not reliable service and delhi customer support never receive calls to support

I tried an e-ticketing from web site : http://www.irctc.co.in/
I filled all information from my SBI debt card, and after confirmation of payment from my account when it was redirecting to IRCT's site again, the message appeared "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE".
Now the amount has been deducted from my account and i do not get e-ticket.
PROBLEM 1 : "IRCTC IS NOT USING PROPER TAKE CARE OF ITS WORK"

CANCELLATION AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED

I have booked a Ticket wide PNR [protected] and cancelled on 9-3-2009 with transaction id [protected].
Subsequently I have received a mail from IRCTC that the money has been refunded to my account on 21-03-09. After a week I have checked my account and found that there is no such refund and immidiately I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in also mailed to my Banker CITI Bank and confirmed the same. Also i had sent account statement to IRCTC...

E Ticket Reservation -

Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is regarding the reservation of eticket.
Though the availability of tickets from Hotagi (HG) to Yashwanthpur (YPR), it shows 175 tickets available, before I book the ticket.
After booking eticket & making payment online, ticket status is waiting list. how come this can happen? Pls see the ticket details below.

Fine amount of double the ticket was lieved for not carrying the Original ID card (Duplicate was present)

Hi,
This is Udayakumar Pandurangan. I have booked tickets for my parents (who are not that very educated) from Tuticorin (TN) to Bangalore (SBC) for journey on 21/Mar/2009 on Mysore Express. My dad was is the main passenger forgot to carry the Original copy of ID card. Though he didn't have the original copy, he had the duplicate of the Drivring License, PAN card etc.

ticket not booked but money debited from my acount

i hv booked ticket for 3 on 16 march 2009 from vadodara to pune.. journey dated 5-june-2009
i cliked on the pay option . but it is showing some error message... this is the third time am suffering this problem due to the negligence of railway department and faulty website.. i request u to take strict action against them...

Regarding ticket Booking by IRCTC

I am not being able to understand whats does "Settlement Requested " this mean?
Is that mean that IRCTC is trying to debit the SBI bank card (which i used for the Payement) the fund was not able to transfer. or something else?
Please confirm me the same as i need to know wethear the ticket has been booked or not or i need to book it again..etc...

deduction of amount without booking of ticket

dear sir
i booked a ticket from the site irctc.co.in on the date 22th feb. 2009. the ticket was from NGP to ROU(PNR no.-[protected])
The amount that should have been deducted is Rs. 1257. but they deducted the double amount. that means i paid double the cost of the ticket. at first i thought that it is a mistake and the extra amount will be added in my account within some days but it hasn't happenned yet.

inconvience in seats

i have login on IRCTC.CO.IN for my reservation from lucknow to bareiily in Lucknow mail for date09/03/2009, the amount of RS.169 is deducted from my account but reservation reservation latter is not recieved from irctc, and they send me that mail against my reservation request,

Double withdrawn money

I was booking train ticket on 25-2-09 using IRCTC site. I use atm debit card of SBI.
After booking ticket, the make payment screen, i entered my SBI card number and pin etc, and pressed the pay button, nothing happaned. The website hanged. The ticket did not get booked. Then I tried booking again, the procedure completer. Today, when i went to ATM and got "mini statement, Two withdrawals of Rs.1372 have been done on my account!...
