My residence at Dakor and I am INDANE GAS Company' s costumer having connection no.2625 of Santram Gas Agency Nadiad Dakor Road, Po. Alindra, tal Nadiad and his phone no.[protected]. When I got a Connection on 30/5/2009 of this dealer, i have given one old regulator. Previous week my regulator got faulty and on that time its leaking GAS.I went to Santram Gas Agency on 18/9/2010 to change my regulator .But they are asking me to pay Rs.150/- to replace faulty regulator and give me receipt. This mistake is dealer mistake because when i got a connection at that time old regulator is given me. Therefore, i want you to please give the direction to dealer. As far as i know it's company's duty to change regulator free of cost. This regulator is only rent base. so you give me returned my money of your dealer at Dakor.

Indane Gas — OLD REGULATOR IS FAULTY AND NEW REGULATOR REPLACEMENT CHARGE

Indane Gas — Faulty Gas cylinder not replaced

Hi Sir,

This is regarding the faulty Gas cylender delievered by Verma Gas agency dealer at our home at Mandawali.
Than we complained to Verma Gas cylender agency 5-6 times that the delivered cylender is leaking and may lead to any undisirable accident.

But thay did't take any action till now.

we are facing this problem and not able to use this faulty gas cylender since last 15 days.

So I request to you to solve the matter asap.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a consumer of Indane Gas domestic at Aluva under agency M/s. Manu Flames Aluva. Ernakulam Dist, Kerala, India. I have been booked for the gas cylinder through the IVR system TOMOGAS on Sept 04, 2010, still we are unable to get the refilled gas cylinder. Also it is highly noted to complain that mostly this agency is supplying the refilled gas cylinder which has the SEAL BROKEN. As my old mother who is only available at home when the supplier boy is delivering the refilled cylinder and during checking in the evening it is being noted that the Seal of the delivered cylinder is broken. Please help me to know how and whom to approach to prevent such delays and malpractices by this agency.

    civil supply boy and management of civil supply at navrang pura is very bad... before it harish gas agency supply is very good i request u give permission back to harish gas because of it we will get refilled early..
    Respected Viewers/ consumers of Indane gas Agency Padmarao nagar,
    I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
    He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
    But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
    The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. G.Mohan Reddy Cell:[protected] and her son Mr.Sushruth who is working as a captin in indian airlines cell:[protected] and His father name is Mr.B.Surender Reddy [protected] R/o.1-2-597/26, domalguda, Hyderabad and Mrs.Poornima Reddy, daughter of Mrs.Indira Devi : Cell.[protected].
    So I request you to note down these cell numbers for your kind consideration for further contact .
    Lastly the main kingpin of this problem is lies with Mr.B.Sushruth [protected] and his mother and father Mrs.Neeraja Devi [protected] and Father [protected]. further future correspondence please.

      Hello,

      Recently we shifted from Gujarat to Pune, I have an Indane Gar connection and opted to transfer the gas connection from Gujarat to Pune.
      The Gas connection is on my Grandmother's name. She is 86 years old. When i went to Samayak (Vishrantwadi Branch) to ask if i want to transfer the connection to my name. First of all they asked me to get my Grandmother to their agency to get the transfer procedure completed. It was very hard for me to get my Grandmother to the agency. Then i asked them if i want to transfer it on my name. They refused that its not possible. You cannot transfer the gas connection to anyone else's name.
      I was very shocked and asked how is it possible. On this they replied The Gas connection name transfer only occurs after the death of a person on whom the connection is.
      Can anyone please temme if this is true.
      I might get transfered to some other city in sometime & i dnt want my Grandmother to always come to the agency for the connections purpose.
      Please lemme know the procedure of transfer of name transfer of Gas connection.

        Sir,
        Its to bring in your kind notice that in pune, very high degree of distribution malpractices are being followed in your following distribution outlet:

        Name: Radha Krishna gas agency
        Address: shop no-1, sneh kunj apartment, near jambhulkar chowk, wanawadi, pune

        They are not delivering gas cylinder even for 20 days after booking. And then suddenly visit house without informing consumers and paste a sticker on their gate, that they visited but found nobody at home. And then they cancel your previous booking unilaterally and ask you 2 rebook. Then again a long wait for next 10-20 days and again that sticker. Needless to mention that you can anytime get it from them in black (By paying them extra). This nonsense need to be checked immediately and people responsible should be sent behind the bars. The following points to be ensured:

        1) Why the vendor cant give a call before coming? Any other services in the world use cell phone to reach customers. When booking is done on phone. why the delivery time will not be informed on phone. of course, costs may be recovered. It clearly shows the intention that nobody wants to deliver. rather sells it in black after pasting the no find sticker.
        2)You can only get a booking and sit at mercy of vendor, who can come anytime between now and 20 days to paste a sticker on your gate to say your booking stands cancelled.
        3)In todays time of nuclear families and everybody doing in metros, how does the company wishes to deliver when they say that they would come anyday,anytime to paste a sticker to cancel your booking. Does the company only wants to sell in black. No boby can sit indefinitely in house to wait for gas.
        3)A total inventory movement audit should be conducted at the aforesaid agency. How many cylinders they have received and distributed on booking. What was the pattern of distribution. I am sure more than 90% has been sold in black.
        4) The copy of the mail is being sent to consumer forum.


        Please look into this problem seriously and rescue consumers like us from the trap of those black market .

        Indane Gas — Non distribution of Gas cylinders

        Hi,

        This is bring to your notice that Mithra Indane Services, Muvattupuzha is not supplying the cylinders on time Even after 60 days from the last delivery, they are providing cylinders on priority basis. My Customer No. is 899. Kindly look into this issue.

        RadhaKrishna Gas Agency — Gas not being delivered.

        We were out of town for about 11 months and hance had not taken any new cylinder.
        on return, we booked a new cylinder with proper booklet.
        The dealer here asks us now to submit an application writing why we did not take a cylinder for so long.

        This is ridiculous. I have an accout, and have a cylinder as well which has finished and I want a new one.
        How does it matter that we have not taken a cylinder for 11 months.

        Sir, mera gas conection ka transfer 28/04/09 ko hua mera termination voucher no.[protected] hai. mera transferee distributor khaga fatehpur hai.mera distributor(Indane gas khaga ) mughe mera gas ka conection nahi de raha hai .S.B. paper nahi hai ka bat kata hai . aur extra paisa magta hai.
        Sir,
        I booked my request for home delivery of LPG cylinder on 25/01/10 but till date my cylinder has not been supplied. My Gas connection is TSV 687 and my Gas distributor is Seeta Gas Service, New Market, Jeevani Mandi, Agra. This is routine practice of my distributor. I met personally to my distributors many times but all in vain. He is not ready to change is practice. Please look into the matter and deliver my gas cylinder as early as possible.

        i have complained to you regarding the non issue of cylinder by my agency(ammans indane gas agency in krishnagiri-635001).i have told u that i am going to cancell indane and go for any other gas company if i dont get the cylinder by today.i called my agency and asked about it the relay was the same as i mentioned in my previous complaint.
        i thought complaing to u will solve the problem but your consumer complaint service is more worst.i[censored] r not respnding to customers complaint then better to shut down ur service.any way i am not going to stop tomorrow i am going to speak with the area manger for my dist in coimbatore.

          I am consumer of IOC LPG under consumer No. 5179 with Mashru Gas Agency at Veraval, since last 3 to 4 months i have received cylinedr after 14 to 15 days from the date of Booking. Last time i had booked on 14.08.2010 and thereafter form 20.09.10 to 26.09.10 i had make atleast 25 to 30 phones and thereafter i had recd cylinder on 26.09.10 at 5.00 p.m. Further please note that dealer informed me that now your cylinder will booked after 21 days from the delivery of the cylinder... then what about the late deliver period of 15 days?

            I Nand Kishore, a senior citizen, resident of 28/3253 Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi -110005, hereby lodge a complaint to the concerned authorities for appropriate redressal, as to why my consumer No 6133 which was originally allotted to me by Indian Oil Corporation Vide Indane customer subcription voucher No. 268148, dated 23, March, 1979 has been given to someone else as informed to me by the reprsentative of M/s Anantji Gas Service ,3 Janta Mkt. Rani Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, New Delhi-55. My consumer No, has been suffixed by "A" and it has been made as 6133A instead of original No.6133. This has been causing me lot of difficulties whenever I book the LPG cylinder.

            As such, It is requested that my complaint may kindly be redressed urgently and my orignal consumer number be resotred to me so that there is no difficulty faced by me in future.

                  Dear sir,
                  I belong to malerkotla tehsil in sangrur dist punjab.My village is Dasaunda singh wala. Indane gas agency in malerkotla delivered the gas cylinders in our village after 15 days gap.They book the next cylinder after the gap of 21 days of the previous taken cylinder and delivered the next cylinder after 15 days of the booking date. Now the problem to the customers is that most of the time the co. don't fullfill this promise. if someone didn't get the cylinder then there is a gap of another 15 days by the time the current cylinder run out. Now the persons totally dependent on gas suffered difficult time.

                  Therefore my complaint is that the co. should change its policy and should try to accomodate all the customers keeping in mind their hardship.

                    i am an indane lpg consumer in chennai (bhashyam gas agencies consumer no67551). i was supplied with a defective cylinder 3 months back. when i complained to the emergency no [protected] on 01.08.2010 there was no response. after 2 or 3 days it was set right by the supplying agency viz Bhashyam gas agencies. the same refil started leaking since today evening. i am trying the emergency no. [protected] for three hours, since 6pm today. but the number was not reachable. since the leakage was visible i disconnected the refil and kept it outside. this is the third emergency for me during the past one year and the response of INDANE is total indifference

                    INDANE, Has become a worst service.. I do not know what they understand on the term"Emergency" !! !! !
                    I agree to you M.Umamaheshwari. From yesterday i suspect some leakage in my cylinder and desperately trying these numbers continuously but the results are same as you. How come they taking risks on the LIFEs. Still my kitchen is inactive from yesterday evening which sounds hectic and bad.

                    I had gas leakage problem on 10/4/2011 and called the agency at 9;00 am ,nobody has turned up after repeated calls till 2pm STATUS OF EMERGENCY SERVICES . SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!

                      Delay in cylinder delivery

                      My consumer no. is . 85427. I booked for the gas on 21 st sept 2010 form KALPANA GAS AGENCY Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. But as on 26th sept 2010 I havent received the cylinder yet. When I contacted the concern person he answerd that I will get it in more 15 days.

                      My question is why there is such delay when in BLACk people are geting it instsntly by paying 500 rupees. and consumer has...

                      I am doing job in pune. I visited the indian oil petrol pump on Karve Road near Nal Stop. I asked to fill petrol worth Rs. 300/-. But one guy standing other side who was repairing some vehical, took out some petrol to wash something. Then other guy standing my side has lowered the pipe to fill my tank and all petrol was dropped. Then he asked me for 50 Rs. Then I remind him that I asked him to fill petrol worth Rs 300. Then he started to fill and stopped the meter at Rs. 250. I argued with him but he didn't reimburse me. Please help me with this incident. This is not a matter of Rs. 50, but it's a matter of dignity. Indian Oil Corporation has cheated me and robbed me. I will never visit Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Pump situated on Karve Road, near Nal Stop.
                      This is the same scenario in all petrol bunks. If you ask to refill for rs 100 or more they will divert the attention of customers and started filling for where they already filled for rs 50 to other customers. suppose if you argue they say they have filled for rs 100 only. If your argue more the employees start speaking filthy language and abuse. you can't measure a petrol in bikes or cars
                      Something serious should be done to this matter. In auto meter is check by rto official but who is going to check petrol bunks regarding meter and quantity of petrol supplied, bills and every thing.
                      Sale of product without bill is offence why concerned official is not raiding a petrol bunks.
                      This is same happens most of petrol filling stations except company owned. I also suffer same incident in Delhi - Kapoor Auto Service Station, Patparganj Society area, IP Extension, Delhi ; a dealer of Indane Petrol, I request for filling of petrol of Rs 300/- the man something said to divert my attention and immediately show of meter on Rs. 300/-. I shocked but he didnot hear. This type of incidents should be checked by the concerned authorities and petrol companies to stop cheating their customers

                        Our Consumer No. is 26258. We stay at Amritsar,H.No. 33/2, B, Block Railway Colony and are very very disappointed with the service and attitude of Desh Bhagat Gas Agency, Baran Makaan, Islamabad, Amritsar ( Indian Oil Gas Authorized Gas Agency ) for Amritsar. As per the rules made there under they are suppose to deliver the LPG CYLLINDER, but they are taking much more time towards the delivery of the gas cylinders than the proposed time period. Moreover the attitude of the employees of the agency uncalled for and ridiculous. We booked the LPG gas more than month back around 28.08.10 and still we have not got the dellivery till date. We tried to call the agency on more than 10 occasions but mostly nobody lifts the phone Nos. given to us. And if we try to contact the owner of the agency even he is not ready to listen to the genuine complaint o[censored]s and even he uses like very abusive language much to the ridicule of the customers.

                        We have one more connection from HPCL but we never such kind of problem with them the staff is always there to listen to our complaints and very co-operative. In today’s scenario the customer should be treated well n proper information and service is o[censored]tmost importance. I do not think so this attitude goes well with your agencies.


                        I hope this complaint will be an eye opener for your company and the agencies given by your respective company. IOCL needs to look into the matter urgently and will do its bit to resolve this continuous complaints.

                        Indane LPG — Non Supply of Gas and abusive language by Agency

                        Our Consumer No. is 3294. We stay at NOIDA, Sector -82, UP and are very very dissappointed with the service and attitude of ELA GAS AGENCY ( Indian Oil Gas Authorized Gas Agency ) for Noida Sector -82. We booked the LPG gas more than three weeks back around 12.05.09 and still we have not got the dellivery till date. We tried to call the agency on more than 10 occasions but mostly nobody lifts the phone Nos. given to us.

                        Whenever we are able to contact and request them to send gas on priority, they use abusive language even with female members of family.

                        IOCL needs to look into the matter urgently and requested to resolve this continuous complaints.

IS J-10004.MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE AGENCY IS NOT PROVIDING ME THE GAS CYLINDERS REGULARLY AND WHENEVER I GO TO THE AGENCY AFTER ITS OPENING OF 2 HOURS IN MORNING,THERE IS NOT A SINGLE CYLINDER LEFT THERE.AGENCY IS ALWAYS REMAIN CLOSED IN THE SECOND HALF PERIOD OF ITS OPENING IN THE SAME DAY THAT IS FROM 3:00 PM TO 5:00PM.I HAVE ALSO COME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT THE GAS DEALER IS INVOLVE IN BLACKMARKETING OF GAS CYLINDER.

                          Indane Gas — delay in supply & black marketing

                          Dear sir/ madam
                          I am consumer of Puranpur gas agency & my connection no. Is P11565.I booked my gas on 5.03.2009& its reference no. is 1184
                          On 17.3.09 I had gone to take my cylinder from godown.I had to stand in queue for a long period i.e. From 5:00am to 12:00 pm and when I reach the counter I was refused and told that you could not get the gas until we complete the requirement of last month .later I was told that you could get the cylinder on one condition i.e. If you could pay some Extra charges for the current requirement.
                          Secondly the behavior of the servicemen is very rude towards the customer.
                          Moreover we are not given Rs.8 off if we collect cylinder from the godown.
                          We are facing lot of problems due to the poor service and black marketing of the cylinders at the godown; customers have to stand in lines from early morning till noon for 4-5 days and even then there are very few chances of getting the cylinder.

                          It’s my humble request to you that please pay attention towards our Puranpur Gas agency. I hope you would check out this problem very soon.

S Devi, My complain is that the agency is providing us only 8 (Eight) Cylender in a year, and remaing cylynder is being Blacked by the agency in town, when ever we go to the agency, they told us they don't have the Stock.

                            sir i feel ashamed of myself to tell you that a stupid dealer was playing with all our local people ...i booked gas for about past 20 days still not yet recieved i went there like an unknown person he took 200 rs bribe and gave me gas but as of now i had not got the gas ... a tall man from B.H.P.V counter (BHPV TOWNSHIP , VISAKHAPATNAM -530012 , A.P) is stupid ...plz take urgent action on him let us eat food daily...

                              i am domestic single cylinder LPG consumer at Kolkata, consumer No.2287 from Sonar bangla gas agency service, 147 Anandapur, P.S.Tiljala, Kolkata-700147.i had booked for cylinder on 22 Aug 2010 with my distributor. The same was to be delivered to me on 26 Aug 2010. However it did not materialize since the delivery person had sold off the LPG cylinder in open market at a premium price.This was immediately brought to notice of distributor who acknowledged the complaint and assured of a fresh delivery promptly. However till date (24 Sep 2010) despite repeated reminders, personal approach,requests and plea with the distributor, supply of the cylinder to me has not been done despite availability of adequate stock with him.This situation is regularly happening with this distributor and since there is no other Indane LPG distributor in our area, i am in an absolute helpless and frustrating situation. I also have applied for DBC with the same distributor for more than a year now but even that has not materialize.

                                hereby complaint of the above gas connection number that I had booked my gas on 28.08.2010 and on 17.09.2010 I again went to the dealer about the compliant of not delivery the Gas Refil. Till date (24.09.2010 at 4.44 PM) I cound not get any gas cylinder from the dealer. I personaly went at Kichan aids office in chandral nagar, Kamla nagar, Delhi. But they have not given any satisfactory answer to me. you are requested to kindly do some thing of misbehaving dearler.

                                  Booked 10 days back. Old parents stay alone and these fellows expect them to carry the empty cylinder and get it replaced and will not be delivered home. (reason ! not profitable) Irony is other agencies cater there. Sheela agency themselves deliver to many houses in the same area.

                                  .My Old parents follow up just to be treated cheap. They disconnect the call. They do not pick calls, They do not even listen to problems. VERY , VERY RUDE.
                                  I hope some one takes some action some time. It is high time people reacted now together.

                                    the delivery man is crushing the consumer and asking more tips from the bill mentioned,if the gas amount is 352.32 he is asking 380/,the delivery man need not have to carry the gas as we have lift facility in our flat ,but he will not go from our door step until the amt is recovered its mere roberry to saymy gas agency is rose gas agency adambakkam,as everybody is not speaking out i want to reveal as somebody should tie the rope for the cat

                                      I am residing at above said address. I have no gas connection so far. so, i approached for a new gas connection at M/s.GOSAKA GAS AGENCY, RAJIV GANDHI SQUARE, BLOCK - 6, NEIVELI.

                                      If i want a new gas connection, they are insisting me to buy a new gas stove which is sold by them. when i refused to buy they told it is the order from IOC. since i have already having a new gas stove recieved as a gift then why should i have to buy a new one.

                                      I kindly request you to advice the above said agency to give me the gas connection without insisting to buy the gas stove further. if there is any order placed by IOC the same may be adviced to me please.
