i am costumer of indane gas in ahmedabad . my complain is that the employee of the distributor shop are not costumer friend even they does not give satisfactory answer of our any call. we have to beg for connection, 2ed cylinder approval, cylinder delivery etc etc.evn they don't give satisfactory answer to any phone call perhaps they receive .

Recently we shifted from Gujarat to Pune, I have an Indane Gar connection and opted to transfer the gas connection from Gujarat to Pune.
The Gas connection is on my Grandmother's name. She is 86 years old. When i went to Samayak (Vishrantwadi Branch) to ask if i want to transfer the connection to my name. First of all they asked me to get my Grandmother to their agency to get the transfer procedure completed....
