Delay in supplying Lpg Date:- 22.12.2009

I am a consumer of Indian Oil gas . My consumer no.is 5112. The gas distributer's name is L.B. Gas Service at 32 East Ghosh Para Road, Authpur in North 24 Pargana District. The Distributor is not supplying cylinders in time. Approximately 22 to 25 days time is taking by the distributor to supply gas. Lastly I have booked for the L.P.G cylinder on 27.11.2009 but they did not give any Registration No. As the distributor did not suplly the cylinder till 22.12.2009, I have requested the Officer in charge of the Indane gas on 22.12.2009 over the telephone to look in to the matter. They told me the cylinder had been delivered on 19.12.2009. But I have not yet received the cylinder after a period of 25 days is elapsed from the date of booking of the cylinder. I therefore request to do the needful to enquire in the matter and to get the L.P.G cylinder as early as possible.

    my consumer no is24196.i have been facing problem in supply of domestic lpg gas from sona gas agency masudpur new delhi for the last several years. once i got water in the cylinder.i called the distributing agent mukesh of the above agency and he replaced the cylinder.this time it became horrible for me when i got gas not burning in the stove.this gas cylinder was supplied after 7 days of booking that too when i enquired of it.the person who dropped the cylinder did not get the counterfoil of receipt signed .when i asked for my signature he replied that counterfoil has already been signed. he gave me the cash receipt and left the door.the same cylinder is not burning .i lodged the complain the dealer on21 12 2009 he told to get it checked on22 12 2009 .but he did not send any person .SONA GAS AGENCY, Masudpur,vasantkunj new delhi isnot atall is reliable dealer.His monopoly is above all rules .is the govt.official of any worth use for suffering consumers. v k singh h/o usha singh

      This gas agency in Greater Noida refuses to accept new application for connection. Their contact numbers are perenially busy and they purposely don't lift the phone.They give connections once people are ready to pay extra money for the same. Please take some action against this corrupt dealer.
      Yes you should be right.
      As I am an existing customer of this agency.
      I placed a request to refill my cylinder, then after 10 days, I did not recieved it,
      When I called them they said that it has already been delivered.
      When i insisted them to give me the details of that delivery boy who has delivered it,
      they said they dont have it.
      But finally after calling them around 6-7 times in 2 dyas, i was able to recieve my cylinder.
      But after that my connection has been blocked by the Ms. Vandana,
      Because she has been informed by the delivery boy that we do not have the correct address.
      Now after calling her repeatedly times, nothing got happened.
      When i contacted the Area inspector, Mr. Naveen
      He is also not willing to do anything for us. Like he is a part of that group.
      Now I am also seeking help.
      I could file a complaint soon
      They are really doing fraud...selling the gas in black...they never pick the phone & if we contact them personally, they illtreat & dont allow us to meet tthe manager.

        Dear sir/mam,

        From last five months we are getting Indan gas cylinder in loose condition. we have asked your distributer M/.Sahaj Enterprises regarding this. But they are not taking any action against this issue. we are paying full amount but getting gas 3-4 kg short.
        Moreover , we are asked delivery boys about shortage of gas , they are commenting as " we are not filling gas in cylinder and we are delivering the cylinder as we getting from IOC".
        So we as consumer , requesting you to please take immediate action against this type of issues.

        Indane Gas — short filling of gas in the cylinder

        Dear Sir
        I am a consumer having no. 23133 and take gas from Chander Nagar Gas Service, UG-38, Amrit Plaza Mkt, Surya Nagar, ghaziabad-UP.ph no.[protected], 2625101.

        My complaint is that i do not recieve tha supply regular and there is always short filling in the cylinder. I request u to kindly look in to this. We have already apprised the gas agaency but they are not taking any action on this.
        I too feel the same. Previously our cylinder used to work for atlease 3-4 months. but now it hardly continues for 1 month. I am afraid the agency does not fill the cylinder completely.

        Folowwing least of Complaints...in only 3 Months(I TAKE NEW CONNECTIONS-Jan.11)
        1.at first Vendor(Mob No.[protected]) rough behave (Gurjar tone)and he always loose my cylinder-4-6 kgs everytime.
        2.Not deliver on time every bookings take5-7 days inplace of2-3 days.
        3.Agency not pickup phone...8-10times call then pickone call by anubha agency...
        4.Vendor(Mobile No.[protected]) always seat before delivery at local gas shop for 5-6 kg black sale...(Always withdrawn from ny cylinders)
        Vendor do job of gas agency for consumers not a right to criminal/misbehave to customers and loose gas cylinders of customers.he get salary from IOCL.and a not right to blacksale of cylinders(because he not deliver on time to customers)and not right to loose customers cylinders...

        i hope higher authorities take reasonable steps and stop all the issue in future...i fullt bothered from vendor nature and Anubha Gas Service ...

        Kindly take response seriously and revert back reply...otherwise i take legal step(Consumer forum/Human Rights)

          Subject: Request for empty cylinders, to Consumer Nos. 63419 and 63430, used by two families of my two sons, residing separately.

          Dear Sir,

          This has reference, to the telephonic talk had today with your good self.

          To introduce myself, a retired Chief Engineer (Marine) and G.M.Tech, had served
          on Rig "Sagar Laxmi", while sailing on M.T.Netaji Subhas Bose oil tanker.

          As narrated to you, while living together we had our additional empty cylinder which
          we surrendered in the safety angle. Now to get an empty cylinder for each connection,
          for my son's family, it is found lot of formalities to be met and kept scarce. Hence I was
          constrained to approach Mumbai Office, the Executive-Director's office and alas be
          directed to your good office for compliance.

          Now that you told me that only one empty cylinder can be released and one empty
          cylinder after a month, need also a letter of request, hence this letter addressed to your
          goodself, for addressing the issue and your doing the needful, for which I am obliged.

            This is a complaint against Capt. Rakesh Sharama Gas Service Indane Maholi Road Mathura. On the receipt slip there is emergency numbers and customer helpline contacts are privided but none of the number is working i.e.(2363705 emergency no. & 2854749 IOC customer service cell). So not only me there are thousands of people who are suffering from the same problems and when i asked the complaint number from the agency he refused and then gave a number for compliant of agra and when i called that number i.e Dupty Manager IOCL SANJAY PALACE AGRA at [protected] he does not responded at all and i searched on net for contact details for complaint then i found customer helpline nos.[protected] on www.iocl.com but this no. is not in working. I personally visited the agency and booked a cylinder on 5/12/2009 he said that the cylinder will be delivered within 8 days but till today the cylinder is not delivered i am fully mentally harassed and need to know the rules and regulation regarding delivery of LPG cylinder Indane and want serious steps should be taken against this agency so that the people may stop suffering from these malpractices of LPG Gas Agencies and hope you will surely take some steps to solve out the problem.With great hopes i wrote this complaint to you and have full faiths that you will do something or other to solve out the problem.

            Indane LPG — Regarding delivery

            Dear sir

            i am the customer of indane gas with ur distributor Aman Gas agency Basti jodhewal ludhiana in the name of neeraj jain and card no 6206.i have booked the gas delivery on[protected] on telephone with the agency as a home delivery but till today ie[protected] the delivery has not been done by the company and from[protected] daily we call them for delivery but there is no proper response for the same and every time response is the same as the delivery has gone from here to deliver but when i personally went the office on[protected] they treat me as i have done any illegal and the words they use i can define them ad all the female staff there as busy on moblies and the base phone no[protected] and they even properly dont hear me and when i demand the cell no of the senior they rudely replied and dont give me the same but as how i traced no of Mr Arun as the prop of the firm but tht was also switched off and the no is [protected] and after that i traced the no of the Executive of the company of Mr Munish and the no of the same is [protected] and he reply to sort out the case but the staff of the Aman gas is harrasing so pls tell me fruther wht to do for the same.

              I have a gas connection at RADHAKRISHNA INDANE agency ,Shop No 1, Sneha Kunj, Near Jambulkar Chowk, PUNE-411040.Customer no-2341.Normally we always find the phone busy when we try to call them to book the cylinder.On booking normally the agency people say is it will take atleast 8 days...but it further gets delayed by 3-5 days.Being working couples I always tell them to deliver the cylinder either on Sat/Sun.This time I had booked my cylinder on 2nd last week of Nov.My booking nuber was 3322.It has been 4 weeks I have not yet recieved my cylinder..I had called them four times during this period to remind them.First they said they had cancelled my booking as they found my house locked when they came to deliver.I told them that I had requested them to deliver on SAt or Sunday's only and on Sat/Sun not a single person had come to my home how can they cancel it.They then assured me that they would deliver it next Sat...this I am hearing for the past three weeks.Today(20th Dec) being a Sunday I had an emergency as I had to take my kid to hospital,I had given the book and empty cyclinder to the security man of my society so that in case if any gas delivery person comes they could take the same on my behalf.But my badluck, they came in my absence and didnot give it to the security person nor did they bothered to check with me.They left a message saying that yjey will deliver only to the owner and they can now deliver only after 7th or 8th of Jan.This is really annoying.First every Sat/Sun I waited for their delivery as they promised me the same.Now the reason for not delivering what they say is they can only handover the cylinder to the owner.The customer service cell I tried also doesnot work.Please look into this matter since it is now a month and no cylinder has been delivered.

              Even I have the same the same problem with this Radha Krishna Indane dealer. This delivery man by the name of Omprakash again creates such situations to avoid cylinder drop if you don't pay him hefty extra cimmssion that you'll keep on waiting for long but cylinder won't come. Twice in contunuation he's coming to our flat sticking the slip that nobody is home whilst people are there 24x7 cuz of bedridden patient in my house. And alas that they don't even pick up any of the phone numbers given to the customers hence making it compulsory for customersd to physically go to their shop. This way I believe they pre decisively encourage the extra charges to be given to delivery man by customers so that the gas drop continues timely.

              What surprises me is IOC's apathy to it. Would there be somebody/some authority to safeguard customers from this undeue 'mahina vasuli'. My Reg no. is 008496. Request IOC/ Radha Krishna management to be a bit user friendly & conscious on this.
              Even I have the same the same problem with this Radha Krishna Indane dealer



              am facing very bad service from radha krishna indane distributer which is located in wanwadi

              pune.( my consumer number RK 10952)..

              I had booked a refill on 1st novenber 2010 and booking no- is 117. Afer november 10th also i

              didnt recived the cylinder..

              The problem is not created by distributer, its created by the delivery boy..

              Delivery boy told me that he came to my house and no one was ther in my house.(delivery boy mob

              no-[protected])

              That statement is wrong, since i cant see any sticker in my house door and i checked with my

              security, he had confirmed me no one came from indane to my home.
              More over all time my mom is avialble in the house.
              The delivry boys lied to me and he cancelled my booking, now i am struggling with out Cooking

              gas...


              Today 12th november i made a call to radha krishna indane distribute[protected],[protected], and

              they told me my booking is canncelled and they booked a new one (bookid id 2094)

              I do have small baby, i am unable to provide prpoer food my baby.

              i am not sure when i wil get the refill.

              please help me.
              I have same problem ... i gave booking on 27th Jan '10through their telephone IVR system. We kept waiting and no delivery happened than we checked again by personally going to the radha krishna office. The fellow there says that they didnt take the booking as it was close to last cylinder delivery. Then he took a fresh booking on 9th Feb'11. Today is 20th Feb'11. Both my cylinders are empty and despite calling up yesterday and they promising delivery today and me going out to teh delivery point and checking with the delivery boy, they have not given the delivery slip to the delivery boy. I am avery old customer of Radha Krishna Indane( consumer no 219) and it has been my experience that its the office which is uttery unprofrssionally managed. Moreover the guys there and a girl there desperately needs some lessons in etiquettes. They bang the phone on you, specially when you get them after trying several times. Its high time than Indane give another distributor ship for the NIBM area, so that the load is evenly distributed and customers get better service.
              The Radha Krishna Indane, Jambhulkar Chowk is a useless gas dealership agency. Consumer number 11150.

              The Delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder yesterday at 10:50 am yesterday. I went to their office at 9:00 am in the morning. The Timing of their office was put up as 9 am -5 pm. I found no one there. one guy from their office told me to wait for some time who came in there at 9:10 am. The other three office personnel (LATE LATIFF's) came in there at 9:20 am. I informed to one of them on the counter telling him that I came to collect the cylinder that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. After 10 minutes of waiting there then he issued me a receipt and told me to collect the cylinder from their truck located 100 meters away from their office. I went to the Delivery boy there and asked for the cylinder. They told me that they are not going to provide me a cylinder on any case as their owner had told them not to issue a cylinder without his notice. I told him that i have a bill that was issued yesterday and they need to provide me the cylinder then.

              He asked me to go back to the office and ask them about the same.
              The Office boy spoke to me rudely and told me that i will have to wait for the cylinder.
              Told them that i have WASTED an hour on this service.
              He asked me to subscribe a weekend service.
              told him that i am ready to pay extra as the cost of the cylinder was raised by the union government.

              I called the INDANE customer complaint number [protected] and it unreachable !!!

              Most IMPORTANT :--I saw a ton of certificates put up on the wall given by INDANE to this " RADHA KRISHNA INDANE " for outstanding service and work.

              IS this the good work for which INDANE is giving certificates to RADHA KRISHNA INDANE " My GOD !!!

              There is a saying in marathi . JASE RAJA THASI PRAJA


              ANY BODY FROM INDANE PLEASE REDRESS AND ADDRESS TO OUR COMPLAINTS FROM RADHA KRISHNA INDANE !!!
              Worst ever Gas agency I have ever seen, People working there think themself over and above Barrack Obama and Narender Modi. Those bluddy don't even have 0.001% of manners and don't know customer service. Indane guys please have a look into this. They are ruining your name and brand. They all are there mother .
              The delivery boys are always charging more than the bill, also do not do any co-operation. extremely rude and harsh with customer. It is not worthwhile to choose this agency for gas.

                  I am writing this mail with respect to cheating customers (Which I faced) at Indian Oil Petrol Pump Dealer #Adithya Fuel Station,Mysore-20 (TIN:[protected]).

                  The pump attender didn't reset the pump to Zero before filling to my vehicle,but started filling without informing me,when i asked for it the attenders didn't respond nor bothered & they pushed me from that place.When I asked for the station Manager they pointed one useless guy who doest even speak english. I was forced to pay the amount & I am not sure whether they have filled the correct quantity.

                  For an organization like IOCL which is celebrating its Golden Jubilee Year its really a disgrace to have dealers employing staff indulging in malpractice.Vigilance officers of the IOCL should make surprise checks to book the culprits(Staff).
                  IOCL --> RIGHT FUEL FOR YOUR RIGHT is really waste

                    Regarding forcifully handing over hot plate while taking new gas connection

                    Sir, i Mrs. Joginder Kaur has new gas connection from M/s. Cookwell Gas Services, 6-H, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana on[protected]. My Connection/voucher no.is [protected]. Sir, my grievence is that while applying and availing new gas connection, i was forced to take hot plate, gas conister, gas lighter and apron alongwith new cyclinder, whereas on the said outlet of your service station, it is clearly mentioned that "customer is not bound...

                    Dear sir,
                    I am costumer no 29102 of Command Gas Service,Naval Base, Visakhapatnam(AP)-14. I have booked a refil cylender on 04 Nov 2009 but till to date the gas was not delivered. I personnely visited at their centre and spoken on phone thrice but still i am waiting for my turn.

                    I had booked for refilling an LPG (Domestice) cylinder on 12/4/2012 for home delivery, as I have double cylinder.
                    My Consumer no. : 18723. But till date, i.e., after 55 days, the LPG cylinder not yet delivered to me.
                    On inquiry with the Counter - Technico Gas Agency at their Chandmari outlet counter, he asked me to
                    contact the person who delivers the gas at my residence. But till date I could not see him for the purpose.

                    Sir, I have no other option but to lodge a complain to you, hoping that your good office will kindly look
                    into the matter at the earliest, so that I could get the cylinder without any problem now and in near future too.

                      I have has connection with Kasana Gas agencies, My problem is that no body is picking the phone when i call him for booking the gas, number of times mobiles switched off or bussy or no body picks the phone.I can not understand how i refill my cylender because i am here at Noida Sec-93 and agency is at Greater Noida.

                      Indane Gas — Indane Gas refill problem

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to state that I had booked my gas no 8 times in last 45 days at Veer Jyoti Behind IBP Petrol Pump, Panchsheel Enclave, Delhi - 110017

                      I visited there thrice to book my no. as I do not easily get them on phone. Each time they promised me that we will deliver you the gas tomorrow. Whole day I & my wife keep trying the no 26494108 of Veer Jyoti but each time it goes engaged.
                      On Saturday(6th Dec 2008) I visited them again. At reception I found that the phone are placed properly. Using my mobile I again tried the no 26494108, 26493784 but it was going engaged. I just picked the both phones at reception and found no dial tone. I asked the person at reception that are the phone dead. The person replied that no they are OK. I again pick-up the receiver and the phone had dial tone. I tried the no. again & it was ringing.
                      I asked the person, that right now it was dead, from last 4 days we had been trying this no. but it was going engaged. What you have done just now. Any switch you are using to keep it engaged.

                      Listening this that person just replied "Tune phone ko kaise haath lagaya, bahar nikle ja nahein to Odhaa kar faink doonga". I replied him to behave properly. One female and & Mr Purushotam also came there and stated saying that how dare you say that we are using any switch. Mr Purushotam started abusing me. It was so embarrassing to me as I was accompanied with my elder sister.

                      Dear sir, any body may visit there reception and dial the no. 26494108, 26493784, it would be going engaged. This public service phones are knowingly kept engaged. How do they do this that is to be find out.

                      Still I am waiting for my gas to be refilled. After this episode they may harass me more.

                      I had made a refilled gas cylinder booking app. on 1st of Oct'2009 but not yet got inspite of repeated call for 7 to 8 times. The telephone attendant for gas booking have recorded my mobile number & assured me to call before delivery. But he says that on 9th Oct'2009 gas cylinder delivery man returned from my premises as the home was lock . Then I cannot understand why he had noted my mobile number. On my enquiry & request they made urgent delivery slip on 15th Oct assuring me the gas delivery to be done by 16th evening but they didnot. I enquired on 21st Oct. They replied the same reson o[censored]ndelivery on the ground that my house was lock on 20th Oct. Again they raised an urgent delivery slip on 21st Oct' & assuered me to be delivered on 22 Oct. Thias time also they failed to delivere the cylinder.

I have called Mrs. Bandana Singh on her Mobile number to book the cylinder because the two landline numbers are always busy, on 22nd oct but the booking was done on 25th october 3 days after making call. After making no. of calls Till today i.e 31st October 2009 we have not received the refill gas. They are saying that there is shortage of cylinder whereas this is not true. They are selling the Cylinder in Black at higher rates.They are distributing the cylinder in the colony's every day in bulk.

                      The staffs of Kasna Indane Gas Services are misbehaving with the customers.

                      Also when we request to weigh the cylinder they behave rudely and dont listen to us.

                      So

                      kindly solve the problem. We are borrowing cylinder from others to cook food.

                      Our consumer No for Indane gas is 7747. For the past three months our dealer has not been delivering the gas despite repeated reminders and asking for money - to the tune of INR 600 to supply gas- citing shortage.

                      This is blatant corruption on the part of the gas agencyu and we are forced to buy the cylinder in black from elsewhere since the gas agency is not supplying gas despite reminders.

                      Please look into the matter and resolve the same quickly else we will be forced to downgrade ourselves to Stove to cook food.

                      Indane-Kasna gas service — Non-delivery of Cylinder at time

                      My consumer number is 12249.I booked the cylinder on 30th October on Mobile number [protected] of Kasna Indane gas service Greater noida.
                      They promised me to deliver in 2 days(31st October or 1st November) but did not turn up.
                      On 7th November I followed up with them and they told me that they will be delivering it by evening 5.00 PM.I kept on waiting and called up 5-6 times for the same and even sent one sms,but it was not delivered.
                      On 8th November(Sunday)I called up and they told me that cylinder has been returned because no boday was at home-A white lie.I confronted with him saying that I was at home,they told me that they will be sending it right now.
                      I am really flustered.I have called up 12-15 times for the same.The phone remains busy and even they disconnect the calls abruptly.
                      Even logged a complaint on core.nic.in 20 days back but no response so far.

                      They delivered it after 15 days.

                      i want to post a complant against kasna godam agent. my consumer no. is K09953, i booked the gas on 19th July through online and i went there on sunday(24/7/2011) to take the cylinder. he says, he has no cylinder after two days u can come but i saw there one van was loading that time for sector's people and some other people(2-3 people) were stand there they talking something about gas they have no booking no. after 20 minutes when they saw to me that i was watching them what they doing then your agent give us cylinder only i have booking no. while rest are take in black if you have cylinder why u not give proper service that time i feel not good. sir i want to say if you have any problem from the villagers plz cancel our connection why u not provide them good service. always your agent want to give cylinder in black but this is not fare to the villagers.plz take the necessary action and do the needful for all the customers.

                      Your Indane gas agency located in NIT-3/E-67 Named GARG GAS AGENCY staff is not good, we have visited many times in this gas agency for our booked gas cylender, but they always refuse us by saying " ABHI AA RAHA HAI", " 2 Baje tak aa jayega", "KAL AANA".

                      ye bahane aapke staff ke kab tak chalenge, Kya koi hai Apke staff mein jo is System ko sudhar sakta hai.

                        I am a student, I bought a new bike passion pro which is working well and giving me 65 to 70 km per litre. It has reserve capacity of 1 litre. I filled my tank with 2 litres of petrol near my home petrol bunk of Indian Oil ,when the tank was fully empty then i switched my knob to on position. After covering a distance of about 25 km it again came to reserve position, i went to that petrol bunk and asked them but they responded very rashly saying that its ur bike problem and check the bike once, this is happening repeatdly. Sir i am really helpless and they are doing some trick with their hand while pumping, it is not only to me but many of them and the dealers are earnig money like that with their petrol bunk. please take proper action against these two bunks, i[censored] want some one go and check there by filling petrol in bulk amount. sir i am writing this letter to you with a cause so please take a proper action against them ..

                          Consumer No. 73688. There is considerable delay in delivering the cooking gas cylinders after booking with Ms Yemkay Gas Agency, Palakkad. It is 27 days now after booking and they say it would take more than 10 more days for the delivery. Their argument is that they are not getting supply from IOC. At the same time influential people are supplied with the cooking gas without having to wait in the queue. Pl do something to stop this delay
                          I have requested for refilling of cylinder on Dec. 11 under booking no. 7612. The cylinder is yet to be deliverd and I have been told that there is a short supply by IOC wherein Saroj's suppliers are selling the cylinder in the black market. May request your intervension in the matter and oblige.

                            I have applied for new connection(indane gas cylinder) . i already got conformation letter on 28/11/09 for same. there is inspection for gas burner is necessary as per rule. but i am not getting any positive response from `yadu gas service' . i have called several times for inspection but nobody coming for inspection and they are making many excuses to delay inspection.
                            I am frustrated due to such kind of irresponsibility
                            please do needful.

                              My father who had Indane DBC gas connection in his name has recently expired. I want to get changed the connection in my name. I already have single bottle connection in my name of other Company. Is it possible to get the DBC connection of my father in my name. The gas agency says they will charge difference of cylinder cost deposited by my father and that at present. Is it true. What's present cylinder cost? Can anybody help me.

                              Previously our family got two connections viz in my name and my wife's name. Now you are denying to supply cylinders for two connections in single ration card. If we want to change one of the connections to my daughter in law's name, we have to pay rupees 2700 to transfer the name. By this you are penalizing us for our no fault

                              you yourself gave connections and now you are denying to supply cylinder's.

                              By collecting huge fees, you are plundering citizens.

                              I hope and request you to lower the transfer charge. I hope that I will get your reply immediately.
                              IOC should enter and solve the problems of customers immediately. Otherwise They should order the dealers to supply free gas to the customers while they are delaying.

                                A one franchisee of Indan Gas in Gangrar , Chttaourgarh District,Rajasthan charging different rates for New Gas connection, They are taking Rs-3200 from some peoples , Rs- 2500 from some, Rs-4100 form fpr same gas connection. There is no fix amount they have .So they are trying to make fraud with public.
                                So sir we want to know a charge for new gas connection which is fixed by government or IOC .And
                                It’s our kind request to you please take action against that Agency As soon As possible.

                                      I approached the Indane Cooking gas dealer for booking on 12th and16th Dec.2009. The dealer is Sundara vinayagar agencies at Thanjavur.
                                      My Cons. No: 13862.
                                      The dealer has refused to take up the booking on the plea that only after 25 days of the last Cylinder delivered. He has not registered and has asked me to come up for booking only on 19th Dec.
                                      I have recently come across a press statement issued by the Hon'ble Chief Minister TN that there is no such time limit has been prescribed by the IOC.
                                      Such being the case I do not understand why the dealer is refusing to take up Booking. Not satisfied with the dealer I approached the Indane Gas authorities at Trichy in this regard. He was evasive in his reply and has not bothered.May i know the correct position in this regard.

                                      cooking gas — booking of gas for domestic use

                                      i am indane gas customer at MS rashmirathi S.K.3, devi martket, K-sector, kankarbagh, patna, bihar. my consumer no. is UT 9690.
                                      i have been trying to book for cooking gas for three days there is none to receive the call(phone no. 2353545, 2362504)between working hours i get engaged tone(or is intentionaly kept engaged)and after or before that no one receives the call.this is not the first time previously also i had faced such problem.

                                      Indane Gas — Difficulty in booking the gas

                                      I'am a consumer with Anand Gas( dealer for Indane Gas), South Janatha road, Palarivattom. Ernakulam. I'am sending this complaint as I'am fed up with their services. They've got 3 tel nos to book the gas. Anytime of the day or night these tel nos are either engaged to they don't pick up. When I visited their agency I could'nt find anyone of them on the phone and I tried to call thier no. from there itseld and found it engaged.
                                      I made a telephonic complaint with Indian oil, LPG complaints, Ernakulam. It's almost a week since I've made this complaint but still it's almost impossible to get this agency on phone.

                                      I have only one cylinder at present so, i requested to agency "BIKANER SAHKARI UPBHOKTA WHOLESALE BHANDAR LITITED" for DBC (Double Cylinder) but they denied for the same. As the supply of booking gas is very poor so i am facing very problems by having only one cylinder.

                                      It has become extremely difficult to book Gas cylinder as this agency does not pick up the phone. It is not possible for either me or my husband to take a day off just to book a cylinder. The agency refuses to take complaints over the phone and the Telephone number provided for complaints: 25341140 is never accessible. Request to please remind this agency to provide proper customer service.They should not expect their Consumers to always visit their office personally just to book gas.
