I had transferred my Indiane gas connection No. 27670 Subcription Voucher No. [protected] through Transfer termination Voucher [protected] dated 05/10/2010 from M/S J. V. Indane gas agency Avinashi/Tiruppur to M/S Kumar gas agency Mangalam Road/Tiruppur. Submitted passport copy as identity proof and Rent receipt as address proof. The Owner of the building where i am staying is M/S Indian dyes and chemicals so gas agency cant acept this as rent receipt.According to them It must be some individual name. Give me your advice.

    Indian Oil — Not delivering the LPG Gas cylinder

    I have booked a gas cylinder 20 days before, from Ranie Enterprises (44, Perumal Nagar, 2nd Street, Madipakkam, Nanganallore. Chennai-61). While booking the cylinder, they said they will deliver it in 13 days. Now it is 20 days and when I checked with them, they say that, the delivery boy couldn't find us in the address given and they have returned. But for the past 1 year they are delivering the gas in the same address as given to them. How-come they couldn't find the address THIS time?

    Last time, when the boy was taking the gas inside my house, because of his carelessness, he made some damages in my house. I complained that in the agency. I think, because of that, the boy is taking revenge on us. (Or the 'agency' might have sold it in the black market, as it is common.)

    Whatever it is. I want the gas cylinder immediately. The agency, or the boy is not supposed to torture the customer for their ego.

    Please make arrangements to deliver the cylinder. Because, my cylinders are empty.

    I hope Indian Oil Corporation will take necessary steps at the earliest.

    I am customer of INDANE gas service M/s Shri Radha Govind Gas Agency, 9/171, sham block, Kailash Nagar, Delhi-31. My consumer no. is 1267 having double cylinder connection.

    but not delivery in this time why? & distributors always one ans. not cylinder for me.
    distributors tell me every booking. booking time is 25 days. if you mind, I am wrong. then check my distributors refilling booking statements. my contact no. [protected]
    I am a customer of INDANE gas service M/s Deepganga gas agency, Ramnagri mod, Ashiananagar Patna. The agency never response on telephone, as i am Sub-divisional engineer and always working in different sites it is very difficult to go the gas agency.Kindly solve my problems as there is no other male member in my family. THANKS.

      gas distributor of Ioc has told that booking is done after 21 days of previous booking.But
      now he denie in booking and told that booking has been done after one month of delivery this create a problem. first delivery is done after 3 to 4 days of booking so every time of booking increase by 3 to 5 days. No term and condition of booking is provide to any customer.

        Indane Gas — delay refill of Gas

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I am customer of indane gas my conumer No.32010 Kanpur Gas & Allied agency, The Mall, Kanpur.Dist. and their telephone no.[protected]. I have booked for refill on 18.03.2009 but till now they have not supplied a refill. at the time of booking they were told me to send refill in 8 days but 21 days over but not send a refill till now and also they were not giving a proper reply. Booking for refill also they will book for refill 21 days after sending the cylinder and 15 dasy to supply the refill totally the customer has to receive refill in 40 days. so i am requesting you to Book my complaint as well take some strict action on that agency.

        Indane Gas — Delay for Gas Refilling

        Dear Sir,

        I am staying in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This is to put to your notice that I have been facing the problem of refilling my gas cylinder every time I book it. As per the rules laid down for the dealers I hope that the refill should be made within 2 days from the day of booking, but still nothing is being done even after days beyond the limit. I hope to see some positive action from your end at the earliest.

          I am Manatosh Kumar Bhunia, a customer of INDANE GAS. My customer Id is S-1235 and the dealer's name is SAINIK INDANE SERVICE, Mahishadal, East Medinipur. I booked a gas cylinder on 29th of August. But till now I have not got the gas cylinder. I met the dealer bodily for two times. I have even telephoned him at least 10 to 12 times. Firstly he replied he had sent the cylinder but the gas carriers might do something wrong. I telephoned him consecutively for three days 4, 5 and 6 Oct. Each time he replied that he will send the cylinder that day. But till now he did not send me the cylinder. Already 40 days have been passed but till now i have not got the refilling cylinder. I can not understand what to do now. Please do something. I feel helpless.

          Dear Sir,
          I Mr.K.SAHADEV/GAS CONSUMER NO-S 18715 of Sambalpur,Orissa.My Gas dealer was M/S LIPI GAS.I booked for gas on[protected].They replied within two to three days I will get Gas.I have one cylinder.Can I get another cylinder?Till now I did not get Gas.When I called two days back for Gas they assured to get on the same day.Their tel no[protected] always shows busy.Somewhere they are mishandling their tel-no to show like that.If really that much busy why don`t to arrange another no from there or Gas dept.I need answer the reason for this delay.Also I need a tel no to assist for customers.

          i am a consumer of indian gas my consumer no is 42183 , i have booked cylinder for re filling on 7.02.2010 at Raghu gas , khansha road , gurgaon, its code no - 103836 but up till date not delivered by gas supplier after repited follow up. it should be supplied with 7 day after booking.
          no one is taking intrest in his office.

          if you will ask for cylinder to be a new road chap customer then he will tell you the cylinder is available by Rs 900/

          i want to say that he is selling gas cylinder in open market and not suppling to consumers.

          Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam is poor in serving the customer as whenever We want to book the Gas All time we find they used to keep the phone lines busy. I am trying to book a gas cylinder for the past one week but till now i am not getting the line. Please try to understand the customer difficulty. They are having four lines. all the four lines are always busy.

          Kindly take up the matter seriously and do the needful
          I am Bindhyachal Singh from Baroda, My con. no. 02118, I had booked the gas on 04.01.2011 and had been told that I will be given delivery in 10 day, but when I contacted to agency on 15.01.2011 I was roughly told that it will take another 3 to 4 days. When I contacted on 17.01.2011, I was told that next day only it will be delivered and phone was put down with a bulling answer. But they delivered on 17.01.2011. The most surprising thing was that the delivery challan contains the date 13.01.2011
          Now, respected sir, I want to know - after delivery agency people taking 21day for booking, then 10 days verbal intimation by them for delivery and actual delivery is taking place almost after 14 days. But a gas bottle is not servicing us for 35 days - can you advice what to do in this case? May be a solution for this problem? Because I am totaly disagree of this system if it is structured by govt.           The service from SUDHEENDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY - Hennur Rd - Bangalore is becoming very worst day by day. I have booked a refill on the 19 April 2011. As on today 26th April 2011, I have not received the refill & when I contacted today, They are telling that it will take 5 more days time and they say that IVR Booking is not valid it will only come by next 5 days and you have to book again

          Many of the time it is noticed that even after billing date, only after 5-7 days only they are delivering the Cylinder to our home. Now a days it is very difficult to get them over telephone & if we get them with great difficulty, there has been no courtesy to even listen to our grievance & they just slam the phone and no proper answer given.

          If Indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do some thing about such issues. Least I request them to educate their staff on how they need to address the customer problems.
          I had also requested them to change my gas agency.they sy its not posible
          Inspite I have also pesornaly seen in few places like sultan playa and manornpalya they sell gas at 65 rs per kg they also have autorikshaw refilling unit for which I have seen they utilize small residential cylinders which is ment only for resident use
          I have seen few cops collecting daily Money (roll call )
          My customer ID is 31913 in the name of MUMTAZ. If any of you knows any other the Indane complaint mail id or contact no, pl let me know.

            non receipt of cylinder
            For the past 15 years I have been a customer of Indane LPG gas. My present LPG connection is with Shreedhar gas Agency , Kankawali, Dist- Sindhudurga.My consumer connection no is 002661, SV No. 385063
            Now the above Agency supplying refill cylinders not at all to the
            satisfaction. This agency not allowing the booking for refilling of cylinder and also not giving the facility of Home delivery. We all have to go thier at Agency many times but no response from the agency and not giving the refilled cylinder .Many time I have made my complaint with consumer care Officer
            but all invain to get.
            Please do needful for refill supply. If the company is subject to the distributors and cannot supply refill cylinders properly they should express it by writting.

            Gemini Enterprises gas services — LPG cylender not yet supplied

            I have booked my Gas connection but till date the LPG cylender not yet supplied. Telephone line are always found busy, if some time bell is ringing the did not lift the reciever. I am required cylender urgently. Please instruct to agency to supply immediate.
            it is absolutely right that the did not deliver supply upto ten days after booking date and never response the customer telephone. the issue mey please be taken in the knowledge of concerned higher authority and also vigilance department as they sell gas in black to unauthorise customer.

              M/S CAPITAL GAS karthika, Chalakkuzhy Road, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram Phone[protected] is my supplier of cooking gas. They violate the practice of one cylinder one booking every month by delaying supply and not allowing the customer to book the cylinder unless the one in pending is delivered. The one in pending is not being delivered for the last 35 days. My consumer number is 17693 and the last date of booking is[protected], with Sr.No.6204. They ensure Twelve cylinders per year only to a special category of customers. Actions may please be taken to ensure customer like me get at least one cylinder in every calender month.

                cooking gas supply is very poor in the area
                I am Sethuraman.G residing at Sithalapakkam, Chennnai an indane gas customer with Prarthana Gas Agencies, Mooarasempet, Chennai and my consumer no is 17068. I got the last delivery on 15th DEC ’07, after that I booked for another on 5th JAN’08 through telephone, but they informed me that the possible booking date is only after 25th Jan’08. I went 3-time to the agency and asked for the reason they did not give the proper answer. Finally I went today the 6th FEB’08, I found that in my name they have already delivered one on 5th JAN’08 to someone else, I was shocked and they informed that I can get the supply only after 10th FEB’08. I have 2 Cylinders, one already over last month, the other may over in one or two days after that I have no possibilities to go for firewood and kerosene stove. Hence I request the respective authority to take immediate action.

                My name is George Daniel.I have purchased a gas (IOC) from Adoor, Baby Gas agency(No.BGS5619) Pathanamthitta(Dt), Kerala state, then the agency stopped for few months with complaint.My gas would shifted in to Poornima gas Parakode.After clear the coplaint Baby gas reopened but my connection countinued in Poornima(No.PIS22126)But their service is bad because of the distance(ony my card is stayed their all others were in Baby gas).After a few months Baby gas had stopped and all are supplying by Poornima.But my misfortune my gas has shiftted to Royal Pathanamthitta, 16 KMs away from here(No.RIS14851).Still now they not supply the gas.will you please change it to Poornima(all this transfers are their will, not my).Otherways i will compel to go to the consumer court.My address is Mavilathekkethil, Paranthal P.O, Kerala-689518My Ph No. [protected]

                      I visited for a new connection with all the formalities, address proof and id proof, and asked about the connection but came to know very starange thing that i have to take buy "GAS STOVE " as well with gas cylender.. and my form not accepted.

                      when i asked said that i dont want to buy GAS STOVE from them, they refused to give me connection.

                      plz let me know is it mandatory to buy gas stove with a new connection, which will cost me more then Rs 4200..

                      Guide me where i can proceed against this discrimenation...and blackmailing.

                      I am from Bangalore, I am also facing the same problem while new connection. Since I am having the Gas stove I need only the cylinder and other accessories connection. Now they are asking me to produce the bill for purchased the gas stove.
                      is it mandatory to produce the bill ? Bcoz i do not have the bill since it was gifted to me. But it is branded stove with ISI mark.

                      Could u pl guide me how to go about it.

                        I am a registered LPG consumer through Sai Chitra Gas Agency, Chennai. Getting the Cylinder (Refill) is very much delayed. Agency says that, after booking the delivery will take more than 15 days. One Cylinder provides gas connection for maximum of 30 days for 6 member family. But we have to book the cylinder, after 21 days of receiving the previous cylinder (as per Agency - Not sure whether it is a Government rule). After booking the gas agency will take 15 days for delivery (totally 36 days as minimum). This makes the cylinder unavailability for 6 days completely, and it makes us very difficult to run the normal life. At the same time, other Agencies (Bharat) are able to deliver the cylinders less tha a week. Requesting to take action to make the Gas delivery within a Week.

For that I want to transfer my gas connection. Now I have all required document i.e. Transfer document , ID proof, Adress proof. But the authorised agency named : Harsiddhi Gas Agency,1- Sahjanabad shopping centre, Near Chankyapuri Crossing,Ghatlodiya Ahmedabad. is not give me the new connection due to they dont have stationery. They basically harassed me from 30/09/10 to till date. they Not even want to hear my problem. Dear sir pls look into this matter and pls do some action on that.

                              Gas cylinder in our house was leaky since 5A.M. to-day[[protected]]. There was no response from the emegency service of our area despite our repeated attempts.[Emergency No. given to us 26258245 & [C] [protected]]. Only after 8-15A.M. the Agency service sent a technical person & attended the defect.I have been trying to contact IOC consumer Service also to lodge a complaint in this regard.                                 I am Sgt S Roy a combatant member of Indian Air Force and presently posted to my home zone against a compassionate ground application. When I have approached the local Indane LPG office with my authentic TV No-[protected] dtd 28/09/10 of the connection collected from AF Stn Sirsa in favour of Indane Chittaranjan, the clerk of the office Mr D Kundu unnecessarily harassing me with delaying in process saying that the dealer is not available etc. It is also i have felt that the attitude of the workers of that business station is extremely unprofessional which leads to a extreme clientèle dissatisfaction.

                                  Our LPG gas connection is from Indian and the gas agency for the same is Shresth Gas Service (Add – G-29, Diwan House, Ajay Enclave, New Delhi 110018). We changed the gas cylinder and there was a problem which caused gas to leak. This is a life threatening scenario and we called the Emergency Service Cell Numbers[protected] /[protected] / [protected]) but there was no response and no one picked up (date when the problem occurred and calls were made – 2nd, Oct, 2010). Considering the scenario and the life threatening situation, the non availability of the Emergency service is completely not acceptable. Please have the agency fix the emergency service and pay for the mental agony caused in this ordeal.

                                      Sub:- Complaint regarding the non delivery of cooking gas refill cylinders reg:-

                                      I am a 65 years old widow staying alone in my home. I have two Cylinders of Indane gas connection with consumer No. 69 attatched to S B Gas Agencies Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Ph. No[protected]. Though I find difficulty in travel, I personaly went to the office of the agency and booked for refill cylinder on[protected].(Before booking this I was trying to contact the party throgh phone, which is on engaged tone always. If at any time the ring is going the party never lift it) The Agency promissed that they will deliver the refill cylinder within 15 days. As there was no response from the party I approched them again on person twise and they had agreed to deliver the cylinder on the very next day itself. As on date the refill cylinder is not delivered to me and as the phone is engaged always I can't contact the party.
                                      Kindly help me in getting the cylinder at the earliest as my second cylinder is also getting empty.
