[Resolved]  Indiatimes Shopping — complaint against product purchased

i purchased e-phone through telli-calling.Reference no is-[protected]. after one and half month charger of mobile became non-operational & touch screen property of mobile starts malfunctioning.wen i contacted customercare they gave me a nonresponsive telephone no[protected] of dealer from where indiatimes ordered product.
my question is, indiatimes takes money from customer, so company should be responsible.this mobile is hardly of worth 5000 for which company charges 10, 000.even then, such a unproffestional & mean response ? if indiatimes continue to market such type o[censored]nbranded product credential of the comany would soon be lost.
we customer hope better service at least from big name.

I have booked a games CD with Indiatimes Shopping(Complaint) on 21st May 2011. I am in Faridabad . From Delhi to Faridabad the CD has not reached so far. I have informed them to cancel my order. However they have not responded. Further to my initial complaint they wrote that they will resolve the ccomplaint in a period of 12 days. I saw there terms and conditions. They have 'intelligently' not written anything if the product is not delivered in time. My order number is[protected].

I request that a forum be formed to deal with companies (Indiantimes Shopping)with callous attitude towards consumer.

hi my name is kavay & my order no is[protected] black berry storm 9530, i m aggre india times shopers gives defective mobile and not take any action for complain, i m using defective phone but there is no response my complain status, i m fed up indiatimes shooping services .
I bought a blackberry 3 weeks ago. While the picture showed a GSM, the product that I finally received was a CDMA, with a torn box, with data cable missing and a box quality/ look that could shock the faint hearted. if that it not enough, the phone has VERIZON written on it-- the company is not even present here. the charger does not have the adaptor to plug into Indian electrical points:-(
I could go on and on ... this is brazen, blatant and 'khullam khulla' cheating.

Indiatimes Shopping / Okia Bh - 503 Stereo Bluetooth Headset Bh503 — Product not Delivered

This is regarding my Order#[protected], Item# Nokia Bh-503 Stereo Bluetooth Headset Bh503, Payment Mode: Debit Card, Kotak Mahindra Bank(Direcpay) (FT No:- [protected]), Sub Order# 3964539.

I ordered a Nokia Bluetooth Headset on 12th July, 2011 through shopping.indiatimes.com (Online) however, I haven't received the product as yet. I called customer care and marked a complaint on 16th July, 2011 stating that the online status of my order has been shipped to the customer but the fact is that i never received the product and moreover, the courier company named Aramex (AWB Number---[[protected]]) delivered the product at the wrong address and that too in the wrong state, I wonder how come such a big organization can make this blunder?

Since then i have been given lame excuses from customer service department that you'll receive your product by 28th of July, 2011 but nothing ever happened.

Please deliver me the product as soon as possible else i will take serious action against your company.

Indiatimes Shopping — faulty blackberry

I purchased a Blackberry handset via order number[protected] in May 2011. The handset was delivered after 3 weeks, and that too after calling up several times.
Right from the start, the battery was very weak. I had to charge it at least twice day to be able to talk. And the phone used to reset itself at least once a day. It would switch off and switch on by itself.
Then after a month, the trackball became unresponsive and now the phone is totally dead. I registered a complaint with the customer care on the 4th of July. My complaint code is 262337.
I have not received any response from them so far.
I wrote to the operations head again, and yet there is no response.
I have demanded a complete refund or a total replacement from Indiatimes.
I have just written my complaint here...I dont know how this will be taken further

It is my bad luck that I have not read all these complaints, I have also purchased a Currency counting machine, which is not proper as promised. From day one I am communicating with them but the result is zero. I have whole bunch of emails with me and now I do not know what to do. If anybody can guide me, I will be obliged. RS Bahl

Indiatimes Shopping — defective product not being replaced

I have ordered a product (Remote monster truck toy , "order no[protected]")

Faulty Product was delivered at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) shipping address on 22 July 2011.
It is shocking that they didn't check the product before delivering it.

I registered a "complain no - 244918" and followed their replacment policy
but no action has been taken to arranged pick up of product from lucknow (U.P) for replacement.

I called up customer care number - [protected] several times
and I was given assurance all the time but no action has been taken so far. Its been more than 2 month now
It is shameful that India times customer service will resort to such a cheap and fraudalent tactics.

It is major embarassment for me as I gifted this product to my relative.

My order number is[protected] ordered on 15th Nov 2011. I taught that India times shopping is organized to ensure that the customer gets right product at the committed timelines. I see a lot of enthusiasm from your team to get the order placed however the same enthusiasm is not shown to deliver the product and help the customer after order placement.

I think you must give proper training to your team to be sensible and realistic with the customer and try to meet the customer expectation. I think you guys FOOLED me. As a customer I will have all the rights to speak to the higher authority if your call center guys can’t give me any resolution. Each time I call up your call center they are asking for 48 hrs to investigate. I am not sure what they are trying to investigate. As a customer I am least bothered about the internal process and procedure, what I am concerned is to get the product delivered on time and with good condition.

I had a bitter expectance with your call center guys. I have already told one of the floor mangers that I wanted the product delivered within 24 hrs last week, I have still not got the product and he refused me to speak to his higher manager. This is not at all professional.

I am giving you the below option which you need to comply, please let me know which among the below options you choose.

1) Deliver the product within 6pm on 6th of Dec 2011 and the product must be in good condition.
2) If you are not able to fulfill the above condition I will want to cancel the order and I wanted to get the money that I have paid plus the interest for all the days you had my money with you. You can take the current interest rate prevailing in the market for personal loans.
3) If you do not comply with the above two condition then I will have to go legal and file a complaint to the consumer court for cheating and fraud. Let me assure you that I will not be the only customer to sue your company.

Indiatimes Shopping — Product Undelivered and Cancelled without notifying

I had purchased this Glen OTG from Indiatimes to gift to my cousin on his wedding, order no. [protected] on 28 Nov. 2011. SLA for delivery given was 10days, but they did not delivered product till 16th day. On 13th Dec. when I called their customer care, they told me that order stands cancelled, it was cancelled without my consent without informing me. Sick services.
