Respected sir,

This is Suraj Shyam from wipro Technologies Banglore.I just wants to help in corruption free india. So i wants to logg complaint.

Complaint :We took Gas from Indane Gas and the amount is 2835/- and the Receipt of Rs 1400/-.Bill Date is[protected] adn Bill No [protected].And also a lady working in Kanhangad branch(Kasaragod/KERALA) .She dont know how to Behave with the customer.

Again i wants to inform to the concern person that gas service is selling the cylinders are in black to the hawkers and to hotels persons in front of the customers and there the customers are standing in queue for having delivery but not providing to the regular customer. So the customers are very rude with this kind of behavior of the agency.

I think that whatever the matter which i have written above will thr officers going to handle with care and will reply me soon with positive feedback and i hope that the rti officers will not do as sales area officers are doing. If so then where is justice?
So please i again request all of the officers sorry if i have maked any mistake in the complaint but whatever i understands i have written and forwarding. If my right is correct then please i should get some needful information.

Indane Gas — no responsible

sir my name lotus kumar mohapatra ,worked at cuttack for marketing manager, i stayed bbsr,khandagiri,dumduma. i cooked by me.so gas new connection for indane gas still 2-3 months so they are no letter or no response please help me

    my consumer no. is 002661 , SV No. 385063 . Earlier i have complained against indane gas agency- shridhar gas agency , kankavali. But after giving assurance by shridhar gas agency that he will take booking and give home delivery of refilled cylinder, i am returning my complaint against this agency. Hope this agency will do as they say and give the service in time.

      respected concerend persons,
      being a responsible citizen of this country, i want to draw ur kind attention towards the irregularities and malfunctions in gas delivery system of an indane gas agencym/s"HARWANT JYOTI ENTERPRISES, KAHNUWAN ROAD, BATALA DIST-GURDASPUR-143505{PUNJAB}" under the control of respected Mr,Cheema.
      Agency is booking cylinders after 21 days of previous delivery and giving due date of additional 13-14days.but even on due date or even after that ,they are not providing the supply .On enquiring, they simply(always) give excuse abt the gas transport that gas lorry has notbeen arrived yet.
      so.the consumers booked for different dated gets accumulated over next and next day..and even then rnot provided gas recipts.And when they provide receipts after many days.,,the date of recipt will be booked date nomatter how old it is.
      when asked abt delivery date and time, they give next day timing of 7 a.m. while they themselves open their office at 8 a.m.So wts the fun of booking system.Rather it shold be FIST COME.FIRST SERVE basis.
      when i tried to contact the owner of agency to tell our problem, he usually not available as he is a politician and usually remins in DELHI.......and the workers in agency tells that they have no powers and they cant do anything and usally says" u can do whatever ucan"
      so, wts the fun of running the gas agency i[censored] cant manage it properly
      SO, I REQUEST ALL THE CONCERNED PERSONS OH IOCL TO DO THE NEEDFUL IN ORDER TO PROVIDE JUSTICE TO THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS as soon as possible

      Indane Domestic Gas Cylinder — non booking of gas

      our supplier Japneet Enterprises, godown no. 1, opp. Model Town, Delhi- 9, code no. 9107207 is in practice of not receiving the phone since last four months. when contacting personally they say that there phone are perfectaly working and it is me who is not calling and booking. it is really very difficult for me to go to the agency every time to book the gas. my costomer no is jp18289. kindly look into the matter and help me out.and insure that they should not adopt such practice to hassle the consumer. 8808

      Indane Gas — non delivery of gas cylinder even after many days of booking.

      we have booked for a gas cylinder since 24th Dec 2008.
      we have our gas connection with Kleen gas, kharavela nagar, Bhubaneswar.
      My costumer no. is 10352.
      Inspite of several reminders we are yet to recieve the cylinder and over that the officials have stopped recieving the phone calls and are asking us to get the gas ourselves.
      we have heard them speaking on telephones of some misscalculations in the selling of gas cylinders which we assume are illegal.

      indanegas — UNABLE TO CONTACT THE LOCAL AGENCY

      I am a resident of Chittoor, Ernakulam. Now-a-days I am not able to contact hte Gass Agency _SURY GASS, Vaduthala - over phone. Though there are to telephone numbers I am not able to get none of them for the past few days and hence am unable to book the gass. The above said numbers are contieously getting engaged. My consumer No. 40966. Kindly let me have an alternate number to contact the gass agency or anyother alternate arrangement to do the booking.

      Hope to get a quick and favourable response from your end.

      Indane Gas — Non-delivery of cylinder even after 14days of booking

      My consumer No. is T 18042 with Cooking Gas and Appliances, Block BD, Sector I, Salt Lake, Kolkata. I booked a refill cylinder of indane gas on 29/08/09 with your call centre (Tel No.[protected] vide Booking no. 1825 dated 29/08/09. When the cylinder was not received till this afternoon the concerned dealer was contacted and he said that they have not received any such booking order. Matter be kindly looked into and an immediate action be taken so that I may receive the cylinder by today and am saved of great inconveience.
      Shall be thankful if action taken is communicated to me.

      i agree with what you say it happens all over india especially in chennai tamilnadu u can see this happening in every gas agency we too expericed and still experienching the same problem til now from our gas agency(shoba gas service, chennai)we hav been waiting for 25 days from the date of booking and 50 days from date of delivery of the previous ful cylinder.Our concerned government officials and concerned ministry is keeping mum on this matter, we cant expect a justice in this matter with this kind of response from our government.they need to take a quicker n swift response on this issue .

      Indane Domestic Gas Cylinder — Non delivery of Gas Cylinder after 25 days of booking

      Dear Sir,

      We had booked a Cylinder refill from Indane, through phone booking and the consumer number is 2638. The booking was done on 08.06.2011 and the booking number was 219524 and the cash memo was 3090. On checking the status over phone, it says that the delivery of cylinders booked till 08.06.2011 is happened. We had not recieved the refill till date.

      On verifying with our agency, Reshmi Gas, Trippunithura, today we learn that they have shortage in staff, due to some leave and the same will be delivered in coming two days. Initially they were not picking the phone and after continous effort, a lady picked the phone and informed the same. They also say that, even though booking online, we will have to call the agency for prioritising the delivery.

      Kindly let me know how much days it will take for the company to deliver the refill on booking over phone, directly to Indane. If it is less than 25 days, I doubt some cheating is happening from the part of the agency by diverting the refills, because for the last several months, we are getting the delivery only after 4 weeks or 5 weeks time after booking the same.

      sir i booked my lpg cylinder 2sep 2011,,,yet 16sep there are not deliver .........my house no 76/16a tehsil complex dhuri.........we talk manyyy time dealer he say it will deliver shortly but not deliver .........dealer sold it in black marketing ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,agency name[protected]venus gas agency dhuri(148024).......my booking no is 852 so take some hard action .........i[censored] also not take action we will go consumer court..

        Dely supply of LPG Cylinder
        Dear Sir,
        I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s Anirudha Gas Sewa, Road No.1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16, Bihar, service who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. LT 4389. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately. I have been provided with only one cylinder. Presently I book the gas on 07 October 2010. Last cylinder i received on 22 September 2010 (whose booking date 08.09.10) so far no cylinder reached my home.When i contacted through phone, it is always engaged. Yesterday i went directly and requested them, they told me that today cylinder will be sent you. It is also true that agency in collusion with local shopkeeper & vendors blackmarketing in local market.
        I request you to please look in the matter and take strong action against such type of agency and solve my problem.

        I am also sfferer.I am an IOC gas consumer.I have my consumer number 948 with Magadh Gas Agency near Kurji bridge Patna.Last time I book for a cylender I got it after waiting for 3 months.Whereas the cylenders are avaiIable though blackmarketing. I comlained thrice to the GM Marketing, IOC, Patna.But they are also not much effective.this time I booked on 18/9/2010 with 61 delivery serial No. in the passbook but after passing more than a month this time again I am running form pillor to post to get a filled up cylender.The public distribution system people cannot dare so much without involving top officials.

        ioc/gas cylinder — delay in supplying gas cylinder

        I , UNNIKRISHNA PILLAI a smart customer of your company and was registered with an agency namely Quilon Gas Agency. It is highly pathetic of your company that most of the consumers registered with your company is suffering a lot by making delay in serving the gas cylindres for there needs.Rumours behind this problem is mainly the sale through the back doors of the agencies and its regular case which is hearing daily and many cases were reported to the police station also
        More over my problem is that i booked for my cylindre on the last month of Nov 16th but till today they were not giving a possitive response to my approch. so please take an appropriate disission to my matter otherwise ill be constrained to move to the consumer court for my grevience
        I am a consumer of IOC LPG since 1972. I booked my LPG for refilling on 8th JUne 2011 vide my booking No.[protected] Through my Mob. to booking No. Mob.[protected].
        My consumer No. is BP. 964 and my distributer is Babarpur Gas Service Kabir Nagar Delhi. I am sorry to write that i have not recieved my refill cyllander till today ie. 24th june 2011.
        It is not happening this time it is the routine of every time after booking the lpg. I have also complaint many time to Area manager also but no use.

        i am a consumer of Noble Indane Gas, Bhubaneswar, Odisha & my consumer No. 06098. I booked one refill on dated 09.05.2012 and ref no 204475. After 11days i have not received my refill still now. i also talk with your sales officer Mr. Sahu about the refill but he told me it will take 15 to 20days. Pls kindly advise to the distributor to supply the gas as soon as possible. my both refill already exhausted.

          the person who supplies cylinder ,took our empty cylinder and gave us a receipt. in usual practice we have to get the filled cylinder in two to three days. but it came to know that the authorized dealer ran away from the city duly collecting the no of cylinders like this( now the agency was taken over by other agency and they says we don't know the previous happenings). now what else i have to do for getting empty cylinder.

            I had booked gas cylinder on 25.09.2010 for the consumer nos.1915&3474 in Abhyas Indane Nehru nagar Bhilai.While booking,it was informed to me that the cylinders will be delivered within a week time,but the same is not done till date i.e.13.10.2010.Meanwhile,I was trying to contact them for the status but not getting them.It's a great surprise,that their official no.[protected]is kept continuesly busy but sometimes in between it is contenuesly ringing and not attended.It seems that they deliberately ignore the phonecalls.It is highly irritating to contact them.
            I feel,this dealer,is not interested in this business.Please examine this and take suitable measure to provide due service to custmers.

              We are residing in New Balaji Nagar of Selaiyur in Chennai.The name of the agency supplying gas cylinders to us is M/s. Chella Gas Agency, Selaiyur, Chennai 73.Our Indane Gas Consumer Number is 20809. When we tried booking refill cylinder last month the gas agency staff denied to book stating that we are not eligible for booking within 21 days of last delivery. When we told that as per news paper reports and inquiries it is not applicable, they were just rude enough to disconnect the phone. Ultimately the booking was done on 25th of September and till now delivery is not done and we get an instant reply of load not come. My contact mail ID is srikanth.k.[protected]@gmail.com.

                Vadakkenchery Indane Gas agency is compulling us to buy stoves from them, when we got the connection, if we refuse to buy they are not giving connection, or we should pay RS.500/- to them.From the starting of this Agency this practice is going on. If any one complaints they are not giving services further, and their behaviour also too arrogant. Please take immediate action about this.

                  I have lost the Gas Connection Caution Deposit Receipt issued to me at the time of booking the connection - IOCL - Indane Gas . I have approached the Gas Agency , Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad for letting know the procedure there of for obtention of the duplicate receipt. I was not given proper reply / procedure for the indemnity execution.

                    I am senior citizen i.e 72 year widow. I have booked a reffiling on dated 18.09.2010 at Fazilka gas Agency. My consumer No. is 932, after a gap of 21 days I have not got my reffiling. Neither they pick the Phone or nor they attend properly.
                    I have booked online refill on 25th August 2012 with reference number is 4632078. Right now we didn't received any delivery to my residence. Thereafter I have called to agency. As per policy my earlier booking date is 3rd August 2012, my due date is 24th August 2012. She told me that we have not complete 21 days. my docket no. is 619870 .

                      Indane Domestic Gas — Refusal for booking & Delay in Delivery

                      Sir,
                      I am a cosumer of Indane Cooking gas, residing in Nagpur (Maharashtra). Previously I had booked on 13/11/2008 for cylinder & delivered on 25/11/2008. Now today (05/12/2008) when I visited to distributer for booking, refusing for booking, saying booking can be registered after 21 days from delivery date. And in general gas is delivered after 12 to 15 days, after reminiding 2 to 3 times personally. Worker are not attending phone call.

                            i am saraswathy pankajakshan is a customer of ioc chiramel gas agencies perinjanam po, on consumer no 28168. booked one cylinder on 07 aug 2010. The cylider has not yet been delivered till date (09 oct 2010. Its been a regular practice by this agency causing big trouble to all consumers.

                            IOC — non delivery of gas cylinder

                            I applied for a gas cylinder on February 5, 2009 through your Saltlake Gas Agency (IA-260), Sector-3, Saltlake, WB. My consumer number is 11785 (DBC[protected] in the name of Kartik Ta. After several visit and phone calls to the agency, I am wondering how come this inefficient, irresponsible agency is working under a prestigious, award winning company like IOC. May I suggest you to take care about my gas cylinder delivery immediately and maintain your reputation.

                            request direct the gas agency (priya gas agency Kottayam ,Ettumanoor) to look the matter and make delivery as soon as possible .

                            My consumer number is 70467 and I have booked the cylinder in 21st Apr 11 but till date same not delivered to my home.On asking there is no satified reply given by the agency and also i went 6 time s to he agency they didnt properly answered.The agency(Sridhar gas agency alandur, Chennai-16)
                            Request direct the gas agency to look the matter and make a delivery as soon as possible.
                            I have book my riffle on date[protected] received the massage foe generating bill no-1530 on 04-06-11 but, i have not recived cyl till date, also no telephone no- of sales officers, address of company display by distibuter also not attained the phone . please take the needfull action

                                Dear Sir/Madame,

                                This state is totally corrupted in everything. Here the procedure for registering the gas.

                                1. Until 21 days pass you can't book your next gas connection.
                                2. You can't take your gas until 7 days of booking date is not in your booklet.

                                Now this 02/10/2010 (Gandhi day) was Saturday and every govt. office was closed. So I registered gas in 04/10/2010.
                                Every Saturday Gas distributors comes. Cut your book receipt (09/10/2010). Now he is telling me you can't get gas because you didn't passed 7 days. When I ask the gas office, she is telling me what I do if Gandhi born on 02 October. I requests you either don't give them leave on 02 October or stopped celebrating Gandhi Day.

                                Now I can't get next 7 days, we lives in rural areas and our gas can only survive 20 days maximum.

                                  I am a consumer of indane gas under distributor Shanti gas,Binnaguri.My consumer no. is 9847 in name of Mrs.Santi devi Rawat. My complaint is that agency donot take futher booking within 21 days from last date of delevery.i.e., booking is possible only possible after 21 days from the last date of delevery. This is very stuning for me because as far I know there is no such guidelines been ruled by Indane gas.Moreover they normally take 10-15 days for delevery. In the panic we have to rush to depot for gas.However they charges for delevey being fixed by Indane gas.
                                  I therefore request you to take necessary action in the regard for our inconvience.

                                    I was booked a Indane gas cylinder on 11/09/10, at 13;26;48 online (Phone no. [protected]). I was told 22nd is your number. After passing 15 days i was waitting for delivery. When it has not delivered after passing 20 days, I was started trying to know the position of my booking. I made call for many days after several days attempt today (8/10/10) I got connected where i came to know there were no booking mentioned.
                                    I would like to know who committed the fault and who is responsible of this mischieve activity.

                                        The sole Gas Agency at Hojai M/S.Treemurti Gas Service is regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding Distribution of LPG Cylinders to its bonafide Consumers.Lots of agitations hels earlier and complaints has been lodged with concerned Offices/Officials of concerned departments but most regretfully and unfortunately , I beg to inform your good office that no positive steps has since been taken by the concerned authority or departments so far for the greater interest of bonafide consumers of IOC with M/S.Treemurti Gas Service , Hojai, Assam.

                                        Please take some stringent steps/measures against the said distributor fir regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding supply/distribution of LPG Cylinders to the consumers.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        The M/s.Bindu Indane Gas Service (at Bugrasi & Simbholi) is regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding Distribution of LPG Cylinders to its bonafide Consumers. They are blacking the LPG Gas regularly. They have never supplied the cylinder at consumer residence. They are not using deliver truck for deliver the LPG Cylinders. As per the rules of LPG distribution Rules 2001, they are cheating with all consumers by saving the investment of transportation charges of cylinders. If I am not wrog, they are saving Rs.8/- per cylinder because all cylinders are booking by customer at their premises and they are lifting themselves. They have not bothered of any educated person who know the Rules and Regulation settled by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority established pursuant to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002, when he want to interduce them regarding the Rules, they threatend and infrom that contact with IOCL officers, they can not do anything. They say HAMAM ME SAB NANGE HAI. (No control of their language.) The way of treatment seems that the conusmers have done the big mistake to get the GAS connection from said Gas Agency. We have been completely faild to understand that why the IOCL distributing GAS DISTRIBUTION LICENCE to this type of dishonest person. It should be for honest person.
                                        Further, lots of aligations had earlier and complaints had been lodged against said Agency. One Police Complint had loged in Bugrasi Police Station against said Gas Agency for stolen of LPG Gas Cylinders by themself. The record is avialabe in Bugrasi Police Station. They are not honest person who are running this Agency. They are doing unethical business and violating all Rules & Regulations of distribution. Several complainst have been loged to the concerned departments but most regretfully and unfortunately, I beg to inform you that no positive steps have been taken by the concerned authority or departments.

                                        You are requested to kindly take some stringent steps/measures against the said distributor against regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding supply/distribution of LPG Cylinders to the consumers.

In our institute the lodgeing & boarding facilities are being given free of cost by Govt. of India.

                                        At present the vidyalaya having 10 LPG connections, as per our requirement consumption of 30-35 cylinders are required in a month to prepare meal for 3 times in a day & to provide boiled drinking water.

                                        Earlier we were getting the required quantity of cylinder from “Ruina Indane Gas service, Haflong, Dima Hasao, but recently the gas agency denied supplying the required quantity of cylinders due to their administrative difficulties.

                                        Hence, you are requested to give the necessary instruction to supply the required cylinders to vidyalaya as a special case.
