[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Refund not got

Dear Complaint Desk,

I had cancelled two tickets vide from IRCTC but i have not got the refund after so many reminders, every time they say it will be done.


One of the ticket was cancelled in the month of Dec 08 but till date no intimation was given to me that when i am going to get my money back.

It has been such a mental harassment from the Railways Pls intervene and help me to get my money back.

Dear Sir,

I had posted my original canceled ticket of Coimbatore Express (
boarding at Pune; Journey: Pune Jn to Coimbatore) along with the
refund claims form as per the directions of the Claims Officer at Pune
Railway Station to you by Speed post on 05th January 2010 for the
refund. It is more than a month but I haven't received the refund
amount from you. I am really upset about this. Kindly look into this
matter asap and speed up the refund-dispatch procedure.
