Ive applied for a new gas connection in the mid of jan, waited for more than 45 days to get the registered post.Then i was informed to complete the notry formalities, after all the formalities, they said that there is no stock for regulators and i need to wait for another 2 weeks, it getting beyond the limit. The working who are working there are totally irresponible and rude.

Its a third party service center in Chennai

This is to inform that the Indane Gas point center (Vimal Gas Agencies) based at Dharampeth is not able to provide services up to the mark as required by the customer. The biggest problem is that nobody picks up the below mentioned phone nos:[protected], [protected], [protected] and they are not ready to listen to the customer complaints. Please look in to this as otherwise i have no other option apart from moving to Consumer Forum for getting my problems resolved.
i am a custmer of Indane...on 5th of october 2008 a man accompaning a delivery man has rebuked me for not giving extra tips for the pujas. I told him that he is not the usual delivery man amd i would not give him any kind of extra tips for the pujas. The delivery man named munshi obeyed that but the person accompanying him pulling the van rebuked me.i stay at haltu and my distributor is

    Pls help for New connection- Santosh Tiwari

    I have shifted to Rishra hooghly in Aug, 2008 and from September 2008 I am follwoing up with Rishra Cooking Centre office for new gas connection but unable to receive any satisfactory reply.

    Whenever I am visitng, I am receviing the reply to come after some 10-15 days or after Durga Puja, after Deepawali, After Christmas, After New year, 1st week of Feb, 3RD week of Feb '09 etc.

    Today when I called[protected], 26721566 they are asking to come after 20th March 09.

    I am feeling totally harrassed as a consumer. I have full KYC docs, i.e Notarised rent Deed and Pan Card.

    Need your support. Please help

      Dear Sir,

      I have got one connection of LPG Gas cylinder and on the existing one I requested the Urvashi Enterprise, Indane Gas Distributor, Sushant Lok-1, Sushant Arcade, Gurgaon(Haryana), Code No.-199062, to issue one more cylinder but since[protected] they told me to wait for 05 months i.e. till Dec2008 but in Dec2008 on being approached they gave a no.-[protected] DBC Book 17/12/2008 and stated that in Jan 2009 i'll get a new cylinder connection on the existing one.

      But till date i have got none and now they say you have to wait till mid Mar2009.

      For your kind info and immediate action please.

      LPG — additional connection(cylinder) to the existing one

      I am already holding a connection of BHARAT GAS. Now i was in need(newly married and combined family) of an additional sylinder.

      I went to enquire regarding this to MAHALAXMI GAS AGENCY, boyi guda, secunderabad. even i went today also.

      they repeatedly saying that there is no such facility now.

      please do favour me by giving solution to my problem.

        I wish to know the procedure of tansfer of gas connection form mother to son. I apprached the LPG -Indane dealer in thsi regard, he advised me that the amount of old connection would be forfieted and rs. 3000/- would be required for the new connection. I'm not satisfied with his reply. Kindly tell me the procedure in thsi regard.

        I wish to know the procedure of transfer of gas connection form mother to son in the same locality and dealer. I approached the LPG -Indane dealer in this regard, they have told me that the amount of old connection is rs. 1900/- (taken in my mother's name in 2001) and again I have to pay another Rs. 1200/- approx. for instant connection to be transferred in my name? Is this procedure in line with IOCL Policy. Pls. guide me.

          Sir,

          Sub: -Non availability of LPG Cylinders and Petition against Sale Officer.

          Ref: -Consumer No.7867, Pradeep Agencies, Thalayolaparambu. (Ph[protected] Kottayam(district), Kerala.

          I am submitting a petition for your kind consideration and further necessary action.

          I am a consumer of LPG, IOC with Consumer No.7867 and is attached to Pradeep Agencies, Thalayolaparambu. I have booked for a filled Cylinder on 16 /12/2008, and the booking No.4006 (Last delivery date: 15/11/2008 Receipt No.58103). But I haven’t got the cylinder till date. I enquired to the agency about the delay in many times. But I haven’t got any satisfactory reply. More over the authorities of the agency replied very sharply with arrogance and said that “you can change your connection from here to somewhere else”

          On local enquiry it is understood that the agency issued cylinders without looking the Priority of Booking Number and Date.

          So the matter intimated telephonically to Mr. Lohithakshan, LPG Sale Officer Kottayam ([protected]) in many times. But he also ignored my complaint and his approach is in favour of the agency.

          In these circumstances I humbly request you to take necessary action against the concerned sale Officer for non attention of my grievance and to the agency to issue the filled LPG cylinder at the earliest, without any problems in future supplies.

            Sir,

            IOC Consumer No. 37318 attached to 'Pooja Gas Agency', Thrikkakara, Ernakulam District (Tel. Nos.[protected] / 2427169) is in my name. I have booked for LPG on 15.01.2009 under booking No. 143. Till date I have not supplied with LPG. It is not understood the reasons for inordinate delay in supply of domestic gas. It is understood that most of the agencies are supplying gas to the consumers within 15-20 days of booking.

            Request kindly look into the matter whether there is any malpractice in supply of gas and if so pls take necessary action to stop such activities.

            consumer no is 603718 request for refill was registered on 21-2-09. Till daterefill is not supplied. complaint through [protected] was registered on 18-3-09.

            my customer id no is 27999, i have booked gas on 09/02/09 booking code is 2020- with kuthuparamba gas agencies, kannur road, kuthuparamba, kerala, and not recieved till today(04/04/09),
            pls. take appropriate step to supply the same,

            they are very irresponsible in customer sevice,
            i have applied for second cylinder one and half year back, pls. issue second cylinder immediatly.

            MY GAS CONNECTION NO. FROM INDIAN OIL IS 59285. OUR DEALER IS YADOO INDANE GAS SUPPLY, GHAZIABAD. ANY TIME I HAVE TO BOOK THE GAS FOR REFILL IS AN UPHILL TASK. THE AGENCY PHONE NOS ARE JUST BUSY. IT IS TEST OF YOUR PATIENCE TO BOOK THE GAS. TAKES TWO-THREE HOURS CONTINUOS EFFORT ON PHONE FOR BOOKING.
            WHY INTERNET BOOKING CAN NOT BE ALLOWED? OR THE DEALER INCREASES THE TELEPHONE NO. THEY SAY BOOK BY SMS. I SENT SMS FOUR DAYS BACK & TODAY I BOOKED GAS AGAIN BY CALLING( SPENDING 2 HOURS). WHEN CHECKED WHY ARE YOU BOOKING MY GAS BECAUSE I ALREADY BOOKED BY SMS? THE SIMPLE REPLY SIR WE ARE VERY BUSY & HAVE NOT SEEN THE SMS. I DONOT KNOW HOWMANY SMS CAN BE STORED ON MOBILE & HOW RELIABLE IS SMS BOOKING. I TALKED TO MY OTHER FRIENDS & EVERY BODY HAS SAME COMPLAINT.
            WILL INDIAN OIL MARKETTING LOOK?
            Dear Sir/Madam
            I am customer of Indane gas holding double cylinder, and my gas agency name is KFCSC Hebbal, Bangalore.
            1. When ever I book the cylinder it is not delivered on time.
            2. Every time it is delayed by 7-8 days.
            3. According to the gas agency I can book next cylinder after 25 days.
            4. But the next cylinder is counter from the day it is delivery, so every month it is delayed and so happened that now we are facing huge problem. So pls tell me after having two cylinders I am still running short of gas due to ur gas agency. Before this agency I have holding my account in different agency (Indane) But I never faced this problem
            So now you can analyze due to what reason this is happening and how many cylinder a family need definitely not double cylinder but much more. Hope some strike action will be taken.

            IOC Cylinder — Supply Delay from IOC

            Hello Every Consumer Gas Customers,,

            All Consumers IOC of Indance Gas, you all send many complaint and suggustions to this foram against Distributors, Delivery Person, and many more, but any body get any reply from them and problems rectified and the same problems is not continuing with you but it is continue with other consumer but overall the complaints is not rectified by the company nor by Distributors and no customer is happy with any Distributors all over india. No Number display by Distributors for SMS facility for refilling of cylinder which was recently launched by the government and many more dray back by Distributors and higher authority of this department now many thing but they kept quit and i will point out many more in next complaint
            I have booked lpg on 28.10.2009. Till date i have not received the same. On enquiry it is revealed that company has shifted my connection to some where.It is not scessable to anybody. It is the seventh time the same reason is facing.Your all phone numbers are found to be "not working/busy/no lines are going this way "in 24 hours. After repeated compliants, the company is not responding.What a surprising company is this.Without hope I am sending this to Company.
            I booked for refil my Indane cylinder through IVR on 2nd Feb 2010.I'am aged and unable to send/recieve SMS and I am not having a mobile.I recieved an voice message with booking confirmation no.But after 3-4 hous a message come to thr mobile through I booked saying that my booking is not accepted as dead account.I am regularly getting my cylinder refilled through IOC distributor.But I am not aware that the refil is billed properly or not.I personally complainetd the customer care officer at Panampally nagar offfice on 9th feb 2010 and he directed the field officer to solve my issue and given a mobile number of the field officer to contact.Till now I did not get my refil cylinder or answer from the field officers mobile number.My distributor answering only a message of contact Panamapally nagar office...as a recorded message to all calls.Is there any solution to get my cylinder refilled.

            LPG Refills Delay in supply — Inordinate delay in LPG supply and Irresponsible answer over phone.

            Dear Sir,
            I have booked for a refill on 21st Sep 2010 and my booking ref # 13458.
            My consumer number is 39288.
            Till date I did not receive my refill. Just a while ago when I called the concerned guy in +91 [protected] / [protected], answered in this manner.
            we don't have delivery guiys and more over 1st , 2nd and 3rd are holidays and hence no body is here to supply gas cylinders. If he is not too much loaded today you will get it or tomorrow, else it will be a day after. See Mr. Singh your dealer is not running a charitable trust, where LPG cylinders are supplied free of cost and one can wait till stocks exists or delivery boy turns up for duty.
            Sir, Mr.Satwant, what is going on in your Indane office? Is it the way a person in your dealers office respond to the customer?
            we are paying RS.352.35 to Indane plus the delivery boy is demanding tips for delivering cyliners above all we have to bear such non-sense and wait until he clears off his load is it?? This is the service you provide to your Indane customers across India or what.??
            I am going to complain to Mr.Deora /Petroleum Minister as well on this particular type of answer I got over the phone today from one of your dealer's office.
            Please take action on the errant dealer and let me know also.
            He never attempted to deliver as these guys are liars when in an earlier similar-case, I complained to your Indian Oil office in chennai, they simply told that the door is locked and hence delay in delivery. This is the second such incident which is an utter shame to entire LPG users.

            My Consumer No.13483 attached with Manu Flames, Aluva. Last time I got the Cylinder on 8.9.2010 and I re-booked the same on 08.09.10 vide the booking No.175. On 15.10.2010 I enquired the status of my booking, the Agency told that there is no booking. They immediately re-booked my booking. They told that my old booking is cancelled. When I gone to the agency, they told that the problem of the Software, there are same problem occurred other peoples also. They give a IOC Contact No.2310859, but not answered. My family is suffering last one week. Please do the needful.

            m/s sree venkateswara gas service,279/5.yercaudroad,gorimedu,salem-636008,tamilnadu isnot properly supplying refill cylinders.they admits booking 30 days after the date of delivery of previous cylinder.then they make bills after 10 days time. therafter they deliver the cylinder after a weeks time from the date of bill.kindly intervene and render justice.

            Venkateswara Gas Services — Delay in Gas refilling

            My consumer Number is 32749. I had booked for gas cylinder refilling on 16/06/2011. I was informed that the refilling will be done within 3 days. Today is 25/06/2011 and the refilling has not been done inspite of my repeated telephonic reminders. In the meantime the Government has hiked the prices of the gas cylinder by Rs 50/ per bottle. In view of the wanton delay by the dealed I am unnecessarily put to delay. I request an enquiry to find out if the supply has been done in normal course as per the booking dates and time to all without any undue preference or without any malafide intention.

            My Consumer No.26323 is attached with Saroj Gas Agencies, Pathanamthitta( tel-no.[protected], [protected]) . Last time I got the Cylinder on 10.4.12. and I re-booked the same on 15-4-12.But till this time it is not supplied.When enquired the distributor is saying that according to IOCL norms the next delivery time is more than 35 days from the last delivery.Is it true.I am also eager to know that, what is the time period for the supply ? ( I am having two cylinders).Every time I am getting the cylinder after one month from the date of booking. And also the responses from the distributor point is very bad . ( most of the time they are not picking the phone).There is also doubt that, they are supplying the cylinders to other people( not the authorized customer of IOCL) at higher rates.please look into my complaint and do the needful.If possible pl. send the detail of action to [protected]@gmail.com.

            LPG — DELAY IN HOUSEHOLD GAS SUPPLY

            Dear Sir,
            We having consumer number 5818 booked gas on 31st may 2012 through freedom gas service and till date we have not received the gas to our residence.After calling the customer care number come to know that our distributor has cleared booking till 6th june so why and how it could be possible?Also last month also they have done the same mistake and I had registered complain to the toll free number and with in 2 days the gas had been delivered after my complain.Pls take the appropriate actions against the same so that we could get delivered the cylinder and in future also the same should not get repeated with any of the consumers.

              Dear Sir,

              I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Captain gas agency Pratap Vihar Vijay nagar Ghaziabad, U.P and my consumer number is CTV 3173. I have booked for a refile on 15th july 2009 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 21th July 09.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Captain Gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

              my consumer number is 39523...No any Complains about Dealer, Bookings, Sms service but Delivery Boys refuses to delver my Refill at my home...its on third floor, no lift. is there any rule for number of floors to deliver?

                Dear Sir,

                We are Indane (domestic) gas consumer for many years.
                Our LPG supplier/distributor M/s Golden Flame, of 42 / 139 C New Ballygunge Road ; Kolkata 700 039, had supplied a refill LPG cylinder on the 24th instant which had stencilled marked D-08.

                Imspite of informing Golden Flame on this regard he had not taken any neccessary action on this matter.

                Please clarify if it is OK to use such expired gas cylinder ?

                LPG cylinder for domestic use — Expired cylinder issued

                My consumer no. is 5836.I was given a gas cylinder on 27th Apr which had a defective pin.It could not be rectified by the certified mechanic from Bajrang Indane. It was offered to be replaced. The cylinder offered for replacement is in a very bad shape and is expired. The date of expiry on the cylinder such as A-06/B-08 etc is not mentioned anywhere which led me to this conclusion.
                This is a gross deficiency of services on the part of the supplier, for neglecting the life safety of the consumer. Kindly make it a point that the expired cylinder is replaced and all such cylinders which are in dilapidated condition and are expired are in the market are withdrawn not circulated till all safety checks and revalidation of its use is done.

                Indane / Domestic Lpg — Problem with Gas Booking

                Sub: Problem with gas booking.

                Dear Sir,
                I the undersigned is a domestic LPG customer of your company under the distributor M/S Roy & Dutta Enterprise (Code[protected], Indrolok, Sodepur. During last few months we are facing a lot of problems in booking. In the month of April the distributor said that, the booking will be taken after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. The last delivery date was 25th April, 2008, so, my father had gone to book a cylinder on 2nd May, 2008. But my father was told that, now onwards booking will be taken after 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. As per them I had gone there on 5th May, 2008. Then they told me that, now the gapping period is of 15 days.

                In such circumstances I request them to tell me the way to know the gapping period. One of them told me in a very rough manner that we have to come over here to know the gapping period and we will also not receive the telephone calls.

                Now I would like to know that, who is responsible for the decision of gapping period? Are you instruct them or they decide their own?

                So, I would like to request you to look into this matter and suggest me the best way.

                  Dear Sir,

                  Gas cylinders are not delivered to the individual customers house directly even though there is a vehicle access to the residence in pampady kottayam area by the supplier in kottaym district. The same i complained to the ernakulam indane office and not responded until now. I came to know that the supplier in Quilon distric are delivering to the cutomers residence directly. please check in to this matter.

                  Myself bought a land in pampady village in kottayam distric in 2009 by june and it is registered in the registration office at pampady. The copy of which is handed over to the village office for further procedure. But when we approached to the office for paying the revenue fee they said there is a mistake in the computer and their register and informed us to wait unil it is rectified. can i know whether it will take 1 year to rectify the sytem.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    This is mano from chennai, Velacherry. My sister trying to get new connection from indane agency velacherry. She got order confirmation letter.

                    First the agency people tried to sale the new gas stove. Even thought her existing stove is working fine.
                    Second they are asking to stop existing private sector gas connection. Its really frustration for us. Means without gas cylinder(without food) we have to live for many days, till then new connection arrived. Once the private sector gas connection canceled then only they will give new connection after inspection. Agency people should think with common sense. 2/3 days without cylinder how to prepare foods.

                      Hi,
                      My cust.ID is 57809 and I wish to make a compliant against my gas agency for not providing a proper booking facility other than personal visit to their desk.
                      One can hardly get their phone line connected even after trying for hours together. I request you to compel the dealer for provision of online booking facility which will ease our problems of going personally to their office for simple gas cylinder booking purpose.
                      Hope for a positive response soon in this matter...

                      i have been visiting the foolowing agencies for last one month...for applying a new gas connection...

                      1ST TIME I VISITED...Kalpana GAS Agency...THEY said my living area comes under Sampally GAS Agency ...he suggested...u can approach...either Sampally GAS Agency ...

                      i went on 8th of sep2009 to Namrata GAS Agencies ...you get a ready answer ...no new connection is given...some how i met the manager...(who thinks ...he is only educated and all others are not..)...he said...we book for new connection in between 1st and 6th of everymonth...so come in that duuration...

                      then i went ...Sampally GAS Agency ..he 2 said same...come 1st week of next month...2day...i went 1st to ...Sampally GAS Agency he said he will...book...then he started looking my docs...and suddenly he said...we r sorry sir...ur area comes under Namrata GAS Agencies ...


                      i was very dissappointed...then i went...2day...(1st oct), , , , , to Namrata GAS Agencies ...again...ready answer...no new connection...i said... i came a month b4...and manager asked me 2 come in 1st week...the manager came at 10.20...i waited for 1 hour...

                      he...said ur area comes under Sampally GAS Agency ...i was stunned ...i explained all events...and said him...that...Sampally GAS Agency has asked me 2 go Namrata GAS Agencies ...

                      Namrata Gas agency is worst Gas agency. It is very hard to connect to their phone line.
                      when we get connected to their phone line, We get Rash/Care less response from them and they disconnect the phone without any conclusion. They should change the way talk to customers.

                      Namrata gas agency is the worst gas agency. Why indane gas Dealership given to these fellows?
                      Gas subsidy amount is credited into my some other account.i am not using that account.so, I delink that account and relink with my another bank account. I got a message from the bank my aadhar is relinked with my another bank account.
                      I booked the gas cylinder, cylinder delivered and to my surprise subsidy amount credit into my old bank account. I consult the gas agency people they said the problem is not our end.Contact bank people.

                      I closed my existing bank account and went to again relink the aadhar with Kotak bank account.
                      I sur[censored]idai website it still shows the old bank account which already I closed.

                      I came to Namrata gas agency, kukatpally to inquire about the status of gas subsidy bank account. the person Who is sitting in the 2nd counter From Door is Arrogant and does not know how to behave with the customers?

                      the person does not know the information about gas subsidy and told some silly things.
                      they are not using the plural language, they are using singular language and commanding in nature with customers.

                      Even we are educated people How mANY TIMEs we go to the bank and gas agencies?
                      These bloody ### employee in the gas agency does not behave properly with customers.
                      problem is at bank or Gas agency?

                      ultimately who is the loser?

                      Consumer is the looser.

                      Customer service is worst. They don't know the information.

                      Please take action against this issue and train that employees in customer etiquettes.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am a research scholar at IIT Roorkee and applied for LPG Connection after my marriage & shifting to marriage hostel.I applied to M/S Roorkee gas Service, Rorkee for connection and after getting connection they charged amount Rs. 3659/- for acceccories like Security of Cylinder, Rubber tube, Regulators & other charges of inspection etc. Meanwhile they charged Rs 1600/- ( in 3650) for the compulsory purchasing of Gas Stove (Hot Plate) whose actual cost in market in not more than Rs. 800/-.
                          Kindly let me Know is it neccessory to purchase hot plate by service provider? If not? than who is looking for this?
                          Please let me inform about suitable steps in this regard.

                            I am the consumer of Indane Gas registered at Gauri Enterprises shop No. 48-49 Dada Dev Shopping Complex, Dada Dev road Palam New Delhi 110045, vide consumer No. 42322. The cylinder supplied by them is always weight about 24kg to 27kg, number of times it is reported to the gauri gas but no action has been taken. Today 24 Feb 2009 also I have received one cylinder vide voucher no 9793 having Cylinder no. 76891 S, suppose to have weight 31.3kg but it has only 26.5kg. Please do the necessary action and advise me for necessary next action.

                            I am a consumer of indane gas registered at gauri enterprise, on 6 oct 2021 I ordered for a refill of my cylinder and received it on 8 oct... Since we have shifted from the earlier place so I was not present at the time of delivery and thought that the cylinder will be full.It only lasted for 9 days and now it's empty what should I do, we are paying 900 for 9 days gas your suppliers are cheating their customers, .                               There are thousands of family member are Indane gas consumer of Vindhyavasini gas agency, station road Buxar . I would like to tell about very poor service in supply of gas cylinders and very harsh in their response .There is a very pathetic situation of gas supply by that agency . It is a nightmare for consumer to get a gas cylinder. The dealer taking illegal advantage due to sole distributor of gas cylinder. The public is being taken for a ransom. Customers have to literally either beg or fight with them or each other. First of all they never deliver gas cylinder to room. Every one has to go personally to book. People may be seen qued in numbers outside gas warehouse. Secondly, after booking and lapse of 3 weeks time, the dealer did not deliver the gas. They always tears about less supply of gas cylinder by company but They always black market the domestic cylinders to commercial establishment for more than 600 Rs And put the domestic supply in trouble. If you want refill without booking you pay 600 Rs. or more or you will wait for two or three month.

                              I would like to draw the kind attention of concerned authorities towards this and i request them to take remedial measures. I think to solve these consumers’ nightmare problems stern action like rejection of dealership of Vindhyavasini gas agency should be taken. By looking rising number of consumer the no of distributorship should be increased immediately . Consumers should be saved from the monopoly of dealer .

                              Kindly solve our problem at the earliest.

                                15 DAYS AGO ON 9TH FEB 09, I HAVE REGISTERED MY BOTTLE FOR REFILLING. AT THAT TIME THERE COMPUTERS WERE NOT IN WORKING CONDITIONS. ( EVERY MONDAY THIS IS HAPPENING FROM SINCE A QUITE LONG TIME) .

                                NOW THEY ARE TELLING THAT THERE IS NO REGISTRATION MADE ON UR NAME.

Agency always make problem in the booking of Gas Cylender. Last time I have booked the Gas Cylender on[protected] and they supplied the cylender on[protected]. Now I again tried to book the gas cylender today dated[protected] but it was my utter surprise that agency has refused to the cylender and they told that booking can be done only after 21 days from the date of last delivery. This is a clear case of harrasment to bonafied consumer of Indane like me. As such the matter may be investigated and agency may be directed not to harrase to bonafied consumers. In this connection it is also pertinent to mention that atleast we have to waste 4 to 5 hours over telephone for the booking of gas as always engage tones come.

                                  I am authorised custumer of indane gas with mahendra gas, nagod dist-satna.
                                  my consumer no is 636. agency always make problem in the booking of gas cylinder. last too times i have booked the gas cylinder on 15-3-9 and gas delevered on 26-3-9 .next 20-4-9 and gas delevred on 1-5-9 in which i heve given writen complain to my dealer but he is not responsiong. I have treid to book the gas cylinder on 5-4-9, but it was my utler surprise that agency has refused to the cylinder and they told me that booking can be done only after 22 days from the date of dellivery.and he booked cylinder on 20-04-09 and given delivery on 01-5-09. now on 12-05-09 i treid to book the cylinder but the same ascuse have given and told me that we will book your cylinder after 23-5-9.

                                  this is clear case of harrusment to bonafied consumer of indane like me.as such the metter may be investigated and agency may be directed not to harrase to bonafeid consumer. in this connection it is also pertinent to mention that atleast we have tom waste 4-to 5 hours over telephone for the booking of gas as always engage tone comes.

                                  Dear Sir, we the lepra society, Junlep Junagarh, indane gas consumer no.LS-177 under Lankeswar Indane Gas, Junagarh, Kalahandi, Orissa have booked for supply of 6 nos. of filled gas cylinder on 11.6.09 but the on 23.7.09 we have been supplied only one filled gas cylinder very difficultily. Tha above problem is happening withus repaidly even at complaining at the agent. Therefore we request you, please do necessary arrangements to avoid the above problems.

                                  Distributer is not giving the delivery in time.he is not taking booking before 22 days and after booking they take another 10-15 days to deliver.I have two cylinder and they must book the refil requirement well in advance.

                                  I write complaint before 7 - month.and received letter from Indane gas authority with m.no.[protected] of sales officer Mr.Nipane ( Yavatmal) for contact in case difficulties in getting refill cylinder, I had contact 2-3 times with Mr.Nipane but he is also unable to rectify the service of distributor.After complaint they give 2-3 delivery regularly.after that delay in delivery after booking.

                                  Now, I received last delivery on 14th Nov 2009, I have booked for refil on 7 th Dec 2009 and till today i.e. 23 rd Dec 2009( total 39 days), they have not supplied cylinder.now my both cylinder are empty, what can i do?After complaint this position is going on.So please take seriously action.

                                  This is my second request to Indane gas authority to take necessary action against the said distributer whose service is very poor for all of consumer of wardha city.

                                    I am a customer of Indane Gas in Kosli (Haryana) with Sahid Surender Singh Gas Agency, Last Saturday I went to the distributor to buy a gas pipe which had a price tag Rs. 170, but they asked for Rs. 190 when I asked for a bill they start abusing me and suddenly they start pushing me out of their office. When I tried to call the Regional Sale Officer Mr. Navalkar on his cell number written on the booking window I founded that that number ([protected]) is not available.
                                    So please help me to advise that what can an Ordinary Man (Aam Aadami) do??????

                                      Sir,

                                      I am a registered Indane Gas consumer with consumer no.KL25753 registered with Kalka Gas, Kalkaji. After booking a gas cylinder, the gas cylinder is not delivered even after a fortnight. I have booked the cylinder personally more than 15 days ago. They wrote my consumer number on a rought register as the lunch time had just started. After a week, I again booked the cylinder on computerised no.1260. Till now, I have not received the cylinder. The result is the second cylinder has also become empty.
                                      I do not know the calous attitude of the agency for the last six months from when they are complaining of short supply.

                                      I request you to kindly look into my grievance.

                                      Our Indane Gas Agent M/s. Tanushree Gas Service has giving poor service to us. We have been booked gas 20 days back but he kept us in dark all these days saying that the gas will be delivered to us within 2-3 days time and when we strongly protested against it today, he is telling us that our gas has been booked today only.

                                      We afraid he might be delivering the gas to some people who make more money without properly booking the gas and taking it on cash payment basis.

                                      Look into the matter and get the corrupted punished for that.

                                      With reference tohe above i have booked Gas Cyliner on 18th June 2009. Yesterday i checked and Cylinder has also got supplied to distributor. But distribution person Mr.Raju / Mr. Prakash is not responding for delivery to my house. He is telling you come to distibute place and take delivery from there itself and he is talking money the same Rs.350/-, He is delivered to near my house for the same amount. Just 100 feet of my house they are delivering cylinders. But i don't know what is the problem to delivering to my house.
