I have purchased two sets of Reebok shoes and Track suit vide your invoice No.ORA[protected] ORDER No.OGA[protected] DATED 28.01.09 Login ID:1572308 Membership No.ITBC 09842308 and Invoice No.ORA[protected] Order No, OGA[protected] dated 27.01.09 Login ID No.1574320 Membership No.ITBC 09834320. The above items were sent in one packet through DTDC courier vide their reference No. B 51742744 dated 11.02.2009. I had sent one e-mail to you in this regard. As instructed by you I am returning the above four items for change of size. The shoe size should be Size No.6 (However I am sending a sketch of the Reebok shoe which is being used) for ladies. The track suit should be small one which should suit to girls of the age 15-16 years. Both the set of shoe and track suit should be of different colours.
Vide Invoice No.ORA[protected] order No.OGAC[protected] DATED 20.01.2009 I have purchased 16 CDs. In the invoice you have mentioned that I have to claim the gift of Air Ticket and Holiday voucher through net. But I am unable to do the same. A copy of the invoice is also enclosed. Kindly do the needful. An early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

Despite a lapse of about nine months,so far the company never bothered to give a satisfactory reply for my repeated reminders to them almost every day. The company is cheating people all over Indai which quite evident with the number of complaints received by you. This is the last resort to recover my money. Kindly do the needful to collect the money paid by me at the earliest.

The offer claimed that free adidas bag worth Rs 499/- and free holiday voucher worth 5000/- will be sent after the VPP is accepted. The problem was that on logging at the site the membership no. and the invoice did not match due to which I was unable to claim the offer (both are given below)
What is the use of making such offer if it cannot be claimed.
You are requested to look into the matter.

I had purchased some CDs from ITBC through their offer. Order no 0GA[protected] dated[protected] for Rs1,099/-. My membership no. allotted by them - ITBC09937060. I was to receive free Reebok T shirt and Addidas bag . Since April 01, I am trying to get my free gifts but in vain. I have made innumerable calls and emails to them but only promises come that I will receive my gifts within next 2 to 3 weeks. Now more than 6 months have gone and there is no communication from ITBC on my free gifts. All my communication is recorded with them but they do not care. How can I get my free gifts?

I purchased philipps make DVD along with Home Theater system from India today book club vide their Invoice no.ORA[protected] dt 31/07/09 under their sales campaign.As per promised given at d time of purchase,I was to receive free Round Air Ticket along with holiday voucher for 4days stay at my selected place of interest in India.

But almost more than 1 month has gone & despite of my vigorous follow-up,reminders,tale -calls with d company & their co partner Big city.in at Bangalore,no body has informed me about d present status of my refer gift till date.
I am of the opinion that,this is d kind of cheating to me & no.of clients like me,who has been deceived by well known Group like INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB-New Delhi & PREMIER SALES PROMOTION P>LTD,BANGALORE

plz interfere in this matter & arrange to
1.stop this mal- practices from these companies & save future prospective buyers from this group fraud
2.direct d company to full filled with their assurances given to all buyer & stop selling products hereafter.

INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB — non receipt of the gift voucher

i have order for camara, the camara recd of not the same model, and till date not recd any gift vouchers or airline voucers which was offer at the time of placning order. My order no. is OGB[protected] dt. 10.0 2009

Complete History of the world — paid through the credit card but product not received till date

It has been a month since the order was placed along with the payment of the History book and a free gift of reebok watch but till date nothing has conme and no information has been given.

I have received vide their invoice no.ORA[protected] only the world history book, reebok watch.

On speaking to them they have informed to log on their website bookstoday.in/promos.htm and claim free gifts by mentioning the unique identification number.

Unfortunately after trying several times it is not being logged and shows error in the identification number.

ITBC have failed in their commitments and have failed to deliver the freebies and now are giving excuse of logging on their sites for claiming the gifts. It is misleading and people are fooled after they have made the payment.

The matter is to be taken up seriously with them and ensure they fulfil their committments or pay the money back to me alonwith penalty and fine so that such things are not repeated in future.

I hv booked CDs worth Rs574.00 and got them by making payment thro my credit card, but i am unable to log on to the advised website Pl.help me to get the free gifts

after purchase of combo dvd player along with phillips from india today book club in August 09,i have vigorously followed up d matter with them along with their agency sales promotion p.ltd at theit Bangalore office.
but to my dismay,i have not received any reply nor any free gift for round air ticket along with free holiday voucher till date.It seems to be bogus marketing n fake organization n must file cheating case against both agency.

peoples r requested to be cautioned from their fake sales campaign n not to succumbed to their fake offer
