Sir,
My consumer no.9988 . I registered for gas delivery on 14th December 2010 .
But till date i have not yet recieved my gas cylinder . We have approached Jeevan Gas Agencies , villivakkam several times. No proper response and ladies working there asked us to take delivery from them if it is urgently needed. This problem is continuous throughout the year .
On 7.1.2011 i have registered a complaint at 2.30 noon to the customer service cell Ph.no. 2433 9236 , 2433 9246 and there is no response .

My consumer no.JE 49450/ I hve registered for gas delivery on 30th December 2010 Booking No.18543 .
But till date i have not yet recieved my gas cylinder . We have approached Rose Gas Agencies, Adambakkam several times. No proper response and ladies working there asked us to take delivery from them if it is urgently needed. This problem is continuous throughout the year . upto date not received gas cylinder for more than one month 10 days. please take immediate action.

    i am indane consumer from more than one year. I booked my gas on[protected] for refilling of cylinder. Till now[protected] i could not get the refilled cylinder. I went one time to gas agency they have taken yellow slip also for filling for cylinder and said that next day they will give gas but till now[protected] my cylinder is not refilled.
    I kindly request to take action for this.

      I, Sudip Bhakta, on belaf of my father Sri Kalipada Bhakta, hereby quary that there is any rule of your company that whether we could not to book for refill within 21 days of previous delivery as a single cylinder customer. We are facing this problem for more than one years. We are a customer for seven-eight years and verbally requested may times for double connection from two years ago but replied my dealer that there is no capacity of the dealer for that.         I’m facing the issue with the distributor of Indane. I would like to change the customer name (cutomer Id-09324). Presently it is against my father’s name (Animesh Bhattacharya), who died and my mother (Roma Bhattacharya) will be the legal heirs. But unknown reason/reasons stopping the distributor to accept the required documents (affidavit, Xerox of original bill, id & address proof and death certificate) and start the process. He misbehaved with us and said on 3rd meet he’ll take when he’ll feel.
        I don't understand what is the problem when we have proper docs with us to change the name.

          The tollfree phone[protected] of Indian Oil is total CRAP in itself. No one picks up the phone ever. When I call at this number, i am always put on waiting queue, that never ends. So i fail to understand where do i call to lodge my complaint against my LPG gas agency "Kasna Indane", who always delivers the cylinder after atleast 10-15 days of booking.
          I was able to lodge a complaint. Please try some other time.
          This helps. Turnaround time is 2 days.

            Non-delivery of gas and non-taking of phone calls.

            1. Sir I am a customer of M/s Alaka Gas, Bhubaneswar having consumer No. A-21672.They have not delivered me gas till 5.01.2011 though I have booked gas on 17.12.2010 personally. 2.They are not receiving phone calls from the customers. They always keep their phone in busy mode. The phone is actually not busy but whenever we make a call the computerised voice comes "the subscriber is busy please dial after some time". Hence every customer has to go to their office to book a gas. Everytime when we book a gas they harras us to deliver it. 3.Everytime their delivery boy demand a minimum of Rs. 5/- for every gas cylinder and we are compelled to give otherwise they delay gas delivery knowingly. 4. This is a regular habit of M/s Alaka gas. Kindly take strick action against M/s Alaka Gas and help the consumers. Thanking u and hope to get justice soon.

Last time also I booked gas on 21.7.2008 and the gas was delivered to me on 29.7.2008. 2.They are not receiving phone calls from the customers. They always keep their phone in busy mode. The phone is actually not busy but whenever we make a call the computerised voice comes "the subscriber is busy please dial after some time". Hence every customer has to go to their office to book a gas. Everytime when we book a gas they harras us to deliver it. 3.Everytime their delivery boy demand a minimum of Rs. 5/- for every gas cylinder and we are compelled to give otherwise they delay gas delivery knowingly. 4. This is a regular habit of M/s Alaka gas. They black gas to the industries at Rs.450/- per cylinder and delaying supply of LPG to the genuine consumers.             I am a customer of Alka gas consumer no- 33190, i am dissatisfied on their service very badly. Their behaviour is bad. Not attains calls, I booked a gas on 29/10/08, there is no response, after 15 days when i call they not know wheather i booked or not
            They don't receive phone any time. It is very difficult to book for refill. Please advise to introduce online booking system
            I have faced this harassment umpteen times and had approached the incharge Mr.Harihar Badajena who simply laughed when I informed him about the non functioning and busy telephone service. He himself gave me his number but he does not answer his own phone. I dont know whaere to complaint. Perhaps the consumer court is the best place to register our complaints.
            The service provided by Alka gas egency is horrible.No body picks the phone.It will be always in busy mode.During lunch time the phone will ring but no body will pick the phone.Today I tried from morning 10am to 1pm.The phone was busy but from 1pm to 2pm both numbers were ringing but no body picked the phone.Again from 2pm onwards the phone is busy... Do not know what to do.I cannot go the office also as my office timings are 9 to 5.30.Govt should take proper action against them.

            alaka gas — non delivery of gas cylinders on time

            sir, with due respect i would like to bring to your notice that some middle men are actually tarnishing the name of the so old and reliable "alaka".
            u might have got news from else where also that the people who are on the other side of the phone are not picking phone at any hour we call...niether do they respond fast when we personally lodge a complain.
            my customer no is A 20807 ...i would like to forward to you my latest plight. i have booked a gas on 11th of may and have not received the delivery till now ( 20 days almost). we have to wait for the gas and we are not able to go out for many of our urgent works.
            with due respect i feel u will look into the matter seriously and take responsive actions.
            My family stays in Bhubaneswar and I am away on duty elsewhere. It takes about 15 days to get a cylinder refilled and thereafter you can book it after 15 days of delivery. Therefore the other cylinder has been used for 15 days by the time registration for a new cylinder can be undertake, As per rules of the IOC, they do not issue within 21 days. In case a cylinder is consumed in less than 30 days, then one will have to go without gas for some time. Can you please look into this and ensure that rules of the IOC are complied with, i.e. you have to deliver cylinders within 4-5 days.

            Yes, I am also a sufferer. And all my other friends and colleagues face same problem. Some other gas agencies like Bharat Gas have introduced SMS booking system (one of my friend told). As you SMS the gas is booked and they have to deliver within 15 days.Hope Consumer Services authorities should facilitate to statrt online booking and SMS booking system.

            But such disciplined way of living is not accepted by Governance System of India. People should suffer so they would request to admin, politicians, police and judiciary. This ensures government to have greater control over people.
            I do agree 100% about the employees' poorest response towards the customers' phone calls.
            Sir,
            I am a consumer of ALAKA. Its service is outrageously disgusting. Never do they pick up telephones. I am consider myself fortunate if telephone call is taken by them after trying for hours together. Booking a refill is a nightmarish experience. I have sent many complaints to INDANE. But, I domt know why they are afraid to take any action against them. I have even asked INDANE to allow me to migrate from INDANE to HP GAS, but to no avail.

            I am a consumer of alaka distributors, bbsr having consumer no-29118 (shashank bhusan behera) . Everytime i call to book a gas delivery the phone keeps on ringing, no one ever answers it . Thus we have to travel all the way to the office for a booking . Its quiet a disgusting experience . And its even more disgusting to see that after so many complaints you are not taking any actions against it . It would be quiet easy if you start online bookings so we would be free from the burden of calling the office hundred times a day for a booking . Hope you will take some actions against it as soon as possible .

THOUGH THERE TIME AND ASSURING TO CHANGE THE TANK BUT TILL TODAY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED .                 Dear Sirs

                I have applied for a new Gas Connection with Gas Agency in Vadapalani Sri Guruvayurappan Services on 15/09/2010 (registration number [protected]). However even today (05/1/2011) the connection is not allotted. I visited agency and was told to wait, with no forecast date for connection.

                Would anybody help to get me the connection. I have newly moved in and with a little kid I suffer without a Gas Cylinder.

                Indane Gas — delay in gas connection

                I have registered for new gas connection on 21.07.2008 at Sukhdev Vihar gas services. I was told that within 10-12 days I'll be getting the connection.
                All the paper works (like verification of address etc.) has been done.
                still I have not got the connection.
                I request IOCL authority to intervene and solve the issue

                I have inquired about the new gas connection in the Nripro gas agency munirka village new delhi-110067, at the time of enrollement the issuing athority has gave aconfirmation that i will receive my connection withina week or 10 days of enrollment but now they are saying that i will receive a new gas connectionafter two months of the enrollement date without giving any cause, now i am in dilemma what to do in such hectic season. please guide me regarding this and whatever measures possible so that i can rely on the authorities like this. thanks

                we are customer of indian gas .my gas Agency name is kavitha enterprises #98, manovana, bhashastry memorial hospital, vijayanagara, bangalore.Ph- [protected].23302098.
                i want to take new connection, trying from past 3 months, 1st time i went to kavitha enterprises agency they told me now regulater is not available and all.i asked them for new connection can i book now, they told me no not required.from past 3 months i m going and coming they are teling same thing reggulater is not available.last week i went they told me have you booked, i said no, they told me book it sir and all.
                then booked for new connections on 13/12/2008. i called to agency on 29/12/2008 in the evening, they said come tommorow and take it new connection and all. i took leave from office and i went they told no requlater available, i said yesterday i called to ur some one pick up and told me come tommorow and all now you are telling not available and all.they are taking nonsense words and all.from past 3 months i am waiting for New connection.till here i dint get... i have ration card and all. but no use...they are not speaking good with good words.Pls do the need full ASAP.

                I Lawrence from St.Thomas Mount, Recently I shifted from pallavaram. Since 1st week of June 2010 I am asking the GAS TRANSFER CONNECTION (INDANE) in Sridhar Gas Agency, Alandur. Till now they says no documents available wait for some time. I said my cyclinders going to finish I have 3 kids. Totally 6 persons in house. How can I manage? they dont bother about anything. Repeating the same word. What shall I do now?

                    My agency Agarwal Indane services not taking any booking before 21 days and after 21 days he is supplying the gas after 15 days.
                    In blcak any body can take the gas to pay extra of 450 any time.What is going on.
                    If supply lets us supply more or make the free market.

                    Any way correct the method.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am a customer of Indian Oil Corporation for their Domestic Gas Supply Services. I am geting the gas from M/s Ganesh Gas Services, Medicare Center, Bunts Hostel, Mangalore since July 2009.

                      My consumer No is 13924. Since last two months we are facing problems because of abnormal delay in gas supply. We have booked gas on 21st December 2010 and till date we have not received the gas supply. We often call to the Gas Agency and we are getting the dame reply that there is no supply of gas load from the company.
                      Please look into the matter and see that there should not be any abnormal delay in gas supply to the domestic gas customers.
                      Hope the Company will understand our problem and appreciate our concern in this regards.

                      my consumer no JT 8624.my dealer is JYOTI KALASH GAI GHAT PATNA.MY COMPLAIN IS THAT JYOTI KALASH IS NEVER SUPPLYING GAS ON TIME.AFTER BOOKING THEY SUPPLY GAS AFTER ONE MONTH OR MORE.THIS IS THE COMPLAIN OF ALL THE CUSTOMER.THE VENDOR IS OPENLY BLACKING THE GAS IN 700 RS.THE DEALER STAFF IS SAYING THAT AADMI KA KAM CHAL HI JAATA HAI.I REQUEST AUTHORITIES TO TAKE THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND TAKE ACTION ON THE ERRING DEALER
                      My name is Debabrata santra. The gas is booked in my father's name. our consumer no is UN15533.On 12th october I recieved an sms saying thatagainst my booking 256035 cash memo 2064 has been generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly but now one week is over and we had yet not recieved the cylinder. This happens on every booking.Kindly look into this matter as we are facing great problem due to this type of delivery

                        I will share my bad experience with Indane gas delievery boy .His name is Naveen ( contact numbers are [protected] & [protected] ) , whenever he used to come to deliver the gas cylinder , he asked for Rs 20-25 extra . If we trying to show the slip where Indane mentioned " No tip please " he start urge with us .
                        The way he used the lanugage is very annoye .

                        Same i discuss with my friends also , they also complained about delivery tip .

                        Someone has to take action to avoid this kind of customer harassment.

                          Sub: Malpractice at Petrol Pump

                          Sir,

                          This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated many times, at Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Kallumkadavu, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala. (Indian Oil Dealer, Pathanamthitta Road turning, at Kallumkadavu)

                          The Indicator on the filling station is incorrect at most of the time. It shows approximately Rs 99.84 when you pay Rs 100/- for petrol. I have placed complaint with the Filling booth manager, and they don’t care about the complaint. It happened many times and now I don’t go to that petrol pump. I know many vehicle owners (Autoricksha & Taxis) complaint about them.

                          But again when I went to that PetrolPump recently, the same thing was repeated.

                          This time too I noticed the same is repeated. I have complained to person at the counter
                          But no action is taken and I think they are not worried about. I very embarassed with this whole episode. I would like you to take some strict action against them and I would for sure will never visit that Indian Oil Petrol Pump anymore.

                            Our consumer no. with Naveen Agency is 2920. Our connection was shifted without our consent or prior notification to this agency in CIT nagar while we reside in West Mambalam. Ever since, we have been facing delayed supply of refiil cylinder. The agency had two dates on the invoices which showed the same date typed out but delivery used to be at least four days later. When questioned about the matter, the delivery boy asked us to contact the outlet official who was always evasive.
                            OUR LATEST COMPLAINT IS THAT WE BOOKED FOR THE REFILL ON 23/12/2010 and were told that delivery would take 10 days. Yesterday, we called up to remind the refill was due and were promised that IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY. At 4pm when we called up again we were told that the cylinder has been despatched but till now we have not received it. Please try ringing up from a public booth to book a refill and you will get first hand idea of the poor response.
                            While travelling in the bus I heard two men talking about these agencies giving the cylinders to roadside teashops at a premium on day-to-day basis.
                            Please do the needful at the earliest.

                            Indane Gas — Undue delay in delivering of gas cylinders

                            My consumer number is 64922 held with BP gas agency, Kowiar, Trivandrum with telephone number[protected]. I had booked a gas cylinder on 15.09.2008 with booking priority number 3727. Till date that is on 06.10.2008 we are yet to get the refill cylinder, and the latest excuse given is that their supply to our area is only day after tomorrow the 08.10.2008 which happens to be a holiday, you will get the idea of their fooling of customers. Kindly check whether the agency is misappropriating the booking priority and delivering out of turn which is what is suspected. This has been happening over the last three months only prior to which they were keeping up delivery schedules. Kindly look into the matter and revert by return mail failing which I will have to use the RTI act to get the required information.

                            gas — undue delay in delivery

                            I had booked the gas on 5 sep and delivert was made on 20-9-08 and they were not allowing booking unless 26 days are completed from the date of delivery and the next supply is made 10 days after the boooking date.

                            Whereas other agency are allowing booking after 26 days from the date of previous delivery but they deliver in two days from the date of booking. I my agency thereis delay in delivery by more than 10 days and also the next booking can be made after 26 days . They do corrupt practices like selling domestic cylinders to commercials instituion at double the price and delay supply to domestic customers

                            I wish to change the agency inone place to another ageny in the same place which they are not allowing kindly advice When there is better service availiable why should i suffer with this agency and more over he deamands around 20 to 30 rs on delivery of cylinder whereas others charge only Rs5

                            Indane Gas — No response and supplying gas with a premium amount

                            Dear all
                            It is very reticulous, the Govt. says they are giving Gas with a subsidy Rs. 50/- and they stamped in that recept, Rs. 50/- subsidy given on supply of cylinder. There is no use for subsidy of Rs. 50/- Till today i was not received Gas after booking of 45 days. Eventhough they are selling in block ie. Rs. 610/- No body will take care about all, and Govt. themself encouraging them to sell in block. Middle income group ladies facing so many problems. There is no any supervision on Gas dealers. Particulary every Gas agency behind some Political leaders support also there. In Madhapur Indian Gas Agencies M/s. Venkata Sai Gas Agencies, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur.
                            Daily we are calling them on Phone No.[protected]/[protected] one Mr. Ashok Rao is not responding even 45 days also. But they are using Truck strike even they are having stock also. Hence there is no Govt. supervision on this. The entire episode Indian Gas officials are also there i[censored] call their office in Himayatnagar no body respond against complaints, even they will not lift their phone also. This is the indication of the irregulorities. May please save the peoples My dear Govt. officials and Indian Gas Officials. This is my humble request to those who are involved in this scalms. Definately you will be in soup. Some body will come for all and punish you who are doing all scalms.

                            Indane Gas — UNDUE DELAY IN SUPPLY OF REFILL GAS CYLINDER

                            Sir,
                            I am mailing this complaint as Vice President of our association. I wish to bring to your knowledge the undue delay made by M/S Raghavendra Gas Agencies Avadi Chennai 600054.
                            The refill cylinder is issued by the agency after 20 to 25 days of booking of the cylinder and in some cases the cylinder is issued only after 30 days, which is creating lot of hardship to consumers in our organisation. The owner of the agency when contacted in person for the same she abused the consumer and threatned that refill cylinder will only be given after 35 days, which is highly irregular.
                            In this regard has Vice President of our association, I request your kind intervention in this matter.

                            1. I am watching delay delivery against lpg booking of Sharma Gas Agency (Tel No[protected]/67/68) since last three month. Their attitude of service seems to be clear black marketing.

                            2. They never denying their service but alsways making us fool

                            My Consumer no. 34215....Indane gas (P L Gas Agency) was booked on[protected] and am yet to get delivery. Phones don't get picked up, and the distance to the Gas Agency is great, and it is not possible to visit there just to query.
                            Something needs to be done so that these dealers are more consumer friendly.

                              The petrol bunk at madhapur hyderbad always cheats public. You will pay for a liter petrol and get around 700ml. They are cheating people.

                              petrol bunk cheating — petrolbunks cheating

                              Hi,
                              Recently i observed that many petrol bunks are cheating people by pouring only 800ml for 1litre petrol.

                              Eg : Chaitanya puri's petrol bunk in Hyderabad are cheating people by pouring 800ml of petrol ( though the meter shows reading as 1ltr the actual amount that come out is only 800ml )
                              If people get the bottle they pour the petrol from different pump. they dont pour the petrol from same pump as they do for bikes/cars.

                              Please take necessary action for cheating the people in this way.

                              The best place to find thieves is the petrol bunks. I have had several times bad experience at Ganesh Service Station, Nh9, Main Road, Hydernagar, Kukatpally. But I am writing for the first time because they are cheating so badly and worst these days compare to past. They are cheating by about 25% of your money. So if you fill 100 rs petrol you hardly get 70 rs worth of petrol. This 25 rs is clearly being stolen and distributed among the petrol bunk manager and the thieves standing on dress holding the dipenser pipe. I got cheated by about 300 Rs yesterday. I gave 1000 Rupees to fill petrol in my car on December 18 with and the receipt number is 11213. I got cheated openly. I was clearly watching the meter reading for the amount. Suddenly the guy distracted me by showing an a new hoarding of Indian oil about some offer when the meter reading for amount was 700, I turned to see the hoarding for just 2 seconds and the reading changed to 1000 in 2 seconds. Though it took more than a minute to reach 700. When I asked the guy, Did he fill the petrol for 1000, he said, yes I filled complete 1000, and he ran away to show his busyness with other customers. There are 3 guys involved in that cheating, the first one was the fat guy who collects money holding a bag, second one was a fair color thin guy who hold the pipe to dispense the petrol and the third one was an average health black guy standing on the other side of the machine, looking invisible and changing the meter reading quickly using the button panel on the left side of the machine. There is a need to catch these thieves first because these are more dangerous than those professional one's work on night.
                              ya even i experienced the same thing every day ... but i am very cautious ii will scold if some one distracts me in the middle but how long this system continues there must be some end

                                i had booked a gas refill on 10/01/2012 and was confirmed to get it in 15 days time but still waiting for it. on asking the agency they denied of any booking. and asked me to go for online booking. previously on 25/01/2012 they had confirmed of delivery the next day. the agency is Aman Gas Enterprise. Ph.no. of the Agency is[protected]. My consumer no. is 03842 in the name of Rakesh Sharma.

                                      I was filling petrol for Rs 1000 in IOCL petrol bunk near Udhayam theatre.
                                      When the meter was around Rs 850 one of the attendance distracted me by telling about a dicount scheme.
                                      before I could turn back the meter was set to Zero . Iwas cheated around Rs 150.
                                      This happened at 6.30 pm on Monday 03/01/11.
                                      Can you tell me to whom to complain.

                                      This happens in all the states of India.. Usually one of the attenders try to divert your attention ( at the begenning or at the end ) and either start without resetting to 0 or shut the meter before the complete delivery.There is no solution for this .. Whom would you complain to ???
                                      We had a family business of a petrol bunk... Below listed are the true facts...

                                      (1) Fuel delivery trucks steal around 60 liters on every delivery of 12000 liters of fuel ( This was a honest confession of a driver and before emptying, he informed that he had stolen 60 liters and he informed that there is no way the petrol bunk owners can measure or trace about it )

                                      (2) To check on that we called the IOC ( Indian oil corp ) technician, ... The Indian oil technician advised that in order to cover up the loss, we should replace the meter wheel which has less number of teeth and hence the delivery to all customers would be 10 ml less for every 5 liter delivery ..Also we need to pay the IOC tech Rs 2 per every excess gained fuel...

                                      (3) The petrol pump attendents steal fuel as you have narrated.

                                      (4) The IOC sales manager comes to check the delivery and if descripency, would demand[protected] rupees to turn a blind eye on the descripency.

                                      DUE TO ALL THIS WE GAVE OFF OUR FUEL STATION!!!

                                      (5) Above all the petroleum ministers are corrupt. If you check in Karnataka, when Devegowda came to power, there were 100 petrol stations owned by him...

                                      Now with all the top most to the attenders are into stealing business, whom can we complain to...

                                        I am resident of Indirapuram Ghaziabad and i am really frustrated now of Indane Gas Service facility provided here from gas stations Jhandapur Gzb.

                                        90% of time i try Gas booking number to book my gas it remain busy and sometime it rings and suddenly after that become busy for hours [like someone delibrately kept it busy] , i could not get time to go and book my cylinder. Reason why month to month i am facing this issue and numerous time i have to purchase cyclider at very high cost because no other option left.

                                        Please sort this out at-least provide the other way of doing gas booking may via SMS i could not find the number to use. Doing that in delhi much easier as compared to ghaziabd

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I, Anthony D'Cruz is Resident of Munirka is having Gas Cylinder Consumer No.6302. I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by M/s.Arjun Enterprises-Munirka. Mr.Mukesh one of the staff members talk in such rude manner to the Customer that is is un-tolerable. In the month of November'2011 I had booked the Gas Cylinder. It took almost 10 days to supply me the cylinder. On 26th December'2011 I had booked for Gas Cylinder and till 02.01.12 I did not get the cylinder and I was told 30.12.11 and 31.12.11 that it has already been sent but till 31.12.11 evening 6.00 the delivery boy did not turn up. Since two days they were giving us the wrong information to us. on 02.01.12 I called up and Mr.Mukesh picked up the phone and I asked him why you people are giving us the wrong information. He was very much rude with me and asked me when you have got two cylinder you should always keep one cylinder re-filled in stock instead of troubling us. You kept calling us three days that is why the wrong information is given. Then I said it my headache your job is to supply the cylinder when it is booked. Then he said no we cannot do like this. More the November'2011 cylinder got finished with in 20 days of re-filling. I am very much confident that, the delivery boy are mixing water in the cylinder. Serious action should be taken with the Agency Staff members and the Delivery Boys. First of all they should be taught how to talk, handle and behave with the customer.

                                        I hope serious action will be taken against M/s.Arjun Enterprises for late supplying the Cylinder and mis-behaving with the customer. More over proper check should made with the delivery boy that, how they mixing water in the cylinder.
