M/S VIGNESWAR GAS AGENCY SITUATED AT RAILOR NAGAR, MADURAI ARE VIOLATING ALL STATUTORY AS WELL AS RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CONSUMERS AS GIVEN BELOW
1) THE GODOWN IS SITUATED IN A THICKLY POPULATED RESIDENTIAL AREA, WHICH IS HAZARDOUS FOR THE LIFE OF INNOCENT RESIDENTS IN CASE OF ANY LEAKAGE ETC..

2) CONSUMERS ARE DENIED TO CONTACT THE AGENCY FOR BOOKING THE REFILLS OVER PHONE, SINCE ALL THE THREE PHONE CONNECTIONS ARE NOT ALL ANSWERED, BUT RINGING IS GOING ON WHICH CURTAILS THE RIGHT OF CONSUMERS DUE TO THE VOLUNTARY DENIAL OF BOOKINGS.

3)CONSUMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK THE REFILL BEFORE 25 DAYS OF SUPPLY OF REFILL. THAT TOO THEY ARE ALLOWING TO BOOK REFILL ONLY AFTER 25 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE REFILL BY THEM.. EVENTHOUGH 2 CYLINDERS ARE ALLOWED TO CONSUMERS, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK THE REFILLS USING THIS CONDITIONAL WAIT OF 25 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF CYLINDER.
4) THERE IS NO TIME FRAME FOR DELIVERY AFTER BOOKING THE REFILLS. THEY ARE TAKING 10 DAYS TO EVEN 20 DAYS FOR SUPPLY.

5) THE AGENCY IS VIOLATING ALL THE NORMS REQUIRED FOR A GAS AGENCY.. THEY ARE THREATENING THE CONSUMERS IN CASE OF DEMAND..

PL TAKE SUITABLE ACTION BY CANCELLING THE LICENSE/AGENCY AND ADDRESS THE GRIEVANCES OF CONSUMERS RIGHTS.

Good Evening,

My name is Krishnan . I am working in Abu Dhabi. My wife name is Mrs. K.Seetha Lakshmi Vilangudi Her Gas connection No is 15705A .She had Received her Cooking Gas on[protected]. again She had ordered through by the phone on 6th December 2010. She is keep on calling to Vignehwara Gas Agency.The person who was answered the phone in the agency told to my wife that They have sent already to my house.when my wife was asked to the supplier I mean Delivery man .He said He didn't received anything from his office. Still she is not Received the Gas. Also She had been complaint to the Indian oil corporation[protected]. So far Nobody take any action to supply the Gas to My house.

Could you please take some quick action to supply the Gas to my house please.I hope the Gas Agency will take some quick action

    Sundershyam enterprises, Gas agency does not lift the telephone and for booking the gas we have to be go personally. Gas weight is not accurate. delay in deliver the gas to us.

    lindane — delayed in delivery and poor service

    Respected sir,
    I am one of a old customer need to refilling a cylinder but after booking one month they cannot give a cylinder to me. At Robertsganj gas agency after booking I request many times and complaint to distributer. But distributor and his workers totally involve in black marketing. I prove how and who are involve in black marketing. At present I use kerosene for cooking.

    lindane — Phones not being attended by the Gas Agencies

    My Gas is leaking from the new cylinder and I tried to contact the Agencies peoples but got no help.

    I called all the numbers printed on the Reciept of Indane Gas agency (Mohan & Mohan Ashoka-II Sec 35 Faridabad Haryana) , but no use of it because either the number is wrong or the ring is going on and no body is picking the phone.

    Even my mom went to the gas agency to log the complaint but no body cares to do any thing , even they do not have the sence to measure the sevrity of the problem.

    This simply shows the low standerd and carelessness in the service.

    I request the Indane company to take a proper action to improve the customer service and customer satisfaction.

    THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT WE DONT HAVE A BOOKLET THE BOOKLET IS FUL AND WE WANT A NEW BOOKLET AND THEY ARE NOT ISSUING THE BOOKLET THE INSPECTION OFFICER SAYS THAT HE WANT FEW DOCUMENTS WE ARRANGED ALL THE DOCUMENTS BUT WHEN EVER WE GO TO MEET THE CONCERNED PERSON HE ISNOT AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE ITS BEEN MORE THAN 4 MONTHS AND WE R NOT GETTING GAS BECAUSE SINCE LAST NOVEMBER.     Sir, I am the customer of Indane Gas, having my Customer Id. No. 15174 with Madhavi Gas Agency, 8-1-307, Vivekananda Nagar, Shaikpet Nala, Golconda Post, Hyderabad-500008, A.P. There Phone Nos are[protected] and[protected]. Every time to book a refill gas cylinder, we require atleast to get to connect the phone is atleast half an hour, gets always busy and luckily when we get through, only bell rings and no one answers, it is not usual but common practice of the staff. One day I went personally to the office of the gas agency and dialled their number with my mobile, their phone is ringing and the staff is listening the songs and answering the phone. Therefore, I request to take the strict action in this required or else, I have to approach to the higher authorities and even to the Ministry. Hope reasonable action will be taken and kindly book my refil now. Thanking you.

    My consumer No. is 23618. Sir I have not got any refill from last 3 months and in these time I report many times to authorised dealer i.e. M/s. vinay Agency, gaya (Bihar) but he does not care. I also complane to Field Officer Mr. Rajendra Das but he also not response and misbehaved with our family on the phone.
    You are request to deliver the refill.

      I am having a Consumer No. KD15167 with the KARCO DISTRIBUTORS ( Indane Gas Agency) , 16 R N CHOWDHURY ROAD CALCUTTA--700015 I booked for Gas cylinder on 10.12.2007 booking no 5381with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date( [protected] . I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

      I. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond when i ring up their telephone no [protected] or [protected].

      lindane — non delivery of LPG

      i booked gas on 25.03.08 through web .But it has not been delivered till now. Gas agency's tel. no. is either always busy or not attended.

      We are regularly facing problem to get cylinders in time. After 10 to 15 calls only they normally come and deliver the cylinder.This time we booked on 3rd May. They are telling that it may take 30 days toget the cylinder. Last time we got after 50 days. They are telling that due to shortage they cannot supply. But we dont find any such problems in Aluva and North Parur. I dont understand the problem with Angamaly people.

      Also they are harassing us when we call to enquire about the supply. Please do the need ful

      lindane — Quality of LPG

      I am a consumer of LPG supplied by Indane through Vidya Sagar Agencies, Delhi.

      There seems to be some issue with the particular cylinder which I received from them. It has started giving yellow flame and if we turn the stove knob to sim, the flame used to go off. Sometimes the flame intensity increases automatically and sometimes it goes down. This phenomena was happening with all the 4 burners in the stove

      At first we thought its a stove issue, but since it was happening in all the 4 burners so we thought lets change the gas cylinder and then give it a try. With the new cylinder, it is working fine.

      There seems to be some problem / quality issue with the gas filled in that particular cylinder.

      This behavoiur is quite risky, as you will never know when the flame will go off and gas will continue to flow from the stove to the surroundings.

      lindane — non-receipt of LPG Cylinder

      I booked one cylinder(consumer no. 12509) with M/S Virendra Enterprise, Bahadurgarh-124507 on 22.02.2010. When I contacted for the status of supply, the office lady said there is no booking and she is booking it on then(02.03.2010). Thereafter, I requested the agency for every alternate day and they are replying that it would sent by tomorrow but till date it is not received. Has the Indane short supply become so cute? By the time, my second cylinder is empty which was running for last 1-1/2months. We can not put booking before 3weeks of one cylinder receipt and 3-4 weeks sleeping of agency is making our life hell.

      Indane offiice is requested to look into this agency's functioning closely.

      dear sir i am a resident of indore having LPG connection but my dealer SUNDARAM GAS AGENCIES does not supply gas after booking for as long period as 30 days after booking

      yesterday when i tried to attach a cyllinder to the regulator i found the gas is leaking.

      later on i found that a rubber packing is missing from the outlet of the cyllinder.

      it is a serious safety problem.

      lindane — NON SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER FOR 16 DAYS

      WE BOOKED A LPG CYLENDER ON 16.12.2010. DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS DID NOT GET IT TILL 31.12.2010. WE ARE COOKING NOW ON A BORROWED SMALL CYLENDER. OUR CONNECTION NUMBER IS 2050 WITH NAYYAR GAR AGENCEY, PVR CINEMA COMPLEX, VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI. HIS TELEPHONE NUMBER IS[protected]. THE PHONE IS HARDLY PICKED UP BY THE STAFF. ON ASKING THE REASON FOR NON SUPPLY OF CYLENDER, THEY SAY THAT THE SUPPLY PERSON SHRI BRIJESH IS AT FAULT. ON BEING ASKED FOR THE COPLAINT BOOK TO REGISTER THE COMPLAINT, THE STAFF DID NOT PROVIDE THE SAME.

      IT IS HUMBLE REQUEST TO FORWARD THE COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY AND APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE INITIATED IN THE MATTER AS THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF CYLENDER IN THE CAPITAL.

      LPG Cylinder — NON RECEIPT OF CYLINDER

        i am using indane gas connection from 2001(one cylider) in chennai customer no 40110 due to delayed supply of cyliners i have registered for additional cylinder on may2005. but till no reply from ioc. i have enquired your dealer the have replied that " not now" pls tell me when you will inform us since i am struggling lot and without gas no cooking will be made only hotel.

        Indane Gas — Addiditional cylinder not available

        I ahev been facing the problem of not being able to get a second connection from Indane Gas (Madhapur, SAi Venkatesh dealer, Hyderabad, AP, India) for a very long time. Every time I have gone and spoken to them the only reply I get is that second cylinder is not avaialble from last 2yrs. I think this is a BIG lie.Me and my husband are both working and it is really difficult for us to keep on going and checking with them on the same. I also have a problem in getting the refill booked through them. Though they have given two numbers to us but they are either forever ringing or enganged, I have personally witnessed them paying a deaf ear to ringing phones when I was there in the gas agency office and when i questioned them as to why they were not answering those calls, they replied by saying taht the phones just keep on ringing all the time. Can someone help in solving this problem.

        I had booked additional cylinder from bangalore Sheela agency JP nagar in month of Sept 2007 untill now i have not recieved the additional cylinder

          I have connection no. MT-5578 with Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon. I have booked one cylinder on 9th January, 2008. Till date i.e. 24.1.08, I have not got the cylinder and am suffering very badly. I am always making telephone calls to them and on every time they are saying that today you will get, today you will get, but all commitments gone in vain. The agency telephone nos. are[protected] and mobile no. is [protected]. I request the concerned authority/officer to intervene in this matter because their delivery schedule are very badly and I am always suffering.
          My comments about Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon having connection no. MT-5578, may kindly be updated :-

            Sir,

            At present, the practice of one monthone cylinder(domestic cooking gas) supply to a family is followed by IOC. This practice of supply is applicable only to a small family consisting of husband, wife and a child. The big family consisting of say five, six, seven members etc., are naturally consume more gas for cooking food and one domestic cooking gas cylinder supplied to this type of family will lost only for about 19/20 days. For rest of the days in the month for cooking, kerosene is also not supplied by the civil supplies department and the consumer is forced to buy Indane cooking gas cylinder @ Rs.500/- from outside agencies whereas the cooking gas price fixed by IOC is Rs.288/-.

            When contacted IOC customer cell, Teynampet, Chennai, requesting to supply one cylinder once in three weeks, the official attended the phone said that for one ration card, only one cylinder will be supplied and in case if extra supply is needed in the month, additional ration card is to be obtained from the civil supplies department, by segregating the family members in the ration card.

            Is it in order or is it possible to get additional ration card by segregating the family members if the family consists of husband, wife and grown up children?

            Will IOC domestic cooking gas division, Chennai, will help me in getting supply once in three weeks?

            I surveyed the domestic cooking gas supply market and shocked to note that everywhere in Chennai Indane domestic cooking gas cylinders are freely available for everybody who gives an empty cylinder and paying Rs.500/-(actual cost of the cooking gas is Rs.288/-) for getting the full cylinder and thus the genuine Indane customers are compelled to face difficulty.

            Will the IOC authorities take remedial action to help these genuine Indane customers?

            R/O 257 indrapuri colony indore. my gas dealer is ankur gas agency behind sapna sageeta talkies 107schim no 47 indore
            i am fed up with the serviccs provided by this dealer . because neither he deliver the refill cylender nor responding on calls. after sereral complian to dealer evven to owner mr. gangadhar no response from them my latest booking is 13/3/08 no is 1322

            This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
            The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.

            Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.


            My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.I do not have a cylinder and if necessary action could be taken to send a gas cylinder to me would be appreciated.

            I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

            hi, Needs some advise on how to produce with my case with IOC. I got a new connection in 2006.I am from tamilnadu, here its mandatory to have a ration card (family card) to get a new gas connection. since i did not have a family card i obtained a letter from the town supply office stating that i donot have a family card and i can be given a new gas connection. This all went successfully and got a new connection.
            When i tried calling the gas agency to book my refil for this month. i was asked to come in person and produce the family card. I told them i donot have afamily card and have produced the letter issued at the time of getting the new connection by the town supply officer. the agency people say that that letter is not vaild now. I really shocked how a letter issued by a government official will be not valid, do they really have some validity period.
            I spoke to the customer cell area office - coimbatore. i was told that they the i have to get one more new letter from town supply officer stating that i donot have a family card.

            can anyone advise on how to proceed further.

            Ps: the agency people are asking to get the family card at time of booking the refil cylinder to put a seal on the familycards that are not sealed at the time of issue due to which there is a misuse of the family cards by enjoying both the facility of kerosene from the government as awell as the gas.

            Indane Gas Bottle For Home — Non delivery even after booking of 10 days after 21 days.

            My customer No.1426 & The Gas station is Maruti Gas, Tulsidham Char rasta, Manjalpur, Vadodara. I have booked on phone after 21 days one gas cylinder and even after passing 10 days over and above 20 days we have not received gas. Today also they say it will come tomorrow. Then the supply of whole month is going where? if it is not supplied in black.

            We are having 6 persons family and the gas bottle emptied within 24 days. for that see following of Chennai

            At present, the practice of one monthone cylinder(domestic cooking gas) supply to a family is followed by IOC. This practice of supply is applicable only to a small family consisting of husband, wife and a child. The big family consisting of say five, six, seven members etc., are naturally consume more gas for cooking food and one domestic cooking gas cylinder supplied to this type of family will lost only for about 19/20 days. For rest of the days in the month for cooking, kerosene is also not supplied by the civil supplies department and the consumer is forced to buy Indane cooking gas cylinder @ Rs.500/- from outside agencies whereas the cooking gas price fixed by IOC is Rs.288/-.

            When contacted IOC customer cell, Teynampet, Chennai, requesting to supply one cylinder once in three weeks, the official attended the phone said that for one ration card, only one cylinder will be supplied and in case if extra supply is needed in the month, additional ration card is to be obtained from the civil supplies department, by segregating the family members in the ration card.

            Is it in order or is it possible to get additional ration card by segregating the family members if the family consists of husband, wife and grown up children?

            Will IOC domestic cooking gas division, Chennai, will help me in getting supply once in three weeks?

            I surveyed the domestic cooking gas supply market and shocked to note that everywhere in Chennai Indane domestic cooking gas cylinders are freely available for everybody who gives an empty cylinder and paying Rs.500/-(actual cost of the cooking gas is Rs.288/-) for getting the full cylinder and thus the genuine Indane customers are compelled to face difficulty.

            Will the IOC authorities take remedial action to help these genuine Indane customers?

I had done a booking for domestic gas cyllinder on 29/10/2009 vide their entry no.14857. But they have not delivered it to me till now(19/11/2009).Whenever contacted on phone, they assure me of sending the cyllinder by next day.Some times they don't even receive the phone.They do the same thing each and every month.When they deliver the cyllinder, they mention my booking date on the bill receipt, without mentioning the actual date of supply. In many cases I have noticed that they deliver the cyllinder to people who have done booking later( after my booking date).

              Dear Sir/ Madam
              I had been to the nearest Indane Gas Agency for a fresh connection. I was shocked to know that, initially they were unwilling to issue me a fresh connection if I don't take the 'Gas chullah' (Stove) from them. Later, when I requested them that I don't need a Gas chullah, I just need a cylinder with a fresh connection. PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY- The man at the counter tells me- I'll have to pay Rs. 2100/- but I will be given a cash receipt of Rs. 1625/- . Isn't it shocking? I am still shocked while writing this. They have also asked me to come either between 11am to 2pm, or after 5pm.
              Please let me know where do I complaint and get them nabbed red handed. They also refused to give me the telephone number- either of the agency or of their own cell. My cell no. is [protected]

              Please act and respond to put a check on such practices.

              I am staying at Guduvancherry at Neelalmalngalam. I booked gas at Guduvancherry pattammal gas on 11th December 2007.
              On 29th I asked about status he informed that you did not book the gas. I my self went and booked and he did not accept.
              Now he asked me to rebook it. Sir pleae in guduavancherry all are suffed by pattamal gas agencies. and they sold to tea shops and hoteld at Rs.550/- and they are not giving to houses. Please take immediate action and solve our problem

                sir,
                i have received one lpg cylinder from agnihotri gas services(indane) noida, but seal of the cylinder was opened and cylinder weight was also less. so I send back the cylinder.after one day I got another cylinder but with less weight. This was happened three times....

                I am having a gas connection with Indian Oil Corporation, the agency which supply gas is Roop Gas agency, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-96. Connection No- RJ 25047.

                The problems are, the agency won't pick up any of the tel. calls most of the time, when I visited the agency they hang up the phones.( 22616375,22611839,[protected]

                When I went to the agency to book my gas at 12.40pm, they were already closed for lunch even as the board says the lunch time is 1pm to 2pm.

                I got my gas filled that day unfortunately I was not at home, the man some how convenced my wife that the gas is full, they did't weigh the gas cylinder saying there is no instrument with him and he already checked it there in the filling station.

                Today when I was about to change the cylinder I felt the gas is less in the cylinder. When I checked it was shocking, there was 5-6 kg gass less on the cylinder out of 14.2 kg. the cylider weight was 16.2.

                This happens to many of my neighbours. It is not a lonely case.

                I need strict action aganist the agency, as it is thier responsibility to deliver things properly.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am staying in Mayur Vihar, Delhi area and this complaint is for my Indane LPG supplier ‘Roop Gas Service” Agency, A-1/23, New Kondli, Delhi-96, Tel : 22611839, 22619581, 22616375.

                Problems which are facing due to this deficiency :
                (1) Agency people don't pick up the phones and usually they keep the receiver off.

                (2) after booking the cylinder and getting it after 15 days I am still unable to use LPG cylinder due to its leakage problem which I telephonically, personally informed to the Agency and making the meals by using Stove which is creating a lot of mental and physical harassment.

                Details of Efforts to inform about the grievance to which the party has not responded :
                (i) I telephonically booked my requirement for LPG on 29.02.2008 but it was not booked and then I went personally to the Agency and booked the same on 06.02.2008. After struggle a lot I finally got my cylinder on 17.02.2008 morning
                (ii) But when I was installing the same, I felt some leakage for which I immediately dial the emergency nos. given on the receipt but not one responded
                (iii) I personally went to the Godown & informed them for the leakage problem on 17.02.2008 and spoken to the Incharge of Godown and requested to replace the Cylinder. But they told me that their people are not efficient and they don’t check the seal of the Cylinder properly so therefore advised me to personally get the cylinder and they would replace it for which I refused them as being a female it is not possible for me to get down the cylinder from 3rd Floor and go to the godown then they told me that they would send the person for replacing the same.
                (iv) Their delivery man Mr. Prince came to my house in the evening and after checking the seal and cylinder he himself found the problem of gas leakage and told me that they don’t have the stock now so he would get the new cylinder on the next day and replace the same.
                (v) But next day also nobody came and I lodged a telephonic complaint No. 7, dt. 18.02.2008 but nothing happened and then
                (vi) on 19.02.2008 I went personally to the Agency and spoken to Mr. Sandeep who introduced himself as a supervisor and also told me the same thing that he would himself come to my house to re-check the problem because the delivery man was from their godown and not from the agency which I really don’t understood.
                (vii) Mr. Sandeep came to my house on the same day in the evening and again told me the same thing that today also they don’t have the stock and would send me the new cylinder on the next day i.e. 20.02.2008.

                Now it is the 5th day and nobody came to my house or given importance to the major problem of gas leakage. I am still waiting for them and not able to move anywhere, I kept the cylinder in the balcony and don’t know what to do.

                This agency is mentally / physically harassing their customers a lot. It is very big task for everyone to book the requirements on telephone as the agency people keep the receiver off so every time the consumer has to go personally to book the same and not even this but lot of time even the cylinder is underweight and when complaining for the same they give several excuses.

                Hope that you will take an appropriate and strict action against this agency as soon as possible to avoid any major accident and save our life and interest.

                i am not the only person who is facing this problem but lot my neighbours are also suffering this harrassment.

                I had tried a lot on above mentioned telephone numbers; when I want to book a refilling of cylinders. But all the time those numbers are engaged or not answering at all. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same and this is very hard to go their office for booking a gas in each and every time in today's mechanical life. So please advise what is the permanent solution for this?

                And get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly solicited. Please confirm the same.

                  introducing my self i am bn anuradha having a gas connection on my name taken before marriage as i was living independently.the following are thedetails.

                  Now I got married to a Ex-Service man who had served( in Indian Air Force ) the Nation for 20 long years. He has a gas connection of his own which was issued to him while serving in defence, and the same is being used for our family.

                  My complaint is that the Kailash Gas agency which is at Challakere - 577 522 in Karnataka is refusing to honour the Transfer voucher to issue me the Gas connection, stating that my husband has a connection . The transfer Vr. details are as below.

                  Indane Gas — refusal of cylinder for marriage purpose

                  My self Sharvan kumar is consumer of indane gas, and on 22nd of Feb-2008 my sister marrige is going to be done, for that purpose I requried 5 to 6 gas cyliner and as per news of your in news paper I have come to know that, for marrige purpose one can get cylinder, but when I went to give a request to deliver the cylinder My Gas supplier M/S Anubha gas agency has refused that they are not awared about this type of news.So please let us know what to do, there is very short period is being left for marrige.

                  I have Indane cooking gas connection with customer code 20058 and our gas agency is babarpur gas agency whose phone no is 22810334. we are 5 members in our family and having only one gas connection and gas company takes booking after 25 days after cylinder delivery so they are providing only one cylinder in a month. Last month they told us that the system has been computerised and we need to register our phone no first and then need to book gas by sms. we got our cylinder by sms booking last month but after that we send sms for booking then they ASKED FOR REGISTRATION SAYING YOUR NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED AND THEN WE GOT SMS THAT YOUR GAS IS BOOKED YOU WILL GET CONFIRMATION SOON. after few days we again sent sms then also got same sms and finally we went to agency and they told us that sms booking is not working properly so we need to come to agency for booking every month like earlier.
                  we are a family of 5 members so we need atleast 2 cylindsrs in a month so we have to take one cylinder from market every month and it costs more than double. the gas company is not supplying more than one gas cylinder. we can't get new gas connection from same name and we can't take it frm other name as any oter person is not having pan card or itr or smthng like that.

                  So please look into this issue and let me know when i will get new gas connection of Indian Gas or what can i do to get 2 cylinders in a month.

                    From the past two months they were accepting the phone call for gas booking, now they are creating problems and asking document details which we normally do not carry to the work place or office. This cause lot of inconvenience for us in furnishing the details. Hence I request the authorities to look in the matter and resolve the situation at the earliest.
                    How long the customer will sufer.

                    I am residing in Swadeshi, Sodepur and having Indane gas Cylinder. When I book cylinder every month Abhijit Enterprise gas Agency, G.T.Road, 24 Paraganas, Khardaha (Ph:25533455,[protected] is not deliverying Gas in time. I need to call minimum 3 times to get delivery of Gas.
                    For example I have booked a cylinder 22nd of September...but still date no luck of getting the cylinder. I have a small baby at home but who cares.

                    Please take immediate action on this issue.
                    Puneet Gas Service is providing worst service i n the field of gas supply. Every time I receives leaked cylinder and the same has been replaced after repeated requests. Today i.e. on 29-01-09 nobody is picking up the phone. My C.No. is 24049 and I have booked for cylinder on 21-01-09 and till date they had not delevered the cylinder. At the time of booking they said they there is a back log of 4-5 days. Kindly do something

                          I am Manoj menon, having a gas connection with Delhi's Roop Gas Agency Mayur Vihar Phase -3 , Delhi, not only me lot of my neighbours having similar problem what I am facing. The problems are the agency is that they never pick any phone calls, and some times it found that the phones they hang up, and as the result it is remains enegaged . The other mager problem faced they deliver 5-6 kg less gas most of the time, if we ask they say they don't have a instrument to mesaure the weight. Most of the time ladies are at home and they cheat them with diffrent tricks. eg, I booked a gas after lots of struggle, when I reached the agency around 12.40 pm they were already closed the agency for lunch, even as the board out side the agency says the lunch time is 1pm to 2 pm. I got the gas after 4-5 days then the man who some how convenced my wife that the gas is full. Today morning when the gas got finished and about to change the cylinder I flet the gas is less and I checked it. The gas is 5-6 kg less then it is pupposed to be. This is not a small issue lot of people facing similar problem like this.

                          Indian oil corporation — Trouble Facing with Agency

                          I am a customer of this agency since 2005. Recently the M/s Yeshawini agency has handed over my membership to another agency called Benaka Agency which is very far from my residence WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION. After making several calls, I VISITED to Yeshawini Agency they told that my agency was transferred to Benaka agency. When I VISITED the Benaka agency they told that my area will not come under their jurisdiction and it will cover under M/s Yeshawini Agency's jurisdiction.

                          And they asked me to bring my documents to transfer my agency to Yeshawini agency. Again i VISITED to Benaka Agencies, they've given me transfer slip to Yeshawini Agency.

                          When i VISITED to Yeshawini Agencies again they told that you have to bring all your old documents like residence proof and other details.

                          When i asked M/s Yeshawini agency why you have transferd to another agency they were very rudely giving answer that this is like this only. goto hell like...

                          Why should I hear all these things without my mistake and because of their mistake i bound to make 5 trips to all these agencies. For every visit to this office i need to put leave to my office because general office timings and agency office timings are same. If any responsible person from IOC seen this message they may respond please (i hope IOC is an responsible organization). Lets imagine that both of your cylinders are empty and no GAS in your house and this Agency people are troubling you like this... (this is my situation)
                          Dear sirs,
                          It is very difficult for a common housewife to book the LPG to their dealer and get the supply without reminders.Although it is also difficult to replace the leakage cylinder even after reminders and still pending where is 48 hours has been passed.Even consumer is not knowing that who is the dealer/proprietor of the agency.
                          My dealer name is M/S suncity Indane, 11thChopasni Road, Jodhpur and my con.no.is 8746.

                          Will IOC authority will look into the matter?

                            i'm a customer of indane gas agency from krishnagiri district tamilnadu. there's a big chaos here for the cooking gas. it takes around 50 days to get a cooking gas. we are the family of six just do something regarding the mess over here. here the gas is sold in black too. all of the customers r getting the cylinder filled for 500 rs in black. we the krishnagiri people will be greatful for u r kind consideration sir.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am customer of Victory Gas Service, Pilani Distt. Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan[protected],242430. My consumer number is 20843. After supply a cylinder Gas Agency do not book cylinder before 21 days and no time limit for supply cylinder after booking cylinder, therefore not only me almost other customers also facing same problem. I have talked to D.S.O. Jhunjhunu[protected] but he said post your complaint, he has not time to ask Gas Agency about it without a written complaint. I have talked to Shri Mohinder Kumar, A. M. LPG Jaipur on his mobile number [protected] but he also said same thing “I will talk to him” and this is not proper response. As an Area Manager why not he like ask to Gas Agency for arrange a period after booking a cylinder. Here gas cylinder rate is 302.35 and Gas Agency receiving 303 from customers. Why gas agency getting excess money from customers? Why not round off amount? This is not much money for a customer but this is too much for agency if an agency supply hundreds cylinders per day. I hope you will look into this matter and solve this problem.

                            Staff of Shaheed Subhash Gas Service has been very irresponsible in catering to the needs of consumers. When we call them to book the cylinder they either do not pick the phone or they abuse the people who call them for booking. On reaching them personally they misbehave and treat as if beggars has come to their doors. It seems as if they are into black marketing of our cylinders that they don’t have cylinders for the consumers.

                            We have already send our comlaint across two officers- Area Manager V. K. Verma and State officer B.S. Giridhar but still no action has been taken.

                            I request you kindly look into matter and check if they are involved into black marketing of our cylinders. It is not our problem but several consumers are being haunted by them. So with one great action you can help many o[censored]s.

                            Indane LPG Gas supply — Harrasement and irregular supply of refill gas cylinder

                            Sir,
                            I am a Indane gas consumer ang my consumer No. is 2842 and concerned gas agency is SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, Sadhnagar. Gali No.-18K Palam Colony, New Delhi. The agency harrases all the ways in booking and supply of refilled gas cylinder.First of all they do not lift the phone or keep aside if lifted. If booked then non supply even after repeated requests.I am waiting for the last two months.They even don't honour the the booking done at 1260 where I booked there also on Jul 23, 2008 with booking number 5 and subsequently booked at later dates with booking no.6 and 7(on Aug 1, 2008). The ageny has not responded till date. I request for immediate supply and stern action against the SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, Sadhnagar. Gali No.-18K Palam Colony, New Delhi including removal of agency's name.

                            I have booked lpg gas cylinder on 4.11.08 at chintamani super market puthur, Tiruchirappalli 620017. They informed me over phone that bill for this has been raised on 11.11.08.But till now i have not received the gas. My consumer no. 15172. When i phoned them they say that to day delivery will be made.When contacted the delivery boy on 19.11.08, he told that he got the bill to day and delivery will be made to day(19.11.08). nothing happened. Again when I contacted the shop, on 20.11.08 they say that to day we gave the bill and you will get the gas to day.

                            To begin with the booking itself is accepted 25 days after the last delivery. Thereafter no fixed date of supply is given. We were simply told the supply is likely in a week or 10 days perhaps even beyond!So here we are today ... stranded with an empty lpg cylinder wondering when our next meal would be cooked in our kitchen...thanks to the most horrible service by our gas agency Ms. Madhu agencies in Bangalore !! Someone plzz help !!

When we call the agencies the response from them is so worest and literally scolding and we are literally begging them. I heard but there is no proof that they sell it in black and later they adjust.

                            I fully agree with the complain against KLEEN GAS, at BHUBANESHWAR. They are the worst dealers I have seen in last 5 years. The behabior of the owner is very rough.I got good response from both Noble Indane & Bhubaneswar Gas agency since last 4 and half year, but it is unfortunate to say that due to your auto chnge of area I came under KLEEN Gas and suffering a lot.
                            The rashmi rathi gas agency of k sector kankarbagh(800026) has the rule to file a new order after 21 days of previous delivery. and when the order is done they dont give gas cylinder for about 20 days.This is becoming a regular practise and now it has become a very pathetic problem . Inspite of several reminders also they dont keep thair service up to mark. kindly check the problem and sort it out as soon as possible.

                            I am a consumer of Indane Gas Agency since last 24 years. I have never seen such an worst dealer, who treats his customers like the servants of his godown. Due to your auto change system, I came under this Agency from Bhubaneswar Gas Agency, who is really a genuine party.
                            Right from the first month, I have been harrashed by Kleen Gas Agency. Never the party supply the gas before 15 days, that to after no. of reminders over phone. Whenever you try to contact, their phone remains busy.
                            This time they have crossed the limit by not supplying the gas even after 22 days of booking for a gas. I have all authentic documents to prove my alligations.

                            Indane LPG — Insuffiency In the supply

                            I am a resident at Kanjiramattom near Ponkunnam and have taken gas connection from Mary matha gas agency Ponkunnam. There is no gas supply in this area for the last two months which causes a lot of sufferings. We doubt that the agency is black marketing the filled gas cylenders for making unlawful gain. They dont even bother to attend our call.

                            We have Indane Gas connection in my mother's name SRINIVASANconsumer no. 23348 with shree Venkateshwara Indane Gas Agencies,No:5/41-1 taluk Office Road,Hosur-635109

                            The above shree Venkateshwara Indane Gas Agencies delays too much to supply Gas cylinder to us and takes nearly 20 days to supply a Gas cylinder from the booking date. We have singal Cylinder Connection,Most of the time we are running short of Gas cylinders and we are in trouble due to too much of delay in Gas cylinder registration and supply.

                            Indane Gas — Excess Delay in supply of Refill

                            I had booked refill on 2/2/10 (Booking No.696) at Ekta Gas , Roorkee ( Haridwar) , but still after 15 days it has not been received.This is the case of every month.

                            This gas agency is not attending the customer complaint , either by not picking up the telephone or giving excuse that deliveryman has not come.It seems that they are selling these refills in black at higher prices.

                            I booked LPG cylinder with IVR no.1260 on 6/2.Dely was made on 18/2 though the dilivery slip is dated 15/2/2010.The cylinder is nit weighed even after we demanded and the delivery man was very rude.
                            Our dealer is Qutub gas agency in VasantKunj , New delhi.(consume no.QG789)
                            His telephone is always busy and not possible to talk.Also his e-mail I sent has bounced.
                            I also face the same problem. I would like to add few more thing about the agency. whenever we call frontoffice, someone picks up and says some random date for delivering the cyclinder and they are very irresponsible people.
                            Due to the late delivery after 10-12 days, of booking for the Gass cylinder. For which as consumer we are being harassed and nobody male member is in my family to provide the gas cylinder from the Indian Gass counter regularly for which my old parents is being in problem repeatedly. So kindly solve this problem with out any hesitation.

                            Anytime we try to contact the nos... its not available. The line is always busy. May be the person out there need a vacation. After which he would not keep the receiver down. I understand that part.
                            Can someone please guide what is the best option now. Why is the service so bad. isit because that Indane gas provides the gas two hundred lesser than the black market.

                            The monopoly and bad service is absolutely tolerable. please guys show some good customer service.

                            I booked my Gas on 07.10.10 & booking no is 1327 at home delivery. The agency (Global Indane since transferred from Alaka by your organisation) shown his delivery date on 08.11.2010 without delivering the cylinder. No body of my home had signed the counter foil of Gas Delivery slip. I talked over phone several times by then and as per promise they have not delivered the gas till to date and deferring their dates frequently for supplying. I have never been faced such type of problem while my consumer number was with Alaka, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar.

                            Kindly sort out this problem and deliver the gas immediately.

                            I have booked the LPG cylinder Cust. no. m-2015 on dateed 11.11.2010 in the agency M/S MURAD NAGAR GAS AGENCY. ADD. MURADNAGAR DIST. GHAZIABAD, UP . 201206 I Called them everyday but no response on behalf of agency and saying that delivery will be made within one or two days, but we have not received the same till now. I have been fed-up by placing many complaints. No action has been taken agst my complaint.

                            Indane Gas Agency — Extreme Delay in Issue 2nd Gas Cylinder

                            This is in reference with my application for issuing me 2nd cylinder was given to my Indane Gas Distributor namely "Indore Indane - Khajrana Road, Indore" contact no.[protected]. I have applied for 2nd cylinder 1 year back and still I have been told to wait till May'2012.

                            I want to know that is it so problem of stock to issue second cylender to any of the customer that he has to wait for the same for 18 months. Pl. revert urgently as I am forced to go to consumer court for justis on this issue.

                            I can purchase it from BLACK MARKET @ Rs.4000/- by your team but why to go for it without any reason.

                            here i want to register my complaint regarding home LPG gas cylinder, for which the gas agency (m/s shaheed subhas gas servise shahdara,) agency license no. - g/nc/dl/06/308(g20976), is not providing gas cylinder at time, & consumers hav to wait for more then 4-5 hours, they say that cylinder truck had come & cylinder has finished for the day, and come the next day, we all are in problem due to there nonsupporting behavior. please take necessary steps regarding this problem.

                            I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
                            He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. G.Mohan Reddy Cell:[protected] and her son Mr.Sushruth who is working as a captin in indian airlines cell:[protected] and His father name is Mr.B.Surender Reddy [protected] R/o.1-2-597/26, domalguda, Hyderabad and Mrs.Poornima Reddy, daughter of Mrs.Indira Devi : Cell.[protected].

                              I have booked a cylinder (Refil) on 7th december, they said that the refil will reach you with in three days. after one week again called and informed the same, but they told that not booked, and again booked and informed that will send with in two days, but till date they have not supplied (22.12.2007). Last month also they did like this booked on 6th and supplied on 20th. which affects our normal life. for the past two days we are begging each and everybody for cylinder.

                                Im an Indane LPG gas consumer ( No. 41288),with Ambika gas agency, coimbatore.I had booked a refnill cylinder on 29th november 07, after a period of 31 days of previous cylinder issue.They have not yet delivered it till today( 21st dec 07).Similar problems have happenned the previous 3 times I have applied for a cylinder issue.(I have been issued only 3 refills in 9 months with an interval of mininum of 45 days of every refill).even though I have 2 cyliders,both of them are empty for the past 3 weeks.This has caused me tremendous discomfort and forced me to buy a cylinder from a private agency.I have not received any receipt for the previous refills.when asked about it the delivery person asks me to get it personallly from the agency!Now i came to know that they are illegally selling cylinders for a higher price in other customers booking dates(that explains my not recieiving the receipts).I request the concerned authority to take stringent action against the agency and put an end to this menace.

                                  We are having LPG connection Consumer No: 22214 with The Park Town Co-operative Wholesale Stores Ltd.,(Indane Gas Section) 1 & 2, Davidson Street, Chennai 600 001. We are getting the supply regularly from the distributor. Only for the past four months, the dely. date is switched from around 15th to 24th, 26th and 29th day of the month.

                                  Now on 12.12.07 we have booked for the cylinder. They have told me that you will get within a week. But on 19.12.07, we have informed them we have not received. Then they are telling we have not booked on 12.12.07 and insists that you have to show your Ration card. So on 20.12.07 we have shown the Ration card and then only they have booked and they are telling - you will get the supply within a weeks time. Now the delivery date will go to the end of the month. Our humble request is to maintain the delivery date of ours, please inform them that the supply should be given to us immediately and do the needful.

                                    Complaint (1) I am a consumer with 2 cylinders.
                                    When an LPG cylinder is delivered, you
                                    cannot book another within 10 days
                                    even if the running one gets empty.
                                    Then after booking too one has to wait
                                    for about another 15 days during which
                                    time both the cylinders may get empty
                                    as I am having now. no one knows how
                                    long I have to wait.
                                    (2) Despite the above fact cylinders often
                                    seen to be delivered to households
                                    earlier than time in lieu of tempting
                                    tips to the delivery man. They have
                                    the power to change rule (!).

                                    (3) Booking over phone is not possible.
                                    Whenever dialled one will hear an
                                    engaged tone only. Leaving all other
                                    jobs one has to run all the way to the
                                    outlet.
