[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Yet not received the refund money

I booked my motor cycle NDLS to GHY Dt. 13/03/2008 at 22:05. The PWN No. 529378 and my PNR/TKT No. is [protected]. I have not received my m/cycle till dt 17/03/2008 at 11:10. when i went to enquiry office no one reaedy to tell me about it and some of them told me we don't know the tracking procezer. I am waiting for my m/cycle. I have to go shillong. Now I am staying in hotel who will be responsible for this dilay and who will pay my hotel bill amount.
Please do the needful at the earliest and let us know the status of the PWN No. 529378.

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket (ADI - HWH, 2833 ADI HWH Express, AC 2 Tier, Journey date 23 Jan 2009) via your E Ticket system on 05 Dec 2008 (PNR NO. [protected]) with the Transaction id [protected] and cancelled the same on 30 Dec 2008 in the same system.

Now, in my Refund Status details it is showing "Sent for Refund", and a receipt No.815029 and the Refund Date is blank.But I am yet to get my refund credited back in my bank's account.

Please let me know what is the reason or when it will be credited back.I am anxious to see some of the previous mails where the customers have not received refunds for months.

An early reply from your side will be very much helpful.

i file a tdr to railway on 13/10/2009 for my ticket refund aluva to kalyan train no 2617
mangala ldweep express witch going to nizmuddin on 02/10/2009 is diverted via madras and nagpur but i am traveling to kalyan so i did, t travel on that train the train is dirverted from tirur station and the tirur station master write and give the ticket you will get the full refund and told me to file a tdr file to railway soi file a tdr on 13/10/2009 and the the transaction id; no[protected] and the pnr no is [protected] now iam cheking in tdr file it is showing forword to railway showing last three months please sir kindily arrange may refund as soon as possbile

Indian Railway — Not received Refund

I have booked the ticket in the month of May 2009 for 4 persons from Erode to Vijayawada. At the time of booking the ticket was fully waiting list and after the chart preparation one ticket was confirmed and other passenger was waiting list.So we did'nt travel on that day and I filed TDR through IRCTC for refund for the same next day. After continuous follow up with IRCTC form last 6 month my effort went vain. I am really tired for the continuous followup.

I once again request IRCTC and railway to refund my money as early as possible.

Indian Railways — Refund of cancelled ticket not received, pending since November, 2007.

I booked 2 tickets for Garib Rath Express for journey from Delhi to Bareilly for 21.11.2007 vide PNR No. [protected] but due to abnormal delay of train (about 6 hours) had to cancel by sending mail to irctc/railways since on the very next day, I was about to come back by morning train (About 5.00 AM) and practically it was not possible for me to come back by that train after travelling from Delhi to Bareilly by 6 hours running late train. Surprisingly, till date I am following up the case with railways for refund but unable to get. Rather, railways has indicated that the journey has been performed and on the other hand, through one of the documents sent to me by railways itself, it is very much clear that the journey has not been performed. I have been demanding for vigilance enquiry and refund but every time I get a self-generated reply with a new ID (Reference No.) that your case has been registered and it will take "Minimum 90 days time", means I have to wait at least for 90 days after every communication and perhaps there is no maximum time limit for railways...... Dhanya hai Railways...... Afterall everybody (including Railways) has full right to deal in the manner they desire. Till date, I have sent more than 10 e-mails, 10 letters through courier (Acknowledgements are available with me) and more than 100 telephone calls) at different levels viz. GMED(Pub.Grievances), Jt.Director (Public Grievances), ED(Passenger Mktg.), GM(Operations), GGM/ITS, CCM(Refunds), RM(Eastern Zone), IRCTC, and many more but all has proven to be wastage of my time and money.
