Could you update me of the status of registered post sent from Ernakulam to delhi via RL A 1501. It has not reached there. I confirmed. It is very urgent. I have also lodged a complaint on their website but it is still pending.

My father has sent one parcel containing a book from Bhilai to Kolkata. On Tuesday 25/7/11 the postman delivered a slip on which it is written that I have to collect the parcel from the post office. The reason they are giving is that it is too heavy. The parcel weighs just 542gm. We both husband and wife are working and it is impossible for us to go and collect it. The parcel number is PL- 1G - JY/99.
