[Resolved] Indane LPG / Sree Maa Kirupa Gas Agencies — Delay in delivery of booked cylinders
This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, we hold our LPG connection with Indane which is again served by Sree Ma kirupa Gas Agencies who have their office at Shop No:11, R-30, "A" TNHB Complex, Spartan Nagar, Annanagar West Extn - Chennai - 101.
We are not getting proper response from the frontliners who pick up our call - at times they even abuse at customers who walk-in to enquire / shout for the delay. There is no proper customer service forum in entirety. There is a manager/owner lady who walks into the office at 12PM everyday - customers are made to wait until she comes and then customers have to request for urgent cylinder requirement.
Frontliner customer enquiry desk agent who picks the call at times places the customers on long hold and wantedly make the customers to disconnect the line. Why there is no proper disciplinary action taken on these kind of agencies? Why should the public suffer?
They have sufficient stocks, they delay the household consumers and sell the stocks for Rs. 650 per cylinder to the hotels and other known or influential people - normal layman or middle class people suffer because of back door sales by the staffs.
Our consumer number is 4499 - its in my dad's name - Mr. F. Jones
we received our earlier supply on 17th September 2010 and booked for a new cylinder on 30th September 2010, for which we are supposed to get the supply on 8th October (21 days from the receipt of earlier supply). But till today 19th October 2010 we are not supplied with any cylinders by the agency. 32 days from our earlier supply. our cylinder got exhausted on 13th October 2010 and we called them to inform -agency didnt bother to supply yet.
We made alternate arrangements by borrowing cylinders from near and dear ones for Rs. 600.
I request the offices to make the agencies deliver the gas within the the specified date and time and be professionals enough to handle the customers properly.
Also need a compensation for the delay, for indulging us to spend extra cost in borrowing and contributing mental trauma and agony in following them up every time.
Dad is a disciplined retired central government employee and he needs rest and peace of mind, rather this guys contribute tension and pressure every month.
Kindly take necessary action and revert.
