I am again sorry to note that inspite of repeated requests,I have not
recieved any genuine refunds till date against train cancelled by rail authorities due to GURJAR agitation in Rajsthan
It is to mention that my case is pending since June'08.
I once again request you to kindly process my refund claim at your
earliest please.
Please treat this as last reminder from my side.
Also, please note that I shall be free to take any suitable action in
case genuine refunds are not paid to me.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. [protected] has been forwarded to CCM/ NWR on dt.05.07.09. We have already issued Reminder No. 1,2,3,4 dt. 04.03.09 ,DT.21.05.09 ,DT.22.07.09 ,DT.29.08.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 5 dt. 25.01.10 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
