Dear Sir,
I am Mr. Rajasekaran residing at Neyveli quarters. i would like to bring to your kind notice the deliver is not happening on time. i had a one souring experience with the delivery man, he asked extra money to deliver the gas but i refused to give or bribe him. Instead of delivering, he took the cylinder with him and delivered to some one. i made a compliant to the agent (GOSAKA GAS SERVICE)at Neyvali immediately and got back my gas cylinder.

After delivering, the delivery man made a promise that he will not deliver the gas on time and will take necessary steps to delay or hold in delivery.

I made a written complaint to Pondicherry area inspector Mr. S Murugasamy on 25/July/2009 via The Professional Courier; this was acknowledged by Mr. Murugasamy on 29/July/2009. I am yet to get a valid reply from him. Please look into it... and solve them as early

It is been a very difficult for me to book and get delivery.

The delivery happened to my Friend on 20/June/2011 but when i inquired, the agency manger promised to deliver on 24/June/2011 evening. But he did not do that. Again i called and inquired on 27/June/2011, the agent manager told me that the delivery man had lost the bill and The agent raised a new bill with revised amount on 27/June/2011 and delivered. i was incurred a loss due to negligence, carelessness and intentional work done by the agent manger and delivery man.

lindane — delivery man not delivering

sir,my consumer no.30534 having connection with dealer m/s.sree raghavendra gas agencies located at avadi chennai-54.even after making booking 45 days the cylinder is not delivered and i came to know that the delivery man mr.marimuthu sells my cylinder to others like small tiffin centres for a premiium ,by asking him repeatedly he refuses that the bill has not come,enquired with the dealer regarding they say bill has already come a week before,pls take action on this corrupt delivery man .

    I booked gas on 27 july' 11 booking no 106 ,customers no AF0797 at Aman gas enterprises ( basti jodhewal chowk, opp. Highway service station, G.T road ludhiana (punjab) office 5014029, 6544029 ) but till date i.e. 22.8.2011 dealer did not supply gas. Every time they take 25 to 27 days to supply gas. Some times due to non receipt of gas at their end there may be delay but not every time. Please see.....................i want to keep in the notice of Indane Distribution companies, that their poor services will affect their brand and it may result in loss of customers.

    Indane Gas — Delayed supply of cylinders

    My consumer no. is 35072 with M/s Ambika Agencies, Coimbatore (since 2004). Until March 2008 the service was very good. But after that a new delivery boy started delivering cylinders for us. Since then we are facing problems. At the time of booking the company usually gives the probable date of delivery. After that date we have to ring at least for 4 or 5 times before we receive the cylinder. Also it is delivered without
    the bill. Even now cylinder has not been delivered after 12 days of booking. Kindly solve our problem.

    Alaka Agency in Bhubaneswar is one of the leading supplier of Indane LPG Cylinder.Since last one year this agency has made a habit of delaying the delivery of cylinder.Even it is not delivered after fifteen days.They use to blame the Indian Oil for short supply.I booked a Cylinder on 20.9.08.But until today i.e. 3.10.08, I have not received the cylinder.I therefore request you to give strict instruction to the supplier to deliver me the cylinder without further delay and not to delay the delivery in future.

    Indane gas delay — Delay supply of cylinder

    Dear Sir,

    I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Shivshankar Agencies, 13B Kundrathur Road Porur Chennai - Phone[protected]/24826490/24827924 and my consumer number is 49944. I have booked for a refile on 28th November 2008 over the direct visit. They replied that they will distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 10th Dec 08. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Shivashankar gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

    Every time we have to go to their Office for booking.

    Booking for gas cylinder the System resticted 20 days.
    Then they take another 20 days for supply the cylinder.
    They not supply home delivery. i make arrangement go take personnally.
    What they all doing.
    pls arrange the alternate agency for Sri Balaji Gas Agency.

    My Cons.No:D0046815 ( Two Cylinder) at Ranie Enterprises, Nanganallore, Chennai 61-I reced.the last cylider on 29.12.08 and rebooked on after 25days i.e.29th Jan.009.still I am not received so far. I have to know the details reg. What is the period of bookin the cylinder and delivery period. Now we are having empty cylider only (both). When we go and ask the agency they treated as local people and not given polite response to the consumer/customers. whether they do malpractice or something...
    My Indane Gas supplier is M/S Prachi Agency, Ranihat Cuttack, Orissa refuges to deliver Cylinders in time .It maintains that due to instruction from Indian Oil Corporation to ration filled Gas cylinder, it has to follow a 30 days cycle.

    If a consumer receives a cylinder on[protected], he can book for the next cylinder on[protected] or after.The delivery takes another 15 days.

    Please let me know about the policy of Indian Oil corporation.

    I, V. Ramkumar has booked for a gas cylinder 10 days ago vide consumer no. 20010 to our agent M/s. Vandana Agency at Raja Garden (West Delhi), New Delhi.
    Almost every day I try to contact the distrbutor, either they don't bother to pick up the phone or they say they are sending it. Either they should give the correct reason for the delay or a defenite date of delivery instead of keeping the customer under suspence.
    Pls look into this matter urgently as to why this delay and not attending the phone calls of customers.

    Indane Gas — DELAY IN SUPPLY OF CYLINDERS

    1. IN ALAKA GAS AGNCY IN BHUBANESWAR REGISTERS GAS CYL ONLY 15 DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE DELIVERED TH EPREVIOUS CYL. THEY TAKE ABOUT 15 DAYS TO DELIVER A CYLINDER. IT TAKES ABOUT 3-4 DAYS TO CONTACT THE AGENCY TO REGISTER FOR SUPPLY OF A CYL. THUS, IT TAKES ABOUT 34-35 DAYS FROM THE TIME A NEW CYL IS PUT TO USE AND THE NEXT ONE IS RECEIVED. HOWEVER, A CYL LAST ABOUT 21-28 DAYS. HENCE ONE HAS TO MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS.
    2. AS PER YOUR POLICY, A CYL CAN BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS. THIS IS PERFECTLY ALRIGHT AND MUST BE FOLLOWED.
    3. THEREFORE, THE AGENCY SHOULD REGISTER WHENEVER THE CONSUMER CONTACTS THEM, BUT MAY DELIVER ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS OF THE LAST CYLINDER AS PER YOUR POLICY IN VOGUE. I HAVE BRIUGHT THIS TI THEIR NOTICE. MAY I REQUEST YOU TO INTERVENE.

    Indane Gas — Delay in supplying Cylinder

    My Consumer No. is 3455-thru an Indane Dealer KLEEN GAS at Unit-3,Bhubaneswar. Everytime I found that they habitually delaying in supplies. In May they had billed the Gas Cylinder on 26th May and physically supplied on 1st of June only when I visited.Again in June they took our booking on 14th only on my visit. Although I had booked on 10th by phone. But till 6th of June they had not supplied.

    When I started enquiry from 29th,everyday they used to commit supply next day. When I visited on 6th they commited to supply at any cost on 6th itself but they didnot.

    I have certain doubts that the other dealers in town are supplying within 10-15 days,than why this dealer is harrassing.

    i have not received the gas.This have become malpractice and is repeated every month.
    The gas cylinder supply is delayed every time.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My mother Tmt. Amsa customer ( customer No. 13094) of Kamakshi Gas agency Kanchipuram. We are suffering very much in abnormal delay in the supply of cyclinder for the past one year. The supply time gap between one cyclinder to another cyclinder around 45 days. When approach the agency they told as per govt. order it is 40 days limit it is correct? pls confirm it. Let us for example last delivery date 14.1.2011, we registered cyclinder on 17.2.2011 but till date (28.2.2011) not yet received. Actual cyclinder capacity around 30 days. In every supply agency will delay 5 to 10 days will cumulate long delay. Every month were are suffering very much. Pls take necessary steps to supply in 30 days in future. Is indane are insist to practice fasting one week every month or takeing food out side. I hope Indane will take positive steps in this regard.

        This is the second time I'm facing the problem. When I'm connecting the new gas to the regulator it's leaking.The strange thing is the dealr is not taking it seriously. I had called up them today in the morning and it was told to me that they would turn up in 1 hr but nobody has responded so far and whn I called them again they're telling they'll come by evening. At the first place this issue should not have happened. Will Indane be responsible if anything happens because of this leaking. Hope somebody is hearing me.

        i have taken the connection on February,2009. from very beginning there were a smell were coming like leaking of gas. i have reported to gas agency severeal times. but the technician were coming and repaired the burner.but after few days days same problems persisting.
        now i need to change the exixting burner as early as possible, cause the laeking is happening.

        A Gas was supplied on 18 Jan 11 on Consumer No V10222 by Vijayant Gas Service and a complaint was lodged twice for gas leak and replace the cylinder. But the agency has only tried to stop the cylinder leak and has been unsuccessful. The gas leak is not only an hazzard but also causing ill health, and the agency has not replaced the cylinder till date.

        Strect action should be taken against the Vijayant Gas Service so as to provide Safe services to the customers.

          dealer giving bill for rs 429.50 where as they are charging 450 rs at home delivery but they do not supply the reciept of 450Rs. Dealer says that 20 rs chargeble for home delivery each cylinder.

            Mysel[censored]mashankar G. Dixit residing in Kubernagar in Ahmdabad city of Gujarat has made several time complaint for the improper delivery of the Gas cylinder at home but they are always failing to do so. I have already booked my cylinder on 01/08/2011for home delivery and visisted several time to office as they did not delivered it and whenever I go they just say that it has been already sent to your home and make such excuses .

            I'm fed up with the system so this is last and final attempt for me.

            So pls the do needful for me and give positive respponse to me.

              Respected sir,
              Many village peoples sold their cylinder(Rs.600/each cylinder) to auto drivers. This reason only they booked in gas agencies for cylinder. Many peoples got 2 cylinders but not registered in their ration cards. so they got 3 lt heresin illegally. please stop this illegal business of cylinder sales and receiving herosin.
              please verify the gas agencies.(particularly nagercoil to manakudy area)

                SIR, I, ASHOK KUMAR TOMER RESIDENT of mohan nagar colony, gali no. 3, pilkhuwa(ghaziabad) , uttar pradesh.booked gas on[protected] and still have not got the delivery. I made a contact with the agency but the reply is the same .Even they are ready to give the refill in black. What to do, I am really getting depressed.Shall i switch off my gas connection.                   My customer no 3328 with Mayuri gas agency located at Valsad (Village - Chanvai),
                  I have booked for LPG gas refill cylinder on 05-08-11 on phone to agency office.
                  I contacted the gas agency office on 17-08 & 18-08 for inquiring about delivery status, they assured both the day that I will get delivery that day only.
                  Even today on 19-08-11, I have not got the delivery of gas cylinder.

                  I agree My customer ID is 2457 my booking is on 8-8-2011 but still we have not recieved our cylinder and if we inquire there customer and owner talk in rude language and abuse us so please take a legal action against this Mayuri Gas Agency (Valsad - Chanvai) ASAP...

                    We face severe problems in booking our cylinder as we are normally not able to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. This problem is existing for the last five year.

                    From last 5 years lot of problems with distributor as no service at time, no phone answering, no home delivery, when we book cylinder, the cylinder should atleast delivered in 10 -15 days of booking, they don't deliver & ask to register consumer no or s.no once again, lot complaints done but no effect.

                    Details of bookings of cylinders for your kind perusal...

                    20/07/2011 book s.no of registration as per dealer or distributor is 199 &

                    10/08/2011 book s.no of registration as per dealer is 36.

                    Despite repeated complaints the agency is not improving its service. Even after booking the cylinder we have visit them to remind them about the delivery.

                    Both cylinders are empty at home, struggling with this people to get single refill cylinder. All the time same thing is continued. Is this the way Indane gas treats their customers, now too much upset with the distributor, feeling helpless, now there are only twp ways to straight the distributor, either to approach consumer court or any news channel.

                    Reply in this regard on [protected]@yahoo.com or call [protected]. I hope I will get feedback within 24 hrs and an immediate action must needed is taken very soon to improve Indane gas service.

                      Sir,
                      M/S Anand Gas Services, Ranchi always supply LPG in late. Reminder always made but not care. My consumer no.:- 61732 booked on 13.07.11 but more than one month still not supplied. I am facing problem. Kindly look into the matter.

                      The delivery of refill is done only after recurrent reminders . SMS booking of the refill has been done on 8th Jan(Booking S N 201078). No supply till date. When contacted on phone today in the morning the person of M/S Anand Gas Service assured that the delivery will be done today. I kept waiting for the whole day, still waiting for the same! It is 7 PM now.

                        This complaint is regarding the gas connection AGGMA Gas agency in sector-5 faridabad.
                        We have shifted the house for around 8 months due to the construction and will be back to the same locality after around 8 months, but to avoid the problems caused to the gas agency we have not shifted the gas connection. As gas was required we could not take home delivery we asked the owner of Aggma gas for the delivery from their shop only but they refused that they give home delivery only, which was not the case as we saw people take the gas from the shop itself. Now can anyone help me and advise how to make food inspite of 2 gas connections

                        INDIAN OIL GAS CYLINDER — late delivery &less weight

                        My consumer no.6857 and I am a resident of C-7 Radio Colony Benajhabar, Kanpur(My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Meera Gas Agency(Indane Gas) Swaroop Nagar Kanpur is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold or single lim(one side comunication) in only one available No.[protected].
                        I am very sorry to bring to your notice that Agency has notbooking befor twenty one days from delivry of gas .I have booked gas on date 01/07/2009 Sr. no 38 is given but no delivery have confirm till date.

                        Oftenly i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 2kg to 4kg in each cylinder. due to so late delivery i cannot return that.

                        Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

                        INDIAN OIL GAS CYLINDER — SHORT WEIGHT SUPPLY

                        Myself Surender Aggarwal my Consumer no. 2850 vide Gas Agency Tin No. [protected] , 1799 Sohan Ganj, Delhi-7 in the name of Leela gas service , My Address is 33/18, Shakti Nagar, Delhi-7. My Complain regarding short weight of Gas Cylender every Time on Delivery. I have recd. delivery yesterday and I find that weight is short upto 2.200 KG. The agency dealar not solved my problem. So please take any action as above.

                        LEELA GAS AGENCY(CYLINDER) — NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

                        My consumer no. is 12347 with Leela Gas Service, Jawahar Nagar, Delhi. I had booked a cyllinder on 04.06.2011 vide your reference no. 5456242 on your online service. Once the delivery boy came but at that time we are not at home. We told delivery boy next day to deliver the cylinder but he was saying that u have to book cylinder again but in your online service, it was showing pending. Daily I am calling the agency but they are not picking up phone. So,I request you to look into the matter immediately.

                          Sir - A gas leaking smell was observed in my gas connection on 07th of Aug 11 and the complaint was registered in 'Vinu Gas Agency" on 08th Aug 11. They promised the replacement in 10 days time and till now it is not done. As there are small children and adults are at home; they are scared to sleep in home every day due to this safety hazard. Appreciate your intervention in order to expedite this complaint the soonest possible. My name is M.J. Xavier consumer number 1770 in Vinu Gas in Ollur.                             i m Mr. Bharat Prajapati, Live in Adipur nearest City of Gandhidham, from many more days i found and note that maximum indane gas cylinder is Expire Date, My Previous gas cylinder is also Expire Date with A-2010, and presently which i use is also Expire Date C-2010, so how i can handle if my family suffer big problem, please kindly advice me regarding this.

                              being a consumer bearing number 8289 of M/S SAI PRASAD GAS AGENCY, 1/6 VYAPAR VIHAR, BILASPUR, CG[protected] reported for leakage of gas from regulator in the morning at about 10-30 am. today i. e. 16.08.2011 though it is occurring from 13.08.2011. But as up to 17.30 no one attended in spite of promise, when i rang again, it was replied that it is not possible to attend today - no manpower we are having now. Is it the service of an organization like repute and that also in emergent situations when accident may occur at any moment. If so, who will be resposible for that?

                              Being a reputed organiztion is it not the responsibility to look into the safety aspect of the consumers.

                              Indian oil corporation — not attending lpg Gas leak

                              My Name is S.Ramachandran,plot no.14,lakshmi avenue,Madanandapuram,porur,chennai,my consumer No.52701,my Mobile No.[protected] Gas agency Name .Shiv shankar Gas agency,porur,chennai.I have been harassed by this Gas Agency for getting my refill of LPG cylinder.
                              They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 25 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill. So ultimate I got to wait for nearly 40 days to get a refill cylinder, the purpose of possessing double cylinders is being defeated, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my grievance at the earliest. Otherwise I may be permitted to book another gas cylinder in the name of my wife which I suppose will give me some solace. Thanking you in anticipation

                                Poonam Automobiles- Indian Oil Petrol outlet, located at Serve No-89 Mangdewadi, Katraj, Pune-Bangalore National Highway Pune 411046.

                                People please be aware when ever you go to fill fuel at this pump. The staff who put the fuel in your vehicle are fraud. Let me illustrate how they cheat people while refuelling.

                                They have two rows the left one is for two wheelers where people usually refuel for petrol costing 100-200 rupees. And the second row on the right where four wheeler refuel there cars etc. Now the staff on the pump will ask you to park your car a little ahead from where you cant see the Zero reading.

                                They will keep you busy by asking whether you have card or cash payment, if card which card and stuff, mean while, when you ask him to refill for 1000 rupees, they will continue without resetting the Zero button. Here is how they do, remember the left row, 2 wheelers refill for 100- 200 rupees and you have requested for 1000 rupee petrol. So if they have filled petrol for 150 in a bike in the left row, without hesitating, keeping you busy in answering about mode of payment they will resume the meter from 150 and will stop at 1000. Thus you end up paying 1000 rupees for petrol worth of 850 rupees.

                                The management knows this malpractice but is happy earing profit from our hard earned money.

                                Please be aware make sure you see the ZERO before refill. I make it a point and never stops at this cheaters paradise.

                                  I HAD BOOKED GAS CYLINDER THROUGH PORTAL ON 04/08/201. EVEN AFTER ONE WEEK I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CYLINDER SUPPLY. WHEN I ENQUIRED THROUGH ONLINE, I WAS TOLD THAT THE SUPPLY WAS DELIVERED BY OUR GAS AGENCY TILL 06/08/2011. WHEN I CONTACTED MY GAS AGENCY (SATHY GAS AGENCY, R.K.ROAD,ROYAPET,CHENNAI 14),I WAS TOLD THAT THE GAS CYLINDER WAS RETURNED UNDELIVERED DUE TO "DOOR LOCK". SINCE BOTH ARE WORKING IN PSU, WE WON'T BE AVAILABLE DURING 9.30 AM TO 5.30 PM. THE SAME WAS ALSO CONVEYED TO THE GAS AGENCY AND REQUEST LETTER
                                  FOR DELIVERING THE GAS CYLINDER BEFORE 9.30 AM WAS GIVEN. BUT THE SAME IS NOT ACCEPTED AND TILL DATE (16/08/2011) GAS CYLINDER IS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO US.

                                  HENCE WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AND INSTRUCT THEM TO DELIVER THE GAS CYLINDER BEFORE 9.30 AM. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

                                    lindane — refill not being given

                                    the distributor is not giving refill within 30 days from the last refill. I have a family of 5 people and the refill lasts upto 21 days. is there a rule that distributors can refuse refills within 30 days? where is it written? who has made this rule? is there a scarcity? The distributor is asking me to book from private gas agencies. Besides the indane gas refills are available on the street for 600 rupees. who are we benefitting with this rule???

                                      I am facing problem for new gas connection for Indiane Gas.Its already more than 2.5 months since I applied for new connection. No body over there listens for new connection. They keep on saying come later, Manager(Sir) is not available.

                                      I asked about the contact number of Manager, that also not availbale with them, No way to trace or track whereabouts of Manager.

                                      There is another blog, where there lot of Indians who are having trouble with this Gas Station.
                                      There Registration need to be cancelled..They are making money from our pocket, withiut providing any service..
