[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — Online Payment made but no ticket received

Yesterday afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru SBI online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up till yesterday evening
I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in and also mailed multiple times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now

Can somebody out there help

Today(on 14.05.11) I booked AC- 2 Tier ticket for 2 passengers from Nasik to Gaya for Date 18.06.11 via irctc.co.in around 7.30 pm. Payment was made thru SBI online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up .I have also checked on line and there is an entry whereby Rs.3184 has been withdrawn from my A/c . However the transactioon could not be processed and I have not received the tickets.
I again made payment and this time I got my ticket but money was withdrawn two times from my account. Kindly help.
What is process to get my money?.

10 se 15 parsnal id rajister karke roj subah par id me se 2 ticket nikal kar 10 se 15 har roj ki alag alag id me se nikal dete hai.

unka ilaj kon karega
irctc bhi nahi karti hai unki karwai, , , ...
or 4 se 5 banko me rakhte hai aacont

IRCTC — issue of online payment made

Today (13/08/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket of 12139 sewagrami Exp from Nasik Jn to Nagpur boarding on 15/08/2011 Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated

On 25th August, 2011 afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in from new Denhi to Jammu Tawi on 2nd Oct, 2011 at Malwa Exp(12919) on class 2A for 4 nos passengers- Alarka kr Das, Manima Kakati, Hiya Das & Keni Das.
During payment session thru my SBI A/C(online site) but after the payment was made, the ticket was not generated and noticed that the your session is expaired.
After that I again booked the same e-ticket and found ticket generated and got print copy. But when I checked my SBI A/C, the ticket amount transferred to irctc two times.
So, please sent me Transection ID and PNR of earlier ticket which ticket was not generated after payment for cancellation at my email ID: [protected]@yahoo.com.

Since 2wks I am unable to login to irctc.co.in as my regular password not accepted and new reregistration not accepted and every time forgotpassword programme not sendintg any guidelines to login.

On Septermber 22, 2011, I planned to cancel my ticket in III AC (Fare Rs. 685/-) which is on status W/L 2. As the server was down on that day, I contacted the IRCTC customer care and informed the same and requested them to cancel my ticket. On their advice, I have sent a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in to cancel my ticket and refund the full amount for the follwing reasons.

* The server was down since morning, which did not allow me to cancel my e-ticket
* I have sent a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in around 12 noon, at which time my ticket was still on Wait List status

But, my ticket was not cancelled by the IRCRC authorities. So, I had to file a TDR and mentioning the same reasons. At the same time, I followed up with IRCTC customer care via mails and calls. They assured to look into it and the needful and provided me a Reference no. 1873645.

But, today on Septemer 23, 2011, I got the refund of Rs. 332/- for not travelling. Why should I bear the loss when the IRCTC server was down.

IRCTC — Debit cash without E Ticket

I tried to book e- ticket through IRCTC on 28.11.2011,after procedure ,when I checked my transaction there is no history of booked, I shocked ,that My SBI bank deducted amount from my saving account,I tried twice ,deducted amount twice, please help me & refund my money,
will be refunded automatically.

I have booked online railway ticket on 16th Dec 2011 from Kacheguda to Bangalore to travel on 27th Dec 2011.
(PNR No: [protected], Train No: 17603, Train Departure Time : 21 00 Hrs).

Due to traffic jam/delay in local train signals, I couldn't board the train because the local train from Lingampalli
to Fulucknama reached Kacheguda after departure of the train 17603. Hence i want to know whether i can get back the money (Partially/fully). If so what is the Procedure.

SIR WHEN I CLICK ON BOOK MY TICKET ON IRCTC.CO.IN ITS SHOWS SERVER ERROR EVERY TIME BUT I WANT THE TICKET TODAY ITS SELF AT 8 AM CLCKING ITS SHOWS THE SAME ERROR AND AFTER HALF AND HOUR IRCTC.CO.IN WORKS PROPERLY BUT I DIDNT GET CONFORM TICKET AND I AM GOING WITH MY FAMILY SOO WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS CASE PLZ HELP ?
There is no way for a normal railway passenger to book the railway ticket through IRCTC between 8am and 9 am please donot try and waste your time, energy and health .

Myself SravanReddy Booked Tickets from trivendrum to warangal the ticket booking is not successful but my money is deducted from my account how to revert that money back to my account please help me with this and moreover this irctc site is fraud, abandoning the unknown the site is too slow and the balance will deduct promoptly from customers this cheating the people this is my transaction id which i got [protected]

IRCTC.co.in — Website works too slow

The irctc website i.e www.irctc.co.in works too slow and we have to resubmit the form and payment transaction again and again and after wasting a loads of time still we can not book the tickets. Please take sum action against this.

On 04/04/12 I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru Axis online Payment gateway but after the payment was made, I lost my internet connection and I did not received any confirmation on payment.
