We face severe problems in booking our cylinder as we are normally not able to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. This problem is existing for the last five year.
From last 5 years lot of problems with distributor as no service at time, no phone answering, no home delivery, when we book cylinder, the cylinder should atleast delivered in 10 -15 days of booking, they don't deliver & ask to register consumer no or s.no once again, lot complaints done but no effect.

20/07/2011 book s.no of registration as per dealer or distributor is 199 &
10/08/2011 book s.no of registration as per dealer is 36.
Despite repeated complaints the agency is not improving its service. Even after booking the cylinder we have visit them to remind them about the delivery.
Both cylinders are empty at home, struggling with this people to get single refill cylinder. All the time same thing is continued. Is this the way Indane gas treats their customers, now too much upset with the distributor, feeling helpless, now there are only twp ways to straight the distributor, either to approach consumer court or any news channel.

I had booked my gas on 07.02.08 from Natraj Enterprises- Yelahanka new Town and informed that my gas will be delivered which was not done, and again when called on 12.02.08 it was informed my booking has not be done, again booking was done on the same day and i was informed that i wil be getting in two or three days and Iam yet to receive my gas. Previous i had received my gas on 17.01.08. now even though we have double cylinder we are not able to get the reffil even after 30 days, and also we dont have any proof of booking done on telcon. your early action in this regard will be highly soicited
