Dear Sir,

I want to file a complaint to you against Indane Pearl gas service G T karnal raod opp gur mandi that i am trying to book cylinder on phone since one week but could not book it because either they doesnt answer the phone or phone is busy, this is very bad as you know that in todays costl;y fuel era we should try to save the petrol but we are forced to drive to gas agency and book cylinder, this small thing can be very nicely managed by phone which saves time petrol time and environment .
so please take necessary action against agency and help consumers and nation.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am trying Pearl Gas telephone no. since today morning at 27129042 & 27248647 for the booking of gas but no body in picking the phone inspite of ringing all the time. This is not the first time they are doing the same, please look in to this matter seriously & take action against non performers.

Also suggest the other way of booking through mail or some other source.

Indane gas,, pearl gas service gt road,, gurmandi ,, new delhi.. non picking of phone for the past 4 days... at last went there to book my gas..and when i went there the phone was put down by your staff. lovely service....

I had booked my gas about one month back through phone booking.And every time i got message on my mobile that your cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 4137 with cash memo 4189.I don't understand weather the gas cylinder is delivered to somebody else or delivery boy has black the same. despite of several telephonic call on 27129042 and 27248647 no body is picking up the phone. i did not get any delivery as yet.And also my kitchen gas is going to finish with in two to three days. i don't understand what to do kindly clarify. I would really appreciate if you could help us.

Dear Sir,

I had booked my gas cylinder dated 4/03/14 with reference no. R[protected] cylinder not be delivered till now. Despite of several of call on 27129042 and 27248647 no body is picking up the phone. I did not get any delivery as yet and going to office with discussed with staff the staff saying computer showing booking date 24/3/14. Always same problem faced cylinder not be delivered after 15 to 20 days. Please resolve issue.

    I am a physically challenged person working as Jt. General Manager, Ministry of Defence, Engine Factory Avadi, Chennai and I own Maruti Zen AT, with hand control accelerator & brake fitted with 36 ltr capacity gas tank. Today 09.06.2008 I went to Shree Shakthi Agencies(TIN No [protected], Code No 068), Survey No 304, MTH Road, Ambathur Chennai - 53 (PH[protected] with tank empty It did not cut off automatically till 42.14 ltrs(Bill No 608543) When I filled in the same bunk on 03.04.2008 with tank empty with 36.14 ltrs(Bill No 13676) the tank became full.

    the difference (42.14 - 36.14 = 6 ltrs excess)
    how come a tank with 36 ltrs capacity will have 42.14 ltrs.

    Sir, It is requested to look into the matter immediately.

      I am a regular customer of Indane Gas from past 2 years. But since than i haven't received my PassBook. My consumer no is 14647. My account is with Maheswari Gas Agency Madangir, New Delhi -110062.
      Please Help me out, i made complain several times but they used to replt that the Indane Gas service to the banch is closed. Each time they used to give slip but never give me my passbook. I request you to enquiry to my branch and provide me my Gas Passbook.

        I Ujjwal consumer No. 5933 recd one cylender on 29.06.08 from Anushka Gas Service, Nerul, Phone nos. of Agency-, From the Bigning of Next day I Complaint for Leakage in cylender to Agency People on phone & also informed to Helpline No. provided on delivery slip,

        Man came from Helpline and check cylender & Informe that the leakage came from cylender PIN & also informe to ask to Agency to Replace the cylender.

        Same time I contect with Agency and ask for cylender replaced
        They informed that will replace today on 30.06.08

        But till date cylender not replaced by Agency After giving lot of reminder to Agency

        Please Take it urgently


        DANGER!!! we might lose our lives

          Dear sir i have booked for gas cylinder on 25.5.2008 and and was told i will receive by three days till date i have been telephoneing and there is no response nor delivery of gas cylinder the telphone nos of the gas agency is SYDHEENDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY (INDANE LPG DISTRIBUTORS)2ND MAIN, 80 FT HENNUR ROAD, HBR LAYOUT, BANGALORE-

          Dear sir i have book for gas cylinder on 30.06.08 and again on 08.06.2009 through SMS, GAS Connection no.20429 / R.           But after 15 days while I enquired about the supply, every now and then, over the telephone but no one is there to pick-up the phone and to listen to me. On 21/08/2009 I went there and enquired about the matter and surprised to know that the aforesaid booking has already lapsed and there is no such booking and I shall have to book the Cylinder once again. I am not the only victim other consumers are also facing the same problem.

          I would like to redress my complaint. You are, therefore, requested to look in to the matter seriously and do the needful. So that the domestic consumers could get the supply in time as because the festive season is ahed.

          Your favourabl early action in this matter will highly be appreciated.

            I have gas connection of indane and i have this connection to three state because of work
            Now i am working in jamnagar-Gujrat, here i got the connection after transfer now they need ration card for continue the connection until they will not supply the connection
            This is problem for working class people who based upon job move from one place to other
            I think their is no such clause in india for gas connection to submit ration card

            Indane Gas — transfer from chennai to kumbakonam

            Sir,
            I was having an LPG gas connection with M/s Vathsala Agencies, Natesa Nagar, Chennai -92 for 7 years and the consumer number was 25021. I surrendered the cylinders and regulator on 06.10.08 and got the Transfer Voucher. I am still working in Chennai as JTO in BSNL, I have shifted my family to Kumbakonam in anticipation of transfer. But unfortunately, i could not get my transfer, I have decided to leave my family at Kumbakonam. I approached M/s Murugan Agencies for the connection along with T.V. they insisted address proof. How can I get address proof within this short period?. Hence, I request that provisional connection may be provided to me and a months time may be given for submitting addressproof. If it is not provided within this period the connection can be withdrawn. Kindly do the needful.
            I am having INDANE Gas with CONSUMER No.2061 & SV No.389182 Dt.[protected]. The Distributor is Ms. HAPPY HOME, Visakhapatnam. I am working as Fitter in SE Railway Traction shed, Visakhapatnam residing at Dondaparthi, Opp to DRM Office Road.               sir
              i have got autolpg filled in my car from m/s luxmi ato ferzpur
              road ludhiana.but my car gave low averge.on cotacting to
              dealer they check my car and said that lpg filled by the pump
              was in less quantity. on next refilling i comlaint thismatter
              to the pump woker he said that we are order to fill 650ml
              at per litre instead of 1000mlof litre.what can i do?

                My Indane Gas Consumer No. is 23873 in the name Sanjee Paul R/O F-69/S-3 Dilshad Colony, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 under distributorship No. 107300 in the name M/s Sindhu Enterprises, Pocket-A, 23A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-32.
                On 05-06-08 I got the delivery of refilled gas vide receipt number[protected]. It was shocked to see that reciept date was written 31-05-08 though receiving after 6 days.
                In another view, the delivery man asked for Rs. 346 as increase of rates as per Govt. Rule, although amount mentioned in receipt was Rs. 294.70. While on argue, it was plead by the delivery man that since new rates have not been updated in their system hence no change in rate as per receipt.

                In this regard, my humble request to look into the matter as it is being regularly intimated through media that higher amuont of MRP should be paid.

                My Indane Gas Consumer No. is M.I.--81 in the name S. K. Gupta Gandhi chowk nagod dist. satna (m.p.) under distributorship No. 179515 in the name M/s MAHENDRA INDANE infront of indian oil petrol pump N.H. 75 Satna road nagod dist. Satna (M.P.). On 27-05-08 I got the delivery of refilled gas vide receipt number 4537. It was shocked to see that reciept date was written not to till date.
                I send to recive to my Gas cylender in delar office, when deler demand to as per selender 57 rupee's extre money then to recive my gas cyclender.
                So all of you people extera earen of per gas celender 57 Rs. in cash of delear. Gas delear is very poor service in nagod city.
                In this regard, my humble request to look into the matter as it is being regularly intimated through media that higher amuont of MRP should be paid.

                  Sub: Delay in allotment of Additional Gas Cylinder-
                  Requirement for Home Consumption.

                  Ref: Customer No.10980 with SAM GAS, Indane Distributor, chimabara Nagar, Tuticorin -8.

                  With reference to the above I wish to inform you that, I have registered an additional cylinder requirement with the above referred agency vide (Form No. SL 69) Sl. No.-- dated 12.03.04

                  Now I have approached the agency for additional cylinder and they refused to provide the same against the above mentioned registration and they instructed me to register again.

                  I came to understand through other customers, the Additional Cylinder requirement was released for the registrations up to december 2005

                  kindly i request you to please give effect for the above registration and get me the additional cylinder through the above agency at earliest.

                    i have participated in a iocl car in a tank offer .I also won th mobile in that offer.
                    i got ur sms on my mobile.
                    i also faxed the bill copy and my complete address to u 3 times.
                    i have also proof of that.
                    i also made complaint 5 times on ur toll free number .at that time u said i will get it upto march end.
                    but uptil now i have not received the price (mobile) that i won.
                    also when i call on ur toll free number now days, no one will receive it.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Vir Gas Agency, West Mambalam, Chennai. My consumer number is 34726.

                        I have booked for a refile on 29th May 2008 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in two days a week. But after 2 days when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Dealer are delivering Gas cyclinder only after many reminder. Some times, refilling itself take minimum of one week or two week. Each time, these people are giving any lame excuse and trying to escape things.

                        Last month, these people said that I didn't booked gas cyclinder itself and I need to book it once again and waited for three more days.

                        Every month, we are fighting with these people to get the cylinder. Due to this, we are losing some days in next booking too.

                        Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                        Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                        This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.
                        On 28/5/09, I went to Indane LPG dealer - Vir Gas Agency, West Mambalam, Chennai for new gas connection.

                        They were ready to give new connection "IMMEDIATELY" with "GREEN LABEL" hot plate alongwith cylinder+regulator. When I denied taking hotplate... they refused to give the connection and ask to buy from any where but only "Green Label" hotplate purchase receipt if produced then only connection will be given !

                        When I asked them to show me for a written notice/statement from Indane Gas for mandatory buy of GREEN LABEL hotplate... they gave Ph. No. 24339246 where the person available on the line, on my asking to see written notice/statement from INDANE GAS for mandatory buy of GREEN LABEL hotplate with new connection talked EXTREMELY ABUSIVE LANGUAGE and mentioned there is waiting for 2 MONTHS so COME LATER !

                        When I asked the person at the dealer to give in written that the new connection wont be given if GREEN LABEL hotplate is not purchased, he rudely showed me way by saying there is no connection available !
                        When I asked for License No. etc. He bursted with SLANGS and tried to hold me by collar n push me away !!!

                        This is absolutely HARRASSMENT OF COMMON MAN in the great land of 44crores of Hindu Gods!
                        It is just a CURSE TO BE BORN IN INDIA as a common man!

                        Wish I had a political/media contact or I belong to ST/SC category to enjoy the luxuries!

                          I Sangeet our consumer No. 41004 recd one cylender on 29.05.08 from Amar Gas Service, Behari Colony Shahdara Delhi-32, Phone nos. of Agency[protected], 22307197, From the Bigning of Next day I Complaint for Leakage in cylender to Agency People on phone & also informed to Helpline No. provided on delivery slip,

                          Man came from Helpline and check cylender & Informe that the leakage came from cylender PIN & also informe to ask to Agency to Replace the cylender.

                          Same time I contect with Agency and ask for cylender replaced
                          They informed that will replace today on 30.05.08

                          But till date cylender not replaced by Agency After giving lot of reminder to Agency

                          Please Take it urgently

                            I had done complain for leakage of gas from cylinder.

                            Serviceman came and cheacked and told that little bit leakage can be done sometimes, because a bulk of gas cylinder come in there distributors point.

                            So, they cant follow for the little leakage or replace the cylinder.

                            Please take a correct dission while that it was leakage or not.

                              I am having problem with the above Gas agency for last 04 Month
                              they dont pickup Phones for Booking, one has to go personally for booking then again have to visit to complaint that Cylinder has not reached even after 15 to 20 days.
                              Cylinder comes less in weight ranging from 1/2 kg to 4 kg.

                              Pls do need full urgent basis because this is very serious matter and this problem creat harashment
                              So, pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                On 30.5.2008 i went to the IOC petrol pump situated at Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai adj. Meenakshi College, Opp. Sekar stores when i asked to fill my bike for 100 rupees, the person who got money was asking me about any bill required for that (generally nopetrol pump will ask for this question when we fill for bikes) ... i said no... and the person who filled my bike was asking unnecessary questions and put the petrol nossil in to my tank. Then I noticed at within 5 sec (not even 5 sec) he was about the pull the nossil, I saw the pointer, it was reading for 98 rupees and was about to end for 100 rupees. I asked him wheteher he has put for 100 rupees or not. But he argued... This is the second time its happening for me at the same pump. (only for two times i have been there) .. Last time when i filled the same thing happened. I never use fuel from this pump becasue i used to fill from the other two petrol pumps which are from BPC and the other one opp to this IOC pump (only the IOC will be free the other two pumps will be busy always). Then I noticed that even the petrol indicator of my bike didnot even raise a little.. I feel very bad about. Even the IOC adj to ABT Maruti Guidy did a big cheat when i filled my new alto for the first time. That is even a ugly story than this... When petrol pumps are making profit like that I think there is no need for hiking the price of fuel. :(

                                  I have gas connection of Indane consumer no 9428 dealer Saroj enterprise Vikas puri. The company is frequently supplying cylinder of expiry date written on the cylinder. The company is playing with safety and life of many person involved in the process. The company is doing it for the sake of saving cost. Strict action need to be taken to stop this practice.

                                    I was intrested to take one new LPG connection. I am resident of 1/35 Gali No.4 Vishwas Nagar Shahadra Delhi -32. I visited B.N. Gupta & co. A-1 New Vishwas Nagar, in March 2008. There receptionist advised me to visit in first week of April 2008. I again visit in April, she says it is better to come in May 2008 along with Ration card. At last today I visited the Gas agency along with Ration card. I have my old Ration card she refused to accept the same and ask to renew the same. Yet I have other proof of residence in my hand like Voter ID card, Passport etc. She says it is Mandatory to have new Ration card. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to give me connection on Priority.

Every month i should take the leave for the booking itself and also the refilled cylinder will recieve after 10 to 15 days is this is the way to satisfy the custumor.Please kindly help in this regard.

                                      20 DAYS DELAY IN SUPPLY

                                      I am having my Consumer No. 4087 with M/s TUCS AGENCIES, PERIYAR NAGAR, CHENNAI. I have booked the gas on 12/05/08(THERE IS NO EVIDENCE FOR BOOKING DATE) but till date i have not received the supply. The agency is not/ picking Telephone & when contact personally there was no //atisfactory reply....

                                      Dear IOCL,

                                      I own a Honda City ZX MH-02-AY-8337. I filled regular petrol on 28/05/2008 from Pump No. 13 of M/s Taximen's Services Ltd., Opp. BEST Depot, Gokuldham, Goregaon (East), Mumbai - 400 063, Phones:[protected], [protected]cash memo no. 484665(?)). The petrol pump was either faulty or tampered. This is because, (1) I always fill the tank fully to calculate my average mileage. This time, the pump dispensed 42.51 litre of petrol for 358.7 kms driven from last filling. This is unusual as I get approx. 11.5 kms/litre. (2) My tank capacity as given by the manufacturer is 42 litres. I also has approx. 1/8 tank full. So, how can the dealer put 42.51 litre?

                                      When I argued with the dealer, he brought a measure and filled 5 litres of petrol and tried to prove that the pump had no problem. But I do not know whether the measure was 5 litres measure, whether there was a way to start and stop tampering, etc.

                                      I feel cheated and will go to all lengths to see that the dealer is booked.

                                      If you do not take any action against this dealer, he will cheat many and bring down India Oil’s reputation and market share.

                                      If you do book the dealer and make adequate publicity, this will help you project a better image to the public and help deter other dealers from operating such practices.

                                      I need your initiative and help to book the culprit and suspend their dealership. Please keep updating me about the progress of this case.

THE BOYS THEREAT ARE IN THE HABIT OF HIDING THE METER FROM THE VIEW OF CLIENT THIS WAY OR THAT, IN SUCH MANNER THAT THE CLIENT IS NOT ABLE TO SEE WHETHER THE METER HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO ZERO OR NOT. IN CASE OF ENSUING CONFUSION THEY ARGUE. LAST TIME I KEPT MY NERVE AND ARGUED STRONGLY AND CRIED ABOUT THE ANOMALY BECAUSE I WAS SURE THAT I WAS CHEATED OF 0.75 OF OIL. OUT OF GUILT THEY AGREED AND FILLED THE TANK WITH 0.75. PLEASE SEE TO AS I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY ARE IN THE HABIT DOING IT WITH EVERY CUSTOMER AND LATER SHARE THE BOOTY AMONG THEMSELVES.

                                      These petrol pump is a cheat. Last 2 times they started filling petrol for me before showing zero. by the time I saw zero on the meter which was a bit far the meterer was already ahead of Rs.200. Yesterday night I went to fill again and kept a close eye. They did the similar drill with the guy behind me. They started filling petrol from 200 and his car was far behind so he couldnt see the readings. I quickly informed the car behind and then we registered a complaint in their complaint book. Dont think much will come out of it. This is routine with them and the only thing we can do is be more attentive.. It also may have to do with our cars..I have a Honda City as well and the guy filling behind was also a Honda City.. Unless our doors are locked they can open the fuel closet.. I can support out if there is any intiative.. I have already posted on FB just so that my friends are aware
