the time to be on the phone for 24 hours. I called them up yesterday for 2 hours and trust me there was no response either there phone was busy[protected] or they did'nt pick the phone when it was ringing and same goes for their hotline number 1260 and also the another number 23411282. Not only this i tried all sets of number from their emergency phone no to their distributer no...nothing worked out.......This is heights.....I now beleive to personally visit their and fire them up right there.....Please look into the matter as this is the worst customer service
                                    I have gas connection in my name with Ranie Enterprises, Chennai (Consumer No.37631). Whenever we are trying to book on phone, they are not picking up at all. I have to personally visit the Agency to book the refill delivery. I am also facing delay in deliveries even more than 20 days from the date of booking.

                                    I request authorities to look into the matter immediately and instruct Agency to take the order on phone and no delays in deliveries.

The Ranie Enterprises who is one of the distributor never picks up the phone or removes the receiver so that it is always busy. You need to make a suprprize visit at their office or try to call their number. The response is very poor. As a senior citizen it will be very difficult for me to go to their office each time to book a refill. Request you to look into this issue and pull the culprits up so that the consumers are at comfort.

I have booked for a refile on 23th january 2009 over phone.and they have registered. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But again 11th FEB-2009 when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days.TILL DATE cylinders are not distribute. my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad.This is the think not only happen for me but to all SRINIVASA Gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action regarding this complaint.

                                    Indane Gas — bad service of booking by telephone

                                    The gas agency at Ashiananagar, Patna, Bihar M/S Dipganga has given two telephone nos.one land line 2583917 and one mobile [protected].However while booking for gas, it either show busy or no response even after ring.This happens for days and ultimately i go to dealer for booking thus creating unnecessary hardship to me.During this communication age, i could not understand this .I also suggest gas booking by internet .
                                    I took the connection from an Authorised Agency of Indane Gas " Jaiswal Gas Service" in Golmuri. Later after some time the agency got Black Listed and the party was absconding. After some years it was reopened by the same agency and they are not accepting my Gas service Book. I dont understand as to why? Is it really the authorised agency or is it fake/fraud? Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Am also seeking a Legal Advise for the same. If it is possible kindly regularise my connection.

                                    The Indane Gas Agency "Sri Rama Agency" in C. V. Raman Nagar, Bangalore is hopeless. The service is despicable and the behaviour of the staff is also rude. The Agency is incapable of servicing such a large area. I am sure there is some underhand business going on in this area, as no other Agency is allowed to operate in this area inspite of the area being so large. By the way, what is this new rule that new connections would given only to ration card holder??? Is this a free country or what? I think we are restricticting free movement even within the country. It is apalling
                                    I have been trying to book for GAS cylinder for last four days, I get always busy on [protected], yes even if it rings they don't lift the phone.
                                    2nd issue is delivery boys ask for TIP, if I say NO they stare at me. It became pain on every delivery to deal those delivery boys. I don't know where to complaint so writing here, earlier there was a no# where on bill to complaint, no that does not exist.

And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Captain Gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                                    I have a gas connection no. 3968 with Dee pee enterprises green park. i had booked a gas on 15.01.2010, they have told the gas will be deliver by tuesday 19.01.2010, but still not recd. the cylinder. We are both working & i told them to deliver the cylinder before 10.AM, but still not responce. My. Cylinder is finished in 15 days & they told me to book the cylinder after fifteen days from date of receipt.                                     I am having double cylinder for the benefit of smooth running, which always empty due to the irregular supply of gas by M/S, Jyoti Jwala, Baniahir, Bhaga, Dist. Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 828301. It is of no meaning when my both the cylinders are always empty. The distributor often does not book by putting 21 days rule but they don't care about the timely delivery. Normally it will take 10-15 days for supply the gas after its booking. In the meantime my both the cylinders become empty. In this situation I am forced to face this serious issue.

                                    My earnest request is that you kindly look the matter seriously and instruct the distributor accordingly in order to avoid the irregularity. I will appreciate if you could kindly make the smooth supply of gas.

                                    I had booked cylinder on 16th Jan 2010 at 3:45 PM. The IVRS booked reference no is 28. But till now i didn't get supply of cylinder and i tried to contact through the telephone numbers which are given in the previous bill(8 phone nos). In those phone numbers 4 numbers does not exists, 2 numbers will be always busy and for 2 numbers no response.

                                    When i contacted the customer care they said we'll checkout and after contacting many times finally after few days i got a cylinder with out bill. Even the response was very bad from the customer care people.
                                    "Especilly very importent matter is that when i intimated for the gas leakage they didn't respond properly and till now they didn't even contact us, some phone numbers out of 4 numbers are not working. This is very serious matter."
                                    I contacted the area manager Mr. Peter ([protected]) he refered me some other person Mr. Kaneel kumar ([protected]) even though after i contacted him he said we'll take care of this but till now they didn't.

                                    Sundar shyam service located at janakpuri in new delhi doesn't fullfill his committment as whenever I booked cylender its delivered by more than 10 days while receipt is made on booking day.                                     This is regarding very bad service as well as no response from the staff dealing with customer of BSFC gas agency,Hinoo ,ranchi,jharkhand. I booked gas cylinder on 9/3/2010 ,my booking number is 1101.but till date gas cylinder is not delivered.I tried to talk on phone,but response was very poor.Lastly I visited the office at Hinoo Ranchi at least three time. All times I was assured that the gas would be delivered, But infact after lapse of 23 days the agency didnot deliver the gas.
                                    I was tried to get information about greivance cell and officer's number to registered a complaint,but went invain. There is no Board or details containing contact no for registering complaint or other greivances,if any. It seems that it is a violation of direction issued by central vigilance commission of INDIA.Even it indicates that the managerial staff of Indian oil limited (responsible for timely inspection) did not perform their duties in accordance with rules .
                                    Therefore,lastly I have to register complaint againt not only BSFC gas agency ,Hinoo,Ranchi ,but the Officer of Indian oil responsible to make inspection of the agency.

Any time we call to book a cylinder the phone is kept engaged and if at all is rings it is not being lifted and on enquiry the person sitting is talking in such a bad woeding which can not be explained. Yesterday 0n 16.08.2010 calls made from 10 A.M. to 4 pm near about 35 times lastly 4 pm the phone was lifted by Ms. Sapna and she also talked very badly. on asking consumer complaint phone no. of indane gas she refused to tell the number. I have certain questionsabout gas service.

                                    1. After how many days we can book a cylinder. at Mohan Gas Agency we are being told to book cylinder after 21 days of cylinder delivery.

                                    2. When we are taking delivery from agency godown we are being charged same amount as being charged for home delivery.
                                    3. Delivery mens are not carriying weighing scale. Are they suppose to carry it or not.
                                    4. delivery men are not checking the cylinders before delivery. Shoiuld they check it or not.
                                    5.Delivery men are asking for money extra for delivery.

Last month the new gas cyclender has finished within 12 days normally one gas cyclinde will finish 25 days, then I thought it may be over used. This month gas cyclinder has finished within two days then I checked the weight of the cyclinder it has 26 kg. I don;t know what is inside the cyclinder, its 12 kg of water or gas inside? Gas is not coming. When the new cylinder issued it was 29 kg. now its 26 kg after 2 days.

                                    There is no telephone for complaining becos now all booking thru 1260 online only. Pls do the needful and help us.

After when we enquired about the gas the agency told that today we will send after one day i ask they we already send they gas one day before, Now we can't give gas to u so wait for week's time.

                                    Though the Vijayakumar Agencies, Pammal have more than 10,000 Customers in the Pammal, Pozhichalur, Krishna Nagar and Anakaputhur their day-day service is on the worst side only. Their contact Numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] is all on out-of-order only. If this is the case, how can you book the cylinder whether they know or doesn't is a big question.

                                    When telling them in person about the non-functioning of phones they say "Yes sir some 3 - 4 weeks the problem exist". Then why can't they change or make repair of the phones? Only they have 4 numbers for booking the cylinder, today 06.11.2010 when calling all the numbers it was a rude shock to me. Everything says This telephone is temporarily out of service!! very very shame of Vijayakumar Agency's service.

                                    In west Kochi gas dealers agencies will stolen gas on cylinders and supply the consumers without the seal broken. Paper report will be also publish the news paper. but not action taken. Please take the appropriate action.
                                    I have booked the LPG cylinder Cust. no. m-2015 on dateed 11.11.2010 in the agency M/S MURAD NAGAR GAS AGENCY. ADD. MURADNAGAR DIST. GHAZIABAD, UP . 201206 I Called them everyday but no response on behalf of agency and saying that delivery will be made within one or two days, but we have not received the same till now. I have been fed-up by placing many complaints. No action has been taken agst my complaint.

                                    Kindly take action agst the responsible staff . Otherwise i have to legal action agst agency.

I registered a cylinder and when i got Thats only after i had visited their office three times.Today i had faced same problem again i hav booked a cylinder on 10th FEB-2011.I visit second time to them they told me it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days.TILL DATE cylinders are not distribute My two cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay.

                                    Consumer number 9075 registered on the name of my mother Mrs Bani Chakravarty. Refill Cylinder was booked on 21/3/11, not yet delivered. Their
                                    computer says booking was registered on 26/3/11. We have been facing this problem every month. Every time whenever we do the booking we are told that we will get the cylinder within 4 days, but we get it after 20 days. My mother is aged
                                    (70 yrs). Called the office this afternoon and spoke to Mr. Parmar :- Very Arrogant
                                    and Short Tempered person. I asked him for the number of his senior :- first he said
                                    that his senior has gone out and has taken the mobile with him. When I insisted,
                                    he gave me the number of Mr. Shravan :- [protected] :- Stupid,Arrogant and Rude
                                    person. He blankly told me to come to the Office and speak as he does not like speaking and listening to customer queries on the phone. If the cylinder is not delivered on time, is HE or Tirupati Gas Service going to feed my aged mother.

                                    As a suggestion :- Tirupati Gas Service should sack all its employees and shut

                                    Indane gas agency of phoolpur sucks there is no professionalism in employees they are not bothered to attend customers call. I called them more 40times but only 4calls has been answered but there was no response from other end which is kind of harassment to me. I called on different cell number which on the website but even he didnt help me and not even given his name to me after asking several time.

                                    I want higher authority of Indane gas agency should take appropriet action for customer service and delivery. Or else it will force me to sue the agency and its owner to the court.

                                      Indian Oil / Gas Cylinder — harassing by gas cylinder agency

                                      very unfortunate and painful for me. Even after complaining to Shri Giridhar, managar, delhi, i could not get any reply of my complaint.
                                      Now i m expecting a positive reply from ur side at the earliest. this is regarding the poor services provided by Hari Singh Gas Service, Prem Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi. The customers are facing a lot. i want ur personal invervention in this matter. the problems are as follows:
                                      1. Gas cylinders was not delivered by the agency even after 15 days. recently i had booked cylinder on 3.09.2008 but still i m waiting for my cylinder. My Consumer no. is HS-116642. They dont provide the customer's cylinder booking number.
                                      2.Queues are very long in the agency.
                                      3. Alway phone line engaged.
                                      4. behaviours of the employees are not good. i m looking some favourable and very quick action in this matter.

                                        Last time, I have told him to borrow the weighing machine with him as he had not borrow that with him. My tomo gas booking number is 37 booked on[protected] which was delivered today on[protected], & again he did the same mistake by not borrow the weighing machine. And the seal of the cylinder was opened. when i asked about the seal he said"SEAL TO PICHE SE HI KHULI AATI HAI APKO LENA HAI TO LO WRNA WAPAS KR DO ".
                                        So, i have returned that cylinder to him & demand for locked seal cylinder to him with weighing machine.
                                        I hope you take action on my complaint as soon as possible and deliver my cylinder at proper time.
