With due respect I want to say that Iam an Ex-serviceman from Indian Army and withdrawing pension from State Bank of India, Morar Branch, Gwalior vide the A/C No. [protected]. 2. I have retired from Indian Army on 31 July 2005 by completing 26 years of service and with the rankof H/Nb/Sub vide the PPO No.S/019387/2005 ARMY & CORR32828. 3. After establishing the ‘ONE RANK ONE PENSION’ by the Indian Government, Iam not getting the Correct pension, according to the ‘ONE RANK ONE PENSION’ of Indian Government Table No. 27 my Basic pension should be Rs.7009 in place of Rs.6783. 4. The comparative statement is attached herewith as per the Appx ‘A’, on the basis of ONE RANK ONE PENSION Table No. 27 5. Iam already submitted the written complaint to SBI Morar,Gwalior Branch on 10 Aug 2010 and 03Sep 2010 for the above case. 6. I requested you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at earliest as possible 7. It is requested to pay attention toward my arrears also. I, No 14907909N Ex Havildar (SKT) Ashok Kumar Sharma of ex
2 MECH INF {1 JAT (LI)} was retired from army on 31 Jan 2009, after completed of 26 years of service. At the time of retirement I was posted with 2 R & O Flt Nagrota. Records The Mech Inf sent a letter to unit for asking my name for honey nb sub in the month of Oct 2008, but no unit was taken on any action or my name was not sent to the Record MIR Ahmednagar and unit was not taken positive point or not read my service cretria. This problem occurred due to disband of pannel of Clks/SKT by the records officfe. The unit was sent name of another GD NCOs who was regularly served with their unit and I was unecessary harashed at the time of retirement you can read records office instruction mentioned in the discharge order that those person on ERE will revert well on time to their parent unit for preparation of advance of pension document but no unit was taken suitable action in my case after carry out pension by the records no unit was send my relief. When I was left on resettlement of course at Delhi which was starting from Oct 2008 than unit was send my relief one day prior after many correspondance or many letters/tele conversesation send by 2 R & O Flt to

I am submitting this complaint after decission of CAT authority which was given decission in DAINIK JAGRAN NEWS PAPER in the month of Dec 2010 under which clearly mentioned that retired person can asked his promotion right if not given him as per rules. So that you are requested to consider my problem on priorioty basis and informed to records MIR Ahmednagar to take necessary action on my honey Nb/Sub promotion.
Kindly confirm accordingly on my undermentioned address for our further necessary action.

As per your Circular Nos. 430, 478 & 501, Certain Trades in the Group D or Group E have been Re-Grouped in Z and Y, according that my Group E has Re-Grouped in Y and accordingly my pension @ Rs.5115/- has further been increased to Rs.5568/-
I wrote several Letters to CENTRALISED PESNION PROCESSING CENTRE(CPPC)-HYDERABAD, to implement my new pension scale to Rs. 5568/-, but the CPPC-Hyderabad replied over telephone, they are unable to implement new pension scale, without received of New PPO or proof from PCDA (PENSIONS)ALLAHABAD.
Your are requested to consider my problem on priority basis and inform to CPPC-Hyderabad, to take necessary action on my new pension scale.

Such a malpractice to a martyrs family shows that Army men are hinjaras, including:
1) Brig. L.M. Arora (Ord.): this is hinjara who is responsible for my son's death and is hiding in his wife's lap
2) Brig Timothy (9th Madras reg.): God has mercy on him as I will not
3) Lt. Col. Pandey
4) Major Ankush Chibber
5) Major Mayank Jamwal 9th Madras
6) My son in law Capt. Manish S. Dabas (Garwal Rifles): This son of a is a hinjara who took money worth 5 lakhs and has caused woman harrasment to me.
I am going to sue Army at International Court of Justice for troturing us for mobilising troops over our house including war helicopters and then denying it. They are liars and should pay a price for harrassing me and my family. The think there is no god as they are corrupt. I am also going to upload bribe that army officials take on internet and the way they ruin and do wrong things with girls esp. those of martyrs family. I hope Chinese military will surely teach a leesson to Army and PM will be responsible for repeat of 1962. Good bye
