Hi,

Ever since last 4 - 5 deliveries gas is recieved after 15 - 20 days of booking also the amount of volume of gas in the cylinder is quite less than the standard value and the vendor does not carry weighting scales along with him. The delear is very rude and does not pay attention to the complaints.

    We (PEOPLE) are very much suffering from the issue of gas cylinder through local distributors.I am Kumara nair, my con no is 4260, booking no 6096 and our distributing agency name is Shelly Gas
    Nettayam, Trivandrum, Phone no[protected] and the agency is under Indian oil corporation.I already booked my Gas Cylinder on dec 20 2008 and still i did not received the cylinder yet .Why ?.I am sending this mail not only you, a copy to the complaint cell of indian oil corporation India and a copy to the Petrolium Minister of India.Pls chk and do needful.

    Cooking LPG Cylinder — Delay in supply and no response from your staffs or agents

    Dear Sir / Madam

    I had booked my cylinder in 05.12.08. but still i have not received the cylinder till today 24.12.08. please tell me what to do for this type of problem.

    Please send me mail for the same and suggest me to face this problem
    I have domestic gas connection No; 23267 with your distributor M/s Prabat Gas Co. at community centre
    B-1, Janak puri New Delhi.

    When I asked for book my gas refilling cylinder, in reply they asked me to call after 18 days from the
    date of previous delivery.
    I booked accordingly on 30.01.2009, but now they asked me that the gas will be delivered after five days,
    due to shortage of gas. Today i.e. on 04.02.2009, I called them that I have not received the gas cylinder in reply they told me it will take 3 to four days more.
    I am surprised when the gas will be delivered to me, when in the black market the indian oil gas is freely
    available with double rates.
    Govt. is silent on this issue.

    Hi,

    This is regarding the Indane Gas Agent, Mohanil Gas Agnecy, based in South Delhi, IIT Gate.
    It is quite difficult to get reach of them, as they make all the phone held up, or they either ring for indefinite time. And mostly the Gas cylinder they provide, contain less gas then prescribed.
    It becomes quite difficult to book a re-fill, as the numbers cannot be reached.
    Please look into the matter, so that some relief should be there for the users.

    I have a connection of Indane gas cylinder from Vaibhav Gas Agency, Nr. Anand Baug society, Bavla - 382220. and I have 2 No of cylinder and I use 1 cylinder in 1 month for coocking purpose. When we are going for Booking they say that we can book new cylinder after 21 days of delivery. I have booked a cylinder on 18/06/09 and till today I have not received the refiel cylinder. They have never supplied cylinder to my home. and no one is coming for routine checking. I don't know the procedure of distributing cylinder that they have deliver the cylinder to user or we have to collect from the agency.So if the procedure is to deliver to the user please kindly do needful. b'coz in my case there is no one to go and take the cylinder from agency's godown.

    IOC — Delay in booking of relieving cylinders

    Inordinate delay in supply of LPG refill cylinder
    Dear sir,
    My name N. KALAVATHY My consumer no.7430 for LPG. Sri Srinivasa gas Agency, Chennai 602 024. For the past 6 months and more I have been harassed by this Gas Agency for getting my refill of LPG cylinder.
    They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 25 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill. So ultimate I got to wait for nearly 40 days to get a refill cylinder, the purpose of possessing double cylinders is being defeated, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my grievance at the earliest. Otherwise I may be permitted to book another gas cylinder in the name of my husband which I suppose will give me some solace. Thanking you in anticipation of positive action

    This is with reference to my Indane LPG connection number K01514 at Greater Noida, UP.

    I wanted to bring to your notice that I had ordered a LPG cylinder 2-weeks back and despite repeated reminders they have not delivered it. Whenever you ask them personally at their office in Alpha-II, Greater Noida, they say they would be dispatching it by today evening but you don't receive it by EOD.

    This is not the first instance. In the past too, they have been making similar excuses. When I enquired outside, I came to know they often sell them in blackmarkets, so they don't care to deliver them.

    Hope you would look into this matter and ensure better service to the people of Greater Noida

    i have book my gas cylender 22/7/10 and gas came 29/7/10. but delivery man bought when gas in my house then i am not present in home next days i measure gas then 3 kg gas less in cylender. right now i call delivery man but his cell is off. all time indane delivery man theft in gas cylinder .

    This is not the first instance. In the past too, I came to know they often sell them in blackmarkets.

    i was allotted gas connection on 30/10/2010 by indane gas (agent : JAYBEE GAS AGENCIES, RANNI).my consumer no:21995.i have booked the gas on 20/11/2010.but the gas was not supplied.on contacting the dealer, they say we have to contact them again and remind them for billing.i have contacted them for billing on 30/11/2010.but gas was not supplied.the second cylinder will be consumed soon.your action is required.

    I have a gas connection with Golden Gas Agency in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. My consumer no is 850974. I wanted to bring to your notice that firstly it is very extremely difficult to book the gas with them. There phones are constantly engaged throughout the day. Since we are working it is not possible for us to go to there office. The booking staff is very impolite to talk on phone and in person. The mobile no which they have mentioned is hardly answered by the staff. They never deliver the gas cylinder on the specific date told by them. You literally have to beg to get your gas delivered. Finally when the cylinder is delivered to the house the weight is always less by 3kgs, seal broken and valve leaking. I am tired to complaining this to the delivery staff. This problem is faced by other consumers also. If we are original connection holders then the priority of gas cylinders should be given to us and not to the people who buy the cylinder in black. There delivery duration changes for every booking.Wolud request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and awaiting a prompt reply.

    SAM GAS — delay of LPG cylinder

    DEAR SIR,

    when i booked the LPG indane gas they did not supply proper date and time.they did not give proper answer.

    we are tomuch fed up for them.they will send very late supply.
    My consumer No.08712 and my Cooking Gas distributor is JIBAN JYOTI of 2, Gariahar Rd.(S), Kolkata[protected].

    I received the last delivery of LPG on 26/05/2011. I am receiving the booking No. after diling [protected] under IVRS system for last 10 days, but the booking No. does not exist in the following day. I do not understand where these auto generated booking Nos. are going!

    I am not getting any easy excess to report the matter to the proper authority.

    i have a gas connection with CITIZEN GAS AGENCY, ALAKNANDA.. and my consumer no is CT316..
    i have tried to book my cylinder on phone on 17th aug 2011. bt have heard on the IVR that my cylinder has already been booked on 9th aug 2011. i again tried today . and got the information that my gas has been delivered on 13th aug 2011.
    but i have not recieved any cylinder...
    it had happened last month also..
    i cant book the cylinder again for 21 days...
    and i am afraid that my cylinder has been black marketed...
    i have tried to make the complaint regarding this matter to the agency. but nobody is picking up the phone..and there is no response from the agency..and the customer care number also

    SAM GAS AGENCY — RESIDENTIAL LPG SUPPLY DELAY

    I HAVE BEEN BOOKED GAS CYLINDER BY 2ND MAR 2012.BUT SOFAR NO SUPPLY AND MY CONSUMER # 7393 AND BOOKING # 507
    Sir

    Date 24th December 2012.

    I am Indane gas consumer having consumer No. LB/18824. My distributor is L.P.Gas Athpur, 24 Parganas North.
    As I was outside from my home town for more than six months, due to non usage of gas my service connection was withheld.
    I have subsequently submitted KYC along with all documents and the service connection made active during the month of September 2012.
    But the problem is that I could not able to book refil on line. I have informed the matter to my distributor severally but they could not take any initiative to solve my inconvenience.
    Now I have come to know that the gas connection is suspended stating that I am not available. I am a retired person and all the time I stay at my home. The only problem is that our landline phone is out of service for more than six months.
    I request you to look into the matter and arrange to restore my gas connection immediately so that I could book my refil online henceforth.

      I have some complaints against the petrol pump o[censored]ma and company, Rawatbhata, Via Kota, Rajasthan.This is the only petrol pump in the area and this takes a very good(bad ) advantage of it.First of all the staff is very rude and rough in behaviour. Next, if you buy petrol of Rs 50/-, they would fill up the petrol of Rs 49.50 or less.They also jump the meter so that you are getting the less petrol always.If you ask to give the petrol by pre feeding the meter they would reject your plea by stating that machine is not working properly.They are giving mobile oil without any measurement.They shut off the petrol pump by the 9.30 pm.In any exigencies in night, there is nobody to provide the petrol. When I complained all this to the manager, he said he is not able to do anything about it.Morever they are providing only speed petrol at the pump.They are exploiting the situations just because they are the only pump in the near by area.I dont know if the condition going to improve here. It is really frustrating

        I am consumer of M/s Domestic gas services, Aliganj, Lucknow, UP bearing consumer no.D-26938. The dealer has delebraely been delaying the delivery of my refill far last 7 to 8 chances, even after making many complaints to the dealer and zonal office. for example, I booked for refill on 20.12.2008 which was supplied on 26.12.2008, that too after many requests and reminders.Again booked on 12.01.2009 vide booking no.4892 is yet not supplied.The preveous records of booking and supply may please be verified.
        This is also to add that amount of gas is also less than standard which normally finish in 20 days in2+2 family.
        you are therfore requested to look into and take necessary action.

          On 20 Nov 08 I took the delivery of Domestic LPG cylinder from Authorised distributor agent of Modern Gas Agency, Shyam Nagar Kanpur at at residence (Consumer No.8040). The cylinder when put to use in first week of Dec 08 lasted for only 20 days as aganist normal 40 days. On weighing the cylinder the residual weight is 19.6 kg against its written weight of 15.5 Kg. Thus 4.1 Kgs o[censored]nknown sustance is filled instead of LPG. The agency refuses to ackowledge the complaint.

            subject: Complain against poor service of Dagar gas service, sector- 3 Rohini.

            Sir,
            I am Narender Singh, residing in Krishan Vihar I have a connection(consumer no is 6205 on the name of my mother Kamla Devi) of your cooking gas. Each time when i booked the gas they people are not giving the booking no and after many reminders they deliver the cylinder in 10-15 days, the story is not over here i have to repeat this task every time when i booked the gas.They people don't have any sense of talking with customers and always talking in a very rude manner.
            Now you please tell me how much time you take to get deliver a gas booking and to provide the gas at home. This is really ridiculous, we are just fed of it. Please take a necessary action regarding this issue.

            The following complaints may be registered and action to be taken.
            1. The office of the Bhatpaara L.P gas service of INDANE has been shifted from the 74, West Ghosepara Road Bhatpara to 32, East Ghoshpara Road Authpur 5 km towards north of Bhatpara and near Shyamnagar in the midnight without informing the public. We presume that the dealership of Indane Gas has been fixed based on the locality and easy approach of the housewives, Senior Cityzens and girls.

            Our point of view whether this is as per rule or not regarding shifting of office.

            2. Phone Booking is not accepted at all in this office. No body lifts the phone any time. The behaviour is absolulety putrit. Everybody has to present himself there for booking of cylinder. We request you to sort it out as early as possible.
            I am Pravendra Singh, residing in 10 D/95, Vasundhara, Ghz. I have a connection(consumer no is 52596 on the name of Pravendra Singh) of your cooking gas.I am the Cosnumers of M/s. Yadu Indane Gas Seva, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad, distributors of Indane Gas is troubling us with all sorts. Firstly, I can not book the Gas through Telephone Numbers given by them as it is found engaged all the time, by chance if any of the line gets free the agency people are not responding the call. I have to go to their office 4 to 5 kms just for booking the Gas. Secondly, They will take the booking only after 23 days from last delivery of the refilled cylinder. Thirdly, They will take 10 to 13 days for delivering the filled cylinder. I have to survive.

              I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Dev Gas Agency.I am unable to book the gas for past 6months..they said that my connection became deactivated due non-booking and they said that i need to bring my ration card, address proof with other docs for applying reactivation.I have submitted all the docs for reactivation .. They said they will send the gas mechanic to inspect the gas stove condition to my address but any how i am using a cylinder borrowed from my relative for the time being... but no one has shown up for gas stove inspection... the gas agency says that after inspection only i can book the gas cylinder..and now it is more than 30 days .. i submitted the documents already.What needs to be done to complete the process ASAP?

              lindane — Delay in Gas connection

              A new gas connection was requested in the 2nd week of Apr thru Indane gas, Bhubaneswar. It was told the connection would be provided in 4-6 weeks.
              For providing the connection, i was repeatedly called/persuaded. Now after 4 Months and repeated calls/ visits, i have been told to ait another 1 month.
              Such is th pathetic nature of service for such a basic service in today's 21st century India.
              I would demand the connection in the next 24-48 hours and an explanation by a responsible officer of INDANE GAS for the above horrible service.

                Hi,

                I am new resident in bangalore vijayanagar, having ration card from karnataka government. I approached kalpana gas agency for a new gas connection. I had gas stove, during connection i said i dont need the gas stove, they said there is a inspection, and the process will take 15 days time. I booked on november 22nd till now no person is turned up for inspection. Always telephone lines are engaged, when i asked in person and enquired, they said, i[censored] dont want we will refund, when ever our executive is free then only he will come, till now no body turned up, you need to wait till the time. If this is the case, this will take ages and ages. In a busy life, is it possible to enquire daily in-person at the gas agency office. Please intervene and do the needful

                I have applied for a new gas connection. Roght now I am using my relatives extra cylinder.when they came to my house they found that cylinder.Now they are saying that you are not lilable b'coz you are using gas.
                Is there any rule like that?
                Now they are saying that if you want to take new connection you have to purchase the whole kit (stove, regulator, fire extinguser) worth Rs.7000 which i already owned.
                Kindly help me on the same.

                  Sir/Madam,
                  Im U.Syed Ibrahim, a resident of Palavakkam, Chennai-41, and a customer of indane gas with the consumer no.67409 receiving gas supply from Malaviya Avenue gas agency, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. I received my last filled gas cylinder on 11.12.2008. I had to book for my next cylinder 21 days after receiving the filled cylinder. so i booked for the next cylinder on 31.12.2008 over phone. the person who received the call was a lady staff and she said i have booked one day earlier, i should have booked on 1.1.2009. When i asked whether i shall call the next day and book again she replied not necessary and said she will deliver the cylinder within a week. but till 15.1.2009 i dint receive any cylinder supply. when i enquired again a lady spoke and said that i should have booked on 1.1.2009, but she will try to supply cylinder soon. till today (19.1.2009) i havent received any cylinder. when i enquired today she is saying my booking date is only from 15.1.2009 onwards and it will take another 10-15 days for supply. Today it has been almost 40 days since i received my last cylinder. look at the responsibility of the staff sitting at the agency. i was made to call a number of times with no proper response. Till today for the past 40 days i havent received gas cylinder. what im i to day if this cylinder gets over.This is mental harassment for me. i request the higher officials to kindly see to this matter and send me the cylinder immediately.

                  Indane Gas — Poor Supply and Irresponsibility

                  Dear Sir / Mam,


                  This complaint is regd. to The Udai Gas Agency, Ajmer (Raj)

                  Complaint is that even on Booking the gas they are not giving home delivery more than 15 -20 days .....As per rule they are supposed to provide the deliver within 4 days from Booking

                  More over on contacting them on telephone ......there response for the consumer is misbehviour type.

                  This type of problem I am facing from last 1 year

                  I urge that the agency o[censored]dai gas should be terminated immediately for Non servicing

So my home fast use gas. 1 cylender blank in ofter 30 days. agencies not give cylender ofter 45 days. How ballance this problem. if you want gas cylender any time agency's give add. payment and take cylender. Pleace see this problem And Take Acction emmgiatly.

                      I reside at pappennaicken palayam, Coimbatore.We are depending upon AMBIKA AGENCIES for gas cylinder supply of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION.Presently we are having a rough time as we are not being provided with cylinder even after booking for 15 days.We are having only one cylinder that cylinder has exhausted 5 days back.When we go to the agency theysay that they are having INADEQUATE GAS SUPPLY FROM YOUR ORGANISATION.Please do the needfull.

                      I am serving in Border Security Force and recently posted at undermentioned address from Distt Nadia West Bengal on 16/01/2009.Consequent upon my posting our LPG connection consumer No 6193 & voucher No 578 which is in the name of my wife namely Purnima Asthana was transfered to Assam region viz Guwahati.Accordingly my wife approached M/S Nabajyoti Gas Agency, Tinali Zoo-Narangi Road, Guwahati:-

                      My wife visited the said Indane gas agency on19/01, 23/01, 27/01 and 02/02/2009, but the properiter did not entertain for registering with plea regarding non availability of Gas regulator, where as he kept providing new LPG connection to other customer.
                      Such behaviour of the dealer is tarnishing the reputed image of your corporate.
                      Please take appropriate action against the defaulter and communicate the action taken against him, least I shall be constrained to approach Consumer Forum.

                      Our Gas service provider - Kameshwar Gas Service, Shop No.1, 2, 3-Municipal Market, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, J&K State is always refusing to provide door service despite of the fact that our residence is only within a range of 2.5 kilometers from his shop.We booked our cylinders under the booking no.1381, 1382 dated[protected] & booking No.1396 &1397 dated[protected].He always gives wrong interpretation for not providing the door service by saying that my riksha person has reached our house & our house was locked & for the recent booking some lady from the house has refused to take the gas cylinder.What a non-sense response from your gas dealers? It a curse on your part how the public dealing persons behave with the general masses.
                      More heniance crime the dealer is doing is that he is tampering the bottle neck sealing & removing at least 4-5Kgs. of gas & then resealing & selling the same cylinder to the public which I have brought to the notice of the dealer who hardly cares for the same & his way of talking is generally rude with the public. Our consumer No.are-KT2011 & KT2012 & the Phone number of the gas dealer is[protected].
                      In case our complain is not being redressed within 24 hours we (the whole of the locality falling our vicinity)will disconnect our connection from your company.

                      I am from Kakdwip (of south 24 Parganas) under West Bengal. I am a comsumar of Indian Oil LPG and the Distributer is of Diamondharbour which is 50 Km.away from Kakdwip and it is the only distributer within 80 Sq. km . So supply in accordance to demand is inadiquate.

                      Recently they have been supplying the gas after 15 to 17 days on bokking date for last one year. I donot know it is happened due to actual crisis or not. The person who supplies the gas
                      at Sodpur Area, No.3 Govt. Colony, Kolkata-700110 tells us that Rs. 50/- extra charges will be given to him for one cylinder without bokking. This means the crisis is not actual. It is
                      created. I have also reported to Abhijit Enterprise through telephone today. They tell us to complain against him in written. But I donot know thier Email address. So I am reporting to you.

                      Please take necessary action to solve this problem.

                      In our town i.e. PURI(Orissa), the distributor M/S.Super Heat who is your authorised dealer, previously gives gas at an interval of 21 days and now he extended it to 33 days. Anothere regular problem is irrespective of several call the phone ring, ring and ring no one to respond from the other side. When we inquire about that they just refuse in one answer that we always attened the call immideately.Pl go into the matter is the booking time is fixed by you company or the distributor. If it is your com. policy, then why, the other supplier has no such policy .

                        With most respect and humble I beg to draw your kind attention towards my consumer number IG-19058 of M/S Junagadh Jilla Shakari Sagh, Petrolium section Ranavav Chowk, Junagadh
                        I have been a permanent costumer of the agency since 1993 The agency had been providing me satisfying service since 1993, for past few months the agency has started false booking for refill of cylinder on my consumer number by diliveryman and delivering itl to someone else as whenever I tried to book my refill they says that it has already been booked and delivered. When I asked them to show the receiving of the refill they didn’t gave any satisfactory answer.
                        Sir, I’d like to tell you that I am working person and it causes me a great inconvenience to make frequent visit to the agency.
                        Please take the necessary action to avoid this kind of black-marketing.

                          Very sorry to say but we have many complaint against our agency holder.
                          Every time when we try to call our agency to book our gas, phone line always engaged if we get connect(By luck) they said delivery will take a week time, not an issue. But after a week we have to remind them again and replied received tomorrow you will get the same. And that tomorrow will come when you continues follow them or if you forget to follow them they will forget us.
                          It is a regular exercise which we have to do to get a cylinder every time.

                          Hooker never gives receipt of payment as per him they don’t have the same.

                          Dear Sir,
                          My wife has booked IOCL Gas connection for refil around 13 february 2012 at GAS-O-Inden Phone :[protected] for my connection 52348.

                          Normally phones are found very busy hence I personaly visited to agency at DAWA Bazar, Indore for enquiry of non receipt of booking.

                          As per their record they delivered the same on 18th but assured for delivery next working day i.e. 3/3/2012.

                          Now when asked today they are commiting 6/3/2012.

                          I do not have LPG from 2/3/2012.

                          Please look in to matter and act accordingly.

                            with due respects i have to bring the following to your kind attention and persuel
                            1.i am consumer of above said gas agency, my consumer no.3461
                            2. ever since i am a consumer of this gas agency no satisfactory service has been provided by the gas agency.
                            3. the staff refuses to book the refill for home delivery on telephone and insist on personelly visit and when one goes personelly the staff misbehaves.
                            4. even after booking for home delivery they never deliver the refill at home without repeated visits/telephones and harass the home delivery consumers unnecesserly and insist that we should collect the refill from their depot. though home delivery charges are charged from every body but the always make one or the other excuse for home delivery and forced the consumers to collect the refill from the depot and no deductions of the home delivery charges are made by them.
                            5. home delivery is made in an average of 10 to 20 days after the booking as they have enganged only if you rickshaw pullers.
                            6. the next booking is made from the date of delivery of last refill and not the date of previous booking.
                            7.the staff does not even know how to calculate 21 days and next booking is made by them in 22 to 23 days.
                            8. mr lamba the owner of the said gas agency is neither available on his office and nor on phone.
                            it is therefore requested that necessary action kindly be taken to remove the dificulity pointed to above by the consumers.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Ramnath Thakur R/o B-39, Shyam Vihar Phase-1, Goela Road, New Delhi-110043, a bonafide consumer(Consumer No. 4324 ) of LPG Distributor M/s Shanti Indane, WZ-427, Sadh Nagar, Gali No.18K, Palam Colony, New Delhi-45, Ph.25052040, 25056668 have been facing difficulty in getting supply of Domestic LPG. So far I Have been managing somehow. However it has become really difficult now. Firstly it is painful to book the gas on phone as the line is mostly busy during the day. Secondly if the supply is made at home, it is always less weight. So I dared to collect it from godown. This time I booked on[protected].When I went to collect it from godown on[protected], I was told that the receipt has not reached. Further I went on[protected] to godown and still could not find the receipt or any satisfactory response. There is no doubt that black marketing is taking place.
                              You are requested to kindly look into the matter and ensure my proper supply as well as take action against the guilty. Failing which I will be forced to take this matter further.

                              Indian oil corporation ltd, LPG — matter relating supply of gas

                              sir/madam,
                              we are staying in Kotta, (chengannur) and we have gas connection with Sandhya flames, Arnumulla kerala. but since past many month after booking LPG we are not getting refill even after 50 days also after booking, when both the gas are finished since then also we dont get atleast one refill on asking gas agency about this they tell we dont know or supply hasent come or we are solving pending reliff matter but the fact is that we never get gas on time. due to this we complaint to Dy manaager LPG IOC lt kottayam many time and after he calling the agency we get gas refill. many time it has happened that we have got both gas cyclinders( including DBC) empty and we have to depend on hotels for food.
                              regarding this we had sent a letter to Dy manager LPG kottayam, few days back but he didnt received the letter. this problem is the problem of 90% people in kotta area.many people get gas after 70-80 days. this gas agency even take transportation charges (Rs 315/- for gas and 15 min for transportation) but they charge 20 or even 25 even and dont even provide a transportation bill.
                              Therefore we would like to complaint regarding this matter and hope for a speedy responce.

                                I would like to draw attention towards the Black-marketting of LPG cylinders, which is grow by leaps and bound in the South Delhi. The actual consumer never get their cylinder booked and delivered on time by gas agencies, such as SB Enterprise Shaikh Sarai-1, New Delhi. On booking cylinder at agency, response received as your cylinder is already delivered and you book after 1 or 2 week later, however, in actual the cylinder is black marketted to other users.
                                I would like to request the authorities to look into this matter and break the nexus that had been established by few agencies persons and delivery persons.

                                Respected Sir / Madam,

                                we are using the LPG cylinders th. Prabhat Gas agencey situated in janakpuri new delhi, i just want to change my gas regurator (as there is a leaking in it) can you confirm is it will be chargable or free of cost.
                                I already changed the same for my another gas connection with another gas agency. (but there was not charged by me)

                                I have approached my Gas Agency M/s. R.K. Agencies, Hauz Rani, Saket, New Delhi since the last 1 month or so to replace my REGULATOR as there is systematic gas leakage from the same and highly hazardous. The gas delivery boys, gas stove mechanical engineer have confirmed that there is leakage from the Regulator and requires to be replaced immediately. However, the gas agency mechanic has visited our house twice, adjusted the Regulator and told us that the same doesnot require any replacement.

                                I am quite harassed as I feel that anytime there could be a disaster which is being ignored by the Gas Agency for reasons best known to them as I am willing to pay charges for the replacement, if any,

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Due to faulty regulator there has been gas leakage at my home for the past 12 days. I have registered a verbal complaint at the Sterling Gas office, Moosarambagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad on Jan 5th. Every week i go there and get the same reply that they dont have any stock of regulators and hence cant give us a replacement. Today also i visited the office and talked with the officer over there. He was very rude and straight away asked me to raise a complaint at their head office. When asked what i have to do about gas leakage at my home, he acted as if it is not his head ache without even considering this as a serious situation. Please look in to this matter as soon as possible since we are not able to cook anything for the fear of any sort of accident.

                                  Indane Gas — gas leakages

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  our gas finished tonight at 10 pm and i replased with new filled bottle. while opening the bottle i found gas leaking it is very shoking i live in an apartment and this is verry dangerious if it blasts it may not just harm us but also create a great disaster for the whole building. i want to ask why this kind of gas leaks? why dose the company dosent checque the bottle? and i could not find any 24 hour helpline no to cantact any bady regarding gas leakage.??

                                    in my case many time my booking are delayed in in jan 2009 we booked on 2.01.2009 till today we have not received refill on contacting the dealer at begumpet as per their records gas has been delivered on 10.01.2009 but till today we have not got the refill this has happened more than two times in my case

                                    this proves that they are indulging in black marketing

                                      Complaint: Booked a refill cylinder on 18.12.08. Refill delivered on 31.12.08. I asked when I could register for the next refill. A lady answering the phone says I could book only on 25.01.09. That will be 25 days. When I explained that the time is 21 days She bluntly tells it is 25 days. She refuses to give contact number of the proprietor. When can I register for the reffill?

                                        I am a customer to Puneet Gas Agency, Sec-16, Rohini with customer ID 41631. I have been trying to book for a cylinder refill but for the last 10 days despite over 15-20 attempts, there is no response over the phone nos.[protected].

                                        It is a usual practice with this dealer wherein he either does not receive the phone calls or simply hangs it to keep it engaged.

                                        Request for necessary action and solution.

                                        i am a customer of indane gas . my customer no is 130.
                                        i had booked the cylinder on 5/1/2009 . but till date delivery has not been given by the dealer

                                        my conneciton no. is 6579 with Bedi indian, Deler given very poor service, it is no response of Telephone i call so many times but no response and dilivery of celender taken many days like 8 to 10 days take a action
                                        I am a customer of Puneet Gas Service (indane), Rohini, Delhi-85. The gas is in the name of Mrs. Kamla Bansal, PG 2216. I have been trying to call them to book the gas cylinder for the past 20 days but there is no response from their side. This is not the first time, it always happens. Then we have go personally thier office to book the cylinder, which is practically not possible every time. We tried to contact the Senior Officer there but no contacts are available from their side.

                                        Kindly take the strict action or change the dealer.
