Hi Sir,

This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, we hold our LPG connection with Indane which is again served by Sree Ma kirupa Gas Agencies who have their office at Shop No:11, R-30, "A" TNHB Complex, Spartan Nagar, Annanagar West Extn - Chennai - 101.

We are not getting proper response from the frontliners who pick up our call - at times they even abuse at customers who walk-in to enquire / shout for the delay. There is no proper customer service forum in entirety. There is a manager/owner lady who walks into the office at 12PM everyday - customers are made to wait until she comes and then customers have to request for urgent cylinder requirement.

Frontliner customer enquiry desk agent who picks the call at times places the customers on long hold and wantedly make the customers to disconnect the line. Why there is no proper disciplinary action taken on these kind of agencies? Why should the public suffer?

They have sufficient stocks, they delay the household consumers and sell the stocks for Rs. 650 per cylinder to the hotels and other known or influential people - normal layman or middle class people suffer because of back door sales by the staffs.

Our consumer number is 4499 - its in my dad's name - Mr. F. Jones
we received our earlier supply on 17th September 2010 and booked for a new cylinder on 30th September 2010, for which we are supposed to get the supply on 8th October (21 days from the receipt of earlier supply). But till today 19th October 2010 we are not supplied with any cylinders by the agency. 32 days from our earlier supply. our cylinder got exhausted on 13th October 2010 and we called them to inform -agency didnt bother to supply yet.

We made alternate arrangements by borrowing cylinders from near and dear ones for Rs. 600.

I request the offices to make the agencies deliver the gas within the the specified date and time and be professionals enough to handle the customers properly.

Also need a compensation for the delay, for indulging us to spend extra cost in borrowing and contributing mental trauma and agony in following them up every time.

Dad is a disciplined retired central government employee and he needs rest and peace of mind, rather this guys contribute tension and pressure every month.

Kindly take necessary action and revert.

indane dada gas agency chennai-11 — long delay in delivery of gas cylinders

inspite of holding additional LPG domestic connection, every month facing a crisis in getting the gas cylinders and have to pay more and to get the cylinder from outside. my repeated requests went waste in the respective gas agency. kindly take an initiative in settling this problem.

Dada gas is being one of the very worst service that i got so far, people are very lethargic, rude and fun. i don't know to whom to complaint about this, please help the consumer to get good services. if any one knows about the head office number kindly provide.

    I want to bring this into the kind notice of this forum; that despite booking for Refill of my LPG connection from Indian Gas on 1-Oct-2010 through tele booking, but still it has not been refilled. Meanwhile i had booked again at 8th October 2010 giving details of my previous Refill request but Alas!! still the refill is not done.
    I am not facing this delay in Refilling of LPG for the first time. Everytime i make a complaint through email to IOCL officers but its all in vain. Furthermore i never get a Response through helpline line number or local GAS distributor.
    It is a matter of Shame for IOCL that even after having a reputation of such a great PSU, its consumers' are in pathetic state and very dissatisfied.
    Kindly look into this matter . It will be a big help to me

    I, s.k.thakur consumer no- 31749 went to agarwal gas agency kadma, jamshedpur to book my
    gas.But the person in counter told me that you can't book right now since the gap of 21 day has not been completed till now.But i have to say that I have been delivered the previous booking more than one month. Every booking and delivery is mentioned on my consumer book.Although i havn’t booked recently then you please enquire who booked againt me on dated 14/08/2011 and taken the delivery? The owner of the gas agency misbehaved with me when i approached to him regarding this.He retorted you can go anywhere wherever you would like.This type of negligency and arrogant behaviour has caused major inconvenience to me.so you please look into the matter and do the needful.

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILE ON 21.01.2008 AT RANVIR ENTERPRISES OFFICE, ARAVALLI SHOPPING COMPLEX DDA MARKET ALAKNANDA NEW DELHI -19. EVEN THOUGH IT IS NEARING TEN DAYS, I DID NOT GET MY REFILE FROM INDANE (INDIAN OIL CORPORATION) DEALER RAVIR ENTERPRISES.THE MAN BOOKING GAS IN THAT OFFICE MISBEHAVED ME WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN’T GET MY REFILL AND SAID THAT U WILL NOT GET THE REFILL SO EASILY .HE SAID THAT U CAN GET THE CYLINDER ONLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE IT IN BLACK OR GIVE SOME MONEY TO HIM.       lpg indane — non receipt of lpg even after 2 months

      My consumption of LPG is only 1 bottle in 2 months. I am not not anxious about the non availability due to over use because I am a very economical and reasonable user. So I register only before two weeks I exhaust.
      But my supplier POOJA GAS AGENCY .Eranakulam, says I must register immedietly after the reciept of the filled cylinder so they can supply after 20 days.
      My question is should I have to collect the refills after every 20 days nd no matter I use or sell ?
      Is there no preference for the energy savers like me.
      Being a police officer I feel it as an agreement between the thief nd police ( dealer nd company)on a non theft period for citizens (consumers).Any one who do not book immediately after the reciept of a filled cylinder or do not use a bottle within 20 days can be robbed off company will not be responsible

      Indane Gas — Abnormal Delay & Worst Service in Delivery

      Dear Sir,

      I have a LPG connection bearing no. 13871 with Priyanka Gas Agency, Naubasta, Kanpur in the name of Ramesh Chandra Tripathi R/o 16-A, Hanumant Vihar, Naubasta, Kanpur. I have received last cylender on 22.02.2010 and after 21 days i.e. dt. 15.03.2010, when I went to the dealer for booking then he told me that come again 22.03.2010 for booking and the cylender will be delivered at your home on dt. 23.03.2010 but after 10 days yesterday I went to agency then he said to me that we have no any vendor for delivery so, go to my godown and pick up the cylender from there. The godown is situated about 12 Km. from agency, I am a senior citizen and unable to go to godown due to old age and no any conveyance for his godown.
      The dealer have a phone connection no is[protected] but nobody pickup the phone and not listen to the public request and his staff is very misbehave to the consumers. I said to his staff for complain, so his reply to me "Jao Jahan Mann Ho Complain Karo".

      So, I request to you please solve my problem & oblige to me as early as possible.

        Jai jawan Gas Service — Non delivery of LPG cylinder

        Gas has been booked since 28.01.09 but till date the cylinder has not been delivered.None of the numbers are working so ultimately we have to go personally to get the gas booked.On 10.02.09, when i enquired the reply was very cold that the gas is not booked.He does the booking again but still till date the gas has not been delivered and nobody is responding.

        Sir, I am Consumer with JAI JAWAN GAS. Dwarka, New Delhi. My consumer No. is 26965. I had booked Gas on 11.1.2010 at 0946 Hrs through IVRS. I was given booking No. 54. Till date, I have not received the delivery of Gas Cyllinder. Kindly look into the matter.

        Sir,
        i am lpg consumer in Raj flames. My consumer gas cylinder no. is RF2117 which is named as Ms. Prema Rawat. I booked my cylinder before 45 days ago and till today[protected] i did not received the cylinder. Raj Flames Gas agency is selling cylinders in black.And we have to buy the cylinder in black due to less amount of time.
        I request you to take action soon and deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.And deliver the cylinder and check the gas agency to not to do this in future.And check the agency properly.

          Dear Sir,
          Very poor LPG gas delivery from the Gas Distribution Agent M/S Pushpagiri Agencies, Nalanchira, Trivandrum Kerala. My Bill No is 9245; Customer No: 1111 8881. It's more than a month we had booked one cylinder and till now it's not delivered. The problem they are saying is that road is blocked as highway development works are going on. But when inquiring in office the reply is that the bill and cylinder are already dispatched. So where is this cylinder gone if it's not delivered to us? Does it vanished into air? It's 100% sure that the cylinder in our name is distributed to other private persons for more tips and commissions.
          Sir, Please look into this matter very seriously and take necessary action.

I AM COMPLAINING THE LEAKAGE OF LPG FOR ABOUT ONE MONTH TO THE AGENGY BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY THEM. THEIR PHONES OF THE AGENCY IS ALWAYS ENGAGED AND EVEN IF WE GET SOME SOMETIME THEY DO NOT LISTEN THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT. WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER AND RESOLVE PROBLEM.
            I have a domestic LPG gas connection. As a consumer of IOC No. 17763 my connection has been provided under the dealership of M/s R K Gas Services, Bhadbhada Road, Bhopal. Recently he supplied a cylinder at my home which is continuously leaking. Time and again persistently I have tried to inform on phone the dealer to immediately replace or repair the leaking cylinder. The telephone No. provided by the dealer has no response and due to which nobody is attending this serious problem. At present I am managing by borrowing a gas cylinder from my neighbour.

            This problem of communication with the dealer is always there. In person I have many times mentioned this to the dealer also and he has not provided any other phone or mobile No. for such emergency situation. The present phone no provided is 2776787.

            Kindly expedite matter and direct the dealer to change the cylinder.

              i am Mr.K.R.Bhardwaj live at jhulkadam sakti in janjgir dist. Here we are pay 357 Rs indane gas to home delivery rate+30 Rs to riksha charge in godown. why godwon distance of six K.M. to sakti.But we are not meeted to home delivery service to here all public without powerful person.Here all time available indane gas for powerful person' hotel and black marketing by agent and Ms/r panchmukhi indane gas sakti . all service person live at our coloney whose full day on our duty. only ladies person live at home. so reason her not time taken for gas.If we are taken then two or three C. L. missed for one time cylender.

                  i have observed that phone when we are calling at gurukrupa agency karelibaug for gas cylinder delivery or any complain we have to call for 2 to 3 days or we have to go personely after getting a time from our busy schedule.

                  i understood that phone remain locked when there is large phone call but you must increase call line that is not a big problems for u.

                  Indane Gas — NOT ATTENDING THE PHONE

                  I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR LAST 4 DAYS TO BOOK THE GAS CYLINDER WITH:

                  JAI JAWAN GAS SERVICE, D-493, SEC-7, DWARKA, NEW DELHI - 110 075,

                  BUT UNABLE TO BOOKING THE GAS CYLINDER AS PEOPLE WORKING OVER THERE IS NOT ATTENDING THE PHONE. THIS IS REALLY BIG HARRASHMENT TO THE CONSUMER

                  Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                  Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                  This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

                  gurukrupa gas services — no deliveries of cylinders on time

                  i want to know whether the co(hp gas) has made any time period for booking of cylinders, if there is any time period for booking/delivery of cylinder i would like to know it because gurukrupa gas services didn't give one cylinder per month, and they neither give home delivery, i would like the hp gas to clarify my doubt and rectify my problem.
                  I agree with it. Not attend call upto call 3-4 days regular base. And yes, right delay with gas delivery also.

                  The services what i am receiving from gurukrupa gas service is very very bad.I have called since 20 days after booking of cylinder, but till date( 24/07/2013) i aw waiting my cylinder.Everytime there was a different person available on phone & they said that within 2 to 3 days you will get your cylinder.I have connected existing cylinder on 19/06/2013 in my kitchen.God will help me if booked cylinder will get before existing emptied.

                  Here is worst service provider. Even typical gov agency is better then their working style.
                  Their irresponsible representative replied that i have these many application so you will get your cylinder after 10 day.


                  They de activate my account without giving any alert mesg me on my register number or on my email id by saying that you have not use account since 6 months.
                  If i dont need cylinder then y should i use their service. i ll use it as per my requirement.


                  No online facility.

                    freedom gas agency — close the gas connection

                    sir I have only one connection no. 29042 add. C-106 indrapuri loni Ghaziabad UP. which has been close by agency mark that you filup the KYC form. I am house wife and I am not Having Any id pfoof. what can I do? Can I taransfer this connection in the Name of My Husband Pl. replay.

                      I am consumer (Customer No. D-10865) with M/s Dadri Gas Services, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. The agency has made a rule to return the same serial number cylinder which was issued earlier. I just wanna know whether there is any rule of company to return the same cylinder which is being issued. Pls make me clear regarding this.

                      Respected Sir/madam,

                      most humbly i beg to state that i took a connection from indane gas on may 2009. I have a single gas cylinder connection and thus i am facing a lot of problem in refiling it. as whenever we book a cylinder, they say that it will take atleast 7 days and might take 15 days too. There was one more lady to shouting for it as she had booked the gas on 12th oct but not received it yet. and when she came to ask the reason they just rudely said it will take some more days. this is the case with everyone.

                      I live with my two daughters and mother who is a heart patient. so, i cannot go now and then to request for it. they are also not ready to double the connection. they said it will also take two to three months. so, therefore i request you to take some action against them. for this i shall be obliged to you.

                      INDANE/ GAS — FOR POOR DELIVERY SYSTEMS

                      Dear All Who concern with the management of Indian Gas distribution systems.

                      Sir, it is true that the distribution system is handling by your Agency is very poor delivery response because i have booked my gas on dated 04th Fab. 2011 my booking no. is 2910 and connection no. is 48916 that is under the DIKSHIT GASS SEVA, KHICHARIPUR, DELHI-91. But till date i am waiting for gas delivery and gating problem. i have tried to approached contact person a lots of time on telephone no.[protected],[protected] and getting no reply the aforesaid number didn’t picked by company personnel’s. I and my family completely in problem due to lack of Gas. Is this your costumer policy?

                        This is Suraj Shyam from wipro Technologies Banglore.I just wants to help in corruption free india. So i wants to logg complaint.

                        Complaint :We took Gas from Indane Gas and the amount is 2835/- and the Receipt of Rs 1400/-.Bill Date is[protected] adn Bill No [protected].And also a lady working in Kanhangad branch(Kasaragod/KERALA) .She dont know how to Behave with the customer.

                        Again i wants to inform to the concern person that gas service is selling the cylinders are in black to the hawkers and to hotels persons in front of the customers and there the customers are standing in queue for having delivery but not providing to the regular customer. So the customers are very rude with this kind of behavior of the agency.

                        I think that whatever the matter which i have written above will thr officers going to handle with care and will reply me soon with positive feedback and i hope that the rti officers will not do as sales area officers are doing. If so then where is justice?
                        So please i again request all of the officers sorry if i have maked any mistake in the complaint but whatever i understands i have written and forwarding. If my right is correct then please i should get some needful information.

                        Indane Gas — no responsible

                        sir my name lotus kumar mohapatra ,worked at cuttack for marketing manager, i stayed bbsr,khandagiri,dumduma. i cooked by me.so gas new connection for indane gas still 2-3 months so they are no letter or no response please help me

                          my consumer no. is 002661 , SV No. 385063 . Earlier i have complained against indane gas agency- shridhar gas agency , kankavali. But after giving assurance by shridhar gas agency that he will take booking and give home delivery of refilled cylinder, i am returning my complaint against this agency. Hope this agency will do as they say and give the service in time.

                            Dely supply of LPG Cylinder
                            Dear Sir,
                            I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s Anirudha Gas Sewa, Road No.1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16, Bihar, service who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. LT 4389. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately. I have been provided with only one cylinder. Presently I book the gas on 07 October 2010. Last cylinder i received on 22 September 2010 (whose booking date 08.09.10) so far no cylinder reached my home.When i contacted through phone, it is always engaged. Yesterday i went directly and requested them, they told me that today cylinder will be sent you. It is also true that agency in collusion with local shopkeeper & vendors blackmarketing in local market.
                            I request you to please look in the matter and take strong action against such type of agency and solve my problem.

                            I am also sfferer.I am an IOC gas consumer.I have my consumer number 948 with Magadh Gas Agency near Kurji bridge Patna.Last time I book for a cylender I got it after waiting for 3 months.Whereas the cylenders are avaiIable though blackmarketing. I comlained thrice to the GM Marketing, IOC, Patna.But they are also not much effective.this time I booked on 18/9/2010 with 61 delivery serial No. in the passbook but after passing more than a month this time again I am running form pillor to post to get a filled up cylender.The public distribution system people cannot dare so much without involving top officials.

                            ioc/gas cylinder — delay in supplying gas cylinder

                            I , UNNIKRISHNA PILLAI a smart customer of your company and was registered with an agency namely Quilon Gas Agency. It is highly pathetic of your company that most of the consumers registered with your company is suffering a lot by making delay in serving the gas cylindres for there needs.Rumours behind this problem is mainly the sale through the back doors of the agencies and its regular case which is hearing daily and many cases were reported to the police station also
                            More over my problem is that i booked for my cylindre on the last month of Nov 16th but till today they were not giving a possitive response to my approch. so please take an appropriate disission to my matter otherwise ill be constrained to move to the consumer court for my grevience
                            I am a consumer of IOC LPG since 1972. I booked my LPG for refilling on 8th JUne 2011 vide my booking No.[protected] Through my Mob. to booking No. Mob.[protected].
                            My consumer No. is BP. 964 and my distributer is Babarpur Gas Service Kabir Nagar Delhi. I am sorry to write that i have not recieved my refill cyllander till today ie. 24th june 2011.
                            It is not happening this time it is the routine of every time after booking the lpg. I have also complaint many time to Area manager also but no use.

                            i am a consumer of Noble Indane Gas, Bhubaneswar, Odisha & my consumer No. 06098. I booked one refill on dated 09.05.2012 and ref no 204475. After 11days i have not received my refill still now. i also talk with your sales officer Mr. Sahu about the refill but he told me it will take 15 to 20days. Pls kindly advise to the distributor to supply the gas as soon as possible. my both refill already exhausted.

                              dear sir,
                              the person who supplies cylinder ,took our empty cylinder and gave us a receipt. in usual practice we have to get the filled cylinder in two to three days. but it came to know that the authorized dealer ran away from the city duly collecting the no of cylinders like this( now the agency was taken over by other agency and they says we don't know the previous happenings). now what else i have to do for getting empty cylinder.

                                We are residing in New Balaji Nagar of Selaiyur in Chennai.The name of the agency supplying gas cylinders to us is M/s. Chella Gas Agency, Selaiyur, Chennai 73.Our Indane Gas Consumer Number is 20809. When we tried booking refill cylinder last month the gas agency staff denied to book stating that we are not eligible for booking within 21 days of last delivery. When we told that as per news paper reports and inquiries it is not applicable, they were just rude enough to disconnect the phone. Ultimately the booking was done on 25th of September and till now delivery is not done and we get an instant reply of load not come. My contact mail ID is srikanth.k.[protected]@gmail.com.

                                  Vadakkenchery Indane Gas agency is compulling us to buy stoves from them, when we got the connection, if we refuse to buy they are not giving connection, or we should pay RS.500/- to them.From the starting of this Agency this practice is going on. If any one complaints they are not giving services further, and their behaviour also too arrogant. Please take immediate action about this.

                                    I have lost the Gas Connection Caution Deposit Receipt issued to me at the time of booking the connection - IOCL - Indane Gas . I have approached the Gas Agency , Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad for letting know the procedure there of for obtention of the duplicate receipt. I was not given proper reply / procedure for the indemnity execution.

                                    prarthi 14/03/2009 ko gas connection ke liey security deposit kiya aur kewal book diya gaya jo already mujhe transfer ke samay diya gaya tha oose par new consumer no. post kiye, SV nahe diya gaya kaha gaya ki baad me diya jayega, abhi tak nahi diya gaya, kahate hai 2 yrs bit chuke hai, oos samay jo staff ise banaya tha ab nahe hai, nahe mil raha hai, aap FIR lodge kar dijiye, aur Affidevit dijiye, saath saath connection lete samay gas lighter, ka paisa bhe jama karwaye abhe tak nahe diye kahte hai jo uprokt me varnit hai.
