I am senior citizen i.e 72 year widow. I have booked a reffiling on dated 18.09.2010 at Fazilka gas Agency. My consumer No. is 932, after a gap of 21 days I have not got my reffiling. Neither they pick the Phone or nor they attend properly.
I have booked online refill on 25th August 2012 with reference number is 4632078. Right now we didn't received any delivery to my residence. Thereafter I have called to agency. As per policy my earlier booking date is 3rd August 2012, my due date is 24th August 2012. She told me that we have not complete 21 days. my docket no. is 619870 .

    Indane Domestic Gas — Refusal for booking & Delay in Delivery

    Sir,
    I am a cosumer of Indane Cooking gas, residing in Nagpur (Maharashtra). Previously I had booked on 13/11/2008 for cylinder & delivered on 25/11/2008. Now today (05/12/2008) when I visited to distributer for booking, refusing for booking, saying booking can be registered after 21 days from delivery date. And in general gas is delivered after 12 to 15 days, after reminiding 2 to 3 times personally. Worker are not attending phone call.

          i am saraswathy pankajakshan is a customer of ioc chiramel gas agencies perinjanam po, on consumer no 28168. booked one cylinder on 07 aug 2010. The cylider has not yet been delivered till date (09 oct 2010. Its been a regular practice by this agency causing big trouble to all consumers.

          IOC — non delivery of gas cylinder

          I applied for a gas cylinder on February 5, 2009 through your Saltlake Gas Agency (IA-260), Sector-3, Saltlake, WB. My consumer number is 11785 (DBC[protected] in the name of Kartik Ta. After several visit and phone calls to the agency, I am wondering how come this inefficient, irresponsible agency is working under a prestigious, award winning company like IOC. May I suggest you to take care about my gas cylinder delivery immediately and maintain your reputation.

          my consumer no is Q5515 and i have booked a gas cylinder in 06 oct 10 but till date same not delivered to me . on asking there is no satisfied reply given by the agency.
          request direct the gas agency (priya gas agency Kottayam ,Ettumanoor) to look the matter and make delivery as soon as possible .

          My consumer number is 70467 and I have booked the cylinder in 21st Apr 11 but till date same not delivered to my home.On asking there is no satified reply given by the agency and also i went 6 time s to he agency they didnt properly answered.The agency(Sridhar gas agency alandur, Chennai-16)
          Request direct the gas agency to look the matter and make a delivery as soon as possible.
          I have book my riffle on date[protected] received the massage foe generating bill no-1530 on 04-06-11 but, i have not recived cyl till date, also no telephone no- of sales officers, address of company display by distibuter also not attained the phone . please take the needfull action

              Dear Sir/Madame,

              This state is totally corrupted in everything. Here the procedure for registering the gas.

              1. Until 21 days pass you can't book your next gas connection.
              2. You can't take your gas until 7 days of booking date is not in your booklet.

              Now this 02/10/2010 (Gandhi day) was Saturday and every govt. office was closed. So I registered gas in 04/10/2010.
              Every Saturday Gas distributors comes. Cut your book receipt (09/10/2010). Now he is telling me you can't get gas because you didn't passed 7 days. When I ask the gas office, she is telling me what I do if Gandhi born on 02 October. I requests you either don't give them leave on 02 October or stopped celebrating Gandhi Day.

              Now I can't get next 7 days, we lives in rural areas and our gas can only survive 20 days maximum.

                I am a consumer of indane gas under distributor Shanti gas,Binnaguri.My consumer no. is 9847 in name of Mrs.Santi devi Rawat. My complaint is that agency donot take futher booking within 21 days from last date of delevery.i.e., booking is possible only possible after 21 days from the last date of delevery. This is very stuning for me because as far I know there is no such guidelines been ruled by Indane gas.Moreover they normally take 10-15 days for delevery. In the panic we have to rush to depot for gas.However they charges for delevey being fixed by Indane gas.
                I therefore request you to take necessary action in the regard for our inconvience.

                  sir,
                  I was booked a Indane gas cylinder on 11/09/10, at 13;26;48 online (Phone no. [protected]). I was told 22nd is your number. After passing 15 days i was waitting for delivery. When it has not delivered after passing 20 days, I was started trying to know the position of my booking. I made call for many days after several days attempt today (8/10/10) I got connected where i came to know there were no booking mentioned.
                  I would like to know who committed the fault and who is responsible of this mischieve activity.

                      The sole Gas Agency at Hojai M/S.Treemurti Gas Service is regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding Distribution of LPG Cylinders to its bonafide Consumers.Lots of agitations hels earlier and complaints has been lodged with concerned Offices/Officials of concerned departments but most regretfully and unfortunately , I beg to inform your good office that no positive steps has since been taken by the concerned authority or departments so far for the greater interest of bonafide consumers of IOC with M/S.Treemurti Gas Service , Hojai, Assam.

                      Please take some stringent steps/measures against the said distributor fir regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding supply/distribution of LPG Cylinders to the consumers.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      The M/s.Bindu Indane Gas Service (at Bugrasi & Simbholi) is regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding Distribution of LPG Cylinders to its bonafide Consumers. They are blacking the LPG Gas regularly. They have never supplied the cylinder at consumer residence. They are not using deliver truck for deliver the LPG Cylinders. As per the rules of LPG distribution Rules 2001, they are cheating with all consumers by saving the investment of transportation charges of cylinders. If I am not wrog, they are saving Rs.8/- per cylinder because all cylinders are booking by customer at their premises and they are lifting themselves. They have not bothered of any educated person who know the Rules and Regulation settled by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority established pursuant to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002, when he want to interduce them regarding the Rules, they threatend and infrom that contact with IOCL officers, they can not do anything. They say HAMAM ME SAB NANGE HAI. (No control of their language.) The way of treatment seems that the conusmers have done the big mistake to get the GAS connection from said Gas Agency. We have been completely faild to understand that why the IOCL distributing GAS DISTRIBUTION LICENCE to this type of dishonest person. It should be for honest person.
                      Further, lots of aligations had earlier and complaints had been lodged against said Agency. One Police Complint had loged in Bugrasi Police Station against said Gas Agency for stolen of LPG Gas Cylinders by themself. The record is avialabe in Bugrasi Police Station. They are not honest person who are running this Agency. They are doing unethical business and violating all Rules & Regulations of distribution. Several complainst have been loged to the concerned departments but most regretfully and unfortunately, I beg to inform you that no positive steps have been taken by the concerned authority or departments.

                      You are requested to kindly take some stringent steps/measures against the said distributor against regularly violating all laid down Rules & Regulations regarding supply/distribution of LPG Cylinders to the consumers.

                      With reference to above cited subject, I would like to request to bring your kind notice that, ours is “Residential co-educational Institute” run by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, where the 200 students of district & staff are staying in the campus. In our institute the lodgeing & boarding facilities are being given free of cost by Govt. of India.

                      At present the vidyalaya having 10 LPG connections, as per our requirement consumption of 30-35 cylinders are required in a month to prepare meal for 3 times in a day & to provide boiled drinking water.

                      Earlier we were getting the required quantity of cylinder from “Ruina Indane Gas service, Haflong, Dima Hasao, but recently the gas agency denied supplying the required quantity of cylinders due to their administrative difficulties.

                      Hence, you are requested to give the necessary instruction to supply the required cylinders to vidyalaya as a special case.

                        I am vijayalakshmi from kerala.I'm a LPG consumer with Bhubaneswar Gas Services, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Customer no is 29858. Now I am shifted form Bhubaneswar to Kerala. My connection is more than 9 year old. I want to transfer it to Kerala.The Agency is agree to transfer it. They are give me the transfer letter to maliyakkal gas agency, thalikulam, thrissur, Kerala. But they says that the supply consumer card has alrady a connection so they can't give me the connection. I am unmarried women now I am living in Pallakkad district for rent. How can I get the shfted cylinders.

                          i m lpg consumer in ashta .i booked lpg cylinder refill on 24/9/2010on phone, my custmer no. is 4780.
                          on enquiring from vendor on 5/10/2010 and 6/10/2010 he says it would take another days to get my refill.next day i give complant but he not taken.
                          i was unable to contact the distributor.
                          i want to know the cause of delay and quick action to be taken as it is about already 34 days from my last refill and it is really difficult to wait for another days.

                            I had transferred my Indiane gas connection No. 27670 Subcription Voucher No. [protected] through Transfer termination Voucher [protected] dated 05/10/2010 from M/S J. V. Indane gas agency Avinashi/Tiruppur to M/S Kumar gas agency Mangalam Road/Tiruppur. Submitted passport copy as identity proof and Rent receipt as address proof. The Owner of the building where i am staying is M/S Indian dyes and chemicals so gas agency cant acept this as rent receipt.According to them It must be some individual name. Give me your advice.

                              I have booked a gas cylinder 20 days before, from Ranie Enterprises (44, Perumal Nagar, 2nd Street, Madipakkam, Nanganallore. Chennai-61). While booking the cylinder, they said they will deliver it in 13 days. Now it is 20 days and when I checked with them, they say that, the delivery boy couldn't find us in the address given and they have returned. But for the past 1 year they are delivering the gas in the same address as given to them. How-come they couldn't find the address THIS time?

                              Last time, when the boy was taking the gas inside my house, because of his carelessness, he made some damages in my house. I complained that in the agency. I think, because of that, the boy is taking revenge on us. (Or the 'agency' might have sold it in the black market, as it is common.)

                              Whatever it is. I want the gas cylinder immediately. The agency, or the boy is not supposed to torture the customer for their ego.

                              Please make arrangements to deliver the cylinder. Because, my cylinders are empty.

                              I hope Indian Oil Corporation will take necessary steps at the earliest.

                              but not delivery in this time why? & distributors always one ans. not cylinder for me.
                              distributors tell me every booking. booking time is 25 days. if you mind, I am wrong. then check my distributors refilling booking statements. my contact no. [protected]

The agency never response on telephone, as i am Sub-divisional engineer and always working in different sites it is very difficult to go the gas agency.Kindly solve my problems as there is no other male member in my family.                                 gas distributor of Ioc has told that booking is done after 21 days of previous booking.But
                                now he denie in booking and told that booking has been done after one month of delivery this create a problem. first delivery is done after 3 to 4 days of booking so every time of booking increase by 3 to 5 days. No term and condition of booking is provide to any customer.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am customer of indane gas my conumer No.32010 Kanpur Gas & Allied agency, The Mall, Kanpur.Dist. and their telephone no.[protected]. I have booked for refill on 18.03.2009 but till now they have not supplied a refill. at the time of booking they were told me to send refill in 8 days but 21 days over but not send a refill till now and also they were not giving a proper reply. Booking for refill also they will book for refill 21 days after sending the cylinder and 15 dasy to supply the refill totally the customer has to receive refill in 40 days. so i am requesting you to Book my complaint as well take some strict action on that agency.

                                    I am Manatosh Kumar Bhunia, a customer of INDANE GAS. My customer Id is S-1235 and the dealer's name is SAINIK INDANE SERVICE, Mahishadal, East Medinipur. I booked a gas cylinder on 29th of August. But till now I have not got the gas cylinder. I met the dealer bodily for two times. I have even telephoned him at least 10 to 12 times. Firstly he replied he had sent the cylinder but the gas carriers might do something wrong. I telephoned him consecutively for three days 4, 5 and 6 Oct. Each time he replied that he will send the cylinder that day. But till now he did not send me the cylinder. Already 40 days have been passed but till now i have not got the refilling cylinder. I can not understand what to do now. Please do something. I feel helpless.

                                    Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam is poor in serving the customer as whenever We want to book the Gas All time we find they used to keep the phone lines busy. I am trying to book a gas cylinder for the past one week but till now i am not getting the line. Please try to understand the customer difficulty. They are having four lines. all the four lines are always busy.

                                    I am Bindhyachal Singh from Baroda, My con. no. 02118, I had booked the gas on 04.01.2011 and had been told that I will be given delivery in 10 day, but when I contacted to agency on 15.01.2011 I was roughly told that it will take another 3 to 4 days. When I contacted on 17.01.2011, I was told that next day only it will be delivered and phone was put down with a bulling answer. But they delivered on 17.01.2011. The most surprising thing was that the delivery challan contains the date 13.01.2011
                                    Now, respected sir, I want to know - after delivery agency people taking 21day for booking, then 10 days verbal intimation by them for delivery and actual delivery is taking place almost after 14 days. But a gas bottle is not servicing us for 35 days - can you advice what to do in this case? May be a solution for this problem? Because I am totaly disagree of this system if it is structured by govt.                                     The service from SUDHEENDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY - Hennur Rd - Bangalore is becoming very worst day by day. I have booked a refill on the 19 April 2011. As on today 26th April 2011, I have not received the refill & when I contacted today, They are telling that it will take 5 more days time and they say that IVR Booking is not valid it will only come by next 5 days and you have to book again

                                    Many of the time it is noticed that even after billing date, only after 5-7 days only they are delivering the Cylinder to our home. Now a days it is very difficult to get them over telephone & if we get them with great difficulty, there has been no courtesy to even listen to our grievance & they just slam the phone and no proper answer given.

                                    If Indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do some thing about such issues. Least I request them to educate their staff on how they need to address the customer problems.
                                    I had also requested them to change my gas agency.they sy its not posible
                                    Inspite I have also pesornaly seen in few places like sultan playa and manornpalya they sell gas at 65 rs per kg they also have autorikshaw refilling unit for which I have seen they utilize small residential cylinders which is ment only for resident use
                                    I have seen few cops collecting daily Money (roll call )

                                      For the past 15 years I have been a customer of Indane LPG gas. My present LPG connection is with Shreedhar gas Agency , Kankawali, Dist- Sindhudurga.My consumer connection no is 002661, SV No. 385063
                                      Now the above Agency supplying refill cylinders not at all to the
                                      satisfaction. This agency not allowing the booking for refilling of cylinder and also not giving the facility of Home delivery. We all have to go thier at Agency many times but no response from the agency and not giving the refilled cylinder .Many time I have made my complaint with consumer care Officer
                                      but all invain to get.
                                      Please do needful for refill supply. If the company is subject to the distributors and cannot supply refill cylinders properly they should express it by writting.

                                      it is absolutely right that the did not deliver supply upto ten days after booking date and never response the customer telephone. the issue mey please be taken in the knowledge of concerned higher authority and also vigilance department as they sell gas in black to unauthorise customer.

                                        M/S CAPITAL GAS karthika, Chalakkuzhy Road, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram Phone[protected] is my supplier of cooking gas. They violate the practice of one cylinder one booking every month by delaying supply and not allowing the customer to book the cylinder unless the one in pending is delivered. The one in pending is not being delivered for the last 35 days. My consumer number is 17693 and the last date of booking is[protected], with Sr.No.6204. They ensure Twelve cylinders per year only to a special category of customers. Actions may please be taken to ensure customer like me get at least one cylinder in every calender month.
