NOT PICKING PHONE FOR BOOKING ACCEPT BOOKING FOR REFILL OF DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER AFTER EXPIRY OF 25 DAYS NOT MAINTAINING WAITING LIST BILLING ON THE BOOKING DATE GETTING REFILLED CYLINDER AFTER 40 TO 55 DAYS HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING ON EXPIRY OF 25 DAYS OF PREVIOUS REFILLING. i also affect with these similar problem. i book gas 20 days before. still not delivered the gas. when i try to call today. all the 3 lines are engaged. after several try connection was got. but no answer( none to attend the call). POOR RESPONSE...

i am from tirunagar. i am the customer of ALAGAR Gas AGENCY, Tirunagar. i book gas 20 days befrore. still not delivered the gas. In Office, they says, your gas is billed, and salesmen produce the gas. but the salesmen said i am not get the bill. then the gas cylinder where it goes?

Indane Gas — Non Delivery of Refilled Gas Cylinder even after 13 days

I am a consumer of Indane Gas. I have a Home Connection under Alisha Gas Service 58-East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar. I want book a complaint against them as they have not delivered Refilled cylinder even after 13 days. I have made a booking on 13-12-09 and the gas has not been delivered yet.

This is stella gas no:19532. I booked the gas 13th september, till now i didnt received the gas. The agency people said that it will reach within another 3 to 4 days. How can we manage that for long time. Please take an action and give the exact date of delivery as soon as possible.

this agency is quite bad.they don't even have a gas complaint number.noone bother even when u say its urgent.The agency should be stripped off its licence and close down.The previous complaint is in 2009.its 2013 now and still no chane in their attitude
