[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — unable to book tatkal tickat today

hi i am registered user of irctc.co.in. Today i am unable to book tatkal ticket due to poor service of irctc websites from 8 AM to 1 pm. not able to login giving error "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE"

Simply refresh d page, even after making payment SERVICE UNAVAILABLE message appears REFRESH IT.

hi...i am a registered agent of irctc, but now i can't book a tatkal ticket at 8 a.m.. The massage displays on screen "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE".

if i want to book any tickets on period 8:00:02 hrs, the massage displays "YOU CAN BOOK YOUR TICKETS AFTER 8 A.M.", when time is above.So how can i book any tickets on this competition markets.

Date, 25/12/2009, i was booking ticket for DELHI to JAUNPUR on train no 4008 dated 02/02/2010. during transaction of money from my SBI ACCONUNT VIA atm CUM DEBIT CARD YOUR WEB IRCTC SHOW MESSAGE that yr time has expired, but money Rs300.00 is deducted without issuing ticket.NO Tr and PNR no even appeared on screen
so, kindly refund the payment.
