I complaint to you bad service of LPG gas cylinder from sri sai balaji gas service, J2.

I did booked my gas cylinder on dated 19/07/2011 on line .

My booking number is 230194 and

The cash memo No. [protected].

I didn’t receive gas refill yet.

I got this information when i tried to book the gas cylinder again on line. .

Hence, I request you to kindly take corrective action against the said leader and ensure us the smooth and timely delivery of cylinder

    I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 4-5 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

    1. On 17 June 2011, we booked one gas cylinder.

    2. Currently, on checking in the system the cylinder is shown to be 'Delivered on July 30th'. However, we have not received the it, and the same can be verified on the pass book.

    3. On August 04, 2011 (today), we visited the nearby Dealer/Distributor and were shocked by the behavior and response of representative Mr.Sushant. According to him:
    a) it is our fault for trying to book through SMS system.
    b) it is non of his concern if we receive the gas or not.

    4. Seeing such a pathetic situation of customer 'care', we asked him for the HO Address. Hoping that the issue can be resolved there.

    Mr.Sushant refused to give the HO Address.

    It is anybody's guess that the cylinder in our name has been misused or sold in black by the dealer. The same is evident from what follows.

    He started shouting on top of his voice and his words were "What kind of a customer are you if you don't know the HO?"

    He threatened to throw me and my mother out of the shop if we did not leave immediately.

    Even when my mother tried to calm him down, he disrespected her and said "You keep your teaching to whichever college you are. This is my shop and I will do as I wish!"

    I will not go further into the ensuing debate, as it does not behoove of me to write the language, tone and tenor used by Mr.Sushant. Due to such 'dadagiri', I am not sure if I will receive any further deliveries from Indane!

    I have written to Executive Director, State LPG Chief and Area Manager. Will remind them everyday. Will update the response.

      Yesterday, on 4th Aug 2011 morning 7.15 am in the morning, there was a Fire explosion in Kitchen due to Gas leakage (broken O ring in new cylinder). My wife was shouted loudly. I saw a fire explosion near to Gas cylinder near regulator. The new cylinder was connected just on 3rd Aug 2011 day.
      I shocked and try to stop the fire by closing the stove off. Still the fire was not stopping. So my wife has put her hand in burning flame and off the regulator knob. And immediately we opened all windows and doors in house and disconnected that cylinder from regulator.
      Immediately tried to call Local Gas agency (Urja Indaine) but it was morning time. So nobody was picked my call. Anyhow I got one number for Urja Indaine. Mrs Sujata([protected]) has picked the call and told the incident to her. She asked to contact their technician Mr Ramesh. Technician came to my house around 11.30 am and started investigation.
      He said there is a O-ring broken in the cylinder because of which gas was leaking and fire explosion was happened.
      Technician has provided me an investigation report along with the broken ring, which was inside the cylinder. The time was good because of which we saved a big incident.
      Now, I want to give compliant against the Indane Cylinder filling authority.

          sir, i boooked my gas with chaudhary gas(indane gas distributor) on 21st of july,but without any reason they cancelled my booking on same date. when i enquire about my booking , they told me gas company is not providing enough cylinders. so we are unable to supply gas. And they also said if you need it urgently you have to pay rupees 100 extra. sir they always sold cylindes to hotels in black.my customer id- 20984 , name- rabindra kumar singh.

            SUB : Indane Gas - Illegal Refill Booking & Illegal delivery to Other person on Consumer No. - E002518

            Dear Sir,

            I (Anokhe Lal) am consumer of Indane Gas Service, My consumer no. - E002518, Gas Agency - Agnihothri Gas service, Noida. Sir we are facing more problem in refill booking & delivery. This problem are comming from last 4-5 month. Problem is that, Illegal booking & Illegal delivery is being by the other illegal person, This is happening from last 4-5 month. I have complained already to IOCL office regarding the same (Complained No. - 135531) but any tight action does not taken by the IOCL & agency. But after that, my refill booked cylinder has been delivered to illegal person. Illegal booking was going on from last 4-5 months, Last month I blocked my consumer no. due to this problem & replace my blue book (I get new blue book & new book no.), & filled up correct mobile no. on my consumer account by the agency person, but requirement for the new refill, I opened my connection again & I booked for new refill but the cylinder has been delivered to other on the delivery date & I am also available on date & waiting for the new refill cylinder, but till my turn cylinder has been delivered already to illegal person. I am facing this problem from last 4-5 months & I am refilling my cylinder in black & costly. I have complained before one month for the same (Docket No. – 135531). This problem is creating from the agency side, they are not supporting & do illegally job.

            So kindly request you to resolve this problem.

              My IOC Gas Serial No is RK8230 for which i am booking gas for past four years but didn't face problems of delivery till last four months i am observing problem in deliverey of gas after doing booking also.

              Whenever I as for deliery status the local franchise say that my booking is cancelled without notice and for no reason, I think there is some problem like black marketing of cylinder going on in this place.

              My IOC Gas Serial No is K20186 in the name of Mr.Siddharth Goswami for which i am booked gas on25th of february.my bokking refence is 207622 and cash memo number is 10600.i received a delivery sms on my cell on 29th of february.but i have not yet received the cylender till now.

              Whenever I ask for deliery status the local franchise does not give a proper reply and for no reason, I think there is some problem like black marketing of cylinder going on in this place.

                I got Termination Voucher of Indane No 00159908 form Baroda to Howrah but when it was presented to Indane dealer at SHIBPUR HOWRAH West Bengal they refuse to honor the same.They are asking I should be personally present there. As I am working out and my family is shifted to Howrah I require gas connection there.
                Please help me resolve the issue.

                Sir,
                I want new gas connection. The agency at Makrana (maa Karni Gas Service) is asking to take gas stove + accessories with the same whereas i don't require the same.

                Is is necessary & if yes than why. Because If we want to take good quality stove than your's, can't we.

                Please clarify.

                  I am a customer of indane gas for the last 12 years my gas agency is domestic gas service sector-o aliganj.
                  Agency is providing expired cylinders as there is date mentioned on every cylinder like B 11, A 10.
                  which means cylinder is not fit to use after that date i.e. B 11 is june 11 but still gas agency is refilling the same cylinder and delivering the gas which is dangerous as the cylinder can explode then who will be responsible for it.
                  even after asking to replace he will not replace and say that this ok and all are doing it.
                  indian oil you should take action against it if not tell me i wil go to senior management and further.

                          Sir, I had booked Cylinder from Indane Gas, Chennai through toll free number in the last week of June, 2011. After verification of status of delivery of Cylinder on 25.7.2011, I have been informed that the Cylinder was delivered on 09.7.2011 through Sabha Gas Agency, No,.51, Maduvakarai, Guindy, Chennai-32. But so far no Cylinder has been delivered to my home so far. My Consumer Number is 48375. The said M/s. Sabha Indane Gas Agency has not at all attended phone calls inspite of dialing calls from my end. Their services are very very poor. I further assumed that the Cylinder allotted to be delivered to my home might have been delivered to some where by the said Gas Agency. The Agency Phone Nos are[protected] and[protected]. Please arrange to deliver the cyliner immediately to my home address as below immediately as existing Gas is also exhausted from Cylinder.

                            1. In the month of June I booked, Booking No. is 231160. During delivery of cylinder, seal was torned and attached in the nec of the cylinder with one adhesive.That cylinder was received by Spouse as I was in Office. In that night when I come back from my office and was instructed by spouse about all the incident and I checked the weight of cylinder it was just half of the total weight. Very next day I complained, but from Jiban Jyoti Gas Agency (Contact:[protected]/7774,[protected] one employee(Gents) have told me that he was helpless why my wife have not proper checked.

                            2. On 13-07-11 at 13:02:02hrs I booked. Booking No. is 240831.On 16-07-11 cash memo 6454 generated. On 21-07-11, I confirmed about my delivery of cylinder.They have told that 26 or 27 of July they will deliver. But on 23 -07-11 Delivery man come to my Flat again with torned seal. On that I was in office.My spouse objected again not to take cylinder.The D/M told please check all the cylinders keeping in carring van. My spouse gone for checking and checked four full cylinders with same problem. All the torned seal have been put in the mouth. Above the mouth that seal have been twisted just like twisted jute rope.

                            3. On that day I rang up to agency but agency was closed on that day.
                            4. On 25-07-11 I rang up to agency and informed total incident,again that same fellow has picked up phone and told after receiving from manufacturer cylinders are checked by opening seals.
                            5. On 25-07-11 my booking has been cancelled.
                            6. Agency has informed that the Delivery Man carring weight machine but actually nobody carries.
                            7. Now please tell me as per Acceptance of Cylinder Regulatory I have done my job.
                            8. Now booking is cancelled and cylinder also not got.
                            9. I do not know wheather I will get my cylinder or not, as I complained so facing big problem.

                              I guess everyone bike/car owner in Bangalore experiences this.

                              Points to Note :
                              1. I am being cheated by these frauds for about 3-4 months now.
                              2. I visit a petrol pump only when my bike is out of petrol and then fill its tank to full capacity.
                              3. I have the CITIBANK's Inidan Oil Credit Card and so I prefer going to an Indian Oil outlet.
                              4. It came to my notice that no matter what petrol pump I go to, these guys always "by accident", fill the tank with Rs.100/200 petrol first then put their display back to zero and fill in the remaining amount of fuel.

                              The Incident:

                              I caught them red handed today when they filled in the fuel for Rs.200 and stopped "by accident". Somehow, I managed to stop the guy from filling in any more fuel after that (He was very reluctant though, I had to practically push him away to stop him from filling in any more fuel).
                              As I checked the tank, there was no petrol in it although, their display said I owe them Rs. 200/- .
                              It was early in the morning and I was getting late so i couldn't fight for long but I am going there in the evening to talk to their manager.
                              Let's see what happens.

                              PS: Any information about the steps to follow to lodge a complain consumer court will be appreciated.

                              Just the same happended with me at BP Petrol Pump in Sanjaynagar, They show Rs.200 and later fill in the rest. Actually he has not filled the Rs.200.

                                Dear Team,

                                Pls note - we have seen improper handling of fuel charging happening in motor vehicles at below petrol pump.


                                NAME - JOAQUIM PETROL PUMP

                                LOCATION - DEONAR., NEAR CHEMBUR .


                                The pertol attendant shows the Zero meter to the motorist and after the attention of motorist is disturbed., the attendant (or his colleague) slowly moves the meter to Rs.100 or like wise and starts filling the vehicle after that so that he can earn the mark up amount .

                                This is not a one off situation and have observed this in almost alternate occations in same petrol pump.,

                                Have discontinued service from said Petrol Pump and have passed accross the message to all the known people around.


                                Pls investigate action .

                                  I am subscribed to the Indane Gas (consumer no 13525) distributor M/s NEEL GAS AGENCY, JABALPUR, Madhya Pradesh. From last more than one year I am observing that after booking a cylinder I used to follow up usually 5-6 time in every alternate day and every time I got fixed reply that "In a day or two we will deliver cylinder at your doorstep". I got delivery of cylinder usually after 15-20 days of booking. So I just want to raise your concern towards this point that your dealers are not providing proper service to the customers. They don't care for any complaint against them. Last year I requested to the area manager and complaint them about the delayed supply but matter was not solved till yet. It seems that the system has no control. It’s really horrible.

                                  lindane — always delay of refill supply

                                  Sir, I am a customer of Kishen Gas Agency Shimla Road, dehradun since a very long time. Recently when i booked for a refill cylinder they said it would be delivered within 10 days. (I have booked it on 4th march,2011) again i went to ask about cylinder as they never pick the phone they said they would deliver the cylinder now you go to home n wait. but till the date i have not received the the cylinder, when i saw delivery boy near to my house i asked about cylinder he said it has not yet come, he was not behaving well and i was totally irritated by the way he spoke to me. I strongly say please look after this matter. The staffs working in the agency and the delivery boys do not know how to talk decently. They are always rude. The Agency owner should definitely look into this seriously,otherwise he might loose his business very soon....or please favour me if you can manage to change my distributor.
                                  Janata Gas Agency, Shamshad Market has approached for booking of LPG Refill on our LPG connection 10177 on June 2,2011. When the agency was approached today for the status, they claimed that the supply is recorded in their computer for 16th of June while we are still awaiting for the supply. This is sheer negligence on their part. Had they been true, they should have in their record the slip for supply issued by the consumer. To avoid booking on telephone or query about the status of booking, they keep their telephone unanswerable. this could be checked by making a call on their telephone number[protected].

                                  I HAVE ENCOUNTERED VARIOUS PROBLEMS REGARDING" GUJRAL GAS AGENCY" REGARDING DELIVERY OF GAS CYLENDER.
                                  1.I HAVE BOOKED A GAS CYLENDER ON 7.3.2012 WITH BOOKING NUMBER 204654 AND TILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CYLENDER.
                                  2.MY PREVIOUS DELIVERY DATE OF CYLENDER IS 13.02.2012.
                                  3.WHENEVER I AM COMPLAINING TO THE AGENCY THEY ARE ALWAYS SAYING THAT TODAY IT WILL BE DELIVERED BUT I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY CYLENDER TILL DATE.
                                  4.IT IS NOT ONLY THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TO FACE THE SAME PROBLEM EVERY TIME.
                                  I HOPE CORRECT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                                  Please help me where should i go next court or consumer forum ?...
                                  I had booked a refill on 14.2.2015 which is confirmed with
                                  ref no.529292 as informed thro’ SMS from IL-INDANE on 14.2.2015. Refill not yet delivered, but status on
                                  Indane site says that ‘bookings cleared upto22.2.2015’. MEGHA INDANE SERVICES,
                                  Kottakkal, Malappuram informed that my booking is registered in their system on
                                  23.2.2015! (I am still having the confirmatory SMS with me). They further informed me that the delivery
                                  time is 60 days.


                                  Moreover Indane has developed a web site in such a way that
                                  Consumers cannot interact with the company.
                                  One is not sure if the messages reach them or not. They, from their
                                  part, never acknowledge.

                                  I feel I am in a fix after transferring my LPG connection
                                  from HP Bangalore to Indane at the present place (Pl note HP has no dealer in
                                  this town)

                                  Can you help me in getting my refill supplied without any further delay.

                                    I have Indane Gas connection, Sarojani jaiswal from gopiganj . cylinder is not delivered and the Gas receipt is cut in 30 days. and go the gas egency after 10-20 days latter from receipt date.. and the gas charge is 396/- rs. .. and take money 410-425 rs with receipt ...and 10to 20 days after .. now I'am single person .. then a many problem.. and GOPIGANJ GAS EGENCY sale another cylender BLACK ... 1000/- near about .. Very heigh corruption in my city.

                                    So please somthing Do............

                                      My cunsumer no.is 1143 & my complain is our Gas distributor M/S Ratan Lakshmi Indane service,Agam Kuan,Patna-07 Gas cylinder not provide in proper time & proper quantity.Your vendor Bhim maximum time black marketing your Gas cylinder & delay delivered to customer.But time to time cylinder delivered to shopkeeper not in customer.My order no./S.no.173,dated:30-06-11 as on date no any Gas cylinder supply in my house.
                                      So kindly I requiest you punished & warn your vendor Bhim & discuss with your agency manager Mr.Hari Shanker.
