Dear sir,
I am facing very much problem in getting cyllinder after booking for it in INDANE GAS agency SULABH INDANE SERVICE situated at Fulwarisharif Patna,distributor code177178.
This refill booking station harrash your customer in delivery of gas cyllinder and takes more than 20 days in supply of cyllinder.Some malpractice is going on,those who offered more than actual rate ,gas cyllinder is being delivered to them.I have booked my refill cylinder on 28/08/2010 and still waitng for my cyllinder.

mother dairy vegetable booth 903 — overcharging

The motherdairy booth operator in 903, Arjun Marg DLF Gurgaon is cheating the public. The unit prices of items are deliberately not fed in the machines. These are typed in each time. This gives plenty of scope to the operator to overcharge. When it is detected, he immediately tears up the bill mumbling sorry sorry. Most of the time we do not have the correct unit price to compare. He particularly targets old ladies, servants, illiterate people. Also people buying many items are his targets because he can easily overcharge in 3 or four items. The concerned authorities have been told but no action is taken.

Indane Gas Cylinder Refilling — Gas Booking

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a cylinder for my domestic gas connection against consumer no.VK14412 registered with M/S Vasant Kunj Gas Agency, Chhatarpur New Delhi, Ph No.[protected],[protected], on last Saturday morning i.e.[protected], but till today[protected] it has not been delivered provided several request on 05-08-09 and 07-08-09 in the morning at around 11.00 am and 4.30 pm.

After several conversation with Ms Usha, all the times she promised to deliver the refilled cylinder the same day but with no positive result. All most a week gone but all the time she is saying, "The cylinder must be delivered today." But it is a false promise.

Hence, I would like to request you to take necessary action against the Agency or the person assured with false promise/s.

Dear sir,

    We hereby are highly upset due to non time delivery of Home Gas Cylinders, Our Gas agency i.e. Victory Gas Service, Pilani Dist-Jhunjhunu Rajasthan India is very rude to all customers, we have booked many times our cylinders but every time from there side they make excuses that your address is not matching,, In fact our address is 100% correct,
    It happens because the authorised Dealer sells the Gas Cylinders in black Market,, on a double price of the Cylinders
    We hereby request you once again that this agency must be treated as most irresponsible towards the customers

      I am having Indane Gas Connection (Customer No. TC-04070 ) with M/s Jayant Gas Service, B-24, Community Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-58. My gas cylinder got empty in the morning at 6.30 AM and there was a smell in the new cyclinder at the time of installation. I immediately tried to contact the emergency numbers (Mob.[protected], 25080458,[protected] provided in the Cash Memo by the abovesaid agency. It was an utter surprise for me that both the landline numbers were not picked up by anyone and the person available on mobile, Gopi gave us another number (Mob.[protected]) for complaint. I have been trying to contact the new number since then but all in vain. Then I tried to contact Gopi's number but it was switched off. Finally, I contacted Gopi at 8.30 AM and he confirmed me that their person will visit within two hours i.e. arount 10.30 AM.

      I am shocked and surprised if this is the attitute of the Gas Agency Emergency Cell to the customer who are in dire need of their services.

      Hope u must do the needful in the matter and also try to improve the services o[censored]r Emergency Cell.

        leakage in the cylender and trying tel no.[protected],2291228 from the morning and no one is picking up the phone to take the complaint. Due to this negligence there may some drastic happening can happen. You are requested to take the complaint to stop this leakage.

          delay in delivering the cylindars to the poor customers. unauthentically Selling the cylindars for higher prizes.

          I've registered for my cylindar on 3rd September, 2010. and my consumer number with Saravana Gas Agency, Perungulathur is, 25442. today is 16th september, 2010. 3:45 pm. I just rang up to them and a lady attended and rudely said, go lodge complaint wherever you can. we will send you only after another three days time.

          The anoying thing with that agency is, they accept refil registration only after 21 days from the delivery day. Even though many high officials were telling in publick as such a duration is not required.

          I wonder who is the liar here?

          will it be any use in typing all my stressy complaints here?

          Is there anyone going to take any action against that fraud agency?

          The guy in the petrol pumb(2nd petrolpumb from ggn bus stand to Iffco) was really rude and started shouting for change... He did not accept the card payment nor informed in advance.

          Moreover he filled the petrol to those bikers who were without halmet.
          Not only this he gave petrol in bottles to consumers inspite of telling this to the manager he laughed and ignored me.

            We are the consumer of M/s Karuna Gas Agency (Indian Oil Corp. Distributing Agency), Surendra Nagar, Nagpur. The refill for gas cylinder was booked on 1.09.2010. It is not yet delivered. The agency does not respond to phone calls for request for the cylinder. It has been a kind of mental harassment of the consumers, specially the old age people.

                This is the almost every customer's problem who are attaching with this agency. Modern gas agency is worst agency of indane in gwalior. They misbehaved with customer and not pick the phone so many times even they put the receiver off after so many ring. Indane officer must do something these type of agency who are cheating with the customer. So many times they book the number and after 1 or 2 week when customer is expecting his cylinder they says your number is not booked. Shameful
                This is the almost every customer's problem who are attaching with this agency. Modern gas agency is worst agency of indane in gwalior. They misbehaved with customer and not pick the phone so many times even they put the receiver off after so many ring. and the staff who is working over there have no maner how talk with customer, they always talk in rough language.

                  I have booked the LPG cylinder on 02.09.2010. On 09.09.2010 the deliveryman Mr.Perumal has demanded Rs.20/- extra for immediate delivery.(Showing my Bill) My wife refused to give the extra money. Approached the Maruthi Indane Distributor, Annanagar western Extn. (Welcome Colony). The staff of the company also replied that 30th booking only going on. your trun will come only 13.09.2010. My complaints was not entertained by the distributor..Till date no supply was made to me. Even telephone calls are not responded properly.

                  Indane Gas - LPG supply — Non lifting of telephone for refilling booking and delay in supply

                  I am having LPG connection with Indane gas and with the agent of M/S LV Reddy gas agencies, Hasmathpet, Bowenapally, Hyderabad. My SV No. 26374. I am facing lot problem on refill booking over phone as the staff of the agency are not lifting the phone. I am forced to apply leave and to go them for booking. I made a complaint about this in the complaint book on 04/03/2008 but no respose. They are keeping the phones disconnected always which was pointed out and shown to them on my visits and the behaviour of the staff are errotic.On 4/3/08 I have booked on going to them personally for refilling and the booking No. is 1848. So far no supply and as usual I unable to get them over phone for making enquiry. If some thing is done towards this I will be very greatful to the concerned.

                  Indane Gas — REFILLS BILLED AT AGENCY NOT DELIVERED BY DELIVERY MAN

                  Two re-fills were booked with Bindhu Gas, Aluva 683108, Kerala on May 31, 2008. On enquiry over phone on July 10, Agency informed that refills were already billed at their end ; and cylinders given to the delivery man.

                  The cylinders have not been delivered till now [11 July]

                  Ocbiously, the delivery man has sold them to someone else.

                  And this is not the first time this has happened
                  I am user of Indane Gas, My consumer No. is 4237. I have my Gas account with Gemani Enterprises, Najafgarh, New Delhi.The Telephone No.is[protected]. I have booked for re-fill of cylinder on 9.08.2010 vide booking No. 509.I am unable to contact the agency as no one is picking the Phone.

                  The cylinders have not been delivered till now. [19 August 2010]

                  Sub:- Complaint regarding the non delivery of cooking gas refill cylinders reg:-

                  I am a 65 years old widow staying alone in my home. I have two Cylinders of Indane gas connection with consumer No. 69 attatched to S B Gas Agencies Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Ph. No[protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting[protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting. Though I find difficulty in travel, I personaly went to the office of the agency and booked for refill cylinder on[protected].(Before booking this I was trying to contact the party throgh phone, which is on engaged tone always. If at any time the ring is going the party never lift it) The Agency promissed that they will deliver the refill cylinder within 15 days. As there was no response from the party I approched them again on person twise and they had agreed to deliver the cylinder on the very next day itself. As on date the refill cylinder is not delivered to me and as the phone is engaged always I can't contact the party.
                  Kindly help me in getting the cylinder at the earliest as my second cylinder is also getting empty.

                  I have booked LPG refill on 18.10.2010. IVRS booking No.169 was provided by Indane Gas with the assurance that the refill would be provided within 10 days. But till date the distributor Uttrayan gas services (Phone No.25727656,[protected] Jangra, Kalitala, Baguihati, Kolkata700059 has not provided me LPG refill. This type of delay in delivery occur almost every month and crippling our domestic life.

                    i am a consumer of indane gas through gujral gas co. I am verry unhappy with the service of gujral gas co. jabalpur. first of all this agency have no any palce for distribute gas cylender, some time it distribute from r.c. ground penti naka, some time it distribute from vacate place of sadar bazar, some time from mutton market. in actlly they have no any perticular palce for distribute the gas cylender. Second thing now this agency billing & distribute the gas cylender on plain paper without any original bill. whenever we demand for bill agency empolyee refuse to issue bill parchi. Third one is that empolyee of the agencies is verry bad and they are unable to help the consumer for any type of problems. i have so many complaint againt the gujral gas company so please take some neccessary action againt gujral gas co. jabalpur and help us.

                    I agree with the complaint and also the delivery is never on time inspite o[censored]s going and carrying the cylinder to their shop they refuse to give a new cylinder .
                    gujral gas company is worst in the jabalpur. they don't treat a consumer as consumer. they think he is costumer so plz kill like ""KAST-MAR:"" . I have booked the gas online but til date no response. how would i know what is my booking status . they take no initiative to inform me.

                        on[protected], My consumer no. is 2032, 43 days done but I have not got cylinder till date, I went to gas agency to inquire about it and they told me cylinders are not coming from company, It's very difficult with out cylinder, I request you to please look into the issue

                            After waiting for more than 15days of booking gas, the way consumer is duped for his basic necessity is very disappointing. Discovered more than 10kg(Measured on Weighing Machine) of water in LPG Cylinder received. Both the cylinder delivered earlier and this time contained same amount of water.
                            Calling and asking Gas Authorities is in vain, since they don't even pick phones. Leave alone addressing issues. Consumer No: 4695. Tried whole day, but nobody answered call. Visited Chander Nagar Gas Service to discover they are on Strike.

                              Hello Sir,
                              I am Annayappa from AFZALPUR dist: GULBARGA, KARNATAKA and having consumer number 1547 under Sri Seva Indane Gas Distributions AFZALPUR.
                              I have booked the cylinder on 16-JAN-2012 and waiting for the same from past 2 weeks.
                              When we thought of checking about the cylinder status, none of the number listed/shared by gas agency is working most of the time and some time they keep ringing and no one is lifting the phone during official time.
                              When we went to GAS agency personally, most of the time it will be locked during working hours.
                              At times we met the owner and supply boy, their common answer is no supply from head office, but we could see the supply Van roaming around the city. This could show some illegal supply is happening with this agency.

                              Customer service is very very bad. Rudely speaking with customers specially Women and senior citizens.

                              I request you to do a serve in the city and take all customers feedback, that shows how bad service from this agency is and take a necessary action on the agency.

                                LPG supplier Consumer No 4659 issued by M/s. KRISHNA GAS SERVICES at Kozhinjampara / Nattukal issues LPG cylinders without any bills and inspite of repeated requests they refuse to give us the bill. Why this belligerency are the agents not under the scanner of the Indane Gas franchisee dept./, If so please force them and take actions in such a way that all supplies are accompanied with relevant invoices / bills to the clients

                                    My Regular booking office is at Jayadeva Hospital junction of Indane Gas Agency.
                                    When I called on to the number 26585088, I was surprised to know that my account has been transferred to another agency at Hulimavu. Why no intimation to us (Consumer) by any means?.
                                    After talking to the new agency[protected] Mr. Mohan denies the delivery of the gas cylender saying that, after 6 months of previous booking, the gas account will be deactivated. Asked us to personally visit along with regulators, ID proof, gas bill etc.
                                    Why this torchure to the consumer?
                                    Why should my account be deactivate?
                                    Why no communication before deactivation?
                                    When I have additional cylender, and less usage of gas as both us are working, why should I submit a letter that I was out of station? I was very well present all through the year in the same house???????
                                    I cant afford to take a leave from my workplace at this time for resolving this issue.

                                    Need a justification from concerned authority.
