we booked our gas connection before 2 month we did not get gas still now last two week i called the office they told me they will give us that day till now we did not get. today i went there godown they distributiong gas then i called the office they told me u booked to get gas 5.01.2009 we did not get gas last 2 months what we want to do sir

so plz treat this matter is very urgent infuture i dont want to do this complain again so plz suggest.

Indian oil corporation — non-delivery of gas
Even application for gas delivery on 08 November,2011,gas delivery has not been reached at my home address-shahganj,benta,near rly gt no.22,Laheriasarai, Darbhanga,Bihar till date that i.e. on 24/12/11. I am LPG Gas consumer. I deal with Binay Indane Service, Gaya who are distributor of my area. My consumer No. 257254. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Presnetly I book the Gas on 21 June 2012. Today is 5 August 2012. No cylinder reach at my home. I request you please solve my problem.

i have booked my gas through my area agencies in the name of "Guru Gas" located in davidson street, broadway, chennai-01.contact no: [protected]. he booked my gas on 01-09-08 and my consumer no is "29801" but still he not given the delivery when we call him he talking very roughly he dont no the manners how to talk with customer and when v go to his office he is telling that he ill be sending within 1 hour but cylinder will not come.
they are all selling their gas to local vendors. so plz treat this matter is very urgent infuture i dont want to do this complain again so plz suggest.
