When will I get back my money ?

Hi,

As in last date of journey bookings were in 'waiting list' status, we cancelled the ticket and filed for TDR. After asking Customer care they said it might take max of 3 months. Its alomst 6 mont now and I am still in witing state!! and we do not know whom to approach, if not by Mr. A then who is A's boss?
These are my TDR details.

Denied boarding through with confirmed e-ticket

Hi,
I bought a confirmed e-tkt for my mother from Abohar to Delhi on A.c chair car (pnr#[protected]

Initially it was wait list but two days before the journey it was confirmed..So she boarded the train but in the middle she was asked to leave the ac coach as TTE told her that seat is unconfirmed ..
She was sick she had to travel a journey of 7 hours without the comfort that she had paid for.

Pathetic Website online booking

Since last 3 months I am accessing indian railway website , www.irctc.co.in for booking the tickets
It is the most pathetic website and you can not access the webpages properly
It can not handle the traffic after 8 AM and your payment gets debited after that it is very difficult to get the money back from these pathetic people...

i booked two tickets using mu SBI debit card from varanasi (MGS) to chennai egmore(MS) in GAYA express train no :2389 on 23.12.2009 .

Tatkal opened with waiting list

Dear Sir,

I am a daily user of irctc website and I fear something abnormal happened today.
I tried to book tickets for 2 people(my parents) under tatkal from Chennai Egmore(MS) to Trivandrum Central(TVC) in Ananthapuri Express(6123). The total availabililty under tatkal is 206.
My PNR [protected] got generated at 8:04, but I am shocked to find it in waiting list 71,72.
I have booked many tickets in tatkal...

On reviewing Failed transaction it clearly shows that trasaction faied & ticket not booked and payment has not been received from the bank but ICICI bank shows that payment has been made vide reference no.74477489340022656706097.

IRCTC - Regarding Boarding quota

Hi,

Today i booked from Dausa to Ahmedabad with Boarding Point as Jaipur. My PNR No [protected].
But the Tickets were booked with Waiting list where as there were 213 tickets avaliable from Dausa. The waiting list was for Jaipur Station so only i booked it from Dausa. I am charged from Dausa where as they provide me Booking from Jaipur .

TDR filed for PNR(6228135599) refund awaited

I have filed a TDR on 31-May-2009 due to delay of train and that is also Admin approved in June and now it's December still I am waiting for the money to be credited in my account. Beside I have written a mail to irctc([protected]@irctc.co.in) in sep-2009 and reminder on[protected].

So I like to know How I will get my refund....

I have filed TDR on 5/6/2009 for refund of my tickets. Almost 6 months are over and still not received any refund of my tickets. Whenever i called up for refund, i got the reply it is in process. Poor quality of tea was served in 2650 KTK SMPRK express on 16.11.09 after Kazipet and on pointing it out the vendor of the Pantry Car said that type of tea only will be served.He was not wearing his name badge and refused to get the complaint book. Non Payment of Refund

Dear Sir/Mam.

I had booked 3 tickets in Aug 2008 for travel between Del-Agra under PNR [protected]. These tickets were on a Waitlisted basis and as only 1 out the 3 tickets got confirmed before the train departure, I requested the Customer care centre via call to cancel all 3 tickets as no such option was available on the website.
I was assured that as no one would travel under the ticket, the total amount of 2100 would...

charging more than MRP by the stalls licensed by IRCTC

i am the regular traveller by railways, particularly Central Railways, and i have personally experienced that most of the stalls/canteens situated on the platforms are charging more than the MRP price of the products like for cold drinks they charge Rs.25/- instead of MRP of Rs.22/- only, when we argue the justification is given that they are charign more for keeping it in the cold condition.....
is it fare.. because the the stall/canteen...

TDR Refund not given even after 6 Months

Dear sir,

I filed a TDR for refund on IRCTC.CO.IN as my train SHATABADI from New Delhi to Amritsar got cancelled in between the journey at Ambala because of Riots in Punjab.

The PNR no for that is [protected] and I filed it on 27-May-2009.

Its Admin has been approved as it is a very valid reason for cancelation.

Please kindly help me to get payment of my tdr back as it is pending...
