Personal — Non-receipt of refund against cancelled ticket.

I booked a ticket from Ajmer to Ahmedabad (boarding at Beawar) of class 3A and PNR no. [protected] has been issued by IRCTC through net. the Train No. was 14311, Date of Journey 10th March, 2011 and train name "Ala-Hajrat Express", the transaction ID was [protected]. Due to Jat agitation, the train has been cancelled and journey could not be performed by my son Mr. Deepak Rupani. After verifying the status on internet at 4.00 PM on[protected] stating that charting not done - train cancelled, I cancelled the above ticket on internet and ticket cancelled on[protected] at 16.15 hrs. It is regret to inform you that till date, I have not received the refund of cancelled ticket, which I should have been received within 4-5 working days. Would u plz. help me to kindly get refund the amount of cancelled ticket as the train cancelled in which the customer has no fault and after deducting nominal reservation charges, I must get the refund immediately.

E ticket indian railways — Refund yet not received

i have cancelled my e ticket nd on my transaction status it showz that my eticket is cancelled nd my refund will done but yett i have not recived my refund...
i thinkk that this IRCTC people put da money in their pockets...
i have mailed them manyy tyms with my transaction id and my pnr status..
and even called themm butt yettt theyy have not refunded my money....

Railways — refund of money not received till date

I had to board train no 15635 from Jamnagar to Kanpur central on 29 apr 2011.the reservation did ot get confirmed and it was stuck on waiting list 10 when the chart got prepared. Till date i have not got the refund. My ticket deposit receipt no is 450925.my PNR no was[protected] and train ticket no was 49420868.Refund of Rs 998/= is still due. How much delay more will be there? I had send reminders to Chief Commercial Manager at Mumbai but still there is no reply.

Indian Railway — online waiting list ticket automatic cancel but not refunded

Dear Sir /Madam, i had booked online wl ticket on dated 20 APR 2015. PNR is [protected] and [protected]. i get a cancellation mail. but i don't get refund in my a/c.

Not getting family pension of unmarried sister

It is a long pending case. My sister not getting family pension. Several time I chased but no action has been taken from their end. The case is pending from 2009.

public issue

I always have problem in opening the window for tatkal reservation. it can not bo just mearly because of congestion as no one in my locality is able to get tatkal reservation. please look on the matter
