Sir/Madam,
I am consumer of Indane Gas. Our area service provider is “SUKH-DHAM GAS SERVICE”, C-8/4, Shopping Centre, Lawrence Road, Delhi-35. It is our long experience with them that they never respond on phone. For any problem, we have to go all the way to their door step, quite far from our residence. For instance, on 29.8.08, leakage was detected in cylinder. I tried to contact the Gas Agency on phone but I could not do so and Field Officer’s Mobile was also out of reach. Help Line Numbers 23411282, 23411654 & Emergency Nos. 23841235, 23846584 were also out of reach. I had to come back from my work place and lodge the complaint in person. Today again, I had to rush to their office for registering my complaint for leakage but that proved fruitless and complaint was not attended to. I requested them to give Complaint Book, I was told that Complaint Book cannot be given, as being the last day of the month, the same has been sent to IOCL.
Further more, their delivery personnel, while delivering gas cylinder, never carry weighing machine and are reluctant to weigh the cylinder.
It is requested that “SUKH-DHAM GAS SERVICE” may kindly be instructed to be customer friendly and caring.

I used to book for the refill of cylinder with the dealer directly over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that there is no stock at that time and put off the phone.
I have not received the cylinder in time and they delay upto 10-20 days. I request you to take immediate action in this regard.
