Sir,
I have transferred my gas connection from Sarnath Gas Agency Canara Bank Building Ashapur on 29th Jan, 2011 (UP). the staff of this agency (Sarnath) was very co- operative and provide transfer paper on the same day, here our experience with indane gas was very good and positive, but when I went to deposit transfer letter SRIRAM Gas Agency, Varanasi BIRDOPOR, U.P. their behavior was very awkward don’t know why. after a lot of effort the agency not going to accept it and they told to go other agency they will not accept it, but SRIRAM gas agency is very close to my home and we want to transfer only this agency. But their behavior is very poor even they don’t know how talk with customers , The reciept of confirmation is being repeatedly denied by SRIRAM Gas Agency till date.
I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously so that I can get my transfer at the earliest.
Your kind concern on the subject will be of great help to me and I shall be ever thankful to you.

I have a connection of cooking gas of indane which is registered by my father in around 20 years back. and i lost my original documant. then distributer sugest me make an letter on rs100 stampaper.but after that they introduce new problem daily. please guide me.

I have indane gas at Warangal (Andrapradesh), Now I transfered to Vadalur (Neyveli -Cuddalore Dist). I have worked in Warangal in Granite Industry, They Transferd to me in Tamilnadu at Vadalur. Today Morning I went to Uma Indane Gas Agencies at Neyveli. They asked me ration card, I told i dont have ration card.i have Pan card only.I need gas connection. Kindly inform me . How can I? get Connection. expecting reply. I will be in Tamilnadu minimum two Years again I will go back Andra pradesh.Kindly what way to get Connection?

I have transferred my DBC from Air Force Gas Agency, Race Corse Road, Amballa Cantt (Haryana) on 26th june, 2008 vide TV No. 0019908 of even date to Shahjahanpur (UP). I deposited the TV to M/S Rohit Gas Agency, Machinery Market, Bahadurganj, Shahjahanpur on 05.08.08 after a lot of effort to get it accepted by the agency people, alongwith two envelops with requisites stamps. My TV was sent to above named agency at Ambala cantt on 23.08.08 vide regd letter No. 0116 of even date. The confirmation reply was generated at the Air Force gas Agency, Ambala on 26th August, 2008 and the same was despatched to M/S rohit gas Agency by a registered letter. The reciept of confirmation is being repeatedly denied by M/S Rohit Gas Agency till date. Moreover they oftenly keep their mobiles swith off and if not they do not respond the call. I smell of deliberations at the end of M/S Rohit Gas at Shahjahanpur and am yet to get my DBC connection in this city.
I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously so that I can get my DBC at the earliest. I would like to bring it into your notice that black marketting of gas is prevailing highly in this zone o[censored]P. being a retired defence person I am suffering a lot due to these prevailing attrocities.

Sir,

I have indane gas at madurai (tamilnadu), Now I transfered to bangalore . I have worked in madurai in upsIndustry, They Transferd to me in bangalore. Today Morning I went to raja Indane Gas Agenciy at bangalore. They asked me ration card, I told i dont have ration card.i have agreement copy only.I need gas connection. Kindly inform me . How can I? get Connection. expecting reply. .Kindly what way to get Connection?

I am regular coustomer of Indane gas (Vinay Indane, N7 CIDCO Auranagabad MS coustomer no 1874).Recently I shifted to another locality where Prayag Gas Osmanpura is dealer of Indane. Honestly I approached previous dealer without taking delivery of due refill that I shifted my house and completed all formailities.Meanwhile before transfere both dealers assured that I will get one delivery immediately.Now with perfect paper work new dealer is not accepting local transfer and previous one naturally not sharing refill because i am not registered there. I am said that it will take another 3-4 weeks for transfer ????. then and then i can book refill. Sir for last 7 days we do not have cooking at home and how long we have to suffer because such dealers appointed by Indian Oil as autorised dealres.Request is therefor being made for immediate tranfer and availability of one refill form any of the dealer.My last booking with Vinay Indane was 936.Contact Nos [protected] and [protected].

My earlier gas connection was under my father's name , But my father has died and I want to transfer this connection to my name .My mother's age is 80 years and is completely dependent on me . So please guide me how to do it .

    Sir, I am Gurumoorthi brother of Narayanan was DGM of Chennai Telephones. My brother consumer number 1968, Saravana Gas Agency., Gandhi Road, Perungalthur. Every time after delivery of gas, delivery man ( I dont know his name. But he is very tall. ) demanding Rs.15 to 25 rupees depends upon his mood., but we are paying tips Rs.10 everytime. Last time we paid Rs.20 extra as tips. This time, we pay only Rs.6.50. So delivery man using abue words.So immediately i called Saravana Gas agency[protected]. and complint about delivery man. One Madam attended the call and she ignored my complint and disconnected the call. Again i called her but she asked to come in person on Monday at 11 AM. During this working time, i unable to go there. Between this, the delivery man came back and asked delivered cylinder to take with him. Again i called Indane gas but this time the delivery man entered the Hall and he plucked land line phone and thorw it outside the entrance forcely and it was broken several pieces. He ran away immediately. Again i called to Saravana Gas Agency from my mobile [protected] and informed all incidents. But that lady suddenly supported his delivery man and we will not deliver the cylinder afterthis if you ask me in person sorry. I shocked and asked the reason. She replied me that i used abuse words. I did not expect this reply from her. Only IOC management will take severe action against this Saravana Gas agency., Perungalathur. Regards,

      Dear Inden Concern,
      Request you to please take the necessary action if you bother the customer complain , most of the month I am facing Cylinder delivery problem , after booking my distributor will take at least 25 to 35 days time to deliver the cylinder, they are not receiving any phone call and also the most of the time on one present in the distribution center (Gas Office) even they are also not receiving the Emergency Contact number in case of GAS Leakage . Can anybody justify why it is too delayed ? Is it the Inden Gas Business Policy ?

        I am a customer for domestic LPG of Indane at Jalpaiguri town. The company provides a facility to book our refill over telephone. But they never pick up the phone. As I went to ask the reason they told me that this is there common practice and no one can change it. So please take necessary action against these type of inconvenience.

          i am custmer in i.oc.dealer .when i book my celynder in agency then my cylynder delever me 7 to 8 day so i complen in agency he said i.o.c plant was not give cylender wright time and he said chek my fieled cylender register so i am cheked his fieled cyl. reg.aproved by mamlatdar ( gov.) khambhaliya his right i.oc. was not send load reguller ; so agency is right .

            Complain:- Gas regulator replacing charge Rs. 360.00 are told to me, but other indane gas agency are not required any replacing charge.
            other complain are gas home delivery charge are must otherwise you are not able to buying gas cylinder.

              Dear Sir,

              I'm looking for new Indane new LPG gas connection, and I've all the required documents with me.

              However when I enquired about the applying the new connection the gas distributor is telling me to come after the 15th day of the month, when I go after 15th again they will ask me to come next month like that they were making me travel and they were not giving the new connection, if i enquire any existing gas holders they were telling uyou will not get the connection until you pay some bribe(amount) to them,. this became the business for them and even after having all the documents we are not getting the connection.

              Some one do the needful.

                  I had booked my gas on 07.02.08 from Natraj Enterprises- Yelahanka new Town and informed that my gas will be delivered which was not done, and again when called on 12.02.08 it was informed my booking has not be done, again booking was done on the same day and i was informed that i wil be getting in two or three days and Iam yet to receive my gas. Previous i had received my gas on 17.01.08. now even though we have double cylinder we are not able to get the reffil even after 30 days, and also we dont have any proof of booking done on telcon. your early action in this regard will be highly soicited

                  I booked for the supply of Indane Gas on 28.11.2009 with TAAS GAS AGECY, Chromepet, Chennai-600044 after lapse of 21 days as directed by them. The said agency has not supplied the gas cylinder till date. Acually 31 days have elapsed from the date of their last supply. The gas will normally exhaust within 20 days. The agency blame the Indian Oil Corporation for the delay. I request the authority kindly to issue suitable instructions to the appropriate authority to supply gas which is used for cooking at least twice a month.

                  This is to inform you that Indane Gas service has become pathetic. The service towards supply is horrible. When ever I book a gas, it is supplied only after 8 to 10 days. I have booked a gas on the 19/04/2010. Till date the same is not yet delivered at my residence. My consumer no. is 3857. I have informed the same matter to Area officer of Indane on her cell no.                   Once I call Madam the gas is supplied immeidately. Please let me know in which way I should book a gas. Should I approach officers of Indane Gas or to my local gas supplier in this case it is Survey Park Gas Service.

                    I am an army officer posted in the field and my father is also posted outside. My address is H No. 238 ZS'A' , BJS COLONY , JODHPUR. Our distributor is MEHRANGARH INDANE, SHOP NO. 1, VEER DURGADAS COLONY, JODHPUR(RAJ). My mother stays alone with my old grandmother at our house. Despite myself booking the gas on 16 July on phone the gas cylinder is still not delivered at my house causing inconvenience and stress to old ladies(senior citizen). And also despite several reminders gas didn't come. On contacting, they give silly excuses and rarely attend the phone call.

                    I can't come frequently on leave for procuring gas cylinder. I request you to address my problem and give me a definite solution so that I shall be relieved and concentrate on my duty. Waiting in anticipation for your positive response.

                      Respected sir,this is to remined you that iam booked my gas at seba fuel on 04/08/2011.(con number:050538,ANJANA RANI SAHA,83,m.b,road,birati,shivani appartment,4th floor.mob no-[protected])But i regret to say that i have not yet been favoured the supply of the same.It is understood from reliable sourse that the gas booked on 7th of auguest has already been delivered.so i hope you will take prompt action in the matter.

You can also lodge a complain against Seba Fuel in my Facebook page Grahok Bondhu or you can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com.

                      I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

                      But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am Mr. Rajasekaran residing at Neyveli quarters. i would like to bring to your kind notice the deliver is not happening on time. i had a one souring experience with the delivery man, he asked extra money to deliver the gas but i refused to give or bribe him. Instead of delivering, he took the cylinder with him and delivered to some one. i made a compliant to the agent (GOSAKA GAS SERVICE)at Neyvali immediately and got back my gas cylinder.

                        After delivering, the delivery man made a promise that he will not deliver the gas on time and will take necessary steps to delay or hold in delivery.

                        I made a written complaint to Pondicherry area inspector Mr. S Murugasamy on 25/July/2009 via The Professional Courier; this was acknowledged by Mr. Murugasamy on 29/July/2009. I am yet to get a valid reply from him. Please look into it... and solve them as early

                        It is been a very difficult for me to book and get delivery.

                        The delivery happened to my Friend on 20/June/2011 but when i inquired, the agency manger promised to deliver on 24/June/2011 evening. But he did not do that. Again i called and inquired on 27/June/2011, the agent manager told me that the delivery man had lost the bill and The agent raised a new bill with revised amount on 27/June/2011 and delivered. i was incurred a loss due to negligence, carelessness and intentional work done by the agent manger and delivery man.

                        sir,my consumer no.30534 having connection with dealer m/s.sree raghavendra gas agencies located at avadi chennai-54.even after making booking 45 days the cylinder is not delivered and i came to know that the delivery man mr.marimuthu sells my cylinder to others like small tiffin centres for a premiium ,by asking him repeatedly he refuses that the bill has not come,enquired with the dealer regarding they say bill has already come a week before,pls take action on this corrupt delivery man .

                          I booked gas on 27 july' 11 booking no 106 ,customers no AF0797 at Aman gas enterprises ( basti jodhewal chowk, opp. Highway service station, G.T road ludhiana (punjab) office 5014029, 6544029 ) but till date i.e. 22.8.2011 dealer did not supply gas. Every time they take 25 to 27 days to supply gas. Some times due to non receipt of gas at their end there may be delay but not every time. Please see.....................i want to keep in the notice of Indane Distribution companies, that their poor services will affect their brand and it may result in loss of customers.

                          Indane Gas — Delayed supply of cylinders

                          My consumer no. is 35072 with M/s Ambika Agencies, Coimbatore (since 2004). Until March 2008 the service was very good. But after that a new delivery boy started delivering cylinders for us. Since then we are facing problems. At the time of booking the company usually gives the probable date of delivery. After that date we have to ring at least for 4 or 5 times before we receive the cylinder. Also it is delivered without
                          the bill. Even now cylinder has not been delivered after 12 days of booking. Kindly solve our problem.

                          Indane gas delay — Delay supply of cylinder

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Shivshankar Agencies, 13B Kundrathur Road Porur Chennai - Phone[protected]/24826490/24827924 and my consumer number is 49944. I have booked for a refile on 28th November 2008 over the direct visit. They replied that they will distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 10th Dec 08. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Shivashankar gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                          My Cons.No:D0046815 ( Two Cylinder) at Ranie Enterprises, Nanganallore, Chennai 61-I reced.the last cylider on 29.12.08 and rebooked on after 25days i.e.29th Jan.009.still I am not received so far. I have to know the details reg. What is the period of bookin the cylinder and delivery period. Now we are having empty cylider only (both). When we go and ask the agency they treated as local people and not given polite response to the consumer/customers. whether they do malpractice or something...
                          My Indane Gas supplier is M/S Prachi Agency, Ranihat Cuttack, Orissa refuges to deliver Cylinders in time .It maintains that due to instruction from Indian Oil Corporation to ration filled Gas cylinder, it has to follow a 30 days cycle.

                          If a consumer receives a cylinder on[protected], he can book for the next cylinder on[protected] or after.The delivery takes another 15 days.

                          Please let me know about the policy of Indian Oil corporation.

                          Almost every day I try to contact the distrbutor, either they don't bother to pick up the phone or they say they are sending it. Either they should give the correct reason for the delay or a defenite date of delivery instead of keeping the customer under suspence.
                          Pls look into this matter urgently as to why this delay and not attending the phone calls of customers.

                          1. IN ALAKA GAS AGNCY IN BHUBANESWAR REGISTERS GAS CYL ONLY 15 DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE DELIVERED TH EPREVIOUS CYL. THEY TAKE ABOUT 15 DAYS TO DELIVER A CYLINDER. IT TAKES ABOUT 3-4 DAYS TO CONTACT THE AGENCY TO REGISTER FOR SUPPLY OF A CYL. THUS, IT TAKES ABOUT 34-35 DAYS FROM THE TIME A NEW CYL IS PUT TO USE AND THE NEXT ONE IS RECEIVED. HOWEVER, A CYL LAST ABOUT 21-28 DAYS. HENCE ONE HAS TO MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS.
                          2. AS PER YOUR POLICY, A CYL CAN BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS. THIS IS PERFECTLY ALRIGHT AND MUST BE FOLLOWED.
                          3. THEREFORE, THE AGENCY SHOULD REGISTER WHENEVER THE CONSUMER CONTACTS THEM, BUT MAY DELIVER ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS OF THE LAST CYLINDER AS PER YOUR POLICY IN VOGUE. I HAVE BRIUGHT THIS TI THEIR NOTICE. MAY I REQUEST YOU TO INTERVENE.

                          My Consumer No. is 3455-thru an Indane Dealer KLEEN GAS at Unit-3,Bhubaneswar. Everytime I found that they habitually delaying in supplies. In May they had billed the Gas Cylinder on 26th May and physically supplied on 1st of June only when I visited.Again in June they took our booking on 14th only on my visit. Although I had booked on 10th by phone. But till 6th of June they had not supplied.

                          When I started enquiry from 29th,everyday they used to commit supply next day. When I visited on 6th they commited to supply at any cost on 6th itself but they didnot.

                          I have certain doubts that the other dealers in town are supplying within 10-15 days,than why this dealer is harrassing.

                          My mother Tmt. Amsa customer ( customer No. 13094) of Kamakshi Gas agency Kanchipuram. We are suffering very much in abnormal delay in the supply of cyclinder for the past one year. The supply time gap between one cyclinder to another cyclinder around 45 days. When approach the agency they told as per govt. order it is 40 days limit it is correct? pls confirm it. Let us for example last delivery date 14.1.2011, we registered cyclinder on 17.2.2011 but till date (28.2.2011) not yet received. Actual cyclinder capacity around 30 days. In every supply agency will delay 5 to 10 days will cumulate long delay. Every month were are suffering very much. Pls take necessary steps to supply in 30 days in future. Is indane are insist to practice fasting one week every month or takeing food out side. I hope Indane will take positive steps in this regard.

                              This is the second time I'm facing the problem. When I'm connecting the new gas to the regulator it's leaking.The strange thing is the dealr is not taking it seriously. I had called up them today in the morning and it was told to me that they would turn up in 1 hr but nobody has responded so far and whn I called them again they're telling they'll come by evening. At the first place this issue should not have happened. Will Indane be responsible if anything happens because of this leaking. Hope somebody is hearing me.

                              i have taken the connection on February,2009. from very beginning there were a smell were coming like leaking of gas. i have reported to gas agency severeal times. but the technician were coming and repaired the burner.but after few days days same problems persisting.
                              now i need to change the exixting burner as early as possible, cause the laeking is happening.

                              A Gas was supplied on 18 Jan 11 on Consumer No V10222 by Vijayant Gas Service and a complaint was lodged twice for gas leak and replace the cylinder. But the agency has only tried to stop the cylinder leak and has been unsuccessful. The gas leak is not only an hazzard but also causing ill health, and the agency has not replaced the cylinder till date.

                              Strect action should be taken against the Vijayant Gas Service so as to provide Safe services to the customers.

                                  Mysel[censored]mashankar G. Dixit residing in Kubernagar in Ahmdabad city of Gujarat has made several time complaint for the improper delivery of the Gas cylinder at home but they are always failing to do so. I have already booked my cylinder on 01/08/2011for home delivery and visisted several time to office as they did not delivered it and whenever I go they just say that it has been already sent to your home and make such excuses .

                                  I'm fed up with the system so this is last and final attempt for me.

                                    Many village peoples sold their cylinder(Rs.600/each cylinder) to auto drivers. This reason only they booked in gas agencies for cylinder. Many peoples got 2 cylinders but not registered in their ration cards. so they got 3 lt heresin illegally. please stop this illegal business of cylinder sales and receiving herosin.

                                        I have booked for LPG gas refill cylinder on 05-08-11 on phone to agency office.
                                        I contacted the gas agency office on 17-08 & 18-08 for inquiring about delivery status, they assured both the day that I will get delivery that day only.
                                        Even today on 19-08-11, I have not got the delivery of gas cylinder.

                                        I agree My customer ID is 2457 my booking is on 8-8-2011 but still we have not recieved our cylinder and if we inquire there customer and owner talk in rude language and abuse us so please take a legal action against this Mayuri Gas Agency (Valsad - Chanvai) ASAP...
