[Resolved]  Indiatimes Shopping — complaint against product purchased

i purchased e-phone through telli-calling.Reference no is-[protected]. after one and half month charger of mobile became non-operational & touch screen property of mobile starts malfunctioning.wen i contacted customercare they gave me a nonresponsive telephone no[protected] of dealer from where indiatimes ordered product.
my question is, indiatimes takes money from customer, so company should be responsible.this mobile is hardly of worth 5000 for which company charges 10, 000.even then, such a unproffestional & mean response ? if indiatimes continue to market such type o[censored]nbranded product credential of the comany would soon be lost.
we customer hope better service at least from big name.

we ordered a pearl set containing 78 items in total...it is a useless set!!!more than half of the items are not matching with what we ordered!! this set costs Rs.3000 and now it feels like we have wasted all those Rs. 3000 for nothing.. all the item look like they are made of very low quality pearl which is vulnerable to breakage at any point of time.
I have purchased one bisiness hybrid mobil phone last month. It is a duel sim mobile phone, but it is not possible, if I phone not charing not working and the mobile keypad problem But now the customer service is realy worst. The customer service department is now only day's.I wrote many times but nobody listening. What is the mean of the Email & customer care Numbers, The mail 's reply will never u get. & all time the custmer care representative are busi & hold you up to 15 to 20 minuits and Finaly you will lose your calls.Indiatimes shopping is the Realy the please

I am sailing in the same boat. I am comtemplating cancelling my order placed almost 3 weeks ago. It has not been delivered. Can you tell me how you managed to get any response from them? I tried emailing them on [protected]@indiatimes.co.in but yet to receive any response.

I made the mistake of shopping from M/s Indiatimes shopping. It has been a long time now, and my product has not yet been delivered. I have sent them 3 emails but they have not responded to even one. I have called the customer care and I have not got a proper response.

Indiatimes Shopping — defective & dead mobile was sent

Non-working mobile was sent by the cheat.

I paid money through ICICI internet banking for Sigmatel S400 mobile handset. But after a long waiting, I got a different cheap model, but it was non-working dead handset.

I complained to Indiatimes and they asked me to return the handset. I send back the handset 4 times, but each time the seller returned the box without opening it.

Now, indiatimes does not answer to my email. I sent 50 emails, but to no avail.

Indiatimes Shopping — Delivered Wrong Product

I just want to inform you that, Inorder to save time I purchased a Samsung Mobile from Indiatimes Online Shopping (Order #[protected], Sub-Order # 3328776)...I got the product in 10 days...but when I opened the packet the mobile model was different...Immediately I called the customer care and informed the same and also raised a complaint online...
Since last one week I am following up with Indiatimes Shopping customer care and I am getting just one answer...We Will be sending a SMS within 48 Hrs, Kindly wait for that. I didnt get any SMS till now...and I am really shocked to experience this...In order to save time...I invited tensions...

I suggest to all, Kindly take out time and go out to buying things...do not trust online shopping...as they have bad customer service..
I booked the NOKIA MOBILE X2 SILVER COLOUR from NEW PRODUCT catagory on 02.09.10 on mail with reference No.[protected] which was delivered to me on 08.09.10 at 5pm through courrier.When i opened the box containg said MOBILE NO. i got the shock to find the USED and SECOND HAND in BLACK and RED colour instead of SILVER COLOUR set with full of scratches and even BLUE TOOTH was missing whereas i have booked the NEW MOBILE SET out of your rang of NEW PRODUCTS advertised in your WEB SITE.
This is hurtning that the most reputed organisation like INDIA TIMES deliver such products which is much lesser that you charged and CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
I have lodged the complain to one of your Mr. VIVEK on mobile no.[protected] on 08.09.10 at 12.05 pm under complain no.443515 and he promised to replace in within 10 days with NEW SET in SILVER COLOUR.
Sir, this will not only spoil reputation but you will loose the customers also.

I have purchased Business Mobile from India times just because I was under impression that it the company of Times Group and they will shop only good quality products. But I regret to say they are sending China made duplicate products and we are wasting our hard earned money. I am totally dissatisfied with India Times shopping and there service. No one should purchase anything from them. They are cheaters. They will not respond to your mail or phone. While sending material they are giving invoice and letter on BLANK paper and not on letter head. No contact details are mentioned on Invoice & supporting letter. This service should be banned in the interest of the consumers.

I ordered a mobile phone Eiroga E series phone.
However, they sent me some GilD chinese phone which is not same as Eiroga E series that i had paid for.
They asked for a Demand Draft in advance and cash on delivery option of payment is not provided for most of products so that consumers are looted in advance and they can send products which are not of same specifications as shown by their website.
please be aware of these scammers and fraud people.

I have purchased for my daughter an Induction type heater and Jaipan Nonsticware(3pcs) and shipment to her hostel Dr.Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore. The material was delivered to the wachman and the boy left. On opening the packet we got surprised to see the Induction heater - ok but in the packet of Jaipan, ther is a inflated type chair. The carton is jaipan but the material is not of the ordered one. please look into this.
Immediately the complaint was lodged on toll free to one Ms. Lakshmi and the redressal No. is 502375 on 14th oct.'10

How much time to be taken to reach to my address,
If not possible to reach my address so cancelled order Refund my money Rs.10780/- with interest as quick as possible.
Because it is company's default to harashment to me about 31 days.
So taken nacessary action imedeatly to refund the money and update your website non serviceable areas strickly locate them, not to be ordered rural customer.

Indiatimes Shopping — Touch Phone bought from Indiatimes Shopping not working after merely 3 months of use

I have purchased a "Latest I9 Ifone 3G Multi Sim Mp3/mp4 GSM Multimedia Mobile Phone" in the month of June'10 from Indiatimes shopping. After only three months o[censored]sage, the phone is not working, i.e its touch screen is almost defunct and this type of phone can not be used once the touch screen does not work.

The order no. is[protected] dtd. Jun 25, 2010.

I put multiple mail requests to Indiatimes shopping to either repair the set or replace but in vain. The customer care instructed me to call Mall4all customer care 30681699/30281688 who never takes up the call.

I am fed up now and can only painfully request others that never never buy anything from Indiatimes shopping and do not suffer such as I have. They are highly unprofessional persons and I am planning to take up the case at consumer forum.

My Order no:[protected].. As they commited will diliver within 7 working days, After 10 working days i called for them & they told me we order is cancelled due to courier service area... I DONT THINK ANY COURIER IS NOT PHYSIBLE TO AHMEDABAD/GUJARAT...Today its almost 20-22 days completed but i dint get any reply from them...

Its very face service... i am not going to suggest any one to go with Indiatimes...

I have Ordered Blackberry torch vide order No[protected] on[protected] Paid Rs 28289, they named dealer as Akansha Distributers Pvt Ltd as vendor, I Received Courier on[protected] containing sealed Box from Indiatimes...
When I opened it was Vacant & No Mobile inside, it contains only Blackberry box with charger & Invoice...I complained on there given No's .talked to executive Jyotsana who gave me complaint No..& now they want verification etc etc etc...& more 8-10 days

I got heavily shocked with cheating from India times...
it is totally fraud company, they take money in advance & dont deliver product..they act smartly take advantage of poor judicial & law & order system ...take ur money in advance & u will be delvered a blank box...& update their shipping details to deliverd..

Both the products are in not working condition.

I've also made a purchase of Rs 4920/- on Indiatimes Shopping website for air-o-space 5 in 1 sofa bed on Dec 28, 2010. Till this date the product is not delivered. :-s
Today they are again asking to wait for 7 more days.
I think it is their habit!

Indiatimes shopping is a pathetic experience... The products are of cheap quality ... Their tie up courier services is pathetic... Products are nowhere close to what they show online... I recommend everyone not to buy products frm them ever in life... THEY R UNPROFESSIONAL
