I had placed an order ( IN[protected] ) with indiaplaza.com on 21.09.2010 for the first time for a book ( to be shipped in 3 days time ) . I have not yet received the book . Morever the contact
numbers ( [protected] and [protected] ) provided by them seem to be
false numbers because they cannot be contacted . If you email them
through the tickets they will not response . What a pathetic service !!!
Indiaplaza seems to be a fraudulent money making site .

Indiaplaza. In — Order not shipped, No Customer Service response

Indiaplaza has not shipped my order number dated IN[protected] September 15, 2010. They do not answer phone calls (except once - when they promised to call back, but never did), their SMS/call-back facility does not work and they do not update the query status online.

Looking at the number of complaints about Indiaplaza on this forum, it is clear they are unscrupulous cheats, and legal action needs to be taken against them. Can you please advise?

I agreed ..This is the Worst Online Shopping site I ever seen ...Customer Care Never pick the phone ..Never update on tickets ... and SMS/Call Back facility does not work...

It seeme very soon they will close this Web Site also /...

Indiaplaza. In — Non Delivery of goods after 40 days of ordering

I had ordered a mobile on 6th September on Indiaplaza.in and I was initimated that the product will be shipped by 13th Septemeber.
By 13th I didnt get any intimation and I enquired about the order and they said that it is out of stock and will be shipped by 21st Sep. On 21st Sep no initmation came and I called again (also filed a complaint on their site) ; this time they said they will surely ship by 27th Sep.
27Sep I called and was said 4th Oct
4th Oct I called and was said 13th oct
Today is 16th October and even today indiaplaza.in has not delivered the mobile i ordered.
The order details are: Order Number :IN[protected]
Order Value : Rs 7500/-
Ordered on 6th Sep (40+ days and counting)
Customer care : No clue of order shipping when I called

I agree, they have not delivered my rakhi order to the US and whenever i call they say they will call back but never do.
Something needs to be done about this website.

Sify / India Plaza — defect product / rude response

Hi,
I paid for 538 rupees for the Techcom wireless headphone ( on their best deal category). order no: SM[protected]
what i received was a product with inferior, poor quality. when i sent the complaint to them.
they asking me courier it back to their place original packing. this is too much trouble for me. both time and money. how can i trust them?
also I didn't keep the original packing intact. i didn't expect to be defective.

please be careful with online shopping in sify / indiaplaza.

i have also the same problem i have purchase a micomax h360 from indiaplaza site online, and in the status it shows as "ready to ship" .i have also registered the tickets .but no reply yet.
Please help me to resolve this issue or else i have to take some action. i have not yet got the delivery of the item

Dear Sir,
I ordered for six books from www.indiaplaza.in online shop vide my order no.IN[protected] dated 2nd Sept.2010. I sent a multicity cheque of Rs.1582/- as advance payment. The shop supplied me five books on piece meal basis. The sixth book (the costliest one costing Rs.765/-) "The Notebook" has not yet been supplied to me. I have made several email requests and more than 20 telephonic requests. But the people there do not seem to care.
Now they are not even receiving my phone calls. I am at my wits ends what to do. Will you please help me either to get the book or to get a refund of Rs.765/- .

This is shocking news for me. I ordered a product on Nov14th 2010 for an amount of Rs 1248. My order number is IN[protected]. Inspite of many calls made to customer care, no body is picking/answering. Finally it says that i dialled in a wrong number. I am worried that i lost Rs1248. I raised online query but still no use. Indiaplaza.in is the worst online shopping site before tradus.

They don't even ship the goods after 3 months. No one calls back to sms sent by you.
No one bothers to reply back to your support tickets. There customer support is handled by some who are good for nothing. One of them is named sridevi.
They just tell you on phone that items will be shipped soon and delay is due to no stock. If they can't have stock in 3 months , why they sell that item ??

Indiaplaza is worst shopping site. Never ever buy from them.

Hello, I have ordered a gift to be delivered to my niece on her birthday. It has not reached on time and no feedback to my email id. It was highly embarrassing to check with them several times. After a week, I managed to chat with them online. I have never encountered such a poor quality of service on internet.

Problem described by customer service: post code of the location not in service.
This pin code is within Coimbatore district and that is listed in the website. When asked about this, there is no inclination to respond. Here is the transcript - brutally the conversation was closed. They were busy servicing the valentine day customers.

India Plaza Online — Miscommunication and cheating

I booked for delivery of flowers on indiaplaza and then asked them to deliver it on 16th instead of 15th. I was told that is not possible so they would cancel my order - Bangalore contact centre. I was also told that the confirmation would come through mail.

I waited for an hour and then again called up.. I was told that the order was cancelled and the money would be refunded in a week"s time.

I am disgusted and surprised to see responses saying that for the same order it was recd by two different people at the place - ( suspicious response)

It tantamounts to cheating when after confirming that they have cancelled they deduct the money and claim delivery..unfair/ mis communication can be avoided by proper training at the contact centre.
