I am facing problem for new gas connection for Indiane Gas.Its already more than 2.5 months since I applied for new connection. No body over there listens for new connection. They keep on saying come later, Manager(Sir) is not available.

I asked about the contact number of Manager, that also not availbale with them, No way to trace or track whereabouts of Manager.

I had booked for gas to my gas distributer M/S Magadh Enterprises, Kurjee ,Patna on[protected].My gas booking No. was 3467 and cash memo No.was 3390.when i could not get the gas then i booked a complain on[protected] to toll free No.155233 and given a complain no. 158502 .But still i did not get the gas.Please intimate me that when i will get my gas. Should i have to go for R.T.I. , Please advice me

I have two domestic gas cylinders. When one cylinder is exhausted I use the second cylinder and make a booking for the first cylinder. After the IVRS system has been introduced only one cylinder is being refilled each month.
Today 12.08.11 my first cylinder finished. So after connecting the second cylinder, I phoned [protected]. I was told that I had booked on 27.07.11 refill order no 251023 and this had been supplied on 6.08.11....

I booked for gas cylinder from Mayank GAs Agency, chhatarpur (MP). My Connection No is 6084 in the name of Pramod Kumar Agrawal, Sarani gate, chhatarpur (MP). I received cylinder on 5th August, 2011. The gas was finished in just 3 days. At the time of delivery I have not noticed that cylinder has less weight. It might have only 1 to 1.5 kh gas.

When I have contacted gas agency, they have told us why you have not seen that time...

There is no home delivery facility to our home but the home delivery charges received by the dealer. Point delivery facility aviblable by the dealer and rs. 10/- per cylinder extra charge. i want to say that i have already paid the authorized charges why should dealer extra charges and why not home delivery facility avibilable to us. The dealer is ALPHA GAS, KACHNAR TOLI, HESAG, HATIA, PO- HATIA, DIST.- RANCHI, PIN-834003...

we are the consumers of indane gass getting supply through KAMESHWAR GASS SERVICE1-2-3 MUNCIPAL MARKET ,BAKSHI NAGAR,JAMMU,J&K.THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE TELEPHONE CALLS FOR BOOKING OF THE RIFILL GASS CYLENDERS ONLY TO AVOID THE HOME DELIVERY OF THE CYLENDERS.& compels the consumers to approach him and take the delivery of the cylenders themselves.it is highly objectionable because the consumers pay for the delivery...

My consumer no. is QG05723 and I had booked a refill no.[protected] on 05.08.2011. I received a SMS message on my telephone no. [protected] at 8.30 p.m on 09.08.2011 that the cylinder has been delivered via cash memo no. 4318. This is absolutely untrue since the gas cylinder has not been delivered. I fear that this is a 'scam' and therefore, as a conscientous citizen, I am lodging this complaint. I hope proper action will be taken...

This morning we contacted out Indane Gas distributors and got information that out gas connection as been transferred from the present provider which was JN Enterprises to some other location which is in Jigani without any prior intimation(which was totally unethical). This has caused major concerns we are unable to book gas and also we are not able to contact the correct person. Can you please transfer back our connection to BTM Layout branch/...

A cylinder was delievered(by Mithala gas Agency) to me around 22nd July . It had bit leakage and the delievery boy did not weighted the cylinder while delievering . For this i filed a complaint via this forum(no-146527). On 4t aug to our surprise all the lpg from the cylinder got consumed. I had purchased gas cylinder on dated 26/07/2011 order no. 7053 customer no. 25085 and name Gunwant tapase Bill no. 7054 from vimal gas services nagpur and from two days it was observed that cylinder is leakage and it increases day by day . Sir, I take a gas connection in 2000 and bought two cylender with a gas choola from balaji gas agency bhind (MP).But still they did not issued a pass book to me.Now they are demanding the papers .Due to the passing a long time I had lost the papers.Pl.search the record and issue me a pass book .

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 4-5 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

1. On 17 June 2011, we booked one gas cylinder.

2. Currently, on checking in the system the cylinder is shown to be 'Delivered on July 30th'. However, we have not received the it, and the same can be verified on the pass book.

3. On August 04, 2011 (today), we visited the nearby Dealer/Distributor and were shocked by the behavior and response of representative Mr.Sushant. According to him:

Yesterday, on 4th Aug 2011 morning 7.15 am in the morning, there was a Fire explosion in Kitchen due to Gas leakage (broken O ring in new cylinder). My wife was shouted loudly. I saw a fire explosion near to Gas cylinder near regulator. The new cylinder was connected just on 3rd Aug 2011 day.
I shocked and try to stop the fire by closing the stove off. Still the fire was not stopping. So my wife has put her hand in burning flame and...

sir, i boooked my gas with chaudhary gas(indane gas distributor) on 21st of july,but without any reason they cancelled my booking on same date. when i enquire about my booking , they told me gas company is not providing enough cylinders. so we are unable to supply gas. And they also said if you need it urgently you have to pay rupees 100 extra. sir they always sold cylindes to hotels in black.my customer id- 20984 , name- rabindra kumar singh....
